Gas pump # 7
When I used the Gas Pump # 7, it asked me if I need car wash and I pressed "NO", but when the receipt printed, there was a charge of $16.99 for "Reg Wash Early Bird". I was filling my tank with diesel and the pump was going very slow. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes. I noticed that there was kitty litter around the pump. When I went to take out the nozzle. The diesel had flowed out down the side of my car and a huge spill. I have pictures. The attendant inside would not help. He just said there were paper towels outside. I feel that this was a safety issue.

To whom it may concern I had an interaction with an employee at store number 359777 employee refused to give me a name however he kicked me out because i accidentally used the wrong card and it declined. Employee was extremely aggressive and didn't even have a mask on. I was called a broke [censored] [censored] and he told me and my fiancé to choke on dicks.. extremely unprofessional then hit my fiancé with the door. And refused to let me use another card to pay for my gas. Employee is not fit to be working customer service and is a danger to your corporation. And we are getting a lawyer and pressing charges. Then the employee started to yell and say I stole something when I had a card in my hand to buy gas. He knows I did nothing wrong and isn't in a state to be working with people. Not to mention my fiancé has surgery earlier that day and pushed her while she was in crutches. Then proceeded to call us black [censored]es to make it worse. Chevron is known for their good gas and I have never had any issues. I have most of what happened on video and emailed corporate. Please watch the video recording from 12-10-20 around 6 pm and you will see how unprofessional your employee is.
Debris on property
There is utility pole down that is broke in two pieces on the property of the store in the grassy area. Pole has been there for weeks. Not sure if it is hazardous, however, does not look safe. Possibly not the responsibility of the store owner/operator, yet someone could be notified to remove from the property. I frequent this establishment often and the pole is an eyesore. Does need to be corrected.

I am facing two errors during entry of careem portal customer discount offer.
First of all both vouchers (bike & car) are identical so we can not easily differentiate among them. Bcz there is same voucher.
And the second major error when we enter (anti counterfeit code) many times it does not accept and verified it so entry in careem portal incomplete and we suffer.

I was at one of you stores in Gilroy Ca today on Leasely ay 4:46pm The employees did not honor my safety during m visit. I told them by addressing the number of customers aloud in store during coronavirus. All they said was they do not listen but they failed to tell customers verbally about it at all!!! I was so upset.

I went into the snack schack to use the restroom after I filled up with gas. Both restrooms were closed. I was told that there was a restroom out the door and up the stairs. I went up the stairs, then had to go through the truck stop also owned by Chevron. There was grease where tractor trailer rigs had come and gone. By the way it was cold outside. I finally found the only restroom. There was a line of 3 people. I waited, went inside to a very unsanitary restroom. When I came out there were 3 people waiting and all were pissed.
I have been a Chevron customer for over 65 years. I have never been in a Chevron station that was this bad! I am sure it is a franchise. I think that Chevron should immediatley have a plumber and at least one rep from Chevron see what the hell is going on. Don't you inspect the stations with the Chevron name on It! I WANT TO HEAR FROM A CHEVRON EMPLOYEE OF WHAT AND WHEN THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED AND SOON. While traveling from FL to GA today, my bladder is full, I look for rest area I don't see any. As a pregnant woman I cannot hold my urine. As I see the Chevron, my husband and I stop at store location 2758 US HWY 27 Lake Placid FL and ask Liz, the cashier if I may use the restroom. She tells me I must be a Custumer to use the restroom in a rude manner. I tell her I'm pregnant and I need to use the restroom. She yields and said "I don't know if you pregnant you have to tell me you pregnant" I replied and said do I have to tell you I'm pregnant for you to let me use the restroom. She hands me the key finally. I was not the only person she was being rude to in the store but I am not getting into the other persons'
If in fact that it is the store policy for the restroom to be used only for customers, I'd like to see that policy so next time I won't stop to Chevron again for anything.
At the end I did purchase something to satisfy her and "the policy" if there's one that states that

For a company that prides itself for being in the forefront of Health and Safety, it's astonishing to find that they have employees who have DUIs. All they have to do is look into those who manage their Health and Wellness department in San Ramon and pull their driving records. These people go around telling others of the importance of safety meanwhile they have unsafe records; do the talk but don't do the walk!
