Chevron aurturo and manager (unknown name)

I own and operate Alarmservicepros.com in San Diego County. I use Chevron gas in a my 5 company vehicles and have done so for years. Today, 9/7/2019 at 1pm I went in to fill up and entered to buy cigarettes. When I was handed the cigarettes by the cashier (Aurturo) I squeezed them to make sure they were not stale and they were. I asked for another pack and Aurtoro said no they are all the same. I opened the pack and showed him they were crackling and stale then asked for a fresh pack. Very easy problem to solve. He would not and started arguing with me then started speaking Spanish and said "No hablo inglés". He was a racist dismissive punk and his female manager just laughed.

I told them both I was going to file this complaint and the female said "good luck" and both smiled. Pull the surveillance footage from that time and date and you will see the transaction.

I want something dome about this and I would like to be contacted with the repercussion from their behavior.

Chevron substandard service station facilities & amenities

All fuel pumps were not pumping adequately - fuel trickling out the nozzles
Rest rooms were filthy and poorly maintained: no hand towels, no soap, no [censored]-gaskets, dirty sink, dirty toilet
Over the past 30+ years I have used this station on trips from Butte county to the Bay Area and return. It has declined drastically in the last decade. Chevron needs to make the franchisees: clean the entire station building inside & out, renovate/repair/replace all broken equipment, repair/replace the fuel pumps.
Does Chevron have a dedicated servicebstation inspection unit? If not, they should create one.

Chevron chevron discriminates against white men

It is time for us to have an open honest discussion of the massive discrimination going on in Chevron against White Males (especially those over 50). I am sure the CEO had intended for MARC to be a program to support Women but it has turned into the mechanism to discriminate against white men. The stories are numerous from my coworkers of women with 10 to 15 years less experience being promoted over high performing white men just to meet a metric believed to support the CEOs vision. I am a PDR and I am always asked if we have a wom1n that can fill a job but never am I asked if we have a white man. It has gotten out of control and it is clear discrimination.

Chevron professional etiquette of depot/terminal operator(s) against contractors

1. Poor Professional Etiquette

e.g., abuse of power via radio communication (operators are fund of embarrassing contractors on radio communication). Every personnel channeled on operations can hear the conversation on how these operators seriously reprimand contractors. These affects the morale of the individual and the group as a whole. The correct way of communicating with people is to call their attention and talk to them personally (if serious - in a closed room) so that the matter that you have to clarify will be said directly to the people or person involved. Also, these terminal operators' actions can easily be interpreted that contractors should be intimidated by their presence.

2. Bypassing of communication

One operator does not follow protocol of conveying information to contractor.

3. Each operator is a contractor's "boss"

Every operator has his/her own decision. They lack coordination on their internal side. One operator wants this, the other operator wants a different one. The lead operator also has a different decision.

4. NLI is practiced as a scaring medium for contractors

NLI is a tool used to improve every unsafe actions of a person but operators use this tool as a way to scare contractor personnel. They will not even discuss this NLI report with the person or group involved.

Chevron paying for gas

17106 Bellflower Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706

I was just at the gas station on 8/15/19 around 1:45 p.m. and I have never been treated so rude in my life. The cashier starting yelling and me and staring me down. I am female and he is male so this was very intimidating. He isn't unstable. Just for identification purposes he is the Asian that works there and he is older. He is always very rude and yelling at people when I go in there. Will never visit that gas station again. Another employee had to calm him down.

Chevron fountain drink area

I got there around 6:15pm or after. When I got there . I went to the fountain drink area.therevwas No Large or extra large cups. I ask the male cashier if the anymore cups he said no. They only had a tape a cross it. So I asked if I can refill my jug. My jug is 1/2 gallon. That is equal to extra large cup. He said yes but don't fill it all the way. So I filled it. But after I got 2 medium & filled 1 with Sprite. After filling it I tasted it & it had no Sprite favor. I asked him again. You're Sprite is out, do you have another bib? He responded back then don't take it. There was no out of service sign. This cashier was Straight up Rude. The store was drity, he was eating in front counter. So I was charged $3.95 for three drinks & $10 for gas. I didn't say anything because he was so rude to me my total should been $12.67

Chevron employee

The women that works at night here her name is Adele and the last couple of times i have been here she has been very rude. And i witnessed her getting angry with a lady that was collecting cans and she pushed her away from the trash cans and told her that those were cans and bottles and that she needed to leave. On another night i that she had locked a man in the store while she went outside to clean she didnt know he was in there drinking a beer until she got done outside and unlocked the doors.stealing things and drinking a beer and even though he was stealing she still bought him a pack of smokes. So since when do we buy someone smokes when they are stealing? And i have heard her being rude to some homeless people too. And i have seen her take off in her car and leave the store when there are customers there. I was here lastnight and i saw her taking bags of items out of the store and to her car 3 times in a matter of 15 mins. I wonder how many other people she lets steal and buys things for. And how many things she has stolen for herself. Some action needs to be done about her. I think she needs to be suspend without pay for a couple of days . thank you. Jana lawson

Chevron station in I 10 west at stuckeys between beaumont and houston

I was traveling home to West Houston when I stopped to fill up to complete my trip. I tried to use the card reader and it did not work. I went inside and the clerk told me that none of the card readers work. She said I could leave my ID or credit card with her and fill up. Then she would run the card for me. This did not feel right and I was not comfortable with the group of men standing with her. (I was a woman traveling alone with a child.) I continued a few miles down the road and filled up at a reputable station. When at the next station, I asked if they had heard any complaints about the one at Stuckeys. The clerk there said, "All the time."

Chevron product pricing in the mini mart

I went to the Chevron at 307 N. LaBrea Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90036 on July 3, 2019 at approximately 10:50 a.m. Email: labreachevron@yahoo.com

This owner (Ben Pouldar) shows NO pricing on anything in the refrigerated cases. I didn't check the other items on the shelves, but there were no prices on beverages, which leads me to believe that he can just change and raise the prices arbitrarily without being accountable. I asked the girl at the checkout and she stated that the owner just doesn't put prices on anything.

This is highly uncommon and unacceptable and must be corrected for all the items in the mart, or this owner should not be allowed to keep the mini mart section of the station open.

Chevron I am complaining about the station being used for panhandling and drug transactions.

Your station located at 2546 Labrea Avenue; Los Angeles, CA 90016 is a drive through for drug dealers and panhanndlers. I submited a complaint a couple of years ago for the same issues. The owner responded by hiring security for a few months and those few month made such a positive difference in our community and our lives; however the solictors, drug addicted panhandlers are back and the drug dealers drive through the station to provide them drugs on the Chevron station property. The station have a camera, I am sure you can view the video from the camera to see for yourself. Please help!

Chevron customer service skills

I took my son and his friend to pump up their bike tires at the chevron on Main and 12th in Vancouver BC Canada to which i found that it costs $1.50 to do so now (unacceptable) and asked promptly afterwards to use the restroom to which he replied that it was out of order which it was not as other customers had been seen coming out of said unusable washroom so i asked if we weren't good enough to use his restroom and implied his racist intentions towards us and his reply was to gesture me off of the lot so i displayed my middle finger and said i would b complaining about his initial lack of customer service skills. Please have this looked into as it was uncalled for and highly rude behavior as a Chevron staff member representing ur company regardless of franchise ownership. Greg Almas would never have allowed his staff to act in such a manner when I worked for Chevron on Vernon and Hastings (or the one on Powell and Raymur before it was changed). This all happened today May 15th, 2019 at 7pm. Thank you for ur attention to this matter as i wouldn't want it to happen to other patrons.

Chevron nsb card compromised

My Nevada state Bank Card was comprimised multiple times at various Chevron locations troughout the greater Las Vegas / Henderson areas. Name on Card is Miguel A Gonzalez and last four digits are 5158. On Tuesday, April 16th 2019 it was used twice at Chevron #0209895, 110 E Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson, NV 89015. Each transaction was $100.00. I reside in Fernely, NV (8 hours north of LV). I have since then cancelled my card. The person that used it is still trying to used the card in other various location which included additional Chevron locations...On 4/19/2019 is was uswed at Chevron 0302571 then again at Chevron 0309391. I will be filing a report with local police and may require addition information from these locations. Please call me at [protected] fo any further information to remedy this situation.

Chevron night cashier/leona oxendine

The night cashier at this store has harrassed me and my husband for over a month on several occasions. This started on a Friday night with her obviously upset over something that happened earlier in the in the evening as i heard complaining to her co worker. She refused to sell me some scratchers because she said her store was closed. I did not question it to her but said something to my husband when I went back to the car. Obviously the store is open 24 hours so thst did not make sense. He went in hiself to ask to buy some and got the same answer, except she was ruid when he asked questions like when will your store open becsuse it is open now per the hours on the door. He eventually walked out and as he got back to the car she came from behind the counter to outside and verbally assaulted us. Since this incident which we reported to the manager named Kristina who also is terrible at customer service. This night cashier named Leora Oxendine has called the police on my husband for getting gas, putting air in his tire and entering the stote to buy ciggarrettes. We have asked the manager why she is doing this and the manager basically called me a liar because she said she was unaware of this. I came in the store tonight and was denied ciggarettes with my paper interim drivers license and my expired ID. She preceded to boast about how my husband does not come in on her shift anymore because she calls the police on him. When I let her know I spoke with her manager she said I know we laugh at you all the time and it doesn't matter what she does to us she will still work there cause she is grown and she does what she wants to do. This immature unprofessinal and arrogant behavior is harrassment. And for chevron to have employees that believe they can treat customers anyway they want and have no repercussions for it is irresponsible as a corporation and shows a definite flaw in your corporate oversight and hiring ptactices. We have been customers of this store for close to 17 years since we moved around the corner. This girl should have been fired and now to learn that the manager Kristina is in cahouts with her she should not be managing this store. Her judgement is obviously impaired and does not mind showing customers that she believes her employee even after reviewing the security cameras to see her employee come from behind the counter outside to verbally assault us is not capable to do the job of manager i will be contacting channel 7 news, the FTC and any other agency to hear about this situation until this employee stops descriminating and harrassing us while we pump gas by calling police.

Hey your right I should have paid more attention to the spell check, but I was tired and very upset ...so what...i realize this is a joke board now anyway... lets see what else you got...

Chevron non-refund of visa fees

On 25th Jan. 2019, I paid INR 52, 900 as visa fees for getting the USA visa for joining Chevron Corporation, USA. In due course of time, visa was granted to me. But on the same day, the US Govt. enforced new rule whereby I was asked to pay 10, 000 Dollars as deposit before the visa stamping on the passport. I tried a lot to raise this amount but not succeeded. So I informed the company on 22nd Feb. 2019 about my inability to pay the required amount. On the same day, Mr. Paul Smith, Senior HR Manager, Chevron Corporation sent me message promising me refund in ten working days. But I have not received the refund even after ten working days are over. I sent many reminders but I did not get any message and no refund.

Chevron front clerk customer service

The Front woman a Indian woman, by the name of Rama was very rude to me today. I am over 50 years old. And have never been checked for my ID. While purchasing lottery tickets. She asked for my birthdate. I asked why? After explaining herself, I showed it to her. Than the machine would not take my numbers. I asked her to let the young man who always helps me to do so. She refused and started talking tome crazy. She upset me and I got management. The security man came. He was not really any help. He took sides I called back to get corporate's number. I also told her she has horrible customer service skills. This incident happened on 2/5/2019 @ 8 am in the morning. This 8 mile gas station is two blocks up from the SF Police Department. Her name is Rama. I called the store back to talk to the manager and she gave me a wrong number. So I am filing a complaint on line

Chevron retaliation and damaged/ personal belongs hotline complaints not being investigated

To whom it may concern,

Three (3) reports relating to retaliation and stolen and damaged property were submitted through your Ethics Point Hotline on the 14th January 2019. I have been informed that all complaints were ignored by the project and won't be investigated because of my indigenous Australian Heritage.

Chevron customer service not received at 4838 mcdonald richmond ca

I went in to the store I was first in line. There were 2 clerks present one sat on his behind feeding money into the cash machine while the other stood there looking at receipts. Neither of them acknowledged us until after about 3 minutes the lady mouthed the words " be right with you". After 5 minutes of money going in and out of the machine the gut moves to the register and looks at us and says "give me a second" after another 3 minutes, I asked how long? He told me he didn't have to let us in during the shift change. My response was then you should have closed. He proceeded to tell me that I could also go some where else, and that's what I did. I have been a faithful customer for years, but that one incident I cannot and will not look over. I will no longer be buying gas and I will bring this matter up in the my Union and my Church. The power of the tongue.

Chevron condition of fuel pumps

I unfortunately stopped at the Chevron Station on Gas Point Road, Cottonwood (just off I-5) today to fill my vehicle. After inserting my credit card and entering my zip code in Pump #8, it refused to release the fuel, so I went inside to see if the clerk could do something to activate it. He said all he could do was to cancel the transaction, and suggested I move to another pump. I drove to Pump #7, inserted my credit card and removed it when told to do so ... and nothing else happened. No zip code request, nothing. Back to the clerk to cancel the transaction. I drove to Pump #5, on which the credit card slot was so damaged I refused to use it, walked back to the clerk and purchased $50 worth of fuel (a guess). I came back (AGAIN) to the clerk to collect my change and asked that the owner be notified that three of his pumps were defective. I was advised that the owner (an out-of-town San Jose resident) had been advised numerous times. I purchase Chevron fuel exclusively for all three of my cars (all high-end German vehicles) because I take care of them and only use the best. If Chevron cares about its reputation - and I'm sure you do - this franchisee/owner needs to up his game. What a disappointment! Chevron car wash

We use the car wash at that location 5105 W Glendale ave, Glendale AZ 85301 on the date 1/14/19 at 12:45 PM the car wash was operating without water causing scratches to my car, we tried to speak with the manager, but there was no response or help for no one, neither was there a sign saying that the car wash was not working, we took the car to another car wash and now I have to pay to detail the car to remove the scratches, what your car wash happened to make to my car, I make my money day by day and I don't have any extra money to waste like that, I spend $180 on the damage your machine made to my car, and the sad part is the reaction on management, ignoring me all the time. I hope I can have a answer from you, as a chevron customer I feel disappointed from you guys, my cell number is [protected].

Chevron unethical behavior

Today january 10, 2019 around 725am I stopped to get coffee and I was fixing my coffee one of the cashiers approached me accusing me of stealing $8 and some change worth of gas. I tried to explain to her that it wasn't me she continued to yell and harass me in front of other customers. The other cashier followed behind her and started to yell at me also saying that they had me on camera and they were sure it was me. A regular customer also yelled at me telling me to leave the store. I asked for them to show me the tape but she had said that she couldn't play the tape. She threatened to call the police on me which I told her to call the law but she never did. I felt being the only black person in the store I was being singled out and harassed because of my color. I did leave the store and got to work I contacted the law in daniellsville ga to see what I needed to do and they told me to contact cooperate and here I am. I will be contacting the local news as well. I feel very emotionally unstabled and humiliated by their actions. I want disciplinary actions taken.
