Chevrolet dealers and dealeeman

Kavon allen was called in to chevrolet about truck the first guy didn't say any car the second caller, called about a truck kavon allen asked when he walked in who do talk to who i'm suppose to meeting with after doing so ask where the wifi is asked around the parts station ask her didn't know the guy or the girl name the ms behind the window said do you have notes that's then when ka von d allen look for his notes then found the names of the two callers one name derrick in the other name ms lee, some guy michael walk up ask me set that when ka von d allen gave michael his identification driver lincese then michael did the credit score check he had ka von d allen sing ka von d allen ask for copy of the signature for or his documention the guy then gave ka von d alllen, a hassle about it he didn't want to sale a car either when it should have. Been ka von d allen a first time buyer. He didny give ka von d allen a copy of his sing signature. Why? He might be tge guy who been going texes doing elagel activity. They might the problem do to my soical security number being suspended in the blood traces I the car under the bridge close to some area. The credit cards in other activities. It also can be who lift the one hitter pipe also for ka von d allen, robbing ka von d allen, for his seeds of marijuana. Lifted it for ka von d allen to say mom i'm a crack head.

Ka Von D Allen Just called in to Chevorlet find out if the keys was sent through FedEx or UPS the operator transfer the call to someone unknowed caller. Ask about some new cars in truck also for the Mobile Gasoline Station store manager in assistane looks as they know better but doing wrong anyway the employee working they acting like they know something in up to no good, looking like nothing yours when everything is KavonAllen in EndSpace OuterSpace and like they're doing something wrong like not giving him his packages in the other mail that's been coming throughout the post Delivery Services. The Chevrolet Dealers employees beating behind the bust. Meaning they know how to be but mistreat in give no direction to have a successories satisfied owner.

Administrator; call from a plumbing company said ka von allen, requested ka von allen; don't recall or remember requesting a plumber but ka von allen; also said something to the first administrator that called ka von allen, about the request of garage being remodele the plumber showed up around 2:30 he went to the restroom instead of asking for one of the assistane mangers or the store manager to get the supervisor name ka von allen, even though we have a set time tomorrow, around 12:00pm ka von allen bout didn't like the fact ed showed up unannounced. What is probably because they have to be protected just like the supervisor ka von allen; have to protected safety first because we don't need to make it a danger zone in the hazard zone.

Chevrolet corvette sales

On July 23, 2019, I ordered a Corvette C8 from Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, IL. I gave them a deposit of $10, 000 for this order. Now Bill Kay is saying that the deposit was actually a non-refundable premium for ordering the C8. No one over the past three months ever informed me that the deposit was actually a premium that was being added onto the msrp cost of the vehicle. I was astounded that they could add this onto the msrp especially when GM/Chevy profusely touted the fact that the msrp was under $60, 000. I tried talking on the phone to my salesman at Bill Kay, Connor McDermott, as to why I was never informed about the premium payment status of my deposit at which time he hung on me! Not a very classy way for a salesperson to treat a customer.
In my life I have purchased two Chevy Avalanches, two Corvettes, two Cadillacs, a Camaro, a Buick and six Lincolns, among other vehicles. In all of these transactions I have never had a situation like I just encountered at Bill Kay. I canceled my order and supposedly will lose my (now) $5, 000 deposit, for the simple reason that Bill Kay lied to me--not that I didnt want the C8.
I think that I will never hear anything from you regarding this episode, but I think that you need to know how this dealership operates. Last year they also tried to sell my son a Chevrolet Volt that they touted was a 2019, when in fact it was a 2018 model, I should have known better to order a C8 from them following that very disappointing episode.

Chevrolet was supposed to purchase, new car, dealer sold me, car, with, over, 3000 miles on it an many problems

I saw 2019 malibu on safe, for $16, 000 plus... The 1st malibu they took me too, was so dirty inside, seats, floor etc, an car was so dirty, so I saw a silver malibu, an I ask the salesmen ' josh' who was taking place of michele medeau. Whom I had talked on phone about the sales, an had appt; to see her, she never showed up, till sale was almost done, ; I inform they at the 1st; 'im a 100% combat vet, with 70% ptsd... They, after well over 5 hrs being there; took full vantage of my illnes, never inform me, the car had 3000 miles, an I was under full impression, the car was on sale $16, 000 pls, sured to me, by salesmen josh pehota.. An michelle medeau, then after over 5 hrs there, I finally went to finance, they really did me in there, the cost of the car on my contract, over $24, 000... Took off $6000 for my honda car trade in, fist they had only $5000.. Had to argure them for that, after so long, they did give me the $6000, I have to say, buyer beware;is my fault, should have left, never signed any contract, I want this investigated by general motors, I dont want go to court; if be I will have too, how can they live with themselves, dealing like this?, so very unfare to me, an my family; an a bad taste for chevrolet, brucewaynejarigue, 14367 w aster dr, surprise, az... P. S the trunk is so hard to open, pushed many times the remotes, the other remote does finally open the trunk, they all the lights come on?... So not right, hole in drivers view on windshield, doors all scuffed up, fronts an worse backs, never looded hard, due under ' their ' impression, I was buying a 'new car' no one should be shang highed like this, im waiting your concern; I wont go back to that dealer, now or ever; as what they did to me!... Chevrolet 100 year model

I am an owner of a Chevy 100 year model bought brand new with only 6 miles on it from Way Brothers in Hawkinsville Georgia 31036. My complaint is that the knocking sound that comes from the Lee springs. I have tried to get it repaired 5 times starting at the beginning before my first oil change. I didn't spend 60, 000 dollars on a truck that knocks like a 2, 000 dollar truck. I have 28, 000 miles on it but has to be the worst money I've spent. WANT IT FIXED!

Chevrolet 2017 chevy cruze

I bought my Cruze brand new in July 2017 and have had an exterior issue right out the gait, the front door was catching and chipped the paint. It was repaired as soon as I notice and now it is the interior. It's 2 years old and the passenger seat seat upholstery is coming apart at the seam on the upper back. I take great care of my vehicle and this has to be a defect on the build.
I noticed it today 09/29/2019 and would like information on getting it repaired.

Chevrolet the service department

My A/C stop working coming back from my vaction. I went to the dealaer ship they told me that my warranty had expired. I charged me $2278.65 to replace the condensor. I paid the bill after being told the warranty had expired. I got home and went through my records and discovered that the warranty was still valid. I talked to the service manger twice he told me that I authorized the payment and theres no refund even with an existing warranty. The refund policy states that its at the discretion of the dealership to refund the customer.

They repaired my 2017 GMC Rocky Ridge the repair bill was $2278.65 for a new condensor.I paid the bill and researched my records my warranty was still active. I went back and talked to the service manager twice he stated that I authorized the payment theres no refund. The refund policy states that its at the dealership discretion to refund customer. Chevrolet silverado

It's time for me to look for a new truck. I've had 1 Dodge, 2 Fords, 1 GMC, 4 Chevrolets. All " clubcab, supercab or extended cabs. I was surprised that GM doesn't offer a true "extended cab". GM only offers a conventional cab, a crew cab, and a crew cab "light". Nothing that allows open access to the cab without a center door post in the way. Is this a plan to only offer two opions in the future? Single or double cab. Ford is the only option at this time with a usable "extended cab". Limits my choices . Apparently leadership at GM is going to sacrifice alarge part of the market to Ford! Can't be a smart decision. Guess what I'm fored to buy nexr year . Jim

Chevrolet passenger seat

I bought a 2019 Chev Silverado from Steele Chev in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia in May of this year 2019, not even 2 weeks later, while I was cleaning my truck, the passenger seat seams on the area where you sit was given way (torn) in a length of 2 in and a bit.
I literally had someone in that seat approximately 3 times. I called Steele Chev, they told me to bring it to MacIntyre Chev in Sydney, I did, the guy in the service lane looked at the seat (literally stared at it for about a minute without saying a word) like he was dumbfounded.
Now when bought the truck i requested heated seats, once he heard that he right away said no we will not cover that because of after market heating system put in my seats but i will ask my manager and call you tomorrow. Well tomorrow came, I ended up going back there myself in the afternoon, he didn't remember me, forgot to call, and when I reminded him of my situation he said oh yeah my manager said no, we will not cover that seat due to the aftermarket heating system put in. I spoke to the GM at MacIntyre Chev and I got the same [censored] story, as I did from the guy in the service lane. MacIntyre Chev would not help my situation. Keep in mind I bought the truck in Dartmouth and live in Sydney and wanted the seat repaired in Sydney, I should not have to drive to Dartmouth.
Now mind you I called the business whom put my heating system in my seats (uniglass) in Dartmouth and as they said themselves its a GM Default in the seats, they had nothing to do with the seat covers and what had happened and I believe them. I spoke to Steel Chev (the salesman who sold me the truck) and for a month I got no where with him. I called the GM at Steel Chev after a month of this bs going on, which I should have done from the start. My truck is being put in at a reputable company in Sydney on Thursday (Aug 1st ) to get repaired...bottom line of this story is MacIntyre Chev in Sydney Nova Scotia would not oblige to such a small situation and were very ignorant about it...I am not impressed and I will share my story with people I know etc.

Chevrolet service work

On May 29th 2019, I brought in my 1993 corvette to the dealership to have a hesitation problem checked out.
After the mechanic checked the car, he found a intake manifold gasket leak and a throttle body gasket leak. He also said that I need an EGR valve replacement. They wrote it up and I happily agreed to get the work done. Unfortunately that didn't fix the problem. Then the mechanic said that I might have a problem with the catalytic converters.
He checked that out and that didn't pan out because the catalytic converters were fine. Then the mechanic said it might be the ignition coil. So he replaced that also. That wasn't the problem either.
I paid the $900 + bill and upon starting the car up to leave, the engine was making a very loud noise.
So I left the car to have the mechanic look at it again. My car has now been at the dealership for several weeks now. After weeks of my car sitting in their shop, the mechanic finally looked at it.
He told me that my lifters and camshaft had to be replaced. I realize the car is old, but that is the main reason I wanted a certified GM mechanic to work on the car. So all the parts were ordered immediately.
They quoted me a price and I agreed to have the work done. My car has been sitting in the shop now for six weeks. This is a cash paying job with all the parts at the dealership. This is like a two day job and it's been weeks just sitting there. I don't understand why they won't finish my car but keep taking on other jobs and ignoring mine.
This is totally unacceptable.
This is not the way I ever imagined being treated from a GM dealership.
I belong to the all American Corvette club with 100+ members, At this point there is no way I would ever recommend this dealership for parts and service to any of the members.
And to top it off..my son who gives 110% works at this dealership. They are taking advantage of my son and myself which is absolutely not acceptable.
Something has to be done. This issue has caused me a lot of stress. I would really appreciate it if you looked into this matter ASAP. Thank you for your cooperation.

Chevrolet faulty motor and roadside assistance

I have 2018 Chevy Trax. On 6/22/19 my car stopped. The turbocharger booster went out at about 1pm. I called Chevy roadside they wanted to tow vehicle to nearest dealer which was closed in Eastland, Texas. I stay 130 miles away in Lewisville Texas. We were stranded onside of highway for 7hrs with disabled individual in car. No food or drinks and dying cell phones with a dead car. Have been given the run around every sense. I finally got a knowledgeable agent and niticed we were over 100 milea from home and gave us concierge assistance. It paid foe a rental foe one day until dealership opened. The dealership did not respond none that day. I called Chevy roadside back and they advises me that would extend the rental because they couls not contact the dealership either. Needless to say they did not contact Enterprise to extend rental or dealership. The rental agency has been charging foe the days I was told would be extended. On Tuesday, 6/24/19. I contacted the dealership Fullen Motors myself. They sais they never heard from Chevy. Due to fact the car is in small town Cullen doesn't provide loaners. Now, I have to return car on 6/25/19 or I'm now paying out of pocket for rental. I havw been on phone with Chevy and GM customer service nonstop and neither have given any results and are directing me to a senior advisor Octavia who hasn't responded yet. I have asked both customer service departments for nimbers to Regional or District offices or a complaint line and none have complied. But, I will post this on every complaint website until I get results. And to the ADA since y'all left a disabled person on the side of the road for 7 hrs.

Chevrolet customer service, and service repairs

This a copy of an email that i sent to Mr. Lewis Cook the General Manager of Martin Chevrolet, and never got a response. I also sent Ben Guetterman a similar email that he also never responded to.
Mr. Cook,
I am sending you this Email because of my experience I had during my last visit (06/03/2019) and it also means that Ben Guetterman has not responded back to the last email that I sent to him. I had a bad tire sensor and asked to have it repaired while they were doing the oil & filter change. I was informed about an hour later from my service advisor Alvin Sumera that the other 3 sensors were not responding now after they put it into learning mode, and that they would also need to be replaced at an estimated cost of $190.00 each or $760.00 total! I said that I would not be replacing any of them, and then I started to ask him a question and he cut me short, and said I'll let you know when it's done and did it again when I started to speak again!. So the truck came in with 3 sensors working and now none of them work the spots where the pressure would be are blank. I was told that's just the way it is (REALLY).
So I got hold of Ben Guetterman the service manager the next day and he asked if I could bring it back to have his Master Tech. look at it. So I left work a couple of hours early, and had it looked at. Well if I had known that he was only going to try to reset the sensors using a hand held TPMS monitor I would not have wasted my time, because I had already done that at work in the morning. I thought that maybe he was going to go flash the computer system or do something different.
So while the Tech is trying to explain to me all the possible reasons that the other 3 went bad at the same time with reasons like the batteries are low, after market wheels, and weak signals because the sensors are farther in than in the stock wheels. So as the Tech is explaining to me about how some of or all the rest of the sensors can go bad while it's in learning mode I tell him I understand that but all 3 at the same time. I also told him I know the other 3 were working because I just rotated my tires and had to adjust the pressure from front to rear and it showed on the screen with no problem. I don't think the batteries went dead in 3 years the average life span is 5-7 years. While these may be legitimate reasons the fact of the matter is I came in to have repairs done and left with more problems than I started with, and a huge expense to repair the problem, and they all say oh well that can happen !
So this experience turned out to be a total waste of my time and use of a couple of hours of vacation time. This could have been avoided if the service advisor had warned me that this could happen, but it was never brought up, and now none of my sensors work. I would have rather had 3 of them working than none of them.
This truck is 3.5 years old with 26K miles on it. If these sensors are only going to last this long than GM has a problem on their hands. This is the only vehicle that has ever given me any problems with tire sensors. My wife had an Acura MDX that was 10 years old with aftermarket wheels and over 100K on it and never had a sensor go bad along with both my Toyota Tundra & Tacoma.

I purchased my 2019 Colorado on April 8, 2019. Shortly after purchasing my truck I noticed a vibration in the the steering wheel and returned to the dealership on the 12th. Angel the service manager drove the truck and agreed it was not right and had an appointment scheduled for me on the 19th for them to perform an alignment and four wheel balance. I returned on the 19th and waited approximately 4 hours to have the service performed. I then left the dealership and noticed the vibration was still noticeable but I was not able to return until the 25th at which point Angel drove the truck again and agree it was still not right and told me to bring it in on May 1 and leave it over night so the the night crew could look at it again. The following day I took the truck to my local tire shop and had them perform an alignment and wheel balance which revealed that no alignment or wheel balance had been performed on the 19th as I was told it had. After having the alignment and balance done the truck drove as it should and the vibration was gone.I returned to the dealership the same day and advised Angel that the work that was suppose to have been done on the 19th had in fact not been done and I showed him a copy of the alignment. Angel made a copy of the alignment and said he would handle the incident and offered to reimburse me for the cost of the alignment however I declined and advised him the cost was not the issue but the fact I had been lied too and the time spent trying to get my new truck fixed was the point. Angel was very understanding of my frustration however I will not be returning to this dealership. I have owned a lot Chevrolet's over my life and I have never had such an experience and I am now starting to wonder if I made a huge mistake in purchasing this truck.

Chevrolet driver side front door and rear door applique trim is coming loose.

On March 21 2016 Munday Chevrolet techs replaced my left side applicque trim. They became loose during highway speed. My Suburban had 18347 miles on it.
While on a trip I noticed that they are again loose. My Suburban now has 50345 miles.
I took my unit to Sterling McCall for service on Mat 23, they informed me that the side applique are not a warranity item from GM. When I purchased the unit I bought the extended warranity, 5 years 100000 miles. They told me that it would cost me $625.00 to replace the appliques on the left side. Since they relpaced them I think that they should replace them at no cost to me. If it is a bad design them GM should cover the cost to replace them, if it's a techenican problem then Sterling McCall should replace them.

My car was bought from dealer liberty show room shj. But unfortunately the dealer found closed currently and no longer accepting vehicles for service and currently been handled by Al Gandi agencies. They dont have tyre puncture work even and represents such a big brand. Due to that, i was forced to take my car to a local dealer for puncture work after doing regular service (40k service) at Al Gandi. Deeply disappointed being a chevy owner and this a my first time experience. As an authorized dealer, customers expects all service/maintenance from them but unfortunately thats not the fact here.

Fully disappointed!

Chevrolet chevy equinox

I have always bought a gm product. I was surprised to find out that the car I was fixing to purchase had to have onstar for the gps to work. You will not charge me for an expensive vehicle and then charge me $39.95 per month to get it to function. There are two many other manufacturers that don't do this. I will not buy another gm vehicle as long as I feel you are hosing your customers.

Chevrolet silverado 3500 hd dually

My complaint is in regards to vehicle quality.
I have a 2011 Silverado 3500 HD Dualy, LTZ (approximately $65K new). Over the last 7+ years, I have had several complaints with repairs being done by Coughlin Chevrolet of Newark, OH all under one warranty or another (I purchased a 7 year, 100, 000 mile extended warranty). Most notable of these has been replacement of glow plugs, twice. Seems you could just replace the whole set rather than one at a time.
My extended warranty expired in November of 2018. On April 3, 2019, I put the truck into the shop to have the rear brakes replaced, less than 58, 000 miles on the truck. Initial estimate was $500.00. When the first hub was taken apart, the repair technician found the emergency brake had fallen apart, new estimate for repair - $1300.00. When the second hub was taken apart, the technician noted metal shavings on the axle end. Investigation revealed a spun bearing and destroyed seal. Since that allowed FOD into the rear end, the axle was now in need of replacement. No new axles were available, so a third party rebuilt one had to be procured and installed. Bottom line, my $500.00 brake job was now $6, 205.67 including taxes. All on a truck with 57, 980 miles on it.
If that isn't enough, two weeks later, I got an operator message stating the DEF had 767 miles remaining. I promptly put 5 gallons into the DEF tank. Next day, I got a message stating the DEF system required service see manual. Back to the dealer. The technician investigated and determined the DEF tank heater was bad. The tank had to be replaced. Bottom line is another $856.17. Truck still only had 58, 383 miles on it. Seems strange that with only approximately 58, 000 miles on it, this truck has cost me over $7, 000 in the last 6 weeks (6 weeks as I was waiting to see if something else failed). None of the last repairs was under any warranty due to the age of the vehicle (89 months). But with only 58, 000 miles, I am having issues trusting the truck to do any real work. It has never been misused and has only towed a 6, 000 pound trailer twice, both times for short (10 to 20 mile) trips.
I am attaching scans of the repair tickets for the last two repairs.
I do not think that Chevrolet has built an axle that is equipped to handle the dually wheel base. There should be some type of recall or reimbursement for the amount of money I have had no choice but to invest in when the purpose of a dually is to perform better than any other truck on the market.
Please respond to my inquiry to inform me if there is any type of help you can provide or an explanation for the defects in my vehicle.

Chevrolet onstar in 2018 equinox

I recently purchased a preowned 2018 Chevy Equinox, which I really like. My complaint is that I really like OnStar, which I have had in my previous Chevys. I also have it in our Traverse. The problem is that the Equinox doesn't have the capability of storing numbers in OnStar. I talked with OnStar company and My Chevrolet and was told by both that this model isn't equipped to store numbers. I can make calls on OnStar, but have to say the number I'm calling. How in the world is a person supposed to remember all the cell phone and landline numbers to make calls?! The convenience of making calls on OnStar in this model is gone. Why would General Motors support OnStar and not include this function? Very, very disappointing. I am not a fan of Bluetooth and find it isn't nearly as easy to use as OnStar. If I could, I would take this Equinox back.

Chevrolet won car with cash prize not delivered

Neither company nor any authority since January 2017, after getting claimed with id documents get delivered my winning at my address as stipulated. As attached with full address complaint was done on other complaint board India, but done nothing yet. Fraudsters for their selfish reasons blocking, altering, delaying to-and-fro data and issuing even fake cheques. Dozen and dozen times complaint is being done to:--------

-UK her Majesty the Queen,
-World Lottery association,
-UK high commissions,
-UK PM website 10,
-UK Action Fraud,
-UK Home Ministry,
-UK Bank of England,
-So forth.

Kindly my this winning on UK action part and officials is to be delivered at my address with all documents and with 18% interest for delay and harrassment.
