Cheeburger Cheeburger Restaurants, Inc. dishonest. not abiding by groupon promotion.

Waitress stated my daughter couldn't use her Groupon if she sat at a different table, although it clearly states in the Groupon promotion that she could ie per table per person. I even tried to remedy the situation by talking to the manager. That didn't do any good as she blamed me for the waitress ignorance about the promotion and was very rude. I spent way too much money because I couldn't use my Groupon. I want my money back.

News Flash! People dont neccesarily use GROUPON because they can't afford items or they are poor. At least in my case I can afford the items without GROUPON but if there is a better deal I am going to utilize it. I dont need soup kitchens and for the people that use them for whatever their situation is that's ok too.

Cheeburger Cheeburger Restaurants, Inc. potentially fatal mistake with peanut

We order online on a regular basis, pretty much the same items every time. Normally I don't post reviews for a mixed-up order, but this particular one (may, 2019) was medically serious; they mistakenly added peanut butter topping in the junior burger (which we've never ask for). My child who is allergic to peanut took several bites before realizing what was in it. We called the restaurant to inform this serious issue, although the manager on duty was apologetic and put in a right order to send to us asap, it was not the resolve we were looking for as we had a medical emergency on hand. Make the long story short (skipping the pains and vomiting details), she was placed in an ambulance and sent to the hospital emergency room.

While peanut butter is listed on the toppings menu, they need to make an effort or protocol when it comes to preparing food with peanut; labels, markings, or something on the packaging that indicates peanut to avoid a potentially fatal mistake. Some readers may say that it's a consumer negligence, but as a regular customer with certain trust and expectations from the restaurant, they need to be held accountable (seeking a resolve at the moment). Fortunately this happened to someone whose allergic reaction was not fatal, but it can be to others with more severe conditions. We like their food, but no longer trust them.

Cheeburger Cheeburger Restaurants, Inc. falls grove, rockville, md

My Family dined in on 08/30/2017 at Cheeburger Cheeburger Falls Grove, Rockville, MD. We ordered a family Fries and burgers. The family fries was Soggy and very oily. I asked the waiter to change it she took the fries and came back and told me that the manager says that is how we serve the fries. We could not eat the Fries. I left tips for the waiter because she was nice and communicating what manger said. I was expecting that the manager removes the Fries from the Bill but that did not happen. On my way out I asked the manager the Fries was bad and we could not eat it why didn't you remove it from the Bill he said. He said next time it will be good and he did not apologize. I regularly get fries from Cheeburger and even though Eric, the manager on duty recognized me he did not do anything!. This is unbelievable. I will post this review to every possible place. This is unacceptable. The manager was extremely rude!

Cheeburger Cheeburger Restaurants, Inc. Worst dining experience!

My wife and I made a "call ahead" to Cheeburger Cheeburger at around 6:00pm. I first asked if they accept "call aheads" and they stated that they do. When we arrived, our name was not on the list and I was told that they don't even know what a "call ahead" is! Then the host walked away and didn't ask for our names. When we finally got someone to come over to help us, she was rude and impatient. After a few minutes, we were finally sat at a table smushed in between two other tables, cramming my one year old son into a corner. We kept our diaper bag on the table because of all the crushed food and debris on the ground. The server forgot half our order, gave drinks that were literally half full and only stopped over about 2 times. The only saving grace was the food (which took over 40 minutes to make, despite the fact that there were only 4 other tables in the restaurant). After dinner, my wife and I both used the disgusting bathrooms... Cheeburger had only been open 3 months and already the bathroom was dirty, chemicals strewn about on the floor, floor boards peeling and the paint tape still up! The manager never came to our table and were ignored on the way out. Wow... It was almost like they TRIED to give the worst service! Usually, when a restaurant opens, you have the cream of the crop working there for the novelty of a new store... not in this case. I think I would have rather eaten at a down and out diner in the middle of downtown Camden.

On 7/15/2018, I ordered food online to your store on 100 North Buckstown Road in Langhorne, Pa. When I can to pick my order up, a young cashier told me my order hadn't been placed. Then a manager came to me. I showed her on my phone where I placed to order. She asked if I wanted to wait for them to make it. I said no. Mngr was a bit sarcastic!

I went into the Cheeburger Cheeburger in Freehold/Manalapan NJ. I ordered a take out at 741pm after working a long shift. I waited until 8pm. They said "sorry" your order never went through. You will have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I told them that was really unfair and they should try to speed it up. They said they can't I told them I wanted to speak to the Manager. "Britanny" was the manager she looked at acted like she was 19 or 20 years old. I told her what happen and she was giving me a refund and said there was nothing else I could do. I said that was poor customer service. She told me " whatever" That's what happens when you have CHILDREN running your business. Terrible terrible . Plus she was looking at her cell phone the whole time.
