My elderly father is having memory problems and I used this service to get his aunt's phone number - nothing else. HUGE mistake!
Then their customer service is rude and when they do cancel your account they immediately make your account they make your account inactive and therefore you pay $44.85 for one phone number. Rip off artists. They belong in jail.

haha it's a huge scam. t first they attract you with their low price and then charge you a lot more than you expected.
I used them just once, but no matter how many times you're going to use it, you have to pay at first. It's a symbolic amount and you have no idea that it's just a tricky part to get your credit card information.
So after you check someone, they will start charging you every month automatically without notifying you about it.
So please, be very careful and don't believe them.

what a mess!
Be careful trying their trial because it's not actually free and will be very hard to cancel it due to lack of customer service.
I was charged thrice during one month and when I tried to stop this mess I couldn't get in touch with anyone at all. No one picks up the phone, no one replies emails. Just silence. BUT yesterday I was lucky enough and reached them. A woman picked up the phone and I told I would like to cancel my trial. She was very nice and promised me to send a link for that. I never received it. And next time I tried to contact them, everything was as usual - no response.
don't give them your money
Decided to check my name on the website and found it. Unfortunately, to see a full report you can only after you pay 2 dollars for 5 days. It's kind of for those who would like to see just one report.
But you should understand that once you give them your credit card information, they will start charging you without any notifications and it only depends on you when you see their unauthorized charges.
So be careful and don't subscribe. The service, by the way, is useless, the full report showed me absolutely anything helpful.
