Every time we come thru this location this young girl has a terrible attitude, it's not a good feel for the store.

I was buying 3 2 for 5 and med fries and a drinks. I was giving 5 burgers and fries and 6 drinks. I told the lady tierney about it. And she argued about it like they give me all the food while im showing her the receipt and food that 1 burger and frie is missing. Then she made it and give it to me and slammed the window. long wait unsanitary work conditions poor customer service
I came to this location on August 18th. The manager looked at me through the walk up window for over 30 min. A young man finally came to the window in which it took another 35 min to get my order. When the manager came to the window to give the food she was very mean and irritated. The working conditions were awful. I witnessed her throw everything on the floor in the restaurant

Every night I come here the short manager Nicole is rude the white lady or she could be Mexican is rude as hell she do not respect the customers the manager with the dreads always leaving the restaurant for house and I am tired of that our food is always cold and I don't understand why. The manager caught an attitude with me and my friends because she put fries instead of sprite because she coyldnt hear so when she was corrected she got mad and said "its not my fault that yall cant talk correct". So then we pulled up to the window she gave us 1 cheeseburger instead of 7. Then the actual store manager had to give us 6 more and we had to pay for them.

09/19/2019 Last night my 17 yr old was working 5-10 pm. At about 8:23 I got a call from her crying about her manager getting into her face and screaming at her in front of customers. I made a 30 minute trip there and she refused to speak to me about the situation. This is not the first time my daughter has had issues with this young woman. The manager speaks fluent Spanish and calls my daughter names such as white trash, stupid white girl etc. I spoke with her mom which is the general manager on the phone while in the restaurant because her daughter would not speak to me and states she never did anything. There where several others that watched this happen. I do not believe that it is rightfull to speak at someone in another language using vulgar language when they cannot understand it. Especially coming from a manager. If there hadn't been a friend there of my daughter's who speaks Spanish she would have no recollection of what she was being called. This is very very unprofessional. Managers name is Yadira Gil and her mother is the district manager Rocil. My daughter has never had an issue and she has been working here since she turned 16. She has been through 5 managers since she started there.

I ordered two fried and asked for two honey mustards because I was only given one, one for each person who had the fries. I was told I had to pay .25 cents for an extra honey mustard? I had already paid almost 6 dollars in the 2 fries alone and yet I have to pay for something I should be offered? That's not right it makes sense to not offer it to someone who's asking for 6 unnecessarily but 2 for two individual people doesn't seem like much, those containers they come in hardly bring any of it in there I will no longer be eating at this establishment.

I pulled through the drive-thru at 2:37am and apparently your closed as the automated voice says on the speaker but yet theres 2/3 people inside "working", the manager has a headset on but yet nobody taking orders .. Today August 30th went to the checkers in pinecrest and this rude employee at drive thru was so rude and lately the employees there have had a attitude and the service is so bad. Never going back there again and making sure everyone else doesn't. You need better employees. Also it's always the same lady you guys need to make sure that you are hiring the right people because your doing a horrible job.

We came thru the drive thru at approximately 10:19 pm placed and order for 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. After sitting in the drive thru for well over 45 mins and asking 3 different times what the issue was, the young man in the window finely tossed our food out to us! On top of the inappropriate behavior thru out this situation, we found out after getting home with it that they made the WRONG food! After trying to call the store 8x with NO answer, we decided to make the trip back up there (which is a 15 min drive). This was a $33 order and shouldn't have had THIS many issues considering it was fairly simple and routine food.

I came through the drive thru of the Kodak TN location on Saturday 08/17/19 at 6:30 I ordered 4 sandwiches. Two chicken sandwiches and 2 double cheeseburgers plain, I had already sat in the drive thru 45 mins before I get to the speaker to place my order when I checked my bag to see if my food was in there I only had 2 sandwiches so I drive back around and sit 10 more minutes to get to window to have the other two sandwiches I had paid for thrown out the window at me. I then asked them what the number of the corporate office and was told 'we don't have the damn number to corporate and slammed the window in my face. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either.
