Checkers & Rally's Fries

I live in Baton Rouge and was so excited to see us finally get a Checkers back in town. However the 3 times I've visited the fries are horrible! Either the grease bad, they are frying to many at a time, or they are not keeping the fries at the correct temp before frying them. They have been soggy stale and taste grease soaked every time. On my last visit last night I had them fry me some more and they still were horrible. I will not be returning to this location I will just continue to enjoy my treat when I visit New Orleans

Checkers & Rally's Strawberry ice cream

I have already been to this rallys since its opened... Every time I have asked for a strawberry cone.. Everytime I am told sorry only vanilla is available... Do they not know how to do the strawberry syrup in machines or has the store never received the strawberry syrup?

Checkers & Rally's Food

Yeah, real simple. Your Manager at the Sanford, Fl. location is very rude, nasty, & condescending. Order was short, trying see if I had everything, and I was missing 2 itens. Your Manager wanted to argue with me. Told me to pull up, I was holding up her line. There was 1 car behind me. I was finally able to get my food. Was missing a burger & a fry. When I got home, the burger she gave me is in the photo below. Looks like payback for my complaint. I could pass it off if this was a first, but ive had this crappy service & attitude from this Manager twice now. Yeah, its time to compain.

Checkers & Rally's Having a tip cup in my face

I just went through a Checkers drive thru in Ocean Springs, MS. I do not appreciate there being a TIP cup in my face when I'm paying for my food. I only give tips to sit down restaurants where the waitresses only get paid the waitress minimum wage of $2.65 an hour. I am sure that your employees get paid atleast regular minimum wage or more. I think it is very rude to have that cup right in our face.

Checkers & Rally's Food

Hello
Normally when I travel here to America my first stop is checkers. However this time was horrible for me . I went there and ordered for my family when I got back to my hotel only to find 40+ dollars worth of old, hard, dry wings with no sauce made with absolutely no love I had to throw the order in the trash.

I had a valid coupon for buy one get one free big buford I was not allowed
To use the coupon due to machine was down. You know she could have taken
Coupon rang up 1 big buford and given 2 then entered coupon later.
I did not get a receipt this happened 8-29-20 about 7pm

Checkers & Rally's Unsanitary

As I sat in drive thru waiting for my food I seen a customer bring back food for whatever reasons. The food was stored on sandwich station like it would be reused for someone else. Instead of going to the trash can or waste bin like it should have. I will not return definitely unsanitary you never know what people have or could have done to the food and it's being serve to someone else. Unacceptable

Checkers & Rally's I am a shift manager at rq

I am a shift manager at rally's 116 in buckeye and on numerous occasions I have been left with no crew and being forced to run the store on my own and when I address this to my direct manager I am threaten with termination. I have constantly told the district manager of my medical condition. And how the stress of this job is weighing on it. And yet he still has ignored what I have said.

Checkers & Rally's Overcharged and bad service

I visited the Rally store number 9191 in Hammond, Indiana last night and that is the first and last time I will ever go there. I had received a sheet of coupons in the mail and chose to get the Big Buford Combo for $5.99. The mozzarella sticks sounded good so I added a 4 pc. to my order. When I got up to the window the cashier said my total was $11.43. That sounded awfully high for what I ordered but with the line of 6 cars behind me I didn't question it. After receiving my food I had to wait at least a minute to get the cashier's attention to ask where my drink was that was included with my meal. When I got home I realized that I got 2 receipts for the same meal. One was for $9.29 and the other was $11.43 which is what he charged me. Since there is no individual pricing on the receipts I have no idea if I got my discount for using my coupon or exactly what was charged on each receipt. Terrible way to do business and after that experience I am going to warn everyone I know that they should stay away from that place. Will never go there again!

Checkers & Rally's Rude service and conduct of manager

On August 11, 2020 I pulled into the Checkers on East Locust street In Davenport, IA. I order a cheeseburger and a medium ice tea. I handed the cashier a $20 bill and she returned to me a hand full of change. She reported that I only gave her a $5 bill. The manger, named Tamera came out and was very rude and preceded to scream and yell at me. I've never been treated so rudely as a customer in my life! Someone who treats customers like this should NOT be in a position of management. I'd really appreciate this issue to be resolved. Not only was I treated poorly, I ended up paying $20 for a cheeseburger and medium ice tea!

Checkers & Rally's Extremely poor customer service repeatedly

As a doordash driver in my city I frequent your rallys restuarant. Some days as many as 6 times a day. Today I went for food for my own family as your store is conveniently a block from my house we also eat here often. Today I made the executive decision that I will no longer take any doordash orders or take my family to eat at your local restuarant ever again. Myself and others dashers in my area are all tired of the lack of respect the employees at this location. Being a dasher we have pick up times which are always 10 to 15 minutes late before they acknowledge that you are waiting for the order. They keep a box fan covered in food in the drive thru window and will stand on the other side and bluntly ignore your presence every time. Not to bad before noon with this but horrible the rest of the day. The walk up window is the worst. One can stand and look directly at the employees and watch them taking no orders standing in one spot looking at you with complete disregard to your being there for sometimes more than 10 mins until most patrons just walk away. Cleanliness and customer service are both absolutely horrible at this store and need to be looked into immediately before many more people follow suit and decide to not deal with these employees and ees at elsewhere. Furthermore on my own behalf while I was being denied the opportunity to place my order around 7pm today there was a group of employees sitting outside flirting with some other patrons at the tables, they took it upon themselves to cuss my husband and 4 year old son sitting in my car while stood at the window. Saying that we were racist, money thieving, and retarded for following the orange man. This came about for their acknowledgement of a cling of the president on the back window of my car. This is extremely unprofessional at any establishment on any level. My 4 year old child repeating these words shortly after leaving without any food is when I decided to never visit your establishment in my area again. Please look into these problems at this location as it will affect your revenue. Thank you for your time.

Checkers & Rally's Incorrect order, incompetent staff and poor customer service

I places an order vía the drive thru at the Menphis, TN, Austin Peay location on today (08.05.2020). Everything was going fine until it was time to pay for my order. I places an order to deep sea fish sándwiches (2 for $5) and two regular fish sándwiches (2 for $3). Upon arriving at the window to pay my total was $10.73. I noticed from my receipt I was charged $2.39 per beach regular fish sándwich. When I questioned the charge the Cartier precede to tell me I got a discount. How in the hell I got a discount when the sándwiches were only $3 for 2 from the start. After bringing the matter up with two employees, one was the mánager, they became irritated with me as if I was the problem. It was obvious the staff was having problems bc the customers in the front of me were having issues with their orders. I am a very patient person, but when you cannot comprehend nor count money to refund my difference, I have a problem with that especially after waiting for more than 20 minutes to get to the pay window. All I wanted was my refund un the amount of $1.99. I was refunded $1.50 which was incorrect and I was not going to discuss the matter anymore because it was going nowhere and the line was wrapping around the bldg. So in order to not hold up the line I was asked to park in the handicapped spot (because I am disable) and an employee would bring my order out. She did and I asked for my receipt back. She has to go back and ask the mánager about the receipt. In the meantime, I checked my order and it was wrong. Once the mánager came to my car with receipt I told her my order was wrong. She became very irritable and took it back to correct. The sandwiches were old and had been refried. I will never visit Checkers/Rally's again.

Checkers & Rally's Every single thing

First it took me nearly 15 minutes in line to get my food.. THEN they gave me someone else's food. I asked for no pickles but there they were... The fry box was only 3/4ths full. The mozzarella sticks were so salty I couldn't even eat them, henceforth wasted money.
This happened in Canton, Ohio on Tuscarawas St and trust me, I doubt if I will ever return.

Checkers & Rally's Service

I went to checkers today 6/30/2020 to get my granddaughter some fries because she enjoys the tremendously. So we're in line waiting we get to the window to pay for and receive our order. We get the order and look in the bag and there's ketchup in the bag. My granddaughter is allergic to tomatoes or tomato base products. So I ask for ranch dressing instead. Instead of just giving my baby the dressing the person at the window told me to pay 64 cents for the dressing omg seriously? You couldn't just swap out the ketchup with ranch dressing. Well my baby was disappointed and cried all the way home. It wasn't that serious they could given my baby the dressing. Shame on you checkers on Ella and Richey rd in Houston Texas.

Checkers & Rally's Cashier stealing from me

I went to the cincinnati rally's on hamilton ave. I had an iphone coupon for buy one get one free for a bacon bbq mothercruncher chicken sandwich. Tammy (the name on my receipt) would not scan my iphone coupon and said "I believe you" and took my credit card. I ate in the lot and by accident I saw that she charged me for both sandwiches. So when I was done I drove back through and complained that I was charged double. She said the register was not scanning the iphone and she gave me back $4 in singles and 2 quarters. That was still about 50 cents short. I know she did that on purpose and needs to be fired for stealing from the customers. I called in and reported her to the rally complain line but I doubt anything will be done. Sad!

Checkers & Rally's Aunt caroline - 10kg; worms in rice

Good day, On the 20th June 2020 when opening a bag or Rice which purchased about 2 weeks ago I found worms in the bag of Rice. This was purchased from The Checkers Hyper store in Cornubia, Durban. When I approached the store they said contact you directly as they cannot assist. This is unacceptable especially through this difficult period and I am very disappointed with the product. I have attached a video of the worm in the bag. Please can you assist me with a refund I am tired of running around trying to sort this out.

Employees not wearing ppe. When I was about to start complaining I was told to move my vehicle. I was told that it will take 5 minutes for my order at a fast food restaurant. I refused because I wanted to watch them prepare my food and make sure they did not cough on my order. I was then told to leave the premises. I have yet received my order or refund.

Checkers & Rally's Classic mother cruncher and bar bq mother cruncher

The classic an bar b q mother cruncher are terrible no offense I usually love rally's but these chicken sandwiches the classic in the barbecue are terrible the chicken was like elastic chewy almost like a rubbery elastic there was no bacon on the bbq the budding pardon my language suck i'm very disappointed and usually I love rallies but this is one sandwich y'all should either take off the menu or make it a lot better because it's the horse sandwiches i've ever had from rallies or anywhere for that matter a buddy of mine's father owns the rallies on preston highway in louisville i'm glad I didn't buy it from him because I would have to go to him and complain directly the sandwiches were purchased on dixie highway in louisville kentucky in valley station area the store number is 8252 and the sandwiches are too expensive for the two sandwiches and a fry liver fry I paid $14.28 which was terrible I kept I would have rather had a bologna sandwich unstale bread then eat that sandwich again fries were nasty and soggy I have never had a complaint with rallies and i've been eating rally's religiously once a week and this is the first complaint i've ever had but that is just terrible if I could get my money back I would but I will never order those sandwiches again and I probably won't go to that rallies again I will definitely not recommend that sandwich to anybody the commercial you all have mean mother cruncher it's pretty funny but it should say nasty [censored] mother cruncher because I literally am sick to my stomach over that sandwich you guys dropped the ball on this one i'm very displeased I don't want coupons I would rather have my money back if you need any information for me feel free to email me kevin lovers 13 at gmail.com all lowercase all one word have a blessed day i'm going to go throw up now thank you

Checkers & Rally's Cheesecake fudge sundae

I went to store #6273 and ordered a fudge cheesecake sundae. The reciept says strawberry cheesecake sundae. Well it tastes terrible. There was no cheescake in it at all. There were crumbs of something that tasted like waffle cones pieces in it. The fudge did not even taste like fudge. I vuisited the store on 6/9/20. My phone # is [protected]. The reciept total was $2.46. Not sure if this is how they are supposed to taste but I was really disapointed. I love cheescake not happy.

Big Chicken & Lg fires

I went to your location for lunch and I did not get what I ordered. because it is my lunch break I can not go back to get my order corrected. I can not eat this meal as it is not good at all! the chicken looks old or over cooked as well as the fires that were Med in size. the amount of grease that was all over the wrapper was very scary and I know that is not how it should be.
it is disappointing to throw away $8 for a meal that I could not eat.
not a good experience at all.
