Checkers & Rally's

I never experienced the most unprofessional service and disrespect ever from a fast food chain until tonight. We stopped to get Rally's after a high school game and the employees were so unprofessional. We were placing our order when "Keisha" (That's what she told us her name was.) Came on the microphone and stated "Go head". We still proceeded to tell her the order and when the order was not correct we told her she was missing something. She stated "I heard what you said, drive around". We stated we were not done and she said "what else you want then?." We stated nothing but her manager at this point because we were in fear that she would do something to our food. At this point we asked for her manager to come to the window. Another employee came and said the manager was gone. We asked for their names and she gave us "Keisha's name" and we were in the process of asking for the store number and her name and she closed the window on us and walked off. There were only 2 employees there at the time. My daughter was 2 cars behind us in overheard the commotion. She went to the walk up window to get their names, a manager's name and corporate number since we weren't unable to obtain. My daughter states when she walked up she stood there for about 3 minutes and no one waited on her. "Keisha" had on a head scarf, no net, or anything and continued to take the drive thru orders and never turned around to take the walk up orders. The other lady had no hair net, and was on her phone with the gloves on. After she finish looking at her phone she proceeded to handle the food with the same gloves she used to play with her phone. She finally looked up and stated through the window, "Oh did she take your order?" My daughter just got in her car after that and realized it is a lost cause. They work together so they will not give up each other's name. It is a shame that just because this Rally's is in a less fortunate area, that the employees can do whatever they want to because they know there will not be any consequences to their actions. I've worked for the health department for many years and can definitely report this Rally's for its many health violations. I think this is ridiculous to be treated this way and we never got out of line with the employee. I hope the employees can be coached on this matter to avoid future confrontations. I even took pictures of his in professional they are.This has left a very sour taste and makes me not want to visit any Rally's or it's affiliates ever again.
