Checkers & Rally's Service and employee rudeness

Checkers: 5503 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, Fl. I ordered 2 chicken specials, 2 Sundaes, and 1 Mozzarella sticks. The woman was the most nasty person I EVER ran into in fast food. We were charged $13.38 and she THREW half the order into my car. When we asked about the rest, she grabbed the bag and said YOU'LL get a refund. No receipt, either. Worst service of my life. I'm a Vietnam veteran and too many bells went off. The rest of the crew looked embarrassed. I'll NEVER go to checkers again. It's an irredeemable franchise. If I don't get the refund on my card, I'm calling the police. This woman has no business serving the public. And I'm going to tell FB, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit-everywhere. We were polite-until they became downright nasty.

Desired outcome: I just want my refund. She didn’t supply me with a receipt. But the transaction is on my IPHONE.

Checkers & Rally's Very disappointed

Marcus the cashier is in serious need of re-training. (lack of professionalism) He addressed me as if I was some hoodlum off of the street. In addition to, after he handed me my order, I opened the bag to ensure my order was correct/complete and he very arrogantly told me to "keep driving, I am on his company time" . Keep in mind, there was NO ONE else behind me in the drive thru. I am a manager at a fortune 500 company for over 20 years and my company "THRIVES" on customer service. He needs to be re-trained ! I was extremely disappointed in his behavior and will never return to this location. Due to my lunch schedule I did not have the time to exit the vehicle and address the issue to management. One of many mottos I follow in business is, ..." if you dont take care of the customer, someone else will". He was a poor representative of your company. I hope you use this event as a learning experience. Thank you

Checkers & Rally's wait time & cleanliness

Pulled in to Rally's drive-thru Sat night/Sun morning at 1:21 a.m. for 2 strawberry swirl ice cream cones. There were 4 cars in line on the right side and only 1 on the left, so business was slow compared to every other Sat night. We pulled into the left lane and directly up to the speaker where we sat for several minutes without being greeted. Finally, a young man spoke to us, telling us he would be with us in just a moment. For the next 30 minutes we sat at the speaker and watched car after car on the right pull up, place an order, grab their food and be on their way. When the 15 minute mark came and we still had not ordered, we decided to forget ice cream and just go home. Unfortunately, we were now blocked in with a car in front and 3 cars behind. At 1:45 the young man finally came back to the speaker and tried to take our order; however, he kept cutting us off during to ask if that was all and ended up missing half of the order (sad considering we only ordered a cone, a cup, and a water!). We pulled to the window and he immediately passed us 1 ice cream. I began to tell him that we ordered another when he held up a finger telling me to hang on, and began taking another person's order. We waited several more minutes before he came back and fixed our order. When I asked for my receipt (which was not given to me but put into the trash), rather than reprinting, he again held up a finger and then in plain sight began to rifle through the trash looking for my receipt. He eventually did manage to extract it from the garbage and this copy was the one he placed in my hand. He wished us a good night and before pulling away, we could see him making french fry bags, IN THE SAME GLOVES! I was disgusted and so was my husband (those same gloves had just touched our food!). On our way out of the parking lot (it is now 1:56 a.m.), we stopped and threw our ice cream away, making the entire 36 minute ordeal a complete waste of time. If possible, we would like to receive a refund for our purchases this evening.

Checkers & Rally's 2 for $3 menu

Hi. I've been to this same Checkers location with something wrong with my order and/or staff is unprofessional in behavior and communication. Complaining seeking satisfaction is pointless.
The pictures included with this grievance is one more time my order is not only wrong, this time I was given a checker burger with a bite taken. The spicy chicken I ordered with no mayonnaise. It had mayonnaise (again). I did what I normally do, eat just the chicken with the bottom side of the bun since it doesn't have mayonnaise. The burger is absolutely inexcusable.
It's sad to say but I'm speaking towards my level of patience when I tell you the location on the corner of Memorial Drive and Hairston in Stone Mountain, Georgia always get my order wrong; no matter the shift nor day. Something about my order is wrong or missing.
I don't live in the area. I'm there because I'm either picking up or dropping off a good friend that lives near by. I'm passing by for an on the road home(Stockbridge, Georgia)snack.
I'm looking to be acknowledged and that location and it's staff are informed of this particular complaint. Then let me know what actions, if any, were taken. Put it in writing and forward it to me, please.
This complaint is about that one incident. I've settled for having bad service but this night, service was egregious.

Checkers & Rally's Debit card purchases

Every time I go to the new Thibodaux, LA location they tell me my capital one debit card is being declined when it's something with their machine not reading my chip. My card works everywhere else I go. I have spoken to the manager every time and they cannot make it work either. I can't be the only customer that is having this problem. I leave from there and go to a different fast food restaurant and it works every time.

Checkers & Rally's Lancewood cheese

I have sent several emails to checkers to complain about old/ previously frozen cheese which was unusable when I bought it. I bought two 900g bricks of lancewood gouda. Nobody has bothered to get back to me or to reply on hellopeter.

I do all my shopping online because of the pandemic, so I don't want to go into the store to complain.

It's unfair that we are getting ripped off when we are all struggling financially in this pandemic

Desired outcome: I want my cheese replaced or refunded

Checkers & Rally's Service or lack of

I wrote a review on my google already about this but I still haven't heard anything back from checkers now last week I went there on the west oregon avenue store and it was à at 9:00 pm and got the absolutely most abominable atrocious service from beginning till I finally demanded a refund and left very unhappy and not fed those people that work there are with no leadership they don't care about customers they'd rather sit and talk on their cell phones and talk to each other then do their jobs I think that store needs to be shut down that's how bad it is cuz also the deciding factor for me leaving with a refund and not even thinking about eating there was it back that it was dirty

Desired outcome: At minimum a credit for a full meal for myself and my two guests that were with me in my car

And I've gone to other checkers in much nastier lower class neighborhoods in Philadelphia and gotten extraordinarily good service and polite treatment from the employees so I am absolutely disgusted and stunned how I was treated and left that's location in what's supposed to be a good area

Also I forgot to mention that there was nobody waiting for food except for me and when I say that I mean no other cars in the line I was the only customer there I was the only person other than employees and my people in my car so there should have been absolutely no call for that service or that horrific lack of

Checkers & Rally's Bad food! Staff lied about delay and refused to give refund.

I was told to park and wait because of meat was cooking! After about 10 minutes I went to window to see what was the hold up. I saw the fryer in pieces on the floor! I asked the lady to refund the fries and just give me the burgers. She took my receipt and disappeared. A couple of minutes later I see her go to the fryer and prepare a fry from the old soggy mess that was there and put them in the bag with the burgers made with old meat from a plastic draw that was barely above room temperature!

Desired outcome: I want my money back and 30 minutes of my life with aggravation returned!

Checkers & Rally's Door Dash pick up

I'm a Door Dash deliverer. I had an $8.00 delivery pick up at the Rally's store in Eastlake, Ohio on 1/10/21. I received the order at 12:50am and arrived at the restaurant for the pick up at 12:55am. I was told that the order couldn't be made because they had already thrown away all of the food for the night. This is totally unacceptable to me. It made me drive about 7 miles out of the way, and lose the $8.00 delivery fee, while missing orders in the meantime, and getting a negative review. Please respond. Thanks. Jim Shelby.

Checkers & Rally's My entire order

I placed an order at the rallys in owensboro ky. I ordered a chili dog with extra chili no onions and a small fry. I received a chili dog with onions and some cheese and very little chili. My fries look old and wilted.. I called the number on my receipt several times with no answer. This is not the first time either. Please make it right. Thank you

Desired outcome: I just want my orders to be what I paid for. Tired of wasting money on food I cant eat.

Checkers & Rally's Lady cashier sunday morning at 1am

She was extremely rude cause I told her she had me repeat my order three times but other cars only got asked once then when I got to the window I asked her to repeat my order please she got extremely smart mouth repeating my order back as if I did something to her when I just wanted to make sure that my order was corrected because of the fact the guy asked me to repeat it twice then she asked a third time all back to back an I didn't get my receipt neither it would be nice after working two jobs to go through a drive through without someone else acting ignorant for no reason i'm paying for my food I should be able to ask to repeat my order especially since I had to give it to them three times! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😢😢😢😢😢😠

Desired outcome: Suspended for bad behavior an Maybe she will be more polite with the next customer in that situation!

Checkers & Rally's The voicemail is very unprofessional and very hateful

I've called rally's today because I had some questions about things and the voicemail was no professional like and very rude ! I recorded the voicemail on my phone . It's not very hard to have a simple voicemail or at least answered the phone when someone's calling . I've literally called them TWICE! So I decided to record the voicemail a third time we have them that call .

Checkers & Rally's Service

Stopped in for burgers on special. Night manager kept reading wrong info back. I corrected him then got told he won't serve me as he didn't have to take this kind of abuse. At no time did I yell or cuss at him I just wanted a correct order.
Pulled in back of car at window and he's tellin them how he refused service. I finally pulled up and asked his name. He refused and locked window. I asked again and he picked up phone calling cops. I waited... The cop showed up and was cool. He simply asked me to leave. Found out I had been reported as irate and revvin my big diesel truck engine. Funny thing is I own a gas 2002 ford v-10 factory exhaust... It ain't loud!
Jack in the Box across the street sure is a nice place.. Wife and I enjoyed a great dinner.

Desired outcome: Getting all hot with a customer for correcting his mistake is wrong. Exaggerated reporting to cops gets people injured. At this point he's a liability to the company. He needs gone.

Checkers & Rally's Food quality

Last night 12/22/2020 I went to Checkers store # ( I do not know because its not on the receipt) and I ordered 2 #1's and both orders were wrong. The first one was supposed to be no onion and the other was no onion or cheese. The burgers were cold and the only thing that was hot was the fries. Needless to say both were incorrect. Normally I would let this go but paying $17.13 for two burgers that we not correct and the cashier assumed that I wanted a Large. I did not want to make a fuss about this at the window because Sabrina already had the personality of a door knob! I was polite and courteous and she simply did not say anything at all just blank stare. I have been in customer service for 14 years and this kind of behavior is just unacceptable. I understand its QSR but if you're that unhappy with your job, you should probably consider getting a new one. Thank you for hearing me out.

Checkers & Rally's Service

On 12/2/2020 I went to the Rally's #4049 in Columbia, Ohio. I place my order, which should have been 3 cheeseburgers with bacon, 3 cheeseburgers, and 1 plain cheeseburger, and 6 medium fries. My order was not read back to me, but when I was given a total of $25.42 I assumed they had gotten my order correct. I pulled up to the window and paid then waited for my order. After about 10 minutes the cashier came to the window and asked me to pull to a parking space that they were finishing up my order and would be out shortly. I place my order at 5:57 pm and did not receive it until 6:30 pm. Then it was only 4 sandwiches and the fries. I asked where the other sandwiches were and was told I had only ordered 4. I said no I ordered 7, you only rung up 4. I told her I would pay for the other 3, but I wasn't getting back in line for another half hour. At the point she said "Then, [censored], I guess you won't be getting them. " I then called her a [censored] back and told her I would be calling in on her. She threatened me and yes, I told her to bring it on. At that time, a male employee came out and told her to just get back inside. My receipt # is 2009 and I am sure you will get other complaints because I was only one of many people left waiting over a half hour for their orders. I think you should refund my money or at least a portion of it. That is unacceptable and you should not allow your customers to be treated that way.

I started working their on Jan 19, 22 This place didn't have heat on which the heat does work it was cold in their like it was outside I'm like wow we work in the freezer I called and complained the day before yesterdaythat was Wednesday when I started, it's says work today get paid tomorrow I worked one day I haven't received a regular schedule I haven't received a paycard yet nor have I been paid yet.I was also told you have to drink water no pop juice as and employee .
This place has no structure very bad customer service no teamwork the first day I started I was put on register I need to pay for my lunch or eat before I come to work a total wreck so much confusion . Crazy thing about it's close to my apt 7 mins away I didn't have to go that far.
I hope this message find someone today is Jan 21 my second day I am over that place. Call me pls

Checkers & Rally's Services

I went to Checkers on Washington Rd in Augusta GA the last 2 nights and they have messed up my order and when they handed me my food with bag wide open I had enough, so I called them and when a team member answered I asked to speak with a manager after I told him about my order being messed up and he said well I will have a manager call you back bc we can't just drop everything to cater to your needs right now. They also didn't give me a receipt.

Checkers & Rally's cheese

Bought a 800 g block of cheddar cheese and it was full of black mould. Very inconvenienced as I had people over for dinner and had to go out and buy more cheese. Very disappointed. Have always been very satisfied with clover products so was quite shocked

Checkers & Rally's Online ordering

Online ordering is a great thing when you can actually pull up at the time your confirmation says and receiver food. That is not the case here! I pull up to get my online order for her to tell me that it is store policy that they do not cook food till you pull up to pickup window. Hummm! Why online order than? Is this actually a policy? If so, why does it not state your order will not be cooked till arrival at pickup window. Instead, it says your order will be ready for pickup at such and such time. I love rally's but have had nothing but horrible service dealing with the customer service at this location!

Checkers & Rally's Rude service by Jerry

On the night of October 29.2020. I had an awful experience with a with a drive thru son named Jerry. He was really rude. I ordered 2 big bufords...1 with extra onions extra mayonnaise no pickles... Sounds simple right... So I drove up to the window after ordering and I asked " Sir can you please make was like its only onions.. I was just trying to make. sure that there are extra onions on the burger.. He yelled NO I CANT. YOU DIDNT ASK FOR EXTRA ONIONS BECAUSE I TOOK THE DRIVE THRU ORDER. He then looked at the register screen and saw that he did ring up extra onions and did not apologize for yelling and being rudely mistaken. The burger was for my passenger and he said he had never had issue ordering extra onions... Jerry said well you have to pay for it in a rude tone and my passenger. My passenger was like I have been coming to Checkers for many years and I have never had an issue with getting extra onions on a burgers... Jerry said I dont care how many years you have been coming to Checkers... My passenger goy upset because of how rude Jerry was talking to me and I remained calm to try to mediate the situation and my passenger just asked for his money back since Jerry would not add extra onions to the burger then Jerry said I am not giving you your money back because he did not like how my passenger was talking to him after Jerry said he would not finally give him the money back but Jerry did eventually. I guess Jerry was in a rotten mood but there was no reason for him to be rude with me for no reason... I just wanted to make sure extra onions were going to be on the burger. He represents Checkers in a bad way... If you go there and Jerry is at the window dont ask for onions or he will scream at you.

Checkers & Rally's I ate an uncooked chicken sandwich

I usually been going to this Rallys for years and I ordered my go to chicken sandwich. The outside was a bit warm but when I bit into it, I noticed that my sandwich was still cold and slimy. I spit it out before I swallowed and realized that my chicken sandwich was not cooked all the way. I feel nauseous thinking about it now.
