I've met cam models that treat people like garbage, there is no protection for customers with disabilities like autism, I spent around 4000 tokens for 319$dollars just for a cam model to milk it all away by prolonging the show rubbing lotion on her belly and not even reaching the goal of the show, I would warn others to stay away from this site if you have disabilities as you will be easily scammed or seen as stupid or booted for telling the truth to a model, I can name names but I won't, they say they hope you won't be offended and then they kick you, I could tell you the whole Shabang of these models

I want to complain about a model you have named 'yourfortuna". She has continually agreed to perform some act for a predetermined amount of tokens, and after she gets tipped, she freezes the camera and says she is having issues with the camera. I know this is not true because I can see her camera still works on Stripchat and on MyFreeCams. I do not want my money back, but she should be banned from working on Chaturbate. She is an embarrassment to your company. She does not make you any money either way and she should be banned to prevent her from scamming other customers of yours.

Apparently Chaturbate, as well as it's affiliated grooming sites (Chatroulette, Omegle etc.) have been bought-out by the Columbian and Russian mob. The traffic they prefer is from South America and Europe. You may have noticed that. The models they like working for them are select Columbian and Russian models... if you're a trans model (like myself) they have no plans on letting you succeed on their site. Why? They have a few trans models (mostly Russian females pretending to be trans) that they prefer to get all the attention. They won't tell you that, however. They'll just lead you to think you're doing something wrong in the hopes that you buy 'promotion' to get your supposed 5 minutes of exposure (i.e. show you in their main list so premium members, as opposed to freeloaders, can see you...in fact, as noted elsewhere, they'll even throw a few hundred tokens your way hoping you'll give it all back to them — many reports getting banned before they have a chance to cash-in their tokens. Along the way you'll be confronted with a familiar pattern each time you broadcast: a short flurry of bots who act suspiciously rude before leaving — sometimes the robots will say 'Hi' (note the capital 'H') and when you respond they never respond back, before leaving. If you write to Chaturbate and ask them what's going on they'll play dumb (it's your fault, your lighting isn't right, you look boring, you act boring, you haven't accumulated enough followers on Instagram etc.). They'll maintain that they're putting you out there when they're actually hiding you from premium members (i.e. men who spend money on the models) and putting you on a separate list. The truth of the matter is: everything you experience on Chaturbate from the moment you begin broadcasting is a complete simulation designed to make you give them your money... and the method they favor is 'agitation' (i.e. to create the worst experience for you so you buy things). If YouTube has moved into a family-friendly direction, Chatroulette/Omegle/Chatrandom have progressed into smut fronts to groom males of all ages for Chaturbate and a host of other sites. Sadly, what has resulted from all of this are generations of sex addicts. Greed, unfortunately, has no boundaries.

I am filing this complaint in reference to the Whatttttttttt room, I did register a complaint on the site itself, Chaterbate, and no action was taken.The mentioned subject would use other girls for the online shows and ended up cheating the girls out of the money that they earned further with the girls never returning back to the site.Other complaint is the use of illegal drugs being used online, It is very clear that complaints are not observed on the site.

Here is our texts after she told me 100 tokens for a request for her to put on a tight skirt. After I asked how much to put on a tight skirt in capital letters. I repeated that again typing the word tight like this in all capital. Then came this exchange in pm shown below this message. She then at the end would not put on the loose raggedy rag of a loose skirt, that apparently was the only thing she had after telling me she would put on a tight skirt for 100 tokens. When I said ok put on the loose skirt at the end of our exchanges she refused and tried to wait me out, waiting for me to go away. She refused. Time stamp will shows she played me for 30 minutes, then banned me. Very rude person that should not be on your site and it is clear to me that a girl that pretty not getting any tips shows she is arrogantly upsetting a lot of your clients and they don't trust her anymore, she also does not do what she says she is going to do for money and then takes forever to eventually do what they paid her for waiting them out I believe. I have had many issues with Chatburbate lately, my account was hacked and I can not change my password, their support barely respond when I contact them.

Before my account was even hacked, they failed to pay me for the tokens I have cashed out. They are thieves and incompetent at the same time! I am vey upset, I need this money and I am now behind in my rent.

The fighting amongst users on the male cammers side is continuing and when Chaturbate does take action banning a user it does no good. How? One example recently you took the time to ban the account of Froster, however once he found out it was banned he immediately created the account Froster1 and was back. What he did deserved a ban but when you allow this to happen why do you even bother? Can't you make it so these disrupters go away for good since they spend very little and cause others to spend less even?

This performer had a show on May 5th which was stated to collect donations to "help Colombia". She stated she collected over 37, 000 tokens.

The next day she was online (May 7th) but never published as a photo proof of her distribution of these "donations".

To be legal it is expected that she would publish a public document stating
a) how much money was collected from those tokens
b) how the money was used
c) receipt showing that the full amount was donated if she truly did a donation at all

Shadowbanning is unethical and cowardly. Imagine filling out forms, making a profile, uploading photos, grooming, shaving and preening for a session... Only to realize that only you can see you. How horribly demoralizing. I can attest that this sort of situation get compounded the more you block their abusive bots from coming into your room. Why? The site has no respect for men or trans models... Only views them as cattle to be herded onto their site, often under the pretense of working for them, so that they can buy things. When they see you aren't buying things they introduce the element of 'agitation'... Make sure your experience is negative as can possibly be so you quickly leave the site and make room for other naïve 'marks'. We see this happening on many sites who neglect to tell us that unless we buy their premium package they will make us absolutely invisible. Yes, I did scroll through the 'tranny' section of Chatrubate twice only to discover I wasn't there at all. Hello my model name is lucysweet83 I have been receiving wire transfer through payout information I provided on chaturbate as of august2018 with no delay no problems, but I am yet to receive payment for period march 16-31 I cashed out 20000 tokens worth $1000 on 31st march I should have received the wire transfer as of 7-15 april but I haven"t!
I have written several emails to support they say a wire transfer of $955 was sent on 6 th march which I haven"t received they asked for my payout details which I sent but they say I gave out the wrong payout information on the site which is not true I have received several wire transfer since 2018 using the same payout information with no problems the last payment was november 2020

Hello sir/Madame I am writing to complain about Chaturbate platform as the way they have treated me is very frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. I was banned suddenly a few years ago as I forgot to log off my camera while just chilling chatting as I lived on one floor then in a small house and had family around quite often. My family members including my younger son who was like seven at the time had walked not my room a few times while I was in the toilet or smoking outside. But this would of been a very quick brief few mins max and I wasn't in my room at the time. Also I explained this to CB and they understood it but banned me all of a sudden without explanation as I came beck using another username as they kept banning me for weird reasons, saying I was asleep or smoking when I wasn't and it became obvious they suddenly banned people for almost no reason as I've emailed them so much and tried to explain and ask why they've taken these extreme actions and they couldn't tell me anything except just ignoring me which is wrong, rude and very unprofessional. I was also scammed on chaturbate like 4-5 years ago by people pretending to be support approaching me in my chat room professionally as Chaturbate Support and they tricked me into taken photos of my passport for photo ID again after I'd done that already, resulting in me being banned for their incompetence and lack of security on site as well as me losing over 600 tokens which CB promised to give back yer they didn't.
