Brandon_pain banned me from his room after tipping him 450 tokens for a bondage show. After I tipped him he said something in Spanish about how I'm an idiot for believing him before he blocked me.

On January 10th, 2022 contacted model "Trisha Wild Cummer" from the Philippines and we agreed on pw show for 300 T since her rate in private was too elevated. As soon as we were in pw Miss Trisha proposed to bring in another colleague for an additional 200 T - at first I was reluctant and insisted to see the "lady" but finally agreed to forward the additional 200 T. As soon as tokens were forwarded I was kicked out of her room. The following evening on January 11 looked again for Trisha, connected with her and she played innocent, couldn't explain what had happened. She agreed to make it up and offered to bring in her colleague which I declined so she doesn't need to share the 500 T. As soon as back in pw she asked for another 500T upon which I reminded her of our agreement - in the end since I liked her paid another 150 T. Again as the additional 150 T were delivered she kicked me out of her room.
I am a good customer of your site and spend well in excess of $ 1.200 every month but will have to look for another site if models like her are tolerated (my username is Fredau23). Would like to hear from you to rebuild my confidence in Chaturbate under [protected]@outlook.com

This was all a mistake I believe.. how do we resolve this issue, I've been ban for some type of under age act and I had no parts in.. I've been on Chaturbate for years and never no issue like this, never been band before.. It's been 2 years now and want too know if I can have my account back ? In April of 2020 I went to the Chaturbate website. My region was under lockdown and I lived alone. I'll freely admit I was quite lonely. This was the first time I came into contact with 'chris_alanx'. He was very attentive and completely disarmed any apprehension I may have felt. His account showed 3 different social media sites with which to contact him. Of course this came at a cost. This would be my first complaint against Chaturbate: To avoid your employees behaving badly, you shouldn't allow them to advertise their personal social media sites nor allow this in conversations on your website. I paid for access to his Whatsapp account. Almost immediately he told me his story. He is a Venezuelan living in Colombia. After the lockdown began he resorted to working as a cam model for a studio. He told me how they took some of his earnings. We continued to communicate and I supported him on Chaturbate. He told me he was beginning to have feelings for me. August of 2020 was the first time he asked me for money. He planned to move out of the studio to his own apartment and needed to purchase a computer to continue his work for Chaturbate. I sent him money for the computer. By the end of August he again asked for money: first and last month's rent, appliances, etc. When he moved into the new apartment he also changed his account on Chaturbate. His new username was chris_alann. We continued like this for the rest of 2020. Feelings blossomed, promises were made and the money continued to be sent to him. In January of 2021 he told me that he no longer had feelings for me. Obviously, this was very difficult to hear. I slowly accepted this. I stopped sending money but continued to chat with him on Whatsapp and supported him on Chaturbate. This continued until August of 2021. We had an argument and I deleted Whatsapp. We reconnected in September and he told me to join Instagram. I did and started posting things. In October I received a reaction to one of my posts. The username seemed familiar. I'd seen someone with a similar username in the Chaturbate room of chris_alanx/chris_alann. I slowly began chatting with the person who had reacted to my post and that I recognized from Chaturbate. We started chatting about chris_alanx/chris_alann. Turns out he went through exactly what I had. He'd sent money for the exact things I had. We're still not sure if the model has done this with others. I recently contacted Chaturbate in regards to this. They told me because the transactions didn't take place on their website they will take no responsibility. I would hope at the very least that the actions of their employee would cause some sort of action by Chaturbate. But so far, nothing, I have contacted the Policia Nacional in Colombia and also filed a complaint with the FBI. I still hope Chaturbate will to the right and proper thing and disallow this model from continuing his fraudulent scheme. As I said earlier at the very least they shouldn't allow their employees to advertise any websites outside of Chaturbate. I also plan to lodge a complaint with the California Business Bureau. I'm still hoping Chaturbate will take some action against chris_alanx/chris_alann.

Iam in an immense amount of mental pain. And she will tell you that iam serious, even though her managers in Colombia " Monitor their Snapchat and WhatsApp " accounts. Lilicarter_1 made a Snapchat account for me and her, more than likely to keep me around because I paid for lifetime. She would when I thought we were a couple, dis. Why? To maintain their image of being a nice multibillion dollar racket. Models they think lowly of are paid by the company themselves to make shows which are then sold on several Chaturbate subsidiaries, upon which the company makes their money back tenfold. Of these models, the one's which aren't paying into Chaturbate (by spending their tokens for bogus 'promotion' or towards other models) are shadowbanned in gradual stages. Each stage of the shadowban is marked by an 'anonymous user' which never leaves your room... when three 'anonymous' users remain constant you've been hidden from most grey users as well. It's highly common for models to claim they had lots of regulars then, all of a sudden, they all disappeared — it's sad to think that Chaturbate takes no accountability for determining their failure through gradual algorithmic throttling. Chaturbate has no respect for people. They could care less that these models, models Chaturbate has no use for, prepare for their sessions (in so many ways) and believe they're being platformed. Sadly, they can only see themselves. To conceal the shadowbans, they send non-interactive bots to the models' rooms. Coupled with hiding unwanted them, feeling ignored deepens their sense of failure. Chaturbate hopes this will prompt them to leave. I feel this is highly unethical and extremely obvious. Reality doesn't work this way. Real people traffic, then bot traffic... regulars, then no regulars... spenders, then no spenders. Like I said, by the time a model sees three anonymous users constantly in their room they've been almost totally erased from the site. Now and then the site may have monitors talk to the models and figure out where they're at... even confirm their suspicions about the site. No loss. Sure as LeftTube and Fascistbook control outcomes through hierarchal favoritism — a favoritism which only rewards those who serve the brand — Chaturbate marks models as successes and failures the moment they join the site. What transpires is automated exploitation. Nothing more, nothing less. The unwanted models are used then spat out. None of these corporations care what anyone thinks of them. They know [we] know they censor undesirable emails, undesirable people and shadowban undesirable content... and hope we stop using their services. They would like us to make room for the kinds of people they like... the kind of people who do the right things (things people will like). Chaturbate, like all other for-profit antisocial media, has no use for things people won't like. They've done extensive research and programming. They know what sells... exploiting and crushing what doesn't.

She is kicking people out of her room for no obvious reason. I asked why she had a tattoo of 1940 on he arm and then she kicked and banned me. 31/12/2021 at 18:30 +2 GMT more or less. She should be banned from broadcasting. Behaviour like this is unacceptable. The rules were clear enough where they told you not to be rude to the broadcaster an I wasnt so dont understand why she banned me.

I got banned with no reason given, with no warning, with 1000s of tokens and efforts to at least know what I did . I really feel that given room to change I will rectify on what might have gone wrong. I have gone through the rules a number of times to at least pick out the rule I broke to no success. Kindly reconsider your decision on my account.

Creepy service ran by creepy people. They once gave me a refund of tokens and then took it back for no apparent reason. I didn't do anything. I spent it after they refunded it and then they banned me and gave me a negative balance for the amount plus extra.

My account was banned for accusations of being underage... I'm 28 and spent about 200 the day of. I use verifications photos to resolve but get told the images are blurry... I Even resorted to taking a photo of my license on top of my diploma - still not "good" enough. To be honest... Even once verified I'd rather have a refund than my acct. Ridiculous!

I have been a customer of chaturbate for several years. As of about a year ago the site "support", if you can call it that has become ridiculous banning my accounts. It has happened on numerous occasions and it happens for no reason other than them telling you that they have "reason" to believe you have violated one of their rules. Just recently they completely banned my account for lynnk51 and they have banned all of the accounts (kabriggs126, kabriggs128, kabriggs129, and kabriggs130) that I have tried to set up. I have received a couple of emails from "support" that told me to acknowledge the "refraction". I acknowledged the "infraction" and informed them that it would not happen again. This happened on each occasion that I was banned. I never have heard another word from them. My latest contact with them was when they banned the account for kabriggs128 for absolutely no reason other than to tell me that all the accounts were banned. It boggles the mind that a business can be run in such a matter. There is not one phone number where you can contact their "support" function. You live and die there by email. Ridiculous. I have spent literally thousands of dollars in that website and I have recordings from performers that I paid a lot of money for. I have hundreds of friends there that I enjoy spending time with. I consider myself to be one of their better customers and it is disgusting to be treated with such disprespect. The only thing that I want from chaturbate is to reinstate my accounts and allow me to enjoy the videos that I paid a lot of money for and the friends that I have made there.

Chaturbate has banned multiple accounts without any cause. It simply states that I was in violation of the "terms and conditions." I have yet to even begin my first broadcast and even though my age verification was accepted, my account was banned within minutes. Reached out to customer service and never received any response or feedback.

I'm sure many of us experience the same identical things happening to us every time we broadcast ourselves on this joke site. For the first 5 minutes people pour into our room and for the next 5 hours we see no one at all. On weekends we never work. Does this all sound familiar? [Chaturbate] does this to us. They have no respect for the amount of preparation we put into our shows. I find this appalling. The site clearly does not value fairness, variety and fair play. Chaturbate, like most Big Tech sites don't want want to take any accountability for the people they shadowban. When they get called out on it they'll emphasize the importance of pulling in names from third party sites (Instatwit anyone?)... like all of us feel comfortable being virtual prostitutes and Johns in plain view of friends and relatives. Meanwhile the bubbleheads who, supposedly excel at putting up daily stories which have no words, are pushed to the front of the pages while we remain hidden. This does not make sense. Preferential treatment destroyed The Internet. What should be organic, full of surprise, soulful and fun turns into a cold mechanized process dominated by thoroughly calculated neurolink babies who feel thoroughly entitled to charge men just to talk. Some of us are more personable, playful and unique... we'd rather grow organically on the platform, but are prevented from doing so because the site literally goes out of it's way to conceal us. This is cruel, deceptive, contrived and reeks of [censored]baggery. I dare Chaturbate or any other Big Tech site intentionally create deep feelings of unworthiness in people by so casually shoving them in the dusty dark corner at the bottom of the drawer delineating their gender. Has the Internet come to exalt the least exciting, willfully unoriginal and thoroughly robotic types of people the world has to offer... while punishing wild, unpredictable introverts who really give something extra of themselves which can't be specifically defined in any strict monetary sense. Those stories, the one's without the words, they do grow old and (dare I say) pandering and completely unearnest.

I have tried contacting chaturbate support countless times. They have only responded to me once saying that I am permanently banned. Which is not real, I can access my account I model normally and I can transmit, receive tokens. But when I try to convert my tokens to collect them, it does not allow me to do so! I feel frustrated and robbed, the support does not give an answer. And I'm afraid of losing my hard-earned money. Also my model account which has approximately 3 years with them. This is almost an insult.

Unless you're someone who represents their 'brand' you will be hidden on the site. First, gradually...before being completely hidden from the eyes of paying customers. It's called 'algorithmic coercion'. When you're working on the site and wondering why no one is coming to your room (when you've spent so much time looking fantastic) conduct a search. Go to your category and use one of your 'hashtags'. Surprise! Not there. Not convinced? Look through the pages. Hmmm, nowhere to be found. Yet the white names come in at an ever regular rate. Why? Only [they] can see you. Another way this site creates a simulation of reality is the 'unable to broadcast' sign you might get on when they don't want your already-algorithmically-throttled channel to be seen. Yes, this will conveniently happen on a Friday or Saturday night. Big tech bullying thrives in muddy waters. But, no, it's [not] your ISP. It's Chaturbate facilitating your pre-calculated failure. They're hoping you'll get frustrated and leave. Big Tech does [not] care about your effort. Big Tech does not care about your feelings. Big Tech does not care about your concerns. Scream at the robot all you want: it will only tell you what a failure you are. Soon you will leave. Hopefully. Meanwhile, those shows (y'know the ones you thought regular people were paying for) are being sold on various sites such as Cammbb.xxx, Webcamshows.org, Camrips.net, Mychaturbate.com and Mywebcamrecs.com. Think those aren't owned and financed by Chaturbate? Think again. So yea, ignore the inarticulate complaints you may find on here -- the one's CB themselves posts to discredit the validity of the other complaints -- and keep this one in mind. I'm telling you the absolute truth. Chaturbate, and Big Tech in general, do [not] have your best interests in bot. In fact, aside from paying you a small percentage for the shows they paid you to make, they're not to be trusted on [any] level. "I was doing really well then, all of a sudden!". There's a reason why you hear that over and over again.
