I am new model, and this was my first payment and It has been 7 days after the payment period and i still haven't received my payment. and chaturbate support is not responding to my emails. Can you provide reasons for this and what should i do. Is this a scam or i will ever receive the money that i earned working for hours on the website. I was relying on the payment to pay my bills now i have no idea what should i do.

Over time, I had become good friends with a model on Charturbate. We would hang out everyday, and confided in one another. I told her about all the very difficult times I had been gone through lately. Among other things, I had gone through a breakup that resulted in me hurting myself. That was the level of trust I had in her. On February 5th, I was having a particularly bad day, and I reached out to my friend for help. I guess I did it the wrong way because it caused her to get very upset. I was already struggling, and her reaction didn't help. I told her the way she was making me feel the exact same way as what my ex did and I couldn't go through that again. She was giving up on me, and worse, she knew what happened the last time I was abandoned by someone. There is no doubt she knew the state of mind I was in.
The next day, I tried over and over to have a real conversation with her (I even tried to take her into private), but she refused. This continued until she made the most inexplicable comment imaginable: BSF - "Best Suicidal Friends." Hearing this from someone I considered to be a good friend pushed me over the edge again. Fortunately this time, I had a moment if clarity before it was too late, but the trauma inflicted remains. Every time I notice she's still being allowed to broadcast, the cycle begins anew. I've lost count of the number of times I've been pushed to the brink because of this.
When I was able, I contacted Chaturbate "support, " and explained what happened. They responded by saying that she had misunderstood something I said. According to them, this misunderstanding made it acceptable to them, as if there are occasions when saying something like that would be appropriate. It's ridiculous, misunderstanding or not. I can't understand the logic of this. What is the point of a l code of conduct if they aren't going to follow it?
Unfortunately, this wasn't the end of it. About two weeks later, on February 18, I sent her a message to through her Only Fans page in which I graciously forgave her, despite never receiving an apology or any acknowledgement of the suffering she caused me. She responded by mocking me, simply repeating the first sentence of my message. I then told her that a real friend doesn't get angry when someone reaches out for help. Her response: "lol." I ask you, does this sound like the behavior of someone that simply misunderstood something? Her mindset and lack of remorse seems clear to me.
When I showed the latest conversation to Chaturbate "support, " they responded by saying that they can't do anything about it because it the most recent comments weren't on their website. This was cowardice. They know full well that the original attack happened on their site. That is the only thing that matters. I simply showed them the other conversation as proof of her intent and her true state of mind during this entire ordeal. If it had been a misunderstanding, she wouldn't have continued to provoke me.
From the beginning of my interaction with them, all Chaturbate "support" has done is to tell me to get help while completely ignoring the actual problem, causing to relive the cycle of trauma over and over again. They haven't even issued the miniscule refund they offered me in the beginning. I am at a complete loss that anyone would consider this acceptable behavior, especially considering what happened. I'm trying very hard to get through this, but Chaturbate "support" has only made things worse.
I do not wish to receive any responses from them. I've already blocked their emails. The last thing I need to hear more of is their robotic patronizing responses that fail to offer any logical reasoning as to why their "code if conduct" doesn't apply in this case. My goal in writing this is simply to let people know the kind of people that work there, as well as the kind of people they protect in lieu of the well-being of their very well paying customers. If they finally decide to do the right thing, that would be a huge relief, but either way, the irreparable damage has been done.

Hi, is about Keishaspicy24, I upload a new ID on my active account and get banned because they say Im underage. Sure I'm not, I was streaming on that site for a year, just changed address and wanted to out new ID on. So I write many emails the days before and is not possible to get no answer for days and days and not being able to get online. The male camming side of Chaturbate needs to be monitored by the company and cleaned up. A group of users parading around in a pack bully other users and make up claims to get moderators or users banned so they can have full influence. On 2/20/21 in couplepartyxxxx room a pack of 7 showed up and everything in the room stopped, tipping, the show, everything. Prior to their arrival it was a blast but once they arrived the screen filled up with make such and such a moderator and ban this user or that one. For these 7 or so this have become common place in a lot of rooms and the new camming boys couldn't figure it out Saturday night. The users are chinko_de_mayo, bossychlck_, ladydanbury, 35reasonswhy, lorenzozurzolo, mariah_scary, saco_river_guy. If they do get silenced they come back with a grey made up name that the name itself attacks the silencer. Somebody needs to start taking this seriously and monitor rooms if you don't believe the images you get before it starts does more damage to camming males, PLEASE!

These models promise a certain performance, and then they get their tokens and don't deliver what they advertise. they have done this on several occasions. they string you along with a promise then they will either log off or they will band you from their room, as I was banned, this is not a good business situation. we spend alot of money for this site and deception for what your company should stand for is wrong. The models are two_bags you will lose alot of business if you do not address this situation

On Chaturbate advice l changed my user name and password as they said my account had been compromised. My old user name has 430 token in it, which they agree is correct. I have asked them repeatedly to either transfer 430 tokens to my new account or refund my credit card. So far thry haven't done either. Best regards john sheeehan

Some broadcasters will ask for payment, then ask additional payment or refuse service, pressuring you into paying double the agreed price. I imagine a lot of people will just pay, as the sunken cost fallacy kicks in.

If you leave and file a report with Chaturbate support they will say they "determined that both the broadcasters did exactly what you asked for." Conveniently for them. Since it didn't happen, I wonder how exactly they determined this.

Hi, despite the financial hardships I and millions of others are going through now, I managed to save up some money to order a custom video from a model named @miss_bonnie. I spend a little over 1000 tokens to place my order which she agreed to, just to completely ban me afterward for no apparent reason but to scam me out of my hard-earned money. The lack of accountability in this site is unacceptable.

I have wrote chaturbate many times about her asking and accepting offline payments, they dont care though, she even sent me fotos of her 3 year old daughter to a guy she met on this adult website, I have sent photos of the transactions and photos, but they do nothing, she threatens to expose me as a [censored] if I do not send money to her, she tells me how the room she works in is her 3 year old daughters, with sex toys and her friend also uses the bed for her job, her name is isabella_liam_lm, you can see them playing on this 3 years bed. Its gross and needs to end, she was banned before for all of this but she just changed her name and is back in a few weeks, her old name was paola_caicedo

Here is what has been presented in brief snyopsis, as I had complained since 2018 on the men who have harassed me in rooms, not knowing if I was male or female, since I am a "[edited]" who upholds the rules. They are men who want rooms to record shows, get free tickets, and will tip note the cammer to remove a mod. Post nasty [edited] gifs and Defacating gifs, make accounts with the [edited] ame to get back in the room when silenced etc. I was most recently attacked in 3 rooms in a 2 week period.
Which resulted in my account being banned for misinformation and my [edited] account for standing up for my cammers room while using her acct to rid his room of the evil doers.

My account was banned on July 8 no real reason given other then subject to terms/conditions, I agreed on July 9 and the ban was never lifted. The incident of July 23 or July 26 in my cammers room, when I saw anonymously what was going on in chat and signed in to [protected] which is my [edited] account to forewarn my cammer what those men were.

I have the screenshots of the gifs too.

Here is what I summarized.

Sorry to bother you, but I am to no avail in the over a month long dispute with Chaturbate.com as concerns my account and [edited] status in over 50 rooms since 2018. I have had an ongoing problem with "gay" men who enter into my rooms or room where a newbie is and post nasty [edited] gifs and defacting gifs when they think I am in the room. They have called out my nick and they are not aware if I am man or woman. CB is 99.5 male. I have always been upfront in sending the screenshots to Support@CB and their turnaround time is drastic. I was banned on July 8, no reason given other then subj to terms & conditions, and agreed to accept it, on 7/9 and CB never unbanned the account on 7/14. My [edited] has an acct in same household, and I happened to check on my cammer a young man whose English is not so good, and I saw the haters in that room attacking my Nick and my [edited] Nick saying their one in same. The cammer was not aware of who these men are, so I entered in as my [edited] account, and one of the haters had been in 3 rooms of mine calling me names, and he is a man of color, and the haters - that were also in the room, all ganged up on me. So I told the man of color to "suck my ... N"
and that man of color had called me [censored] in 3 rooms where he preys on the cammer, and I had to silence him for begging for phone numbers and to mod the room. All in all, my [edited] account got banned, which it was never banned before and they combined it with my [protected] account and never unbanned me.

This is a gross indulgence to ban my account when I had been an above average spender to the tune of [edited] in 2018, and again in 2019. I mostly mod now, and still tip high in my followed rooms.

So I am permanently banned, no cards can be used, my IP by 9 others in my household, has been affected and its been a big freaking mess.

I am not a low life punk. I asked for this matter to be escalated to Shirley, COO if she still is, and to the Legal Department. Neither was done.

The haters that I am speaking on are a group of 30-40 males or alias accounts that prey on newbies and want to get into the room to get free show tickets and will tip note the mod to get the cammer to remove him/her. They make accounts with the person their attacking, I have had accounts made by them with my [protected] - turning into [protected] and my [edited] account went from [protected], to someone making it [protected], these men are ruthless. I had a mod friend that knew alot about the group of men, I even forwarded a list of the ringleader names, and now I believe this same mod friend is part of the group still, cause on 2 occassions speaking to him in a chat after cammer gone, I was banned within 30 min after. So I do not trust anyone. I feel that he is part of this whole scheme against me.

Well that [protected], took a photo from my bio and put a pig snout on it and made a GIF and blasted it in his RINGLEADER's
Mod room - out to 12, 000 in room and the [protected] did nothing about it. All because I beat him out of a modship in that other room of the North Carolina man.

So these men are ruthless. They attack, say the [edited] is recording, when in fact they record, they use female names, and do this all the time. I was a victim of their antics.

So, I am asking that someone help me in a resolution on this, I do not cam, not a cam model, so know DMCA issue but the issue is being discriminated against as a woman, and these low life's are still doing this in rooms and not banned. They never tip, and for myself as a heavy tipper, I can not fathom why CB allows them to remain and put the cabash on me.

My account was [protected], then I asked for 2 name changes to avoid them, - all I want is to resume as [protected], have my credit cards opened up, and as long as CB obviously knows the problem, to never ban me on anyone's heresay without proof. Funny thing is, no screenshots, where I ever attacked someone in a room, only the incident of the [edited] account where I did use the "n" word to the one who did it to me before.

IF that is a one time violation, then neither my account nor my [edited] should be banned. My [edited] has since went to stripchat to see her friend who is on that site now. She left CB as a cammer over this.

My [edited] tried to sign up as Cammer at 21, sent the photos as required and they kept saying it wasn't correct, then it was, and never accepted the verification.

Please add some insight into this matter for me. I am at wits end with this.

I really would like some fairness in this matter.
All of my WIFI family members in home have been rejected, and my [edited] has since left CB to go to another site totally. Her cammer also left CB over this incident.
