Gave us inaccurate spot prices because of low business. Spot price was half a million in value because of trade due to not meeting $10 million minimum trade number. This employee exhibited price discrimination. On record, she gave up a 15k future orders without any price discrimination. She is an example to be made of as someone that will use the oil futures market as something to cheat and profit from.

Issue was resolved.
