i tried to pay my bill the day it was due. i couldn't sign in online, their records somehow don't match the information i was given. i went in and paid the next day as soon as the store opened. now my phone the next day is shut off because past due account. this company needs to be taken to court. they are running a scam with no customer service. it is time to hold the CEO accountable. i am ready to file a class action lawsuit, if you are interested please contact me at [protected]
