Totally useless company. Promise the earth with their sales rep who comes out and they then produce a lovely glossy brochure at a cost of £1000. No viewings in a year. Sky high initial valuation, no suggestion that we should reduce the price. Only three phone calls early on after I told them I wanted an update every month. They kept saying they were getting lots of interest but no viewings. At no stage did they contact me and ask if we would consider a price reduction or actually prove to me that they had a single enquiry. Absolute lies. Finally sold the property through a high street estate agent . Do not touch Chaplin Bond with a barge pole unless you want to be ripped off. I would like to think we would get our £1000 back as they did NOTHING other than produce a nice brochure. But I doubt that somehow. Shocking.

This company stole my money from my account I gave what was agreed a cheque to pay for adverts in 3 months .

I stupidly didn't put a date on it and they have cashed it straight away.

The contract states 3 months by bank won't refund and neither will James at Chaplin .

I'd never recommend this Company

After scanning the web I'd just like to add my two pence worth.

Slick sales outfit that do anything bar what the salesman says.

Let me make things very clear they conned
Me out of monies upfront, you can complain and complain but You end up being told your complaining just for complaining sake.

End of the day it won't get you anywhere you won't get your money back.

I'd love to know exactly hour many businesses they actually sell compared to what they take on.

Promised to get me out but 18 months later I'm still waiting for my first viewing .

Please do NOT be sucked in o the phone like I was.

BEWARE SCAMMERS

I own a Post Office in Nottinghamshire and I was astounded at how much I was worth when Dean came out to see me (I think that was his name).

The fees were reasonable I thought so signed up to sell it.

I should of done my research though, I haven't had any meaningful viewings or interest and after over a year I have had to get 2 other agents in.

Humberstones who specialise in Post Office sales have valued my business for half the price that Dean did which will explain why I haven't had any interest.

Its a crying shame Chaplin Bond haven't lived up to their smooth sales pitch which is obviously a ruse for getting me to pay upfront.

To sum up Chaplin Bond talk the talk but deliver nothing of note once you sign.

I Complained and left a review a few week ago on google but they have removed the review system . This company are quite clearly trying to hide any negativity about them.

I paid £1000.00 upfront and was promised the earth but they delivered absolutely nothing. Brochure didn't arrive, no viewings arrives as promised.

I have had agent after agent in promising this that and the other but chose Chaplin Bond for their personal service.

Avoid like the plague.
