Champs Sports Online order

Good afternoon. I placed an order online on 5/31 after the 1pm CST cut off, so I assumed it would be in transit the next business day, 6/1. It's now 6/2 and my order still hasn't been picked up by FedEx. I paid $14.99 for 2nd day air shipping knowing that it would have a 95% chance of arriving today, before I go out of town tomorrow morning. As a Director of Operations myself for over 25 years, I know that shipping to any address within my state of Texas, is a 1 day transit using ground shipping. Your Grapevine Mills store is about 40 miles from my house and I've tried to call the store 10 times since they opened at 11am, but no answer. Your customer service team tried to call twice as well, no answer. I called your Stonebriar Mall store, which is 5 miles from my house to see if I could pick up the same pair and cancel the other  order and was advised that it can't be canceled since it's been "shipped" in the system. They even tried to call the store, no answer. In summary, whoever is running your GVM store, needs to be put on notice that someone should be available to answer the phone at minimum and orders should ship within 24 hours after the label is created. The customer service at that location is 100% unacceptable. I also called your corporate office in Florida. I selected the correct options, but each time I hit 1 for store operations, it disconnected and I tried 5x! I will not purchase from your company in the future. Best wishes. 

Desired outcome: Refund for product & shipping cost.

This is the exact scenario I’m going through. They keep saying it’s “shipped” so they can’t cancel, but they are calling the shipping location and no one is answering. What a scam. “Sorry we can’t refund you because our own company isn’t answering us”.

Champs Sports Customer service/my account

Hello, my name is Antonia R. I’ve been contacting Footlocker & Champs for over 6 months about fixing my account so that I can login! My Footlocker & Champs account got hacked & I can’t login to either one! The customer service for both companies are extremely rude, not knowledgeable, unhelpful, and can’t solve a simple matter! It doesn’t take over 6 months to fix a significant problem that is of importance to me! I don’t want to create another account nor lose my FLX points! Can someone with sense please fix this matter!

Champs Sports CSG cargo joggers

On june 17, 2022 about 4PM, I went to chanps sunridge location, and ask this product mentioned above. Product is not in store and ask me to order online. I asked them and to order for store pick up but mentioned that I have to pay shipping cost. I asked the guy ii want to talk to store Manager and it took 1/2 hour to wait for the manager. Disappointed with cutomer services.

Champs Sports Discriminatory Practices

I purchased a few items for my husband for Father’s Day and I decided to order a jersey on the website champs. I made my purchase and it went through up until I complained about a code that didn’t work and doesn’t work for anything. They only use those purchase codes to get you to buy things. I was discriminated against because of my race. They flagged my account for fraud and when dealing with the department was given no reason as to why. I was asked questions that had nothing to do with my order! This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Desired outcome: I’d like to know why I was discriminated against and my account flagged?

Champs Sports Order not received, refund request denied.

I ordered a package from Champs sports on 12/4 with 5-6 day guaranteed shipping. Once I did not receive the package I reached out to FedEx who advises they would have to look into where the package is and follow up. FedEx did not follow up. I then reached out to Champs sports corporate at [protected] for assistance. They suggested they would need to also complete an investigation that would take 8 days. At the conclusion of the investigation it will determine if I will get the package of a refund. I requested a refund because waiting nearly one month for a package or a refund was unreasonable. I requested a manager's assistance but they have not followed up with me.

Champs Sports One of your workers

Champs sports employs a female employee by the Name of Lakeisha Holland she works in the Roseville mall in Roseville MN this woman trafficked drugs from Colorado to Minnesota she has sold marajuana on her break at the store even to other employees she gives this company a big black eye her customer service skills are poor to say the least she is rude and moody all the time and always smell like maraijuana and add insult to injury she sells shoes for a higher price when the shoes are released this is something that her and her manager Matt are into if this is not resolved in her immoderate dismissal then I will have to take more drastic matters

Champs Sports Unethical behaviour...

I bought a pair of NIKI W AF1 07 LE LOW-WH/WH on 02/12/21, price, $96.30 with tax... I went to the Champs store located at the Port Charlotte Town Center in Port Charlotte, Florida on, 04/16/21, approx. 4:45pm... I took the shoes out of the box and showed them to a young lady working that day (didn't get her name, she refused to give it to me)... I explained to her that I had bought them only two months ago and she immediately told me, there was nothing she could do for me... She repeated herself five time, interrupting me as I spoke... Every time, I tried to ask her a question, she would repeat herself... The tone of her voice was quite irritating... I found this to be rude and disrespectful... She told me the shoes were over sixty days old and there was nothing she could do for me... I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was no manager there and she refused to give me the manager's name... All I wanted to do was show the manager that the Niki's I bought had threads pulling loose at the toe of the right shoe... I just wanted to exchange them for the same Niki's... Of course, I would like to exchange the Niki's, but the main issues, is the way I was treated the day of my visit... I thank you for your time and for allowing me to file my complaint.

Desired outcome: Exchange or refund would be appreciated

Champs Sports Unprofessional Associate

Today while visiting Champs in Stockton, CA (Sherwood mall) I had a very disappointing experience. There was an associate named Lisa using vulgar language over her headset, which my children had to witness. This was extremely unprofessional. The worst part about this is I shop here frequently, and this is not the first time I've had to experience this here dealing with her. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Champs Sports Shoes air max 95

I have a big issue with this company they tell me I can return shoes that are too small then try to say I wore the shoes that never been touched. Brand new shoes that I never touched if the shoes have any damages then yes I understand but I'f they never been touch or never been worn we got a problem . They need to stop make assumptions about things they don't know if u have prove I wore the shoes then I understand. If it's no prove that I wore the shoes then you should return them .

Champs Sports Customer service

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 3 new pair of shorts, which were a little too tight even though I have 10 pairs of older CSG shorts that are the same size. I was away on vacation and missed the 45 day return policy. Customer support was understandable and offered to exchange them for the next size. Even though they sent me an RMA, after knowing I missed the 45 day return deadline and after they agreed to offer an RMA anyway due to extenuating circumstances, I shipped the shorts back and their warehouse declined my order and shipped them back to me.

I am amazed that the company would agree to something and then go back on it. I called twice today and was told no after they already agreed to replace my order with one size larger.

I am so disappointed with this company.

Champs Sports Retro 1

I ordered online for a curbside pickup and it stated 24hr wait time and it has been 72 hours and I have yet to be contacted and the store wont give them to me. Although I have a receipt of purchase. This is so stressful, I feel like I have been ripped off so I am contacting my bank and disputing the theft charges.

Champs Sports Item not received or my money back

Good morning,
I purchase 2 items online and I only received 1 item. I called champs customer service at 1-800-991-6813 on December 10th, and they opened an investigation with ups. I received and email from champ with my case # and order #. Since then I have called 3 times at the investigation phone number which was listed on the email that I received and I also have left a couple voicemails and no one has got back to me yet not even by email. I understand it take 7-10 days for the investigation but it looks it's taking longer. I also call the customer service again on December 18th to see if they knew anything about the investigation and they told me that someone was going to call me that same day or the next day.

Champs Sports Customer service

I was in the Southland store where champs is at I was attempting to purchase some shoes there and one of the sales guy that was working on Saturday November 30th privacy around 3 pm and he was very rude and I asked a question about the shoe and he gets attitude he wouldn't give me his name I didn't really pay attention to the night but I mean if you have people working in your store for y'all they should come with us with respect we are the one buying the shoes I just asked a question and he had a nasty attitude very nasty attitude so I'm just letting you know what's going on in your stores when am I not want to shop here anymore because of the customer service and it's the closest champs to me very very upset but thank you have a blessed day

Champs Sports management

The female manager was rude to me and my nephew. I filed a complaint wit the BB. she given her discount to some customers and treating others like dirt. She ignored me and wouldn't gt my nephew a shoe size so she could sit and flirt wit two dudes and let them have a discount on the shoes the bought. I went and bought shoes somewhere els. If you want more sales hire people that's gonna treat your customers better and not like we don't matter. Not sure if she was having a bad day but I know she was rude and I won't go back

Champs Sports waiting for a refund for over 2 months

I have been waiting for a refund for over 2 months. First I was told it was refunded back on my card and I would receive the refund with 3-7 days, then I was told a check was posted, on another email I was told the refund was processed on a different date and a check was posted. They expect me to call for a refund to my card for the postal cost which was promised to me, but they have my card details. I have sent them everything that has been requested but still nothing. I'm worried that there is no truth in what they are saying as they keep on changing the script. Now, all my emails I send them are being rejected. I am owed $206... dollars and £17.80 delivery charge. Please help if you can

Champs Sports 2 orders placed... neither processed or received, cant get thru to customer service

I have placed 2 online orders since 12/19 and both have failed to process thru the system. I have called customer service and waited to be serviced 1-1.5 hours on hold at least 6 times. I was provided a gift certificate for my inconvenience that was not usable and also provided an apology with a gift card for $50 that only had $20 loaded on it. Spent another 1.5 hours on hold this past Saturday talking to a supervisor named Omar who said he pushed the 2nd order thru, confirmed I would receive it end of this week, said he would email a new gift card the next day. It is now Wednesday...I have no email confirmation my order has been fulfulled, no tracking number for shipping, no gift certificate as promised and the only reason why I haven't given up is a relative in Germany wants these tennis shoes. They offer chat services which have been down since at least 12/19, I have emailed and called at least 3 supervisors and they don't call back, it took them 4-5 days to respond to an email and they said my problem was solved so they were closing it out. Clearly it wasn't. I have also sent a message thru Facebook with no assistance. Honestly, I don't know how they stay in business. Can someone assist me please?

Champs Sports two pair la of black jordan sneakers value $ 200.00

I purchased a pair of sneakers online but never received a confirmation email. I contacted a customer service and a lady told my order never went through so I have reorder it so I did and again money was taking off my account twice for the two transactions and the second time still no confirmation email. I contacted customer service and again my order didn't go through. No confirmation email or shipping email.
Money was taking out of my account for a value of 410.00 dollars. I just want my two pair of sneakers or full refund of my hard earned money please and thank you.
Champs Sports customers service is very bad and no help whatsoever. What the purpose of customers service with no help to you?

Champs Sports shoes

On 12/8, I purchased a release shoe. The money was taken from my account on the same day, and this evening I received a very nonchalant email from the company stating they did not have the shoe. The email states that after searching all of their locations, they were unable to locate the shoe even after they took my money and sent a confirmation number out. The email goes on to say that my account was not charged; however, PayPal paid them on the same day.

I had to call a call center where I was on hold for over 27 minutes, and I had no choice but to sit and wait because they had my money and the email stated otherwise. Once I spoke with "customer service", I was told, "something happened with the inventory at the location where the order was originally sent." I am still not exactly sure what that means. In any event, the rep. graciously agreed to give me my own money back and to "officially cancel the order." Now mind you, he had to cancel the order and refund my money even though the email stated that the order was canceled and no money was taken.

I was not satisfied with how my purchase or money was handled, so I asked to have my complaint escalated because I wanted to make a formal complaint. I was transferred to a "supervisor." She proceeded to argue that a confirmation number is not confirmation of a purchase and that a purchase is only confirmed through a tracking number or shipment information. I explained to her that the website makes no mention that the order is only confirmed after you receive tracking information, and neither does the confirmation email that was sent after my purchase. I asked her to email me or screenshot the language from the website (she still has not sent the language).

After discussing how I feel Champs was greedy when they decided to oversell the shoe, I asked how to make a formal complaint and my only recourse (from what the supervisor said) was to make a complaint on the Champs website, which appears to be laughable.

Ironically, their own websites says when an order is sent via their website it is processed as soon as you press "place order" so no changes or cancelations can be made. I guess that language is only true when it benefits the company.

This is the first and last to time this happens to me because I will never patronize any Champs or their affiliates. It is disheartening that companies can operate in such a manner. Just one last note, I am really pissed too because I was in the process of paying for the shoes on another website when Champs confirmed the purchase. Of course, I ended that transaction after Champs confirmed. Just sheer greed and a lack of consideration for customers on their part.
