Ceu de Santa Maria Santo Daime Holland Netherlands Adrian Freedmanthreats to murder witnesses to courts, criminalization of santo daime, mockery, injunctions

K Jul 24, 2019 Review updated:

The Santo Daime Church with roots in the Ceu de Santa Maria Holland claimed to be able to arrange a murder as well as violence. It was done by associates of the Eternal Heart Centre and Adrian Freedman.

It was because Adrian Freedman and his people wanted to scapegoat someone for a big police heist of marijuana. A witness to police investigations into the Santo Daime was told to expect serious violence. That person was not a police snitch but they thought he was. The Eternal Heart Centre wanted to break the laws, deal in drugs, smoke weed and drink Santo Daime whilst picking on innocent people, blaming them for police raids and then threatening to murder them

When Adrian Freedman, senior of the Santo Daime Church was told that mockery would not help their cause, representatives of the Santo Daime Church told a witness to Court to get a change of pants ready, or a house visit would be arranged, that could include violence and murder.

The behaviour was sanctioned by Adrian Freedman. Adrian Freedman resigned as a Daimista and representative of the Brazilian Encontro Santo Daime organization headed by CEFLURIS after a controversy involving threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder.

Six individuals were barred from harassing witnesses to the Court and were handed down injunctions, the police intervened to stop them after Adrian Freedman's people would not stop. A Court made findings of malicious defamation, witness harassment and threats of violence against those involved in blaming others for the police raids, all were of the Santo Daime Church.

As a result of the problems, the Courts ruled against Ayahuasca in 5 separate countries, saying no, no, no, no and no to Santo Daime in each case overruling against Article 9 arguments claiming freedom of religion.

Not only that there are 185 police reports in the hands of the prosecutors with a mission to criminalize Ayahuasca once and for all in the Netherlands, each report contains damning evidence against the plant medicine community, ringing the death knell for freedom for Santo Daime.

The Santo Daime Church were served with formal cease and desist letters prohibiting witness harassment, the response from their representatives was that the Plaintiff would be murdered, smeared as a sick and evil peodophile, finished off, caused a hospital visit or be treated to other vicious nasties.

As a result of his people threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder, Adrian Freedman was taught a lesson when the authorities in many countries throughout Europe banned Santo Daime and denied him and his associated Churches the right to import, distribute and administer Santo Daime.

Those bans came from the Danish Supreme Court, the Dutch Court of Appeal, the UK High Court, several Courts in Belgium, a Court in Ireland as well as several Public Ministries. In every case, as Freedman was warned, the authorities banned the Santo Daime, his friends involved in threatening people with murder and violence were raided by law enforcement and then closed down for serving Ayahuasca illegally.

Most significantly, the Dutch Church of Ceu de Santa Maria, supported in part by Freedman, lost a Court case in the Court of Appeal in 2018, banning Santo Daime and forcing the Church of the Ceu de Santa Maria to close.

Adrian Freedman was forced to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and had to apologize for his people threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder, he then resigned as a Senior of the Santo Daime Church. When he was warned that the Santo Daime would be banned and presented with steps to avert the downfall of the Santo Daime Church, he arranged for his people to post death threats, threats of violence as well as trying to close down a bank account of a Court witness.

One of his Church also threatened to denounce and smear him as a mentally sick peodophile and his friends also made threats of murder and violence against those giving testimony to Courts. Witnesses were told to leave people out of Court testimony or expect violence and murder.

Adrian Freedman of the Ceu de Santa Maria Amsterdam tried to lie his way out of trouble but witnesses testified against Freedman debunking him as a liar.

He had no choice but to concede defeat and close his work.

Evidence was found linking Adrian Freedman to many involved in the behaviour, the threats stopped once police raided place after place in the Santo Daime.

Ayahuasca was found in large quantities in the houses of his people by law enforcement and six people in the Santo Daime Church were served with Court injunctions.

His approach of sponsoring witness harassment backfired when people were threatened with murder or other serious troubles to leave people involved in the Santo Daime Church out of witness testimony.

When witnesses came forward to testify against him and debunking his stance, he had to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and resign from the Church.

He was offered forgiveness by the ones threatened with murder, the response was he would be murdered and the police could do nothing. He resigned from his work in the face of a scandal that involved threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder to be quiet to the authorities.

Adrian Freedman drank too much Santo Daime and smoked too much marijuana, everyone else followed him, became contemptuous druggies, undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal, and ultimately, bringing a renewed curse of prohibition and intolerance for Santo Daime.

His life work to free the Santo Daime ended in humiliating defeat, disgrace, dishonour and losses, as everything about his Santo Daime was destroyed, culminating in a landmark ruling in Holland AGAINST the Santo Daime after 21 years of tolerance. The main decision from the Amsterdam Court of Appeal is that the import, possession, and use of Ayahuasca leads to an unacceptable danger to public health. This means that, from 28-2-2018, Santo Daime works in the Netherlands are illegal.

Encontro Netherlands also resigned in the face of the renewed prohibition of the Santo Daime, after 20 years of legal freedom, it was taken away from them by the Dutch Court of Appeal.

It was in part because the Santo Daime Church were involved in threatening witnesses to the Courts with violence and murder. Adrian Freedman as a Church Senior was involved and was then forced to apologize but it was too late to save his cause from being outlawed in the Courts. The Courts said no to Santo Daime, ruling it a dangerous substance that should be outlawed for public safety reasons, the defence of religious freedom was rejected.

Files relating to the threats were passed to Dutch authorities causing them to rule against the Santo Daime citing public safety issues, flawed intake procedures and the use of other banned substances in the ceremonies as well as threats to hurt or do violence to those helping the police in their inquiries.

Personal use of marijuana is tolerated in Portugal, but Santo Daime Church members opening Ayahuasca centres and growing many kilos of it, whilst dealing in LSD and other substances, is not.

But the history of the Santo Daime is riddled with stories of victim-hood and persecution, playing the poor me when caught with substances, on one hand, trafficking in substances and flouting the law with apparent contempt, and on the other hand 'crying' about how badly they are being dealt with by the authorities. The problem was moral grounding and ethical responsibility, qualities Adrian Freedman and his people showed no interest in developing, because Santo Daime mixed with cannabis takes them away, as explained in a free ebook called Santo Daime Revealed Drugs, Lies and Fraud. The author explains how it messes up people's energy fields, makes them deranged and mentally unstable, sometimes causing psychosis requiring professional mental health treatment with medication.

The truth is that Adrian Freedman uses other people to do his 'dirty work' namely trafficking in the substance and growing marijuana for events, and has other people that can make trouble for people that defend themselves against threats of violence and murder.

The Dutch authorities expressed an interest in banning Ayahuasca and used the files provided by the ones threatened with murder and violence to build a strong case in the Supreme Court for further denying the Santo Daime the freedom to import the substance.

In early 2018 Adrian Freedman finally gave up on his quest to free the Santo Daime, taking down webinars where he portrayed himself as a poor me victim to the authorities, but in truth he is just a member of a criminalized substance trafficking organization that collapsed as a result of threatening people with murder and violence to advance the Santo Daime.

The Courts in their rulings erred on the side of public safety, no doubt also swayed by the reports that some people threatened the witness to remove under threat of being murdered. When Courts see Ayahuasca Churches threaten witnesses with violence and murder whilst dealing in egregrious amounts of drugs, it spells the end for freedom for Santo Daime.

In what will probably go down as the biggest disaster in the Santo Daime Church since the inception of the movement in Brazil, the Santo Daime in Portugal, assisted by Santo Daime people in the Netherlands decided to blame the wrong person for the police raid and proceeded to make threats to murder, with others lending support.

The support for threats of violence against was extensive and involved numerous retreat centres as well as importers of the Santo Daime Church including a Church Senior named Adrian Freedman with a police record for importing the substance and sticking his fingers up at the Courts.

    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/eternal-heart-music-song-of-the-eternal-heart-adrian-freedman-santo-daime-catastrophe-threats-to-murder-police-witnesses-international-substance-trafficking-c1018622.html

Representatives of the Santo Daime Church claimed he was a rapist, an arsonist, a child abuser, a pedophile evil, sick, twisted and the like.

Others in the Church decided to say that the Court Witness was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored). The one threatened with murder offered peace terms, as well as suggestions to spare their practice from prohibition, but was sneered at, (censored) at, called a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor)-bag as well as a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and told that he would be murdered, crippled or (censored) or labelled as a (censor) of (censor).

Adrian Freedman's attempt at plausible deniability backfired as the ICO forced his group to turn over data incriminating them in the running of Santo Daime ceremonies without legal permission. He did not want to turn over the data but he had to under threat of a Court case and heavy fines. With his blessing, his core associates and facilitators, some on bail for dealing and trafficking in substances, made threats to murder, threats of violence, poking fun at a Court Witness claiming he was mentally deranged and a (censor).

Adrian and his clan wanted the authorities to believe he was a sick and evil liar, but a Portuguese Court did not buy into that story, handing down a Criminal Court Injunction on some involved.

Adrian Freedman's friends in the Santo Daime were punished by a Criminal Court for witness harassment, threats to murder police witnesses, trafficking in substances, and mockery. They all came from the Ceu de Santa Maria in Holland explaining why the Courts ruled against the Santo Daime in 2018/

The intimdation stemmed from many in Adrian's so called Eternal Heart Centre group, now closed, and the theme was that a transformational author was a mentally deranged and sick individual lying about the existence of Santo Daime retreats where people smoked lots of weed.

The police found weed at the houses of his friends, it was weed to sell at Santo Daime events.

Adrian Freedman also thought a witness was a police snitch and supported his people to label him sick, evil, deranged and a liar, necessitating a Criminal Court to intervene and injunct the mockers.

In one case he found a member of the Ceu do Cruzeiro de Luz in Portugal to be nasty, a representative impersonated a Private Investigator, threatened to close his bank account, implied the witness was being 'watched' (breach of privacy) and then insulted him as a homosexual peodophile.

In another instance it was claimed the witness would be murdered before the police could help, have his legs broken, or be put in a wheelchair, so he went to the police. Adrian Freedman had to close down the Eternal Heart Centre after it was found they lied to the Public Ministry in Portugal, cheated the tax systems and pretended they were legal when they were not. Evidence was found indicating they knew the Santo Daime was illegal and did it anyway, then threatened people with violence if they testified.

The truth is many of his people are mentally deranged caused by years of smoking weed with Santo Daime which destroys peoples mental functions, rendering them nothing more than regressed juvenile delinquents.

It was a behaviour Adrian Freedman promoted, as he encouraged people to smoke weed with Santo Daime, something that has a history of making people deranged. But the Courts dealt with some of them harshly, Adrian Freedman was ruined by the behaviour of his people and of course, he lost the freedom for the Santo Daime.

Adrian Freedman lost his battle with the authorities to procure freedom for his Santo Daime. It started in 2010 with Encontro 2010, a business that was started by Mr Freedman for large scale Santo Daime works involving hundreds of people in the United Kingdom. At that time, some members of the Church boasted about how they could insert people in Customs and Excise undercover to wave through vast amounts of Santo Daime substance.

When Adrian Freedman attempted to order enough Santo Daime from Brazil for 600 people for one week of works, Customs and Excise impounded the substance, made raids on various houses in Totnes, taking away vast quantities of Santo Daime tea that was never returned to the group. He was brought before Court, and the prosecution said in a letter that they did not accept that the DMT in the Santo Daime fell outside of prohibition. He was told explicitly that further attempts to import the substance would result in prosecution.

After almost 2 years on bail, with an anklet and subjected to other severe restrictions, no charges was brought, but it ended the Santo Daime in the United Kingdom.

To quote his own words from a site, citing fair use:-

However the situation is far from over, as the Prosecution also wrote in their letter that It is not accepted that the N-Dimethyltrptamie (DMT) found in the tea falls outside prohibition imposed by the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. In other words they still maintain that ayahuasca is illegal and so fresh attempts to import it could result in arrest or prosecution. Quite where this leaves us in terms of next steps is difficult to say, at least until after the next court hearing, but both Adrian and (removed) are committed to continuing this battle until the use of the Daime as a sacrament is given the legal recognition it deserves.

It would be honest opinion to say continuing the battle means continuing to import the substance, illegally, an intention reflected in his very own words.

Soon after, in 2012 the Portuguse authorities specifically denied permission for the use of Santo Daime substance in ceremonies, the Church in Portugal tried three times to get legalization, but failed. They were told no.

But in 2013 and 2014, Adrian Freedman with the help of Monte Mariposa Retreat Centre run by Andy Pears from the UK, along with Miguel Abreu, as well as Gravito Retreat Centre, run by Miguel Humblet and Shobha Brennan, hosted ceremonies without legal permission. To compound to the problem, the gatherings became degenerate, places to smoke pot, weed, marijuana, etc, and to deal in other substances prohibited by law.

    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/shobha-brennan-gravito-retreat-centre-portugal-ayahuasca-fire-disaster-illegal-substance-retreats-and-not-declaring-money-for-tax-c1019462.html

It is averred Gravito became uncomfortable with the gatherings fearing police raids as Adrian Freedman ran out of places to host the gatherings, they also had problems getting enough Santo Daime. Still on a quest to make big Santo Daime and cannabis parties in Portugal, he enlisted others to set up retreat centres that could host such events, using people willing to import Santo Daime concentrates illegally, and people willing to grow vast amounts of marijuana to be sold and shared at gatherings.

Mestre Irineu was against the use of marijuana, but Adrian Freedman's works were of his own making, by his rules, run by assistants with alcohol and substance abuse issues, grappling with mental health and respect problems, and people that believed drinking alcohol after Ayahuasca ceremony was a wise idea. The combination of ayahuasca, alcohol and cannabis makes people degenerate and makes the works not spiritual works, but illegal substance abuse parties, plain and simple.

In 2014 he was told to tidy up the act, but had no power over the group as they did not respect him, if Adrian told them not to smoke marijuana, they smoked it anyway. By the end of 2014 his quest for freedom for Santo Daime became a quest to be powerful in Portugal for large scale Santo Daime and cannabis smoking events, in a country where the first is prohibited, and the second prohibited to traffick or distribute to others.

The truth is that Adrian Freedman uses other people to do his 'dirty work' namely trafficking in the substance and growing marijuana for events, and has other people that can make trouble for people that defend themselves against threats of violence and murder. Because he got it wrong, his people got it wrong too, culminating in a police raid on a centre he denied founding, but he founded it, with his blessing, and provided the Santo Daime.

The Santo Daime in Portugal thought it was the fault of someone who foretold the troubles, Adrian Freedman's associates and friends got involved in behaviour which constitutes witness harassment for which there is no legal excuse, it also was conducted by many people and consitututed 'cultural intimidation' against the witness by the Santo Daime who was not an informant on the police raid.

But Adrian Freedman's people thought he was, labelling him a sick, evil, mentally deranged (censor) and a (censor) and several times threats to murder were made, as well as attempts to make him not go to the Tribunal as a witness to threats of murder and criminal defamation.

The injuncted parties were involved in running Ayahuasca retreats in Portugal and advertising them online, their work was started with the assistance of Adrian Freedman of The Santo Daime Church.

Adrian Freedman was served with Particulars of Claim for criminal harassment, a cease and desist order prohibiting further incitement of violence or mockery, as well as prohibiting circulation of private data and was told never to return to Portugal.

He thought that finding people to mock a witness as a peodophile was funny, but life taught him a lesson, by way of the State banning his Santo Daime and renewing their efforts to outlaw the activities of The Santo Daime Church.

The Eternal Heart Centre was served with Particulars of Claim and a Cease and Desist Order, it then filed for dissolution facing investigations by police, HMRC and other bodies for shady activities involving substances, substances and children, and financial irregularities to do with taking black money, not declared for tax in Portugal.

Adrian Freedman's behaviour brought shame to the Santo Daime, his support for mockery of Court witnesses blew up in his face, destroying his Santo Daime and invoking prohibition by the authorities. His friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, but the Santo Daime are the losers as God intervened and made the Dutch Courts rule against the Mother Church.

The Court of Appeal in Holland criminalized the Ayahuasca, the response was to claim poor me, several representatives of the Santo Daime Church threatened to murder someone assisting the police in their inquiries, claiming he would be murdered before the police could help. Unsurprisingly the authorities took a dim view of their work and ruled against the Ayahuasca, setting the precedent for the authorities to clamp down on unregulated cowboy Ayahuasca enterprises created by the Church, friends of ICEERS and plant medicine people in general.

Thus the Santo Daime Church practice was criminalized in 2018 with extreme and unfortunate ramifications for Santo Daime throughout Europe.

Here is the evidence to back up the allegations of nasty behaviour on the part of the Santo Daime Church as well as details of who the people are

Adrian Freedman was forced to close down his Eternal Heart Centre involved in serving ayahuasca illegally in various countries and then inciting people to mock people as mentally sick and deranged.

ICEERS were badly embarassed when it turned out that a spouse of one of their legal representatives and a law professor was caught with heroin and a large amount of weed, assaulting law enforcement and discrediting the organization as nothing other than a front for blatent drug trafficking.

They even claimed their country of operation, Spain, was a huge gateway for the influx of drugs.

ICEERS tried discrediting witnesses claiming a sacred practice was being undermined but backed off when told that files were made on all of their friends dealing in drugs and that if there were more problems the files would be turned over to Spanish officials clamping down on ayahuasca in Spain.

Adrian Freedman was warned by the UK authorities in no uncertain terms to stop importing Santo Daime or face renewed prosecution in the United Kingdom and imprisonment as in the case of Aziz (2011), his friends were warned off by the police to stop intimidating witnesses or face jail.

Several outcomes manifested for the Santo Daime Church and Adrian Freedman after an individual threatened with murder by representatives of the Santo Daime Church was falsely accused of being a police informant and subjected to ridicule by various members of the same Santo Daime Church operating outside of the law in various countries despite being banned or denied permission by the authorities of those countries.

The individual was not a police informant and was told by representatives of the Santo Daime Church that they had the power to arrange a murder, a hospital visit, or being put in a wheelchair.

That representative was a friend of Adrian Freedman and a member of the Ceu da Santa Maria in Amsterdam.

However, they, the Church and its representatives thought he was an informant and turned on him, invoking karma, suffering and bad luck for the Santo Daime.

The prosecution filed for Injunctions to be served on family members involved in threats of witnesses to Court.

The debacle told the authorities that when given the chance, amateurs involved in the Santo Daime Church who are given lots of Santo Daime and Ayahuasca, and encouraged to set up their own centres without proper accreditation, skills or training, are apt and prone to behave irresponsibly and recklessly, setting the precedent for the authorities to clamp down on uncontrollable Ayahuasca activities.

It is because without moral grounding in Ayahuasca work, people become unstable and make serious mistakes, and blame other people for being caught in trafficking in substances prohibited by law.

In response to demands for an apology, they, meaning the Santo Daime Church, decided to claim that the (censor) was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored). The one threatened with murder offered peace terms, as well as suggestions to spare their practice from prohibition, but was sneered at, (censored) at, called a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor)-bag as well as a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and told that he would be murdered, crippled or (censored).

That all came from various brothers and sisters in the Santo Daime Church headed by Adrian Freedman, who was badly embarrassed by the incident because he did not have the legal permission to conduct Santo Daime ceremonies in Portugal in the first place.

They, the Santo Daime people in Portugal who originated from the Netherlands, also made serious mistakes in conduct, in public, for the authorities, police and the Courts to see, including threatening to murder police witnesses, trafficking in illegal substances at publically advertised retreat centres, disrespect to society, malicious abuse, irresponsible behaviour, blaming others, dishonesty, hubris and a lack of integrity, and the debacle will no doubt bring very bad luck to the Santo Daime.

Friends of Adrian Freedman spouted hatred at the Guru and said he was a (censor) and (censor) and a (censor), others said he would be sent to hospital, put in a wheelchair or be murdered.

That was from a representative of the Santo Daime Church

The Santo Daime was operating in Portugal, WITHOUT legal permission, with the help of Adrian Freedman who was arrested in 2010 for importing Santo Daime. In 2012 Portugal said no to legalizing Santo Daime but they did it anyway, and some made cannabis farms, offending the law and threatening to kill people, then poking fun at them as a game to blame them for the interventions by the police at their Ayahuasca centres.

They did not believe the Ayahuasca could be made illegal in Holland but in 2017 it was foretold. The main decision from the Amsterdam Court of Appeal is that the import, possession, and use of Ayahuasca leads to an unacceptable danger to public health.

This means that, from 28-2-2018, Santo Daime works in Holland are illegal and that their practice was banned.

Adrian Freedman's work with the Santo Daime is PERMANENTLY CLOSED
