Ceu da Santa Maria Santo Daime Netherlands Hollandthreats to murder witnesses to courts. dutch court of appeal rules santo daime illegal in holland

1 Review updated:

Threats to Murder Witnesses to Courts. Criminalization of Santo Daime Sacrament. The Santo Daime Church with roots in the Ceu de Santa Maria Holland claimed to be able to arrange a murder as well as violence. It was done by associates of the Eternal Heart Centre and Adrian Freedman.

It was because Adrian Freedman and his people wanted to scapegoat someone for a big police heist of marijuana. A witness to police investigations into the Santo Daime was told to expect serious violence. That person was not a police snitch but they thought he was. The Eternal Heart Centre wanted to break the laws, deal in drugs, smoke weed and drink Santo Daime whilst picking on innocent people, blaming them for police raids and then threatening to murder them

When Adrian Freedman, senior of the Santo Daime Church was told that mockery would not help their cause, representatives of the Santo Daime Church told a witness to Court to get a change of pants ready, or a house visit would be arranged, that could include violence and murder.

The behaviour was sanctioned by Adrian Freedman. Adrian Freedman resigned as a Daimista and representative of the Brazilian Encontro Santo Daime organization headed by CEFLURIS after a controversy involving threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder.

Six individuals were barred from harassing witnesses to the Court and were handed down injunctions, the police intervened to stop them after Adrian Freedman's people would not stop. A Court made findings of malicious defamation, witness harassment and threats of violence against those involved in blaming others for the police raids, all were of the Santo Daime Church.

As a result of the problems, the Courts ruled against Ayahuasca in 5 separate countries, saying no, no, no, no and no to Santo Daime in each case overruling against Article 9 arguments claiming freedom of religion.

Not only that there are 185 police reports in the hands of the prosecutors with a mission to criminalize Ayahuasca once and for all in the Netherlands, each report contains damning evidence against the plant medicine community, ringing the death knell for freedom for Santo Daime.

The Santo Daime Church were served with formal cease and desist letters prohibiting witness harassment, the response from their representatives was that the Plaintiff would be murdered, smeared as a sick and evil peodophile, finished off, caused a hospital visit or be treated to other vicious nasties.

As a result of his people threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder, Adrian Freedman was taught a lesson when the authorities in many countries throughout Europe banned Santo Daime and denied him and his associated Churches the right to import, distribute and administer Santo Daime.

Those bans came from the Danish Supreme Court, the Dutch Court of Appeal, the UK High Court, several Courts in Belgium, a Court in Ireland as well as several Public Ministries. In every case, as Freedman was warned, the authorities banned the Santo Daime, his friends involved in threatening people with murder and violence were raided by law enforcement and then closed down for serving Ayahuasca illegally.

Most significantly, the Dutch Church of Ceu de Santa Maria, supported in part by Freedman, lost a Court case in the Court of Appeal in 2018, banning Santo Daime and forcing the Church of the Ceu de Santa Maria to close.

Adrian Freedman was forced to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and had to apologize for his people threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder, he then resigned as a Senior of the Santo Daime Church. When he was warned that the Santo Daime would be banned and presented with steps to avert the downfall of the Santo Daime Church, he arranged for his people to post death threats, threats of violence as well as trying to close down a bank account of a Court witness.

One of his Church also threatened to denounce and smear him as a mentally sick peodophile and his friends also made threats of murder and violence against those giving testimony to Courts. Witnesses were told to leave people out of Court testimony or expect violence and murder.

Adrian Freedman of the Ceu de Santa Maria Amsterdam tried to lie his way out of trouble but witnesses testified against Freedman debunking him as a liar.

He had no choice but to concede defeat and close his work.

Evidence was found linking Adrian Freedman to many involved in the behaviour, the threats stopped once police raided place after place in the Santo Daime Church finding LSD, DMT concentrates, hashish and many other banned substances.
His Santo Daime Church were also involved in hiding people from the police and the Courts, witness humiliation, threats of violence and threats to kill.

Ayahuasca was found in large quantities in the houses of his people by law enforcement and six people in the Santo Daime Church were served with Court injunctions.

His approach of sponsoring witness harassment backfired when people were threatened with murder or other serious troubles to leave people involved in the Santo Daime Church out of witness testimony.

When witnesses came forward to testify against him and debunking his stance, he had to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and resign from the Church.

He was offered forgiveness by the ones threatened with murder, the response was he would be murdered and the police could do nothing. He resigned from his work in the face of a scandal that involved threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder to be quiet to the authorities.

Adrian Freedman drank too much Santo Daime and smoked too much marijuana, everyone else followed him, became contemptuous druggies, undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement and ultimately, bringing a renewed curse of prohibition and intolerance for Santo Daime.

His life work to free the Santo Daime ended in humiliating defeat, disgrace, dishonour and losses, as everything about his Santo Daime was destroyed, culminating in a landmark ruling in Holland against the Santo Daime after 21 years of tolerance. The main decision from the Amsterdam Court of Appeal is that the import, possession, and use of Ayahuasca leads to an unacceptable danger to public health. This means that, from [protected], Santo Daime works in the Netherlands are illegal.

Encontro Netherlands also resigned in the face of the renewed prohibition of the Santo Daime, after 20 years of legal freedom, it was taken away from them by the Dutch Court of Appeal.

It was in part because the Santo Daime Church were involved in threatening witnesses to the Courts with violence and murder. Adrian Freedman as a Church Senior was involved and was then forced to apologize but it was too late to save his cause from being outlawed in the Courts.

The Courts said no to Santo Daime, ruling it a dangerous substance that should be outlawed for public safety reasons, the defence of religious freedom was rejected.

Files relating to the threats were passed to Dutch authorities causing them to rule against the Santo Daime citing public safety issues, flawed intake procedures and the use of other banned substances in the ceremonies as well as threats to hurt or do violence to those helping the police and the Public Ministries in their inquiries.

In what will probably go down as the biggest disaster in the Santo Daime Church since the inception of the movement in Brazil, the Santo Daime in Portugal, assisted by Santo Daime people in the Netherlands decided to blame the wrong person for the police raid and proceeded to make threats to murder, with others lending support.

The support for threats of violence against was extensive and involved numerous retreat centres as well as importers of the Santo Daime Church including a Church Senior named Adrian Freedman with a police record for importing the substance and sticking his fingers up at the Courts.

Others in the Church decided to say that the Court Witness was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored). The one threatened with murder offered peace terms, as well as suggestions to spare their practice from prohibition, but was sneered at, (censored) at, called a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor)-bag as well as a (censor), a (censor) and a (censor) and told that he would be murdered, crippled or (censored) or labelled as a (censor) of (censor).

Adrian Freedman's attempt at plausible deniability backfired as the ICO forced his group to turn over data incriminating them in the running of Santo Daime ceremonies without legal permission. He did not want to turn over the data but he had to under threat of a Court case and heavy fines.

He was caught out drinking Santo Daime with his friends mocking Court witnesses as peodophiles, but then child protection services forced him to shut down his Santo Daime Church because of babies and young children being given Santo Daime in defiance of the State. His friends denied the practice but ICEERS admitted it and witnesses testified against him to the Courts after threats of violence were made to keep people quiet.

In another instance it was claimed the witness would be murdered before the police could help, have his legs broken, or be put in a wheelchair, so he went to the police. Adrian Freedman had to close down the Eternal Heart Centre after it was found they lied to the Public Ministry in Portugal, cheated the tax systems and pretended they were legal when they were not. Evidence was found indicating they knew the Santo Daime was illegal and did it anyway, then threatened people with violence if they testified.

Adrian Freedman was served with Particulars of Claim for criminal harassment, a cease and desist order prohibiting further incitement of violence or mockery, as well as prohibiting circulation of private data and was told never to return to Portugal.

He thought that finding people to mock a witness as a peodophile was funny, but life taught him a lesson, by way of the State banning his Santo Daime and renewing their efforts to outlaw the activities of The Santo Daime Church.

The Eternal Heart Centre was served with Particulars of Claim and a Cease and Desist Order, it then filed for dissolution facing investigations by police, HMRC and other bodies for shady activities involving substances, substances and children, and financial irregularities to do with taking black money, not declared for tax in Portugal.

Adrian Freedman's behaviour brought shame to the Santo Daime, his support for mockery of Court witnesses blew up in his face, destroying his Santo Daime and invoking prohibition by the authorities. His friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, but the Santo Daime are the losers as God intervened and made the Dutch Courts rule against the Mother Church.

The Court of Appeal in Holland criminalized the Ayahuasca, the response was to claim poor me, several representatives of the Santo Daime Church threatened to murder someone assisting the police in their inquiries, claiming he would be murdered before the police could help. Unsurprisingly the authorities took a dim view of their work and ruled against the Ayahuasca, setting the precedent for the authorities to clamp down on unregulated cowboy Ayahuasca enterprises created by the Church, friends of ICEERS and plant medicine people in general.

His approach of sponsoring witness harassment backfired when people were threatened with murder or other serious troubles to leave people involved in the Santo Daime Church out of witness testimony or else.

When witnesses came forward to testify against him and debunking his stance, he had to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and resign from the Church. He was offered forgiveness by the ones threatened with murder, the response from the Santo Daime Church was that he would be murdered and the police could do nothing, and then to get a change of pants ready or expect to be smeared as mentally sick, or have his legs broken and sent to hospital.

Adrian Freedman as a Church Senior was involved and was then forced to apologize but it was too late to save his cause from being outlawed in the Courts.

Encontro Netherlands also resigned in the face of the renewed prohibition of the Santo Daime, after 20 years of legal freedom, it was taken away from them by the Dutch Court of Appeal.

The Courts said no to Santo Daime, ruling it a dangerous substance that should be outlawed for public safety reasons.

Adrian Freedman was warned by the UK authorities in no uncertain terms to stop importing Santo Daime or face renewed prosecution in the United Kingdom and imprisonment as in the case of Aziz (2011).

In every case, as Freedman was warned (stop or lose the freedom for the Holy Sacrament), the authorities banned the Santo Daime, his friends involved in threatening people with murder and violence were raided by law enforcement.

When he was warned to tidy up his act in 2016 and 2017 threats to murder were made, as well as threatening police witnesses with serious violence causing the authorities to get involved to stop rampant drug dealing and lawless behaviour in the communities headed by Adrian Freedman.

Most significantly, the Dutch Church of Ceu de Santa Maria, supported in part by Freedman, lost a Court case in the Court of Appeal in 2018, banning Santo Daime and forcing the Church of the Ceu de Santa Maria to close.

Adrian Freedman was warned to expect defeat for Santo Daime in the Supreme Court and European Court of Human Rights.

Life taught them a lesson as the police took their weed and the Eternal Heart Centre and anors made catastrophic losses. It is averred also she helped associates to threaten to close down a bank account belonging to a witness, in response to demands for an apology it was claimed that a police witness could be murdered and the police could do nothing.

Adrian Freedman learned that threatening to make nasty files about people and threatening to denounce them to law enforcement based on falsified evidence is not smart if one is involved in drug dealing criminality and breaking the law.

It is averred the Santo Daime Church wanted to portray the reality that those involved in nasty criminal behaviour were just poor victims to the war on drugs, and thus threats of violence were justified in the name of the cause.

They were made by members of the Ceu da Santa Maria in Amsterdam who were also involved in shipping large quantities of DMT concentrates into Portugal with the help of Adrian Freedman.

His representatives claimed that Santo Daime could be stripped of water and turned into a concentrate of DMT to sneak it though customs. The police became interested in the matter when it transpired the Church started importing the substance without the water, a concentrated DMT preparation.

In Brazil the water is removed leaving a sludgy liquid. It is shipped in medical pouches, perhaps declared as medical goods for customs, then the water is added before use. The result is it makes a substance that has a much greater measurable DMT content, it is no longer a natural brew in that state, and it is imported in ways to avoid police and customs detection.

Friends of ICEERS involved in Ayahuasca, Iboga, LSD and weed began a new round of vicious threats against Court Witnesses to be quiet invoking a stern police action to stop those responsible and a Public Ministry intervention to ban Ibogaine therapy in Portugal, this centre

Usually ICEERS encourage people to break laws, implying their backs are covered, and then later they tell victim stories.

It was told that a witness to police investigations should have a change of trousers ready, or expect violence, or being smeared as a sick, mentally deranged peodophile, was full of excrement, should grow up, or was a (censor) and a (censor).

It was done with the knowledge of ICEERS to try and threaten a witness to Criminal Proceedings not to testify about drug trafficking, Ayahuasca, threats to murder and other serious criminal behaviour.

Others in the Church decided to say that the (censor) was a (censor) and a (censor), and was a (censor), a (censor), a homosexual (censor) and a (censor) and would be killed, finished off, (censor) and (censored).

He made statements only after being threatened with murder by representatives of The Santo Daime Church on police bail for trafficking crimes, and threats to murder.

ICEERS had to admit and concede that those obliged to testify must testify as that is their legal obligation to the State.

ICEERS were badly embarassed when it turned out that a spouse of one of their legal representatives and a law professor was caught with heroin and a large amount of weed, assaulting law enforcement and discrediting the organization as nothing other than a front for blatent drug trafficking.

They even claimed their country of operation, Spain, was a huge gateway for the influx of drugs.

ICEERS tried discrediting witnesses claiming a sacred practice was being undermined but backed off when told that files were made on all of their friends dealing in drugs and that if there were more problems the files would be turned over to Spanish officials clamping down on ayahuasca in Spain.

ICEERS posted in 2017 that Adrian Freedman was persecuted in 2010.

That claim is false, he was arrested and subjected to investigation for importing a substance into the United Kingdom.

ICEERS also published via their associates or affiliated websites a series of various articles explaining how many people involved in Ayahuasca act in defiance of the law. They boldly admit and state as such, to a degree that is beyond any dispute.

Some articles followed up and stated that ICEERS also help people being persecuted by the authorities (and that is for being in defiance of the authorities). They had to retract a claim that they were lawyers, and instead only advisors to lawyers, explaining the bad luck in the Courts.

The cause of the problem then with persecution of Ayahuasca has nothing to do with religious persecution, it is an inner child rebellion problem that makes its practitioners defiant (and thus not ethical).

The ethical practitioners go to where it is legal and work there and there are no problems. When Adrian Freedman was told to do the Santo Daime in Italy where he had legal permission, he did not want to be told what to do and instead did his work with the Santo Daime in countries that had already told him no previously.

He played out a story of defiance against the authorities and lost twice, once in 2010 and again in 2017.

The Santo Daime Church are basically playing out inner child defiance and rebellion on the state and then playing poor me when they do not get their way. The State can be seen as the grown ups that say no to enforce a sense of discipline. As the Church think the authorities are (censored) then they end up being self-victimized by their bad attitude toward the State.

That is the plain unpalatable truth for ICEERS, Adrian Freedman, the plant medicine community and others to deal with.

No amount of scapegoating others or threatening people into silence under threat of murder or being denounced as sick and evil changes anything. That same defiance played out toward the one threatened with murder because Adrian Freedman found people to stick their fingers up at him in defiance.

It is his defiance that is the problem, other people follow him and become defiant also. The end result is a defiant army of substance traffickers on a mission to be at war with authority and the state. They lose because they have not learned the lessons of maturity and wisdom, to leave childhood rebellion behind where it belongs, in childhood.

The truth is that Adrian Freedman uses other people to do his 'dirty work' namely trafficking in the substance and growing marijuana for events, and has other people that can make trouble for people that defend themselves against threats of violence and murder. Because he got it wrong, his people got it wrong too, culminating in a police raid on a centre he denied founding, but he founded it, with his blessing, and provided the Santo Daime.

Witnesses debunked him as a liar and he had to close down his Santo Daime Church and close his works after the authorities started doing raids, in one case finding 70 litres of ayahuasca.

The Santo Daime Church in Portugal and in Holland thought it was the fault of someone who foretold the troubles, Adrian Freedman's associates and friends got involved in behaviour which constitutes witness harassment for which there is no legal excuse explaining his defeat and the adverse judgements in the Courts.

But Adrian Freedman's people thought he was a snitch, labelling him sick, evil, mentally deranged and other obscenities and several times threats to murder were made, as well as attempts to make him not go to the Tribunal as a witness to threats of murder and criminal defamation. People in the Santo Daime threatened the life of a police witness that only got involved after he was threatened with violence and murder, and defamed as sick and evil.

They wanted to blame someone for the raid and they thought persecuting and humiliating a Court Witness under the leadership of Adrian Freedman's Santo Daime Church was the way, but it proved to be their undoing.

The Santo Daime Church was served with Particulars of Claim and a Cease and Desist Order, it then filed for dissolution facing investigations by police, HMRC and other bodies for shady activities involving substances, substances and children, and financial irregularities to do with taking black money, not declared for tax in Portugal.

When served with a notice of a civil lawsuit its members threatened to murder the Claimant before the police could help.

Adrian Freedman's behaviour brought shame to the Santo Daime, his support for mockery of Court witnesses blew up in his face, destroying his cause of freedom for Santo Daime and invoking prohibition by the authorities.

The Santo Daime Church blamed the wrong person for being a snitch and started to cause many problems.

Many responsible had the sanction of Adrian Freedman.

Adrian Freedman tried to deny his involvement but was caught with his pants down operating in Portugal and telling porkies to try and cover himself.

He and his friends had to retract statements that a witness to Court was a mentally sick arsonist burning down his friends retreat centres when the Portuguese authorities concluded no human hands were involved in the fires.

Adrian Freedman had to close down his illegal Santo Daime operation after an attempt to close down a bank account of a witness and to falsely malign him as a homosexual peodophile was unsuccessful.

When Courts see Ayahuasca Churches threaten police witnesses with violence and murder whilst dealing in egegrious amounts of drugs and sticking their fingers up at the Courts and the law, it spells the end for freedom for Santo Daime.

Most significantly, the Dutch Church of Ceu de Santa Maria, supported in part by Freedman, lost a Court case in the Court of Appeal in 2018, banning Santo Daime and forcing the Church of the Ceu de Santa Maria to close.

In early 2018 Adrian Freedman finally gave up on his quest to free the Santo Daime, taking down webinars where he portrayed himself as a poor me victim to the authorities, but in truth he is just a member of a criminalized substance trafficking organization that collapsed as a result of threatening people with murder and violence to advance the Santo Daime.

His friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, but the Santo Daime are the losers as God intervened and made the Dutch Courts rule against the Mother Church of Santo Daime.

Adrian Freedman was warned to expect defeat for Santo Daime in the Supreme Court and European Court of Human Rights in upcoming cases regarding the legality of Santo Daime in the Netherlands.

He and his friends thought a police witness was a loser and would be murdered, but the Santo Daime are the losers as God intervened and made the Dutch Courts rule against the Mother Church of Santo Daime.

Threatening Court Witnesses with Violence and Murder.

Evidence was found linking Adrian Freedman to many involved in the behaviour, the threats stopped once police raided place after place in the Santo Daime.

Adrian Freedman drank too much Santo Daime and smoked too much marijuana, everyone else followed him, became contemptuous druggies, undermining the sanctity of the Ayahuasca movement in Portugal, and ultimately, bringing a renewed curse of prohibition and intolerance for Santo Daime.

Files relating to the threats were passed to Dutch authorities causing them to rule against the Santo Daime citing public safety issues, flawed intake procedures and the use of other banned substances in the ceremonies as well as threats to hurt or do violence to those helping the police in their inquiries.

Personal use of marijuana is tolerated in Portugal, but Santo Daime Church members opening Ayahuasca centres and growing many kilos of it, whilst dealing in LSD and other substances, is not.

But the history of the Santo Daime is riddled with stories of victim-hood and persecution, playing the poor me when caught with substances, on one hand, trafficking in substances and flouting the law with apparent contempt, and on the other hand 'crying' about how badly they are being dealt with by the authorities. The problem was moral grounding and ethical responsibility, qualities Adrian Freedman and his people showed no interest in developing, because Santo Daime mixed with cannabis takes them away, as explained in a free ebook called Santo Daime Revealed Drugs, Lies and Fraud. The author explains how it messes up people's energy fields, makes them deranged and mentally unstable, sometimes causing psychosis requiring professional mental health treatment with medication.

The truth is that Adrian Freedman uses other people to do his 'dirty work' namely trafficking in the substance and growing marijuana for events, and has other people that can make trouble for people that defend themselves against threats of violence and murder.

The Dutch authorities expressed an interest in banning Ayahuasca and used the files provided by the ones threatened with murder and violence to build a strong case in the Supreme Court for further denying the Santo Daime the freedom to import the substance.

The Santo Daime Church claimed to be able to arrange a murder. It was done by associates of the Eternal Heart Centre, now closed at Companies House. It was because Adrian Freedman and his people wanted to scapegoat someone for a big police heist of marijuana. A witness to malicious defamation, drug dealing, child abuse and threats of violence was told to expect serious violence. That person was not a police snitch but they thought he was.

The Eternal Heart Centre wanted to break the laws, deal in drugs, smoke weed and drink Santo Daime whilst picking on innocent people, blaming them for police raids and then threatening to murder them.

Those threatened with murder and violence were motivated to make files about people in the Santo Daime and send in law enforcement. It was a fitting response for his people blaming people for being police snitches.

Adrian Freedman also learned that threatening to smear people online is not smart and lost an online smearing war.

Here is the evidence to back up the allegations of nasty behaviour on the part of the Santo Daime Church as well as details of who the people are

No-one with a police record for drug trafficking and being involved in importation of Class A's into the UK and across borders wants to be involved in threatening people with violence, or with being smeared online.

He and his friends had to retract statements that a witness to Court was a mentally sick arsonist burning down his friends retreat centres when the Portuguese authorities concluded no human hands were involved in the fires.

Adrian Freedman had to close down his illegal Santo Daime operation after an attempt to close down a bank account of a witness and to falsely malign him as a peodophile was unsuccessful.

He believed humiliating witnesses to Courts by proxy would spare his Santo Daime from prohibition but he was wrong. That was the beginning of many problems for Clare Mulligan who thought directing a substance trafficking organization without legal permission was wise. Her role was to make out the witness was a sick liar, but a Criminal Court made findings of sustained malicious witness harassment from the Santo Daime Church in Portugal, with support from the UK Eternal Heart Centre implicated in telling sick lies about the witness to Court.

It was claimed by Adrian Freedman's associates and drug dealers that blogs would be made to ruin the work of a witness to the Courts and he would be denounced as a sick, mentally deranged peodophile, sparking off a child abuse investigation in the Totnes Santo Daime.

That is because their children are made to take drugs, even babies as young as 6 months. The police found that worrying and took steps to stop it, Adrian Freedman had to stop his drug fuelled works to save his children being taken off him and being put into state care.

    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/nancy-swinnen-santo-daime-ayahuasca-uk-under-investigation-by-uk-social-services-for-involvement-in-administering-substances-to-children-c974767.html

Adrian Freedman was warned in health and safety terms of the dangers of fires, the response was to incite nastiness against the one that told them to stop abusing Ayahuasca in fire country. Two months later seven retreat centres were destroyed, 40 people were killed, all on the same day Adrian Freedman poured Santo Daime in defiance of the warning, whilst encouraging others in his group to threaten to put a police witness to drug dealing in hospital.

Life taught Adrian Freedman, Nancy Swinnen and Clare Mulligan a tough lesson, by way of the State of Portugal in 2017 ruling that their UDV Santo Daime organization could not be formally recognized until 60 years have passed.

The State found that the UDV had misrepresented the number of ceremonies and pretended none had taken place after 2012 in Portugal.

That was also why the Santo Daime threatened a police witness to be quiet under threats of violence and murder.

In 2017 the Portuguese State in no uncertain terms said no to Santo Daime, and no for a period of SIXTY (60 years). That was in the same year Santo Daime people made fun of the Shamans, threatened to murder witnesses to Court and did some nasty tea works with Santo Daime invoking deadly fires in which 114 people lost their lives.

Adrian Freedman and his friends thought mocking the Shaman as a homosexual pedophile or a sick, mentally deranged arsonist was funny, but when many of his friends centres burned down in freak wildfires killing many people, he was taught a heavy duty lesson in why stop pouring Ayahuasca means stop pouring Ayahuasca. He thought he did not have to stop and could do what he liked, God taught him a lesson and sent fires to burn down all the centres in Santo Daime in Portugal.

When they were told mockery would not help their cause, representatives of the Santo Daime Church told a witness to Court to get a change of pants ready, or a house visit would be arranged, that could include violence and murder.

The plan did not work, the authorities became aware of the problem and in 2017 issued a 60 year monatorium on freedom for Santo Daime in Portugal.

In other words no, and no for a very long time.

It would mean Adrian Freedman would have to live till the age of 117 to see freedom for UDV in Portugal.

In other words he is unlikely to live to see the fulfilment of his dream in his lifetime to free the Santo Daime sacrament from persecution, a tough punishment for a leader that prided himself on hubris.

The Eternal Heart Centre in the United Kingdom lasted just 8 years before it was forced to close. Adrian Freedman and his people had to take down many websites for Ayahuasca retreats, forcing them out of business, taking down blogs claiming unfair persecution, pushing back their movement by many decades.

He had to take down webinars where he portrayed himself as a victim to State sponsored persecution and face the truth of his decisions to deal in drugs whilst sticking his fingers up at the Courts.

Adrian Freedman also has a police record for substance trafficking, repeat offending and sticking his fingers up at the law, and associating with people that can be nasty to those assisting police in their inquiries into drug dealing.

Clare Mulligan and her other Santo Daime people were involved in trying to close down the witnesses bank account by proxy, by tracking their behaviour without official authorization.

The Eternal Heart Centre can arrange for people to impersonate private investigators for which Adrian Freedman later had to apologize for. It was done to try and make people be quiet in the face of threats of violence and murder.

Eighteen centres involved in Santo Daime were damaged or destroyed in prophecized firestorms, laying waste to an intended power base of Ayahuasca in Portugal, some were started with the blessing of Adrian Freedman.

The response of one of the board members of the Ceu da Santa Maria Netherlands was to write to the judges of the Supreme Court appealing for freedom whilst telling them that she would be defiant and disobedient against any ruling made by the aforementioned Court.

Adrian Freedman was forced to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and had to apologize for his people threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder, he then resigned as a Senior of the Santo Daime Church.

In every case, as Freedman was warned (stop or lose the freedom for the Holy Sacrament), the authorities banned the Santo Daime, his friends involved in threatening people with murder and violence were raided by law enforcement.

The Eternal Heart Centre who have many members of the Ceu da Santa Maria in Amsterdam in their Church, wanted to break the laws, deal in drugs, smoke weed and drink Santo Daime whilst picking on innocent people, blaming them for police raids and then threatening to murder them.

The cops raided many of his friends places in the Santo Daime Church, finding all manner of banned substances. In one place the cops found 70 litres of ayahuasca bound for a music festival frequented by friends of Adrian Freedman involved in attempting to discredit witnesses to the Courts.

Eighteen centres involved in Santo Daime were damaged or destroyed in prophecized firestorms, laying waste to an intended power base of Ayahuasca in Portugal, some were started with the blessing of Adrian Freedman.

    and

The Dutch Courts in 2018 ruled against Santo Daime, saying no, in a landmark ruling reversing a 20 year trend of tolerance.

    and

The United Kingdom High Court of Justice in 2017 said no to Santo Daime, ruling it a dangerous Class A drug.

    and

The Santo Daime in Portugal has been CRIMINALIZED for a period of not less than 60 years

    and

The work of Clare Mulligan, Adrian Freedman, Nancy Swinnen and Noriko Moonbird Takashashi, a work of dealing in Class A drugs and being nasty to those assisting police in their inquiries, has been stopped once and for all.

    and

Adrian Freedman was served with Particulars of Claim for criminal harassment, a cease and desist order prohibiting further incitement of violence or mockery, as well as prohibiting circulation of private data and was told never to return to Portugal

When he was warned that the Santo Daime would be banned and presented with steps to avert the downfall of the Santo Daime Church, he arranged for his people to post death threats, threats of violence as well as trying to close down a bank account of a Court witness.

One of his Church also threatened to denounce and smear him as a mentally sick peodophile.

He tried to lie his way out of trouble but witnesses testified against Freedman debunking him as a liar.

He had no choice but to concede defeat and close his work.

Evidence was found linking Adrian Freedman to many involved in the behaviour, the threats stopped once police raided place after place in the Santo Daime and many of his friends retreat centres burned down in big fires.

Ayahuasca was found in large quantities in the houses of his people by law enforcement and six people in the Santo Daime Church were served with Court injunctions.

He was offered forgiveness by the ones threatened with murder, the response was he would be murdered and the police could do nothing.

The cops raided his friends houses finding large amounts of DMT and bottles of ayahuasca, many of his friends were shut down and law enforcement found Santo Daime at the airports in various countries.

Adrian Freedman resigned from his work as a Senior of the Santo Daime Church in the face of a scandal that involved threatening witnesses to Courts with violence and murder to be quiet to the authorities, an attempt that was unsuccessful. His legal representatives had their own problems after a spouse of one of them was caught selling weed and was noted to have assaulted law enforcement.

He was also warned to stop inciting the intimidation of witnesses or face criminal proceedings in the UK Crown Court, such proceedings carry a prison sentence of 5 years if convicted of the offence. Proof of his involvement was passed to the Dutch authorities and the police investigating members of Ceu da Santa Maria for their roles, several were warned off and given verbal warnings, the Ceu da Santa Maria were told to stop or face further Court Proceedings.

Adrian Freedman was told to expect defeat in the European Court of Human Rights for Santo Daime.

Adrian Freedman, Attila Akat and Alexandra Akat were warned about the fires, the response was to incite nastiness against the one that told them to stop abusing Ayahuasca in fire country and dabbling in black magic. A Shaman grounded in the astral power foresaw many fires burning down Santo Daime houses and retreat centres and killing people in the process back in 2017.

The Directors of the Santo Daime Church were warned in writing and the response was the Shaman was a mentally sick and deranged arsonist and would have his legs broken, sent to hospital, or denounced as a homosexual peodophile.

Friends of Adrian Freedman spouted hatred at the Shaman and said he was a (censor) and (censor) and a (censor), others said he would be sent to hospital, put in a wheelchair or be murdered.

Many centres were destroyed and all hell appeared to break loose, it was bad for the Santo Daime, fire after fire came and burned down centres in the Santo Daime as he foresaw, then came the dawn raids.

    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/tabula-rasa-iboga-retreat-centre-beja-portugal-employing-substance-traffickers-and-dishonourable-people-involved-in-death-threats-fire-curses-c1033354.html

They said he was making prophecies to make fear, but 18 centres were burned down in inexplicable, unusual and freak fire events that bore the hallmark of Acts of God.

One of Adrian Freedman's associates in the Santo Daime was involved in mocking a Shaman as an arsonist and a deranged peodophile.

When Freedman was told to cancel the works, instead he drank Santo Daime and smoked weed in a ceremony with the one that claimed the Shaman was an arsonist and a mentally deranged peodophile imagining visions of fires burning down centres.

By the end of that Santo Daime ceremony held in Monte Mariposa in October 2017, at least 12 retreat centres all over Portugal were destroyed or badly damaged, 40 people were killed, all on the very same day Adrian Freedman poured Santo Daime in defiance of the warning about astral curses and the consequences of Santo Daime black magic.

Police had to do extensive recovery operations of dead bodies from fire destroyed towns and villages.

In 2017 Adrian Freedman was warned to stop behaving irresponsibility and supplying Santo Daime to idiots in Portugal or face a curse of prohibition for the Santo Daime. The response by proxy was to get a change of pants ready, or expect violence and murder.

Both people and all centres involved in threats to murder are PERMANENTLY CLOSED including The Sanctuary 1860 and Sanctuary of Renana.

    https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/the-sanctuary-of-renana-ayahuasca-portugal-a-sacred-amazonian-medicines-spa-healing-center-prophecized-fire-at-the-sanctuary-of-renana-ayahuasca-catastrophe-qualified-privilege-warnings-c1031051.html

Adrian Freedman was behind a big operation in 2010 and 2011 that caused Customs and Excise and the Post Office to impound hundreds of litres of imported Ayahuasca from Brazil.

He was cautioned by police to stop importing the substance and continued importing more in defiance. Adrian Freedman was then warned by the UK authorities in no uncertain terms to stop importing Santo Daime or face renewed prosecution in the United Kingdom and imprisonment as in the case of Aziz (2011).

He then took his work to Portugal in 2012 and opened works in defiance of the authorities but in 2017 and 2018 the Portuguese Ministry did many raids, confiscating the substance and upholding the ban on the substance saying no to the Santo Daime.

In 2018 and 2019 the authorities decided enough was enough, the authorities and the Courts throughout Europe denied Adrian Freedman and his Churches the freedom for Santo Daime.

Those bans came from the Danish Supreme Court, the Dutch Court of Appeal, the UK High Court, several Courts in Belgium, a Court in Ireland as well as several Public Ministries. When Courts see Ayahuasca Churches threatening witnesses with violence and murder whilst dealing in egregrious amounts of drugs and declaring defiance against the Courts, it spells the end for freedom for Santo Daime.

The Akats were found in the USA serving Ayahuasca without DEA exemption under different names. The DEA and the FBI got involved in California to collect information on the operation after local law enforcement were filled in on the details of ongoing threats and witness intimidation from family members.

They were found distributing Schedule 1 substances without licence or exemption after threatening someone off to leave them out of it.

Their names are Alexandra Akat and Attila Akat. Alexandra and Attila Akat were not left out of it and were found after social media profiles shared their pictures, addresses, cell phone numbers, car details and names of their friends.

Once the family involved realized the gravity of the situation and how their behaviour spoiled the legal standing of Santo Daime, they stopped being nasty to witnesses to Courts. Some were warned off by police and told to stop or face jail.

After the Santo Daime Church spent a year humiliating witnesses to the Supreme Court of the Netherlands the same Court ruled against Santo Daime on October 1st 2019 in a case involving Ceu da Santa Maria Amsterdam.

The ritual hallucinogen Ayahuasca does fall under Dutch hard drugs laws and its import is illegal, the Dutch Supreme Court said on Tuesday. The Supreme Court had been asked to look at the case of a woman who had imported 33 kilos of the tea from Brazil for use in rituals at the Santo Daime church, which has branches in Amsterdam and The Hague.

The drug contains the substance dimethyltryptamine or DMT which is covered in the Dutch opium law and is, therefore, illegal, the court said.

Adrian Freedman and Ben Meeus were dealt a heavy blow when they lost in the Dutch Supreme Court for Santo Daime as a result of these issues :

He found mockery of Shamans a laughing matter and stood behind the mockery including encouraging his people to taunt witnesses to the Courts with serious violence and murder whilst hiding people from police and finding others to mock them as mentally sick.

He and his people thought they could plunder and steal the proceeds of the works of the Prophets that spoke of transcendental love and wisdom, stuff it into drug works and use it for debauchery and other sins.

His people claimed to be Children of a Higher God and the bringers of a Divine Humanity whilst they smoked weed, drank beer, chugged Santo Daime and mocked God's Prophets as mentally sick.

His work with Santo Daime ended on the day he was caught drinking Santo Daime with those mocking Shamans as mentally sick peodophiles and falsely accusing them of the crime of arson in October 2017.

God decided enough was enough and sent in Higher Forces to destroy his empire of Santo Daime once and for all. The fires burned everything to charcoalled ruins killing 100 people in two separate firestorms.

All those involved in Santo Daime black magic invoked terrible suffering as they were warned, 24 centres involved in Santo Daime were damaged or destroyed by freak firestorms invoked by Santo Daime black magic, witchcraft and other Satanic practices conducted under the guise of love and light.

He stopped laughing when his friends centres were busted by police.

He stopped laughing when the fires gutted all his friends centres and those left standing were busted by police.

He stopped laughing when he had to close down the Eternal Heart Centre and close down the bank accounts.

At the epicentre of the worst fire disaster in Portuguese history, caused in part by dark witchcraft and Santo Daime black magic, several items were found in the ruins of a destroyed retreat centre in 2017 that foretold the future of Santo Daime.

One was a Santo Daime Cross with a burned and destroyed foundation base that would never stand right again.

Secondly was the spine of a hymn book, Songs of the Eternal Heart by Adrian Freedman.

All 108 song pages about Eternal Love were totally destroyed, leaving only the remnants of the book spine.

Adrian Freedman had to close down the bank accounts of the Eternal Heart Centre and was warned to expect a 20 year tax audit and having to pay back to HMRC many thousands in taxes on undeclared revenue after the organization was caught lying to Companies House in the United Kingdom, signing false tax declarations and fiddling the books.

It was dissolved in September 2018

The Eternal Heart Centre wanted to break the laws, deal in drugs, smoke weed and drink Santo Daime whilst picking on innocent people, blaming them for police raids and then threatening to murder them.

Life taught them a lesson when they had to close.

Adrian Freedman and his people in the Santo Daime Church was heavily involved in threatening witnesses to the Courts with violence, murder and broken legs as well as trying to shut down bank accounts and monitor people's movements without legal authorization.

They were also involved in intimidating witnesses to various Court Proceedings with violence, murder, hospital visits and other nasties.

His people claimed it was checkmate for the one threatened with murder.

The truth is that it is checkmate for Adrian Freedman who thought he was the Supreme King of the Santo Daime.

In chess terms he had to knock down his king, resign and walk away from the nastiest war in Santo Daime history as a loser, a humiliated and broken king, riddled and marred by the mistakes of his people.

In 2018 and 2019 the authorities decided enough was enough, the authorities and the Courts throughout Europe denied Adrian Freedman and his Churches the freedom for Santo Daime, in essence banning Ayahuasca.
