I recently had an experience with CellularOutfitter that left me extremely disappointed. I ordered a battery and charger from their website and paid over $30 for 2-3 day "priority shipping." However, I was shocked to find out later that they only paid about $2.82 to ship it as a "letter," resulting in the package taking a whopping 19 days to arrive! It's clear that they make their money from their return policy, which gives you your money back minus shipping.

To make matters worse, I tried to contact their customer service twice by phone and left three emails, but received no response. The tracking number they provided didn't work for the first week, and they still haven't responded to me to this day.

When the package finally arrived, I was appalled to see that everything was just thrown into a brown envelope with no packaging or protection. The only thing included was an invoice that showed the charges and a $4.82 discount for being a first-time customer. However, when I did the math on the invoice, I realized that the discount wasn't even applied! It's clear that they can't even do basic math and overcharged me too.

What's even more misleading is that they make you believe they are based out of Canada with their website extension, www.cellularoutfitters.ca. However, they are actually based out of California. Their customer service representatives didn't want to hear me out, but I am determined to let as many people know about my experience as possible.

Overall, I would say that CellularOutfitter is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie, mislead, and rip people off. They think their customers are stupid and lazy and won't do anything about it, but I am here to prove them wrong.

To make matters worse, they sent me an email saying that since it had already shipped, I couldn't make any adjustments until it arrived. Are you kidding me? This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with an online vendor. I'm reporting them to the Consumer Fraud authorities, and I hope they get banned from pulling these kinds of tricks on others. I wouldn't do business with these people again if you paid me.

I, like many others, was fooled into thinking that CellularOutfitter was a wholesale business with unbeatable prices. I didn't bother to do any research or compare prices with other companies, I just compared them to Verizon and thought that was enough. The shipping charges are incredibly deceptive and should be considered fraudulent. You don't find out what they are until after you've entered your credit card information, and they're astronomical. They're advertised as USPS priority mail, but that's a complete lie. The product doesn't even leave the facility for almost a week, and then it gets stuck at some cheap shipping partner called UPS Innovations. It's definitely not USPS priority mail like they claim.

The tracking information is rarely updated and isn't even accurate. My package was supposed to be here two days ago, but I have no idea where it is. I reached out to the company to complain about the deceptive shipping charges, and they responded once and reimbursed me for half of the charges. But after that, I only got one response when I raised concerns about my product still being in California when it was supposed to be delivered. Now I don't have my product, and I'm not getting any more responses from the company. It feels like fraud.

I will say that the first person who responded to my complaint seemed very considerate, but after that, it was a complete train wreck. I'm really not happy with this experience.

And when they finally did tell me how much they would charge for shipping, it was an outrageous amount.

I tried to contact CellularOutfitter through their "Contact" page, but they were unresponsive. I couldn't cancel my order because there was no way to contact a live person at the company. It's clear that they have no intention of fulfilling their orders, and they just want to take your money.

To add insult to injury, CellularOutfitter immediately charged my credit card without even processing my order. I was furious and immediately notified my bank. They will be disputing the charge directly with CellularOutfitter, and they assured me that they will investigate and know how to contact the owners of this bogus company through banking records.

It's clear that CellularOutfitter does not exist, and they should be shut down. The State of California has already suspended their business license, and it's time for them to be held accountable for their fraudulent practices. Do not place an order with this company, or you will be sorely disappointed.

I sent an email to CellularOutfitter on January 9th, 2017 and got a reply from them. But, since then, I haven't heard from anyone. All I get are daily emails asking me to buy more stuff. I'm really unhappy with this company. I even paid for Priority Shipping, which cost me $13.97. But, I know for a fact that it didn't cost them more than $5.90 to ship it. I sell in bulk and get discount postal rates, so I know the cost of shipping Priority Padded Envelopes, which is what they shipped my item in. That's why my item arrived broken. This company needs to fix this issue and not treat their customers this way.

I received an email from Cellular Outfitter's support team, which I have copy-pasted below. It's been four days since I received this email, and I still haven't heard back from them.

I'm really disappointed with the way CellularOutfitter has treated me. I hope they fix this issue and treat their customers better in the future.

So, there's this website called CellularOutfitter, and they have a Canadian and an American site. But sometimes it's hard to tell which one you're on, and that can cause some confusion. Like, you might think something is available on one site, but it's not on the other. And that can be frustrating.

Another thing is that the descriptions of the products can be a little misleading. Like, they might say something is made of "genuine leather," but then you get it and it's not actually real leather. It's like, fake leather or something. And that's not cool. You want what you paid for, you know?

If you do have a problem with something you bought, you can get a credit to use on the site. But they don't always tell you when you'll get the credit, or how to use it. And sometimes you can't use it with other offers, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Also, the US and Canada sites don't always have the same stuff, which can be annoying if you live in one country and want something that's only available in the other. And the phone system isn't great, so sometimes it's hard to hear what the customer service people are saying.

But on the plus side, the prices are good and the customer service is pretty helpful. They even have a call-back option, which is nice. The only thing is, sometimes they don't tell you what they're doing, so you might think you got disconnected or something.

Overall, I think CellularOutfitter is a decent site, but they could do better with some of these issues. It's not the end of the world, but it can be frustrating.

And then the agent told me that I had one minute to choose or the chat would end! I had to quickly pick something without even looking at all the options. And then I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours to process my order and another 4 to 10 business days to ship it. Are you kidding me? My original order took 10 days to arrive, even though I paid a lot for shipping! I can't believe this company is still in business with all these problems.

I made an order from CellularOutfitter on July 31st. When my package arrived, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay $15 Duty. I wasn't expecting this, but I accepted it. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I found out that the items inside were not mine. It was someone else's order, complete with their packing slip. I was disappointed, but I thought it would be an easy fix. I immediately contacted Cellular Outfitters through their comment card and sent them an email.

After a few emails to the company, I finally received an email on Aug 10th from Red. He asked me to send a copy of the packing slip to him, which I did the same day. However, I didn't hear anything until August 17th when I received an email saying that a support person had tried to contact me. Since they hadn't heard from me, they were closing my file. I was surprised because I had sent the information that Red had requested. It appears that Red dropped the ball in my case.

After several emails, Portia eventually fixed the problem. I finally received my items in the mail on September 16th, which was 1&1/2 months after I placed the order. I am very pleased with the time and effort spent by Portia. However, I am extremely disappointed with Cellular Outfitters. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After 14 days, I finally received my package. Unfortunately, I can only use two of the eight items. I had to cancel my card also because of all of this. Now, I am hoping to return most of the order without having to pay another arm and leg for shipping. Despite all of this, I must say that Hannah was delightful and helpful during our brief interaction on Messenger.

It would have saved me a lot of headaches and only been $6 more expensive than the hidden charges that didn't show up until I hit the Pay button.

I recently made a purchase from CellularOutfitter and I have to say, it was not a pleasant experience. I thought I could just replace it with something else for double the price like I did with the first case, but they refused to do so and instead wanted to argue with me about a refund and store credit.

Eventually, they sent out the replacements for the first case they didn't have, but they kept sending me the same email saying that someone would call me within 24 to 48 hours to hash out the details. However, they never actually called me or even sent me an email to resolve the issue. I placed my order on October 30th and didn't receive it until November 17th, even though I paid for 2-3 day shipping.

Overall, I have to say that this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If I could give them negative stars, I definitely would. One star is way too many for this company.

I recently made a purchase from CellularOutfitter during their Memorial Day sale. I was excited to get a cell phone holder at a special deal, but unfortunately, it did not fit my phone even though the ad stated it was compatible. I immediately requested a return authorization, but it took 5 days to get a response by email. I was frustrated and decided to call customer service, but no one ever answered the phone. I just got music with no message about wait times or anything. I even waited for an hour once just to test the system, but still no answer.

Finally, I received the RA, but it cost me $2.50 to ship back including insurance, and they charged $9.98 for shipping which is not refundable. I believe this is where they make their money! I heard nothing for three weeks even though I sent email messages to request a response. It was very disappointing.

After three weeks, I received an email asking me if I would like to apply my refund to another purchase, which was not what I put on the form. I asked for a refund, not another purchase. It took another three weeks before I received an email indicating a refund would be posted on my credit card.

By the way, I purchased the item on a sale day which offered free shipping from CA to NV. It did not show up on my purchase online, but it did on my credit card. It was very confusing and frustrating.

Needless to say, I would NEVER order from this outfit again, and I have passed on the message to friends and colleagues. I hope this helps someone from having the same bad experience. If I had taken the time to review other customer reviews, I would never have purchased from them. All the other reviews complained about the same problems.

The product I purchased did not charge my phone at all. This occurred when I received the product on Monday, November 28, 2022.

In contacting the company, Cellular Outfitters did not follow through on what was posted on their webpages for this product. In fact, the company presented contradictory information on their website concerning guarantees and returns.

On a "Why Buy from Us" link, it states:

"As you can imagine, we’re telling you all of this because we did just that—we created a business that balances great prices with top quality. At CellularOutfitter.com, there is no roll of the dice. We got rid of the dice altogether and replaced them with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee and a lifetime warranty on all products (including your 3A Fast Charging Tough Design Heavy Duty Charging Cable 1.5M / 5FT USB-A to USB-C, Black). Now you’re playing with house money."

When I purchased the product, on its webpage within the "Add to my Cart" box was an icon/graphic stating "90 day return policy"

And yet, their response to my initial complaint was only to offer a discount for a future purchase.

When I purchased this item on Thanksgiving Day within the "add to my cart" box stated very clearly a "90 day return policy". I find it very suspicious that when I checked the webpage again this morning, after receiving your email at 3AM Eastern, that the "90 day return policy" has been removed. There is a space in between "Lifetime Quality Assurance Warranty" and "110% Low Price Guarantee" where that "90 day return policy" graphic was present as of yesterday, Monday, November 28, 2022 and the day I purchased the product.

Your "Why Buy From Us" link states this as pasted below:

Unfortunately, it does not charge my Motorola G7 Phone. It physically connects, but there is no charge being transferred into the phone. I tried charging via a wall outlet. I tried charging via my laptop. Neither method worked. I am attaching photos below.

What is the process for returning this to your offices in CA and I would like a full refund.

This company should be avoided like the plague as they have no viable customer support system, and I still don't have a complete order. Ordered another case from HD accessories which was shipped today.

I'll dispute this charge with my bank if I don't get a response by January 2nd

Pathetic and bad customer service, stay away from this company if you value your money

this company has the worst service.
I had no idea about the shipping cost until I paid the money for my order. It's not really fair. It was very expensive and I didn't expect I would spend so much money on shipping. Two simple cases. My order shipping cost me more that the order itself. Just unbelievable. I wrote them to cancel my order, but they keep ignoring me. Well, it's very unprofessional, what else can I say?

I ordered three pieces from cellular outfitter . I received two of the three, missing the most expensive piece. I have tried repeatedly to have them resolve this with no avail. I paid for three pieces, the packing slip indicated that everything was there but there was one missing. I am now going to call y credit card company and file a complaint but I will never ever do business again with this place.

Dishonest people. High prices for shipping.
No rates for this. You have no idea how much you will have to pay for the shipping until you put the information about your CC without any opportunity to cancel your order. Because it's too much. The delivery from them to my door would cost 60 dollars. Crazy rates. Do you deliver orders on a golden plate or what? Or your couriers are celebrities?
Terrible. Won't order anything until you fix everything. Don't be so greedy. You can't earn all the money in the world.

Ordered an item from www.cellularoutfitter.com and received it in a timely manner but the item was damaged, so I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a replacement. They said that they don't do replacements and offered me a refund. They seemed nice and refund offer was even better so I agreed.
Weeks passed and no money was received but they did send me a notification that my credit card was refunded! Called my bank and they confirmed that there was no money received from CellularOutfitter.
When I wanted to ask CellularOutfitter about the money the did not reply!
Terrible experience, will never use this company again!

I have ordered some parts for my phone from CellularOutfitter and when I just found this site I thought that shipping was free! Even when I placed my order and entered my card details I was still thinking the same way. Only when they took my money I noticed some extra charges on my card and when I contacted and asked them about the money they said that extra charge was a shipping fee! No where on the site it was said about shipping fees! Products were nice, prices were also great, but the fact that they hide these fees from their customers is beyond ridiculous!

I have purchased couple of the cables from the company www.cellularoutfitter.com and when I got the receipt, I have noticed that the sum for handling and shipping was exaggerated. I called to the company and told that I refused to work with them and asked to cancel the order. But they have already charged me for the order and it was a problem. I need to wait 30 days while they would decide what sum to return me.
