Sandra E., your on the right path. But if your intentions are to derail Cellular Express Plus & Jake Mullins from further harm to AT&T wireless consumers, you must share the facts with an executive named Ralph De La Vega. He truley cares.

Mr. Steve Sitton, I beleive is out of Atlanta Ga. He is highly respected in the Wireless world. One thing is for sure, Mr. Sitton will not tolerate these acts of deception from Jacob Mullins or Chris Kelley. It doesent matter how many Cellular Express Plus locations these two fraudelant individuals operate. Yes, they operate under 3 or 4 various corporations that sell the services of ATT WIRELESS. Even though ATT WIRELESS is a fantastic corporation and the #1 Wireless company these two individuals have caused great harm. The sooner Mr Steve Sitton recognizes these two, the safer ATT will be.

Dear Sculley, I am very sorry for your inconvienance. I read your post in [redacted] and Jacob Mullins is the wrong individual to express your concerns or your complaints. He is a part of Cellular Express Plus Disease and contacting him will result no benifits to you what so ever. You may find resolution through AT&T executives by the name of Mr Steve Sitton or a Mr Ralph DelaVega. I have examined other Cellular Express Plus and Jacob Mullins Complaint sites and those two individuals mentioned above can put a hault to all the mishaps that you and many others have experienced. I hope this will help in your endeavors.--Mike

We experienced an AT&T consumer issue as well regarding CELLULAR EXPRESS PLUS IN APOPKA FL. My wife added an aditional line of service for my live in mother in law. We saw in the Orlando sentinel newspaper AT&T Wireless had a free cell phone with activation. We go to the closest AT&T store in Apopka Fl or we thought was an AT&T store. Once we walked through the doors of this retail store you could get a feeling that this was not a real AT&T Wireless store. My wife and I purchased our mobile phones in Jamestown Plaza Altamonte Springs they may be busy and it takes a little bit more time to speak with a sales person but at least they are the real AT&T. They also treat you with respect and do not force garbage down your throat like this franchise AT&T fake store. We went in to this fake AT&T franchise store with the Orlando Sentinel ad in hand. We told them we wanted the same phone thas was placed in the ad for my mother in law added to our AT&T account. The sales person tells us their has been a recall on that model and it is not in stock. Then the sales person tries to sell us another samsung phone which is $99.99 up front but he can offer a rebate of $50.00 that we get in the mail to make the final price $49.99. We explained we wanted the phone that was in Orlando ad and would go to Jamestown Plaza to see if they had the phone. The sales person then says hold on let me talk to my manager. Soon after the sales person brings out a Samsung phone that they can give us for free with out any rebates. We took that phone and within 2 weeks the phone would not power on. We took it back to the Apopka fake AT&T store and told them that it was only 2 weeks old and would not take a charge. They explained to us that the Samsung model we received was a reconditioned or refurbished cellphone and that their are no warranties on those types of phones. They suggested we could by a brand new samsung phone for 279.99 and thst phone would come with a warranty. We took it to the Jamestown plaza the real AT&T store and they told us that the phone we had purchased from CELLULAR EXPRESS PLUS was owned by three other people and the warranty expired over 2 years ago. A very nice young lady in the Jamestown AT&T store suggested we call a Jake Mullins who could help us rectify the issue. Well we have left 3 messages and still no returned call. Is there anything I can do?
