I had been a customer of Telus Mobility for over 10 years using my phone for buisness as well as personal calls. I paid Telus bills of over $350.00 per month. I relocated to the United States and called to cancel my phones and they are charging me over $700 dollars. Supposably when I was offered a new phone in 2007 it came with a new 3 year contract you would think that after being a client who pays her bills on time for over 9 years they might just give them a new phone as they lead me to beleive they were doing. Two year into the new contract I am still paying that kind of money to them. The phone I received is the bottom of the line Samsung with no camera etc. Wow who new it was worth over $700 dollars. Needless to say I would not recommend Telus to anyone.

    this is an action for good business and the companies's reputation in Internet.
    Mr. Charles Zhang, mobile [protected], phone 86(755)[protected], Shenzhen city, are using an inexisting company name, and doing bad business. We buy some cellphones, he dispatch a wrong / useless units. We lose usd$471 / cny$3300.
    I'll trip to Shenzhen in vacation tour; talk with him by phone, say that will pickup / gather the merchandise in my hotel and pay back, but nothing arrive.
    The address he said not exist: 4F, Room 411414, Marine Building, Shenzhen, China.
    I hope that this information will be important for you business reputation.

    Apparently in the 2- year contract we signed it stated that we needed to give a 30-day notice to cancel. Well our contract was fulfilled and we ported our numbers 2 days after it expired.

    Well now Centennial sends us a bill for Sept - Oct for services we can not even use becuase our numbers were ported to our new provider. And they won't remove the monthly charges becuase of thier 30 day notice. I think it's BS that you pay these companies so much money every month and then they won't even credit you one, especially since we can not even use it! And what peeves me the most is that I had done thier online chat and went to thier local office before we switched to inquire about switching since this was our 1st cell phone account and i was not sure if we needed to do anything special and not once did any one find it necessary/helpful to 'remind' me of this 30 day policy that's stated in a contract that the terms were up on anyways.

    manager from this sc kioks located in 1525 w bell rd was very unprofessional march 29th 2010 went to sams I step in the kioks he pretend he was on the phone. I asked him for help had a few questions he responded saying "i don't speak spanish my spanish speaker associate will get here tomorrow you can come back if you want". I told him I understood I little bit of english he reply back saying...I don't deal with mexicans! I got very mad step out from the kioks and complain with sams club management. I hope you can do something about it with this guy thanks.

    SENT THE BARRAGE BUT DIDENT LIKE IT SO I SENT IT BACK AND CLOSED OUT SERVICE

    AT THAT TIME. ABOUT A WEEK LATER A GIRL CALLED ME BACK AND ASKED IF SHE

    COULD CHANGE MY MIND I AT THAT TIME TOLD HER I WOULD ONLY BE WILLING TO

    COME BACK FOR THE BRIGADE! WITH SOME BACK AND FOURTH SHE TOLD ME SHE

    could GET ME TWO (2) BRIGADE’S FOR $124.99 WITH KEEPING REBATES AND

    DISCOUNTS. ( I INVITE YOU TO PULL UP THAT CALL!) WHEN WE GOT THE PHONES

    IT TURNED OUT THAT SHE CHARGED US $124.99 FOR THE SAME PHONES WE JUST

    GOT FOR FREE AND SENT BACK! WHEN I CALLED BACK TO CORECT THIS THE REP I

    SPOKE TO TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE HER CALL ME BACK. WHEN SHE DID CALL ME

    SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE SENT WHAT I ASKED FOR . I TOLD HER NO I GOT THEM FOR

    FREE AND SENT THEM BACK WHY WOULD I PAY $124.00 FOR WHAT I JUST GOT FOR

    FREE? THAT IF SHE COULDENT GIVE ME WHAT I ORDERED FOR WHAT I PAYED

    TO CLOSE OUT MY SERVICE. SHE THEN TOLD ME I SHOULD KEEP THE PHONE AND

    AND WAS TOLD ONE TO TWO BILLING PER MEANING 30 TO 60 DAYS FOR PHONES I

    DIDENT ORDER!! THIS MONEY WAS FRAUDULINTLY TAKEN FROM ME! I ALSO

    TRYED CALLING TODAY AND GOT BOUNCED AROUNG FOR 2 HOURS. EVERYONE

    KEEPS SAYING IM SORRY BUT NO ONE AT ALL IS WILLING TO REFUND MONEY THAT SHOULDENT HAVE BEEN TAKEN!

    On August 12th 2010 I placed an order (order#[protected]) for an upgrade/change of phones at the AT&T Premier website. Both phones selected from the website were advertised as costing $0.00 without ANY mention of a contract requirement. I saved the web page, and there are some phones that required a 2year agreement indicated by a message of *Requires a 2 year Contract. I deliberately avoided the phones with 2year agreements. The order was processed and I was issued a tracking number. When I received the phones August 16, 2010 I proceeded to go online to activate them and received a notification that a contract for 24 months had been added to my service as of August 13, 2010. I promptly returned both phones as instructed by Ryan, ending that 24 month agreement. I returned the phones to Joseph Vincent August 16, 2010 at the Lathrup Village store. However, Joseph went into my account unauthorized and removed my unlimited text, web and data plan, without my authorization August 17, 2010. I did not visit the store that date. Telephone customer service said they would fix it and I proceeded to compromise by placing another order over the phone August 17, 2010 agreeing to a one year contract-this time for a Nokia E71x and a Motorola Backflip and a fee of $166.04 for both phones. My visa card was immediately charged for the transaction/order#K008O8838276. I did not receive prompt confirmation e-mails as with the previous order, so I called August 18, 2010 only to speak with Londer, Jovie and then Heather to find out that my unlimited data package wasn't restored, but my new order had been canceled without a refund of $166.04. I have been an AT$T customer since it was Cingular, and never before had I experienced any problems. However, they have false advertisements, misleading offers that trap customers into contracts and terrible customer service that provide no resolution and refusal to escalate the calls to a higher person leaving the customer unassisted and disgruntled.

    btw, I have not received a refund, nor my phone but guess what-they put me in a contract anyway... Just shameful!

    THIS DOESNT MAKE ANY SINCE THAT HAVE SENT U GUYS 7 CELL PHONES AND I HAVENT GOTTEN A EMAIL OR A CALL STATING THAT U HAVE ANY INFO REGARDING MY PRODUCT SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT GOING ON WITH MY STUFF IF NO ONE CALLS OR EMAIL I WILL SUE BECAUSE I DID PAY FOR THEM PHONES AND NOW IT LIKE ITS A SCAM

    i send three cell phones to my gold envelope back in 2/18/2011 and i still haven't got any money from them are hear any thing. about if they are going to send me any.i put my track number in it keep saiding it been check on. that back in 3/20/2011.so what can i do to get my money.they own me for my cell phone.if they are not going to pay for the cell phones they don't need to be on t.v about they will buy any cell phone if you send them in.that give other company a bad name.poeple won't trust other campany because of this.
