2 months ago I booked my phone in for repairs. Up to this day NO ONE has contact me. I have to contact them everytime. After a month and a half went by and I still haven't heard ANYTHING regarding my phone I was told the forms was filled in incorrectly and I have to go in and do it all over again. Once again I was told that they would phone me in the same week and I STILL havent heard anything. I have phoned numerous times sent numerous emails and all I am told is they havent received anything and still theybexpect me to pay excess. This is the worst service I have ever gotten.
