Cell C Contract settlement letter

Good day

My Name is Nthabiseng Ngogela I had a 24 months contract with cell c and it ended had to cancel the contract because i didn't want it anymore the contract number was [protected].

Last week on the 19 and 20 August 2019 called cell c and spoke to Happiness Mthembu from cell c customer care who transferred the call to Sandile Dlamini in the Contract Department spoke to sandile and confirmed all my confidential credentials he advised that i will get my letter in 24 or 48 hours.Same day i chatted with Pretty Mabaso on the cell c website that has instant chat gave her all my details and she advised that ill get my letter in 2days time and gave me a refference no: [protected] and i waited till today i have not received any email or call but i made follow up call on the 22nd where i was told that my matter was escalated and i will be assisted on the case open.I still didnt get any help from cell c.

Cell C poor service received

I have been calling the Call Center as well as visiting the Stores over the last few weeks and each time I have received extremely poor service. The Agents (both Store and Call Centre) are rude, incompetent and do not know their products. The information provided is contradictory and their staff are unhelpful.

I was trying to renew my contract but several agents have called me, made false promises, contradicted what the previous person said and then promise to call me back which never happens. Eventually I was referred to a store where service levels were even worse

Cell C client service and communication

If I could give a lower rating I would.

I have been to Century City Cell C store 8 times in the past 4 years for the same thing EVERY time.
I would like to move my contract from my father's name, to my own. I was told by Ishmaeel that this is a very easy process (little did I/ or he know).
Moving the banking details was a 24 hour process, since Cell C will never miss a chance to debit, but moving the contract HAS BEEN 4 years in the making!
I can not load data... Query anything on the contract... Phone the call centre... Since I am not the "owner" of the contract.

I am left disgusted and appalled by the time, effort and money it has taken me to try and resolve this "easy" issue.

I can not wait for this contract to finally end!

Cell C cell c fibre

I have been battling with my cell c Fibre speeds since April. I have a contract with Cell c for 100/100 speeds and between 18:00-23:00 every evening my speeds drop to under 10MBPS. I have sent mails to Cell C every single day since this happened and still nothing has been resolved. I am paying R999 per month and I am not getting speeds for what I am paying for. I have been speaking to numerous people but still no solution. I am not sure how many months I need to wait. I demand a refund since these issues started occurring. I will rather cancel my contract and sign up with another company who can give me proper service.

We have signed up with Cell C fibre on the 21/08/2019. On the 12/09/2019 there was supposedly a software upgrade on the Fibre line which brought our fibre connection to a standstill. I was given a problem number 111242 and was advised by SADV that they had 72 hours to resolve the problem. The Fibre connection started to work again on the 15/09/2019 for a couple of hours and then it started dropping the line and with it we had no Internet service. I phoned SADV on the 17/09/2019 and complained which they then advised that this was a general problem in the area as there had been water pipes damaged and the council was digging up the pavement and at the same time damaging the fibre lines. This carried on until 20/09/2019 when I contacted Cellc Support and advised that I was getting a runaround from SADV and was then given a Problem number 113861. I kept on at both Cellc support and SADV during the weekend of the 21st and 22nd but I got no answers from both Cellc and SADV. I eventually sent an email to support@fibre.co.za on the 25/09/2019 with a Speed Test result of my limited access and given a further problem number CF093077. It has been two weeks that I have been sitting with a problem with no internet access and limited access when it is available. It seems that the signal at times is so weak that it drops the internet and the service light goes out on the Fibre module on the wall. I am at the stage of cancelling this contract and looking at a service provider that will give me better service. I have not yet paid the first installment on the contract but I am ready to block any payments that come through my account. Dave Wrede / 105 Neville Rd, Brackendowns

Cell C cew contract

Good day,

Cell c contract nightmare

Was contacted by a sales person for a contarct with cell c sometime in may.
I took a sim only contract reason been: it was r139.00 per month.

End of may my bill was r700 and something and I nearly had a heart attack.

I was told that I was supposed to contact cell c to cap the contact as it was uncapped.
I don't remember a sale person mentioning person elaborating such

On the 18 july 2019 was contacted by a debt collector for an amount of r1500 and something. howwwwww did it accumulate to that?

I have an open case with cell c from the 18 july 2019 ref number [protected],
Was told that I will get feedback after 5 working day.

I called 084 140 again on the 30 july ad was told that they have been trying to get hold of me however my phone is not going through. the consultant confirmed they are still waiting for a call recording.

On the 14 august I called again and was told that they were trying to get hold of me and my phone is not going through.
The case was escalated and a new reference number given [protected].

On the 16 august I called cell c again and was advised one of the consultant will contact me back

Till today am still awaiting

Cell C Bad customer care services

Good day, My name is Edwina Louw

As I'm typing this message, I called the Call Centre Services 13 minutes ago and I'm still online and can here the fun, laughter, jokes the staff is making and screaming from my side "hello, hello" for assistance. No one is responding which mean they picked my call up but no one is answering my call. After 14 minutes I received the voice recording that asked to rate the agents assistance.

I feel very disappointment as a client. All my phone contracts and vibe contract is with C Cell but after this bad service (and not the first time) I really want to reconsider changing my service provider. I am calling in working hours and don't have the time to call again. I called last month to cancel my data card contract that expired in June already and did so last month when a agent called. But its still being deducted and this morning I called receiving this bad service.

I am not happy in the manner Cell C agents is assisting. my contact number is [protected] as this is really expectable because of the financial implications.

Your urgent assistance will be appreciated as I am rethinking having all my network with Cell C

Cell C 5 day data boost

Please be advised that I recharged this morning and bought a 5 day data bundle of R25.00 ( 250mb), I then chose the option of taking the 250mb WhatsApp BOOT valid for 5 days for R7.50 more. But I was charged another R25.00 extra instead of R7.50.

I queried this with your Call Center but they could not assist. The lady's actual words were " sorry ma'am there is nothing we can at cell c can do"

So it is ok for Cell C to be selling a fraudulent product to their loyal customers like myself and still have a call center agent who is as pathetic as hell.
What you guys are doing is theft. nothing best describes this immoral practice from such a giant company like yourselves.
I need to be reimburse ASAP

Cell C cell c contract

A contract has been opened in my name and the amount is added to my monthly debit. I have complained at the Cell C branch, submitting a police affidavit stating that I only have two cell c numbers, not three - the fault was acknowledged by the branch manager at Norwood Mall as a mistake that he himself made, profuse apology, and I was assured a refund. However nothing has changed and the manager in question has subsequently left Cell C. I was assured by the new manager that I would get a follow up call, but this never happened. I am still being billed an inflated amount every month.

I am still waiting for the promised refund on the erroneous contract. The contract has been closed but no refund or credit has been given. I phoned customer support who assured me that a credit should be given and apologized. However no action has been taken. Please contact me.

Cell C Call centre and rosebank store

Just don't even know where to start I called the call centre night as I couldn't use my line in which I was assisted by the most rudest consultan lt her name is Sindy and the reference of my my call was [protected] she didn't even assist me she just put me on a machine to help me and put down the phone she said she can't help me my phone is blocked and it's refusing to use the puk not she just said I must do a swim swap I asked why am I suppose to do that she put down the phone on me that was on the 19th of August 2019 . Following day I walk in into a Cellc shop in Rosebank Mall they also tell me they can't help me with my swimswap they said the details shows I am male but I told them to check Rica coz I did Rica with my details when they checked it is my ID nbe they told me next time I loose the Simcard I won't get it back I asked why so no one wanted to help me they treated me as if I am a fool the so called came and argued with me that she can't help me she was very very rude I have never felt so beltitled trust me no one was willing to help in that store they just looked at me arguing with that lady as if I was stupid . Woow Cellc you really take the cup for being rude to their customers the name of the lady the manager is Kasheee Perizan I walked out of the shop with no solution they just said I must call the call centre . The other lady had to say I am making noise for other customers how can I not make noise I didn t have the phone for day today and I lost so much business as my customers couldn't reach me today and am still without . I ported from Vodacom thinking Cellc was better but they are the worst either call centre or walk ins

Cell C there has been a fraud against my name because of someone using my personal details to obtain a cell c contract.

Hi my name is Steven oupa mokhweu.
My personal information is been used to open a cell c contract.
I have never myself open any contract with cell c.
Now lately I tried to get a loan from a certain bank. And i was told that my name is been taken to itc.
I went to the shop and explain the matter. They said my name is been cleared. I asked them to give me a proof that my name is been cleared. They said I should contact the legal department. I did that. Now it's been 3months waiting for the clearance letter to be send on my email [protected]@gmail.com till today nothing is happening.

Cell C unallocated payment

I made an EFT to the account number 1454...which is the cell c acc, apparently its not the premium account...I have provide proof of my statement to say I have paid, firstly I was told the payment doesn't show if it went through, the second time im told I must go get the proof of payment from the bank. I don't understand why they give clients information that is false, because the account number I got it from the monthly statements which they send me every month. I am not going to go back to my bank... they know very well where to get that payment and proof was submitted to them.

Cell C cell c bela bela with service

Good day. Cell C Bela Bela are one of the most useless branches that I ever seen.
My wife went for a contract as we are for more that 10years Cell C prepaid customers.
We went on Saterday 17/08/2019 to the Bela Bela branch and had all the document. The the consultant checked everything and said my wife qualify for a contract and she took the papers. The suddenly they complain with the marraige certificate and said we need to get a new one.
So today 19/08/2019 we went to home affairs and got a new one. We went back to the branch and all were fine untill the saw the bank statement. Then suddenly that is a problem because it was not correct in her eyes but Saterday it was. Now the problem are that the bank statement shows 4 payment of the salary in a 6months statement.

And also when asked about the special they have they suddenly dont run the special anymore as they dont have stock and wont be able to stock before the special ends.

I get the impression that the branch dont want to help customers and if they do they only want to sell certain contract so that they can get more commision on the deals.
I will not take out any contract with Cell C anymore and would also not support the branch anymore as they dont have propper trained staff to sell their product and are very unhappy with Cell C service I have recieved.

Cell C Contract cancelation

To Whom it may concern
Hi am very upset with my treatment from Cell c today. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel my cell c contract after my contract ended in June. I was with cell c for +- 20 years. I was certain of my decision but was convinced by your well trained consultant that she would give me 2 months free subscription to rething my decision. After 1.5 months I decided to go on to prepaid. I phoned in today-17-08-19 to cancel, and that is when my nightmare started, or should I say the runaround.
I was asked if the consultant initially mention to me that if I cancel I had to that I had to pay 2 months subscriptions. I was not told and ask them to check the recording. After putting me on hold for a few minutes, I was told that it was mentioned to me. I refuse to take this explanation and requested a copy so that I could get legal advice. They requested me to go to my nearest branch so that I could listen to the recording. I stressed that I wanted a copy so that I could send it to my legal adviser. I then went to the branch only to be told that the manager could help me and he was out and I must return in 2 hours. I phoned the consultants from the branch and was told that I would not be able to get a copy as I needed to liase with there legal department and she requested my e mail so that their legal department can get hold of me. The e mail was given telephonically only to be told that the it was not valid for my lawyer. I phoned the manager only to be told that she was on lunch and she would contact me in half an hour. After 45 minutes I phoned again and she was still unavailable so I spoke toTrisha. She told that she contacted the store and they said I did not come to the store. I was lost for words. I could not believe that this was happening. Trisha asked me to go back to the store and she would phone me in 20 minutes. I went there but she did not phone me.
This is not the way cell c treat there customers
I hope my complaint is given your urgent attention and that someone can help so that I could get closure.

Cell C atrocious service

I would appreciate it if I could be furnished with contact number of one of the managers or better still the CEO of CellC who appears to be hiding away as no one can furnish me with his number. I await your response, Desiree Spies

oh! by the way when I asked to speak to the CEO of the company it was said to me by Mercia that he has more important things to deal worth rather than something like my problem.I do not wish to expose my problem here, as I want to speak to someone that is capable to assist me asap. This clearly does tell me that I am not important enough as a client for Cell C, take note I have been a client for 10years now.

I have a contract with Cell C for over 10 years now. I have not been able to speak to anybody that is in a managerial position at H.O. since July 18 - 2019 in regards to getting a resolution regarding my complaint and problem. I have been put through from one deptment to the next and even to the business deptment, for goodness sake how awkward can it be to be proficient and help a customer at Cell C.

Here are just but a few names of people I have spoken to already and still no solution.

I ran a credit check on myself about a week ago. Turns out that I have been blacklisted by Cell C

I am completely dissapointed at Cell C's Customer Service Agents, the way they handle queries.

Its such a pity I am in Port Elizabeth as believe me I would have been in your offices like yesterday already to tell you in person what I think of your service.

Let me mention something to you Cell C this problem will not go away by just ignoring my problem, this just once again proves the poor service you give to SOME customers.

I am a Cell C client for about 10 years now. If this is how they treat Customers, I will never EVER deal with them again. And will also spread the word that none of my friends and family should choose them as service provider.

Its shocking to see all the bad reviews on the internet, I cannot believe as to what I have read about people complaining, but I now can believe it because I am in the same position.

Its Friday! I hope I can be assisted asap.

Cell C Cell c fibre installation

Good Day,

I have paid Cell C the R599 which they required in order to process my order and have Fibre connected to my home on the 28th June 2019. After the money was paid i was informed that the installation will take 4-6 weeks by a company called SADV. Today is the 15th August 2019 and I still have not been contacted by SADV. Furthermore after calling Cell C on many occasions I am told that there is nothing further that they can do, I have to wait for SADV.

How does Cell C expect to grow in the Fibre market if their interaction and service delivery is so poor.

I would like Cell C to please refund my money as they have no priority to customer services/ relations.

I have only received the following:

Screen guard & powerbank

LTE 32gb sd

Those are the products I got instead of what was advertised. I have been visiting the shop several times and I even spoke to the manager but they keep on saying the products of the package are finished. It has been 5months now without receiving the outstanding products.

I am really not happy with the service and I am fed up. I can't even go back to that cellc shop because they lied to me so many times.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Cell C Accessories not yet received

Good day,

On the 16th July 2019, I upgraded my Cell C contract at the gateway store. The consultants name was Dhiraj Dularie. I received the phone however the deal came with accessories which was not in stock. I was told that i will be contacted once the stock was available. To date I have received no feedback. I followed up by email however no responses have been received. Cell C cellc contract phone

good afternoon

on 28 of June 2019 cellc deducted R400 using two P30 cell phone that where taken on contract under my name which i have no knowledge off.
on the 2 of August 2019 they deducted R1217 again from my Account.
i lodged a complain with Sifiso from Cellc Ermelo and he said they are still investigating i request that may any one fro your side please intervene in this matter because it will affect my credit record

i request that the two contracts should be cancelled

Cell C fraudulent upgrade

I have 2 contracts with Cell C which were due for an upgrade but when I went through my statements in July I realized Money was being deducted from my account by Cell C which I was not aware of. I went to their branch in Galleria only to found out I had made an upgrade in March and I denied knowing that upgrade as I wasn't aware of such, I was then told to do an Affidavit and bank statements and send through so they will try to solve the matter.

Its been 2 weeks since all the above has happened and the only feedback I received was that I am going to be called in 2 days but it has not happened and when I call I am sent from Pillar to Post without getting any information about the case. I am told its under investigation and I ask where ab? as well I receive no answers as they have no information about it only the Fraud or Legal will be able to assist I am then given a number of which there is no answer.

Can someone assist with the return of my money and after that's been done Cancel these Contracts.

Cell C disgusting service as well as the shocking inability to be able to speak to any management staff of the company

Cell C is the most useless and unprofessional company i have ever displeasure of dealing with.
I have a contract with Cell C for two mobiles however the one " [protected]" I have not been able to speak to anybody since Friday 02 August 2019.
I have phoned the technical department ' 0841555555' and spoken to Lepotang.
I have phoned Mercia ' 0841744211'.
I have phoned Fikile ' 0841744211 as well as 0747433107. And spoken to her exactly 8 times already. Fikile as promised on two occasions 1st time 8 Aug 2019 & 2nd time 13 Aug 2019 to phone me back and i am still waiting. I have spoken to Thobani Zakwe on Thursday the 08 Aug 2019 at 09:20 am who assured me the problem will be sorted out by the close of business on the 08 Aug 2019. I have phoned and spoken to him on the 12 of Aug 2019 and he informed me that the IT department is busy sorting out the problem and that is should be sorted out on the 12 Aug 2019. He also assured me that he will phone me on the 12 of August 2019. However neither of the above has happend.

This Cell phone is used by me for my Guest House and would hate to think of how much business I have lost in the last 11 days. Is cell c prepared to compensate me for this ?
Furthermore I want on [protected] the contract to be cancelled with immediate effect BUT NOT ON [protected].
I would appreciate it if I could be furnished with contact number of one of the managers or better still the CEO of CellC who appears to be hiding away as no one can furnish me with his number. I await your response, Charles Featherstonehaugh
