Cell C Paid up letter

Good day
I recently engaged with cell c through blake and associates where i paid all the money i owed.
Now this association says my account is sent paid to cell c. When I communicate with cellc they say my account is in arreas owing after black & associates said its fully paid up. I have sent cell c all my proof of payments several times but they cant update my account and issue me a paid up letter since last year 2021.
What am i suppose to do now if when i send my proof of payments still you cant update?
Please do a throughout check on my case,

Cell C Update of my name

Hi. I have 5 contracts with cell c, 5 of them! We made a payment on the 7 th of November 2020. We received a paid up letter only on the 4th of January 2021, eventually.. and now we are STILL struggling to get the right department to correct our name and reinstate our credit status. After calls, and emails. Every hour of every day since payment was made. In the meantime we have to talk to your rude staff who don't even listen we get put through to the next person every few minutes while talking and explaining. We have spoken to your whole staffline at cellc. Please do your work! Wentzel [protected]

Cell C Please reactivate my account

Hi.my acc was in arrears and on the 31Des 2020 i payed it in full.they activate my line again.on the 1st Jan 2021 they cancelled my contract.sins then i struggeld foneing emailing still no line and no answers.my nr in dispute is [protected].please assit urgendly.contact me on my email or [protected].My id [protected] WJ Badenhorst

Cell C Fibre

On 29 Dec 2020 my home was struck by lightning. The fibre modem was dead and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the only way to get Vumatel (the fibre company) to replace the modem is via the ISP CellC. Since this contract is owned by my son-in-law who is in the UK, CellC refused to assist without confirmation of the owner. This was duly done and problem ticket CF176431 was logged. By 5 Jan 2021 Cell C had done nothing and refused to assist me when I called. Eventually, Vumatel replaced the modem, but it appears that CellC disabled the line in the meantime. Now they refuse to advise if this is the case even though I have been made co-owner of the account with limited ability. So my wife's company and mine have been down for 9 days. Simply the modem needed replacing. In the meantime Cell C suspected fraud and froze the account which is why I believe the network connection is still down.

I bought a samsung which is network locked nd i called cell c customer to unlock my device but till to date i got different explanations from your consultant and i recharged with R150 also provide the with imei nr please give me clarity regarding the matter

Cell C I need to be able to do my upgrade

Good day

I am an existing customer with Cell C for many years now, I have 2 Contract lines with Cell C and C Fibre in my house. I want to do an early upgrade on my one contract line but accordingly to Cell C I dont qualify to do an early upgrade but last year April 2020 I did an early upgrade paid the money outstanding and got a new contract, why can't I do it this time. I want to pay the contract in full and get a new contract with Cell C. According to the Lady at Carnival Mall Cell C her name is Queen she said that Cell C is being taken over by MTN and this is the reason for so many people not getting new contracts or can't upgrade. This is not on and I am not very happy with the Service I am getting from Cell C at the moment. Why can't I pay my contract and get a new contract as I have been with Cell C for many years and with this said I am under Debt Review but every 2 years I could do my upgrades on my two existing lines with Cell C but now all of a sudden I am being declined. I feel as if I can cancel all my contracts with Cell C and rather go pre-paid as I feel I have been a loyal Cell C Customer for many years and never have I skipped to pay my Cell C Invoice nor the Cell C Fibre with have with you. I really think Cell C is going to lose a lot of Customers if things go on like this.

Please can you have a look at this problem for me and get back to me as soon as possible. I really don't want to leave Cell C as you really gave me excellent service up until now.

Cell C Security check questions

I'm nondumiso mdaka, I lost my phone with the cell c sim card last week and I requested assistance from cell c to do a sim swap, I was asked the security check questions which I failed. What I don't understand is their security check questions, how is one meant to remember the last three numbers you dialed or the last amount of airtime you recharged, the lost sim card is registered under me yet I couldn't receive assistance, I was advised to go the nearest cell c store with my id and proof of residence and today I visited the cell c empangeni store which was closed. I called cell c customer care again and they told me the same thing that I failed the mandatory questions. I am not happy with the service, this means if I can't remember the last three numbers I dialed or airtime I recharged with i'm stuck. I believe I wouldn't have handed out my personal information if the sim card is not registered under me.

Cell C Paid up letters

We have been struggling quite a while to get paid up letters from you. We have driven to your branches almost every day, we have phoned every day for a month, we have emailed twice every 2 hours of every day for the past month, and STILL no paid up letter! Cell C Paid up letter

I called cell c many times requesting for paid up letter and i also wrote to you about my problem. You said my problem will be resolved but till today i haven't received my paid up letter since i paid my account on August. I now dont know what to do whether i should just take the legal route or what. Please assist me as ive been begging to be assisted because even your consultants are useless. No one ever gave me a meaningful explanation of what needs to be done or when exactly il get my letter. Please help.

Cell C Paid up letter

Hi
My name is Ludwe Jekwa and I have been trying to get a Paid up Letter from Cell c for months to no avail.
I have phoned their customer care lines and I get transferred from pillar to post and nobody seems to want to help me.
I eventually went in store to try and get the matter resolved and I was told that the store does not have direct phone lines to their Legal Department so I must just see what to do with myself.
Cell C has to be by far the worst company I have Ever dealt with, to top it off they still have an outstanding Credit that they have not even Paid back to me.
My Credit Report shows I am in arrears with them, even though the account was paid up almost a year ago, and my account was never handed over so the sheer Arrogance is Appalling. I wouldn't wish the type of "Service" I have received from these people on anyone.

I have been going through the exact same problem. I have sent over 50 emails cc every cell c email I have ever come across incl legal department and I get no response at all.

me too this in unacceptable the service is poor ! for a month been begging them sending emails daily calling them weekly, i never knew that cellc 's service is like this

Cell C Bad service - no response from deceased department on request of transfer and cancellation of accounts

My husband has passed away in February, and since Feb I struggled with Cell C. I have sent the documents several times to Cell C, no response, just an automated computer response. Nobody called me or wrote to me.
On October 12, I contacted Head office and Me. Ashni Raman assisted me, but told me to send the deceased documents again to her and to the deceased department (which I have done several times before 12 October already). She told me it would be done within 48 hours.
Then I got the reference number: ref [protected]
There as 2 contracts, on a data contract that is still going until january, it must be transferred to my name.
The other is a cellphone contract which are years ago ended, but we did not upgrade. It must be cancelled and transferred to prepaid.

Still no response. I mailed her several times and since last week no answer from her as well.

I called the legal department this morning, but they are not available. I spoke to customer service - no help. Just another story.

I do not know what to do more. They have all the requested documents, there is a reference number with all the details.
Why do they not finish the request?

Cell C I'm complaining about service

Im very feeling disappointing about cellc im a good client i've been using this number for more than 15 years I lost my phone when I got car accident it been 2 months now trying to do sim swop they refuse to help me one of white lady from cellc called me to but unrica cell c sim card I did that but still no help.. I think is 4 times now to do sim swop they helped me. But now no help from cellc.. I look like they refusing to help black people.. Why I'm saying that it's because I saw a complaint from white guy they helped him with sim swop. It been 2 months now trying to do sim swop

Cell C Fraud

Good day

Trust you are well

I am deeply disappointed from the service I got from the call centre operators I have spoken to on numerous occasions.

I have called in so many times, up to 3 months before my contract would end in October 2020.
I would constantly call Cell C to make sure that my contract would be canceled so that the payment will not be recurring after the end of my contract period.

I have asked, explained, doubled checked days before my end of contract date, to make sure that I have paid my last payment so that there will be no payment after October 2020.
I was assured I have paid in full and my Cell C statements also proves it.

It has been two months after my contract ended in October 2020 and high unknown amounts of payments are still occurring from Cell C.

I do expect you to understand that I am in dept because of the payments which had been taken from my account from Cell C, because my monthly contract debit order had not been paid after my end of contract date in October 2020.
I do recommend for you to go to the recorded calls from my number [protected], which happend throughout the months between me and the call operators before my contract ended.

I will definitely not let this case slide through my fingers, as this time is all hard on us, we work hard to provide food on our tables and to just take money from your loyal customers without their consent, is just showing me the lack of caring, commitment, training, professionalism, loyalty, honesty and common sense.

Cell C Cellphone contract termination

I cancelled my contract with Cell C in November. They sent me a settlement amount which I paid. They said the contract would end on the 30th of November. I received a billing for November, which I queried and was told the billing wasn't included in the settlement discount which I was given. Now I've received another billing for December, which I have paid even though I paid the settlement discount and was told the contract would end in November. I also noted that the contract was still showing as active on my credit report. I closed 3 accounts in November, only Cell C is playing cat and mouse games with me. I need to know when is this account going to be made inactive and why are they still billing me?

Cell C I took my device for repairs on the 26 october 2020 and even now I havent got my device back. I am taken post to pillar with no joy.

I am paying my account and insurance very well. I am not happy about this service and we all know we also heading to festive and very soon companies are closing. I have been without a phone almost 3 months already.

I am very frustrated, if you would assist me as I am not being taken serious as a good paying customer together with questions that I am asking them and I don't get any response. This people are really failing me and making me unhappy.

Cell C Laptop I had ordered

Good day,
I was called by a cell c agent to offer a cellphone deal. Long story short... I ended up ordering a laptop. Okay, I was sent a about 10 texts saying that it was with the courier company which was supposed to get her on 2020.12.04, however nothing came! I proceed to call the courier company to see where my parcel is. They told me someone from cell c "cancelled" the parcel! I got no email, call or text alerting me that a eugene greene cancelled it! Even till today I have been getting transferred from department to department! They suck! My contact details are [protected]... Someone please help!

Cell C Contract upgrade

I went to cell c Promenade for an earl upgrade. I was advised to pay commitment fee plus November installment. Which I did. The consultant told me my debit order for the 28th won't deduct. Well it did. I paid cell c twice for the month of November [R304]. They did not even advise me on how to reverse the double payment. I told the consultant that I wanted huawei p 2021 smart. He agreed he will keep the the device. When I went at 4pm to get the phone. He said one of his colleague sold the phone. I was so disappointed and angry. This phone I was buying it for my wife. Now I ended up buying Huawei P 40. Which is expensive. With less benefits. P smart 2021 comes with power bank and pouch. I ended up with a P40 which does not come with a power bank and free pouch but I must pay R369. I regret visiting cell c promenade. I love cell c but nothing more I regret than this early upgrade which I ended paying more money and bad service. [protected]. [protected]@gmail.com

Cell C Unethical behavior - non responsive

I'm Currently in the UK and have lost my Cell C Sim,

I've tried every possible avenue to get Cell C to assist with a replacement sim (which I will ship at my own expense) and have followed their every instruction, but this matter has still not been resolved, I've had a support center agent hung up on me, I've had 13 emails over a course of almost 10 months, every time a different support agent and every time the process has to start from scratch. yet Cell C has no problem in debiting my account: the following is an extract of one of my most recent mails, and still no response:

Now, I have re-read this entire email thread, I have complied to your measures.

1) I've requested help, explaining the situation - you kept on sending auto generated Emails clearly not intending to read or grasp the contents of my enquiry.
2) I've had to threaten with non payment before I got a actual response,
3) I had a new sim bought as per the response.
4) I've forwarded the details as per the response
5) I've phoned into your Technical department after repeated claims that you could not reach me (which I think is bogus. In truth I think the consultant can't dial international numbers and then send out a mail pretending that they can't reach me).
6) I phoned into the customer care centre and had an agent repeatedly ask me to walk around to get better reception (it's an international call... (I'm paying for btw) the line has a delay.)
7) I then phoned into your technical centre - had to explain everything again - apparently all of this correspondence cannot be retrieved?
8) I passed the Security questions - I gave you the OTP (the security process makes no sense by the way...) than had to do another set of ludicrous security questions, bearing in mind that I'm the guy who has to beg and pay for this process... only to be told that I could not answer the security questions and that I will need to phone in again to redo this entire process.

Dear Cell C CEO and the entire C Level Management team of CELL C... ever wondered why the listed company you manage performs so poorly... have a look at your SERVICE.

it's no good that you have the cheapest call rates, data bundles or deals on hand-held devices - if your first tier customer care consultants or their direct Management simply does not give a single hoot about the customer base.

You either have a training or a process issue. Whatever the issue, you're not going to plug that endless money pit loss until somebody gets up and starts doing something about it and retains existing business.

I'm hereby giving you formal notice that I'm canceling my subscription to your service. I've been paying for a service for 10 months now, that I've not been able to use. it should not take months to rectify, yet I have paid you close to R9990 -00. Your ignorance has left me with no other choice. As you are unwilling to provide me with the intended service as per our agreement I shall no longer fulfill my duty in paying for the service. I will not pay a settlement fee as I perceive your utter lack of support on your part to be a breach of our agreement and as you have not fulfilled your obligation, this voids our agreement.

I trust that you will find the above in order.
