I don't work at the store at cecfo store on 204 East Pinecrest drive Marshall Texas 75670 the manger Vanessa moiser has told her employee to not let me back in the store I have not done anything but help the workers when they could not do it from being busy I mop I have sweep the floor I have took the trash out put drinks in the cooler when not post be in there. I have not stolen anything out of the store. But employee got arrested on drug charges and Vanessa moiser believe I'm a snitch so hasn't let me back in the store and I love to go to the store there because it's right across the street from the motel I stay at so don't have to do so much walking on my right leg that is bad will go out under me if I walk to far away. It's not fair for some one like me not to be able to go to the cefco store I could see if I did something wrong like steal are cuss some one out are something to the matter of that.

Cashier rude rude! Cannot complete a simple task too busy entertaining non customers who are ganged up at the counter space

Dirty appearance
Had no clue what to do
Threw my cigs at me after I made purchase after waiting over 20 min while she talked to her friends while the other cashier had to hurry and ring up everyone. This is only one of many occasions with this same cashier

I purchased a cup of ice and I got home and when to munch on the ice and I noticed it had a chemical smell but I thought it might be the cup but I put ice in my mouth and noticed it also tested like chemicals. My neighbor even tried it and he had to spit it out. I am also 10 weeks pregnant and can't afford to be sick over this cup of ice.. please figure out what the issue is.

I stopped at your store in Gorman Tx and pumped 6.00 worth of gas and my card was charged 100.00. And left only 2.00 in my account now I'm 50 miles from my home and dont have the money to do what I came here for. I called the store and the girl said this happens all the time and my money should be in my account by morning. problem is I cant wait that long being 50 miles from home. please help with this matter now.

Is a rude individual. She's very quick to insult and judge win she has no right. She talks awful about her employees and to them and behind their backs. I am a loyal customer and in-house going to the gladewater cefco! But management has changes so much since mrs Regina and martye was managers ! Please do something to help the gladewater store back to the joyful place it needs to be!
They need a manager that is willing to do his or her part and not down her exceptional employees and star employees that's have stuck it out with cefco! Thanks

I walked into the store to get cigarettes. The employees husband was in there. He is there often during her entire shift just hanging out. When I got out of my car I bent down to put my shoes on. When I walked in her husband got up from his seat and followed me to the counter. Then he accounted me shouting do you have a problem with that silver car. I was in a silver car so I was confused. I said the mustang and he said no mine. Apparently I parked next to it. The I asked what he was talking about. At that time his wife began yelling at me staying I know what you did look yourself up on the internet. Other customers were in the store. I told her her job was to sell me cigarettes. I got them and turned to leave her husband was right on my tail walking me outside. I went outside to the car and turned to open the door. Her husband came out arms crossed yelling you don't want this. Then his wife came out and started yelling not in my parking lot. Leaving customers unattended in the store. I left a message with the store manager and he has not called. The employee called the police. I spoke with the Chief also and he was going to go view the video tape.

On Tuesday or Wednesday of this week, I went to the CeFCO at The above Location to cash in 8 dollars CV worth of Scratch Offs. There was a man working who scanned In the tickets And after waiting for almost 15 minutes, he told me he was new and didn't Know How to open the register and said Ge c would leave a note for his boss about It. I tried to cash in the tickets at another store the next day but because he scanned them in, they are Showing they have been paid. Today is Friday and is the first time I have been able to come Back to this store and the same guy is working and said he couldn't help me and his machine is already shut down at 10-30 at night and I could come Back at 5 am and talk to his boss, . If he can't open the register he Doesn't need to work here

I never recieved my $100 bonus for when Linda Faircloth used me as a reference and was hired on she was there for 3 months and i should of gotten $200 never recieved it. Also i never recieved my $100 for passing the mystery shopper. I am no longer working for cefco but would like to be paid what I'm owed if possible. I'm truly sorry that I screwed up and forgot to pay for a ticket and it cost me a job that i truly loved.

This lady named Kristi in a red shirt with dark hair was telling another customer not to eat the food from her deli cause it was [censored]. Sorry but I won't return to that store if the lady cooking the food refers to it in this manner. And another lady in a red shirt named Sonja was yelling and screaming at employees this is really bad business. I now see why this store goes through so many employees. Something really should be done at this location.

Cashier at store #96 named Dewight knowingly overcharged for a sale of a refill and refused to return any change. I asked Dewight if he could explain why he refused to charge the correct price for the $0.85 refill after i paid $14.00 for my CEFCO cup and was told by the store manager upon purchase all refills were $0.85. Dewight knowingly lied and told Me after I handed him a dollar I had no change and the sales price was $ 1.50. No one at the store but Dewight is overcharging customers. I have receipts to the affect of how much I pay for a refills daily. He also refused to provide a receipt. Store #96 on 9-13-2019 11pm Dewight is stealing from the register and customers and refusing to do the right thing. As it stands I am still owed change. This is so unprofessional.
