CCNNutra FRAUD ALERT -- ACAI POWER TRIAL OFFER

Saw the Oprah show. She was introducing ACAIPOWER. I ordered the FREE trial for $4.95 shipping/handling on 11/17. On 11/18 I logged into my credit card statement online and saw a charge pending from CCNNutra for $44.85. I googled them and found this complaint website. I read most of the complaints and found that I had been a victim of fraud. Worried that I may be charged again and again...I cancelled my credit cards and are having my bank send me new ones. My credit card company was also able to refuse the pending charge. I am currently on hold with this CCNNutra (been on hold for 45 minutes) waiting for someone to pickup so I can cancel whatever order was placed. I am determined. This is a lesson to me to NOT order FREE trials on products EVER. Especially in this day and age when ever penny counts for something and fraud is on the rise.

I ordered ARAI Pure it was a free 30 day supply and I had to pay for shipping... I NEVER reorder the product because it DOESN'T work and they still charged me for $39.95... It states in the advertisement that the 1st bottle is a free trial, but apparently not... they still charge me for the product 30 days later. So where does this fall into a free trial... I end up paying for it 30 days later... ANOTHER FRAUDULANT COMPANY!

I have cancelled the Acai and Colopure on December 17, 2008. Then I get a charge for services not requested. Cancelled that and got my funds returned. Now I get another charge under CCNUTRA. This is totally inappropriate business practices. Do not get involved with this site. I find it hard to believe OPRAH would endorse this operation. She may endorse the use of such a product but NOT FROM HERE AND NOT FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not TALK ABOUT HIDDEN COSTS when opting for a FREE TRIAL WITH SHIPPING FEES ONLY and they keep charging your account. Put them out of business somebody!

Do not take advantage of this offer because they will take advantage of you!

I ordered a sample of Hoodia from this company for $5.95, but they charged me $44.85 TWICE, a charge that is not supposed to happen for 30 days and then only if you choose to continue purchasing from them. They refused to give me a credit until I receive the product, of which I then have to call to get an authorization # in order to return. It's only been a couple of days so I have not received my order yet, but from other reports I have read online, they are so far being consistent in their business practice on not being cooperative in correcting their "mistake". I fear, like others, I may have to cancel my debit card so they do not charge me again.

I noted an un expected 39.95 charge on my card from CCNNUTRA. I contacted my bank immediately to resolve and we connected via a conference call with a hold time of 66 minutes. Well, we waited 23 of the 66 minutes before the bank rep said we should go ahead and let the charge clear and then call back and they will reverse it once it is cleared. So that is where we stand.

I tried to call back again and the wait time had grown to 77 minutes. I imagine this will now go on forever. I do not recall anything stating that they would automatically begin charging anything after one week from receipt of the product. I mean, we barely started trying it and by the way notice no benefit of the Acaipure. I am sure it must work for some, but no results to speak of, yet it hasn't been long enough to really make a determination. That stated, there is no excuse for having 77 minute hold times or some far more reasonable level of customer service.

Like so, many others, I wanted to lose weight and seen an advertisement that I could lost weight for only $4.95. I order it. But, immediately seen a charge on my bank account not for Apria company but, CCnnutra for $39.95.

After making several attempts to solve the problem including writing to the company with no response, I finally got to talk to a person. I told them the situation and found that they were about to charge me for more products I did not order as well. Well, I told them i never received any of their products and if I did I would be returning them I no longer wanted any of their products. I received their products almost 3 weeks later after that conversation. Yesterday, I was again checking on my bank account and guess what ? I have been charged again. I tried to call them and after many attempts and hours I finally got a real person. He promptly told me I indeed order the products on 9/28 and that they charged my account for them. I told him I had canceled the order and I was not interested and when I finally received the products I refuse to accept them so, they were return to them. He told me I could not do that, I would have to open the package and followed the procedure of return..crazy huh? if you accept the package then you accept the charge. He promptly then hung up on me. I tried to call back and still can not get a person... it is a wrap-around message I keep getting.

I notified the bank yesterday, and had my bank card changed. I think I would be safer if I have a new account as well This experience has made me afraid to make or do anything online anymore. You never know who is a reputable business and who is not.

i ordered this product off the internet for weight loss.i authorized the amount of $9.95 to be taken out of my checking account with my debit card.later i got over draft fees and realized that they took out the amount of $44.90.also sent me 3 products instead of the 1.now this month i get a over draft charge of $44.90 again.i did not authorize this amount to be deducted.and i haven't received any products.i want this money back and for this to be stopped from coming out of my checking account.

On Nov. 10, I did purchase a free trial of Acai-Pure, which I was only charged 4.95 s+h. This past Sat., 12/6, as I was downloading and checking my bank transactions, I noticed a charge of 39.95, called my credit card company which gave me the name and phone number of CCNNutra. How can they get away with this? I DID NOT PLACE THIS ORDER.

I don't know whom I'm mad about the most, the company that did an unauthorized billing or the Visa debt card I got at Walmart. Has anyone else had problems with Connutra, green tea. I finally got the greentea, but I didn't open it I put on the package refused, return to sender. Of course, I realized my $44.90 is gone forever. I stopped my card and decided not to have a credit or debit card, it they want my business the companies will have to find another way to get my money. If everyone would decide to stop using there cards, the companies might start listening to the consumer instead of ripping them off.

For the third time this company has taken money out of my account for things I did not order. The first two times after waiting for an hour on the phone for them to take my call they finially agreed to return $40.00 of my money for which they kept $50.70. which they said was restocking and handling fee. They were very rude. I just marked it up to me being stupid enough to request free samples. Then today in looking at my online account I found they have charged me for something (who knows what) that I did not order and have not even been to their site. I just called the bank and they are going to give me credit for this amount and cancelled my card so they can not do any more damage. The bank will issue me another card. I will never give my card number to anyone again over the internet. Also I have agreed to assist obtaining a conviction for fraud against this company if the banks legal staff feel it is necessary. I bank with one of the biggest bank around and they are based in California. I hope someone closes down this company. These people are too lazy to get real jobs they would rather steal from other!

Like countlesss others, it appears that I have fallen prey to the unscrupulous marketing practices of this company selling AcaiPure. I have no issue with the initial order of product. I have a very large issue with the deceptive "auto-ordering" of additional product, which by the way... has not shown up in my mailbox so I can call these people and get them to cease and desist. I have cancelled my card to avoid further charges and despite additional inconvenience to me, it is worth it to stop them in their tracks.

The US Attorney's Office will be advised of this slick, predatory and totally dishonest company who thinks their consumer base will tolerate their behavior. For those of you not familiar, it is actually quite simple to file a complaint. Just do a search for the US Attorney's Office and look for the Internet Fraud section.

CCNNutra Unauthorized billing for free sample

Ordered free sample of Acaipure for the $4.95 shipping charge and was billed today for $39.95 by CCNNUTRA. I never authorized this transaction.

I am never trying trial offers again! I tried ACAI diet pills and POMClear- don't do it- a joke, a scam, a rip-off. ACAI- you have to cancel the membership and return the product withing 14 days of buying it. POMClear- you have to cancel and retrun the product within 14 days of receiving the product. For both of these, you also have to cancel any other memberships that are attached to it!
Yes- CCNNUTRA is a joke! Just for trying a trial offer from diet companies, CCNNUTRA gets a hold of your information and bills you for a membership fee as well as www.fitac.com for another $29.95. The best way to get rid of these companies and other companies that are charging you right now or planning on charging in the future is to not only call the companies but call you credit/debit card and have them issue you a new card and dispute the charges once the purchases clear. The phone number for CCNNUTRA is [protected] and their website is www.getorderhelp.com. (Or you can call your bank and ask for their phone number). The wait time is outrageous but worth it when you think of all the future purchases they may hit you with. Also, tell them (CCNNUTRA and any other company you go through) that you don't give them authorization to sell or give your information to anybody without your written consent.

I too have fallen victim to CCNNUTRA. I ordered the samples for the low price and great inconvenience of canceling my card. My bank is also disputing the charges with this company. I was looking at the better business bureau web-site. I couldn't find anything about this company. I am going to be calling the BBB. This madness has to stop. Does anyone have the e-mail addy to CCNnutra? I have a phone number but couldn't find the other.Good luck to everyone!

Unfortunately I am a vctim of these people . Just charged my account $ 44.95 for a free sample.
I am disgusted that in time so hard there are people taking advantage of consumers.

I will tell all of you this... If any of you have gotten someone on the phone it was probably a miracle! I just tried calling for the millionth time and finally got an approximate wait time of ... 79 min and 38 seconds. NO JOKE! ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME? I also sent NUMEROUS complaints VIA email! NO RESPONSE. 2 months later still being charged... and there has been NO PRODUCT ! (I don't want it) but they are really pulling some good ones over on people! My bank said to cancel my card immediately, and They are going after them with a dispute. I have the proof of countless requests to cancel and customer service concerns! I even got a response from there automatic email response. This is gold to me now!

I did see that area after ordering where it said about cancelling. But they were boxes clicked already for extra product like the hoodia water stuff and gum. In order for you not to get charged that extra money is that you needed to UNCHECK the boxes. WHAT A CROCK! I immediately sent an email to canel my entire order. Absolutely not interested. I knew at that moment it was a scam. If we want something we will pick it, we should not have to un-select the product!

Anyways, good luck to everyone, get ready for a long dreaded process. I think they should be sued! Class action at that!

I too ordered the $4.95 trial offer, however it did state as I ordered it that I would be subsequently charged for future orders unless I canceled. You need to make sure you are reading the fine print when you are ordering something "free" because nothing comes for free.

I was ripped off by this company also paid 4.95 for shipping and was charged 38.95 unauthorized.
Talked to a womanthere by phone and she was very rude and said that they tell you a 60 pill bottle is 39 dollars. this company shouldnt be allowed to operate like this with all the complaints against them there should be something done about them.

I am absolutely disgusted. Times are hard right now and even if they where not, no one has the right to get away with this type of robbery. My husband offered free sample and now money is being withdrawn from our account, there is not telling when it will be placed back. I am outraged. Someone has to stop this kind of thing from going on.

I did not agree to any monthly fee to be deducted from my account. I am pleased that others posted their complaints as it made my decision to cancel my present card and have another re-issued easy. Now they will not be able to submit a debit transaction as the card is no good and I caught it the same day, so the bank will battle with them for the money not me. Jokes on them LOL It's very unfortunate that some folks have to act, I said act so desperate of money, do they know that we are all experiencing the recession/depression $40 is not to be thrown away these days nor stolen as it counts.

I was charged $82.10 by this fraudulent company. I also have asked my credit card company to dispute it and cannot reach anyone on the phone. I will never order things by computer again.

I, TOO, HAVE BEEN SCAMMED REGARDING ACAI BERRY. YOU GET THE RUNAROUND IF YOU TRY TO PHONE. THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING TO STOP THIS SCAM. I STOPPED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY STILL ATTEMPTED TO BILL AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I RECENTLY ACCEPTED AN OFFER FOR ONLY S&H FOR A COLON CLEANSER AND WAS BILLED OVER $8O ON MY CHECKING ACCT. DEBIT CARD WHICH I WOULD NEVER USE FOR INTERNET OFFER AS THEY...WHOEVER THEY ARE...CHARGED TO MY DEBIT CARD RELATED TO MY CHECKING ACCT. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. OH, ALSO CHARGED A FEE OF $2.32 FOR AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE. WHEN YOU PHONE THEIR TEL. NO., THEY CUT YOU OFF. TIME AFTER TIME AFTER TIME.

NO MORE INTERNET OFFERS FOR ME.

Might as well ad me to the growing list ...my card was hit for $44.90 today by CCNnutra! I have no idea who this company is...never ordered their products. Been on hold for 45 minutes now listening to 'ear-hurting' elevator music and haven't got to speak to one real person yet! How many complaints does it take for something to be done about companies like this?
