incompetent company
I have request FNB card using the FNB App on the 14 October 2021 and I have been waiting for them deliver since then.
Last week I was on my way to fetch my son at school then have passed the driver on the gate and I did not know that he was here for me since they are using private vehicles. I only found out when I was coming back that he was here for me and I fail to understand why the guy didn't phone me before coming.
I am always at home, as I am working from home not sure what is blocking this incompetent company to deliver my card and its over month now me waiting for this delivery .

Delivery of my bank card
I received an sms notice that my bank card was going to be delivered on 11 Nov 2021 between 8am and 4pm. 1pm I phoned to check how far is the courier, no answer could be obtained from the courier guy. 3:30 pm I called again and was told the guy is at Eastgate and will come through now now. 4:30pm I got a call for a reschedule to Monday 15 Nov. Which I refused because I needed my card. Then, I was rescheduled for the 12 Nov between 8:30am to 10am. Again at 9:20 I called to check how far is the delivery and the 1st consultant never came back to me, the 2nd one phoned whilst on the line and told me it will be delivered at 11am. It is now 11:48 am and the card is not delivered and there is no explanation why.
Desired outcome: Someone must be held accountanble and disciplined. They are not serious about their job
Rain 5G delivery
These people don't know their backsides from their elbows
I received a phone call from them on 12 Oct 2021, the delivery was to take place on the 13th (took a day's leave) to be informed the delivery after 15:00 on the 14th, now received a call @ 17;00 to let me know delivery for Friday 15th Oct at 12:00. Worst service in service delivery ever!
Rain mobile delivery
I called several to track my Rain Mobile parcel, all they do is to reschedule hours and still dont pitch, suddenly they tell me they will deliver on Monday, from Thursday to Monday? Im sure they can do better than that. I think Rain should find a better courier.
I've been waiting for my rain order for more than 10 days now and still nothing from them, they don't even try to call. What Poor customer service.
I'm also having the same problem I'm still waiting for my order since 2 weeks back
Delivering of a confidential card
I called 5 times already and it seems that the incompetent people working there doesn't know how to use computers or have stolen personal information..
If I don't get the sorted I will file a complaint with the POPIA..

Cell phone delivery commitment date not honored
Good Day
CCD couriers commited via SMS and call that my mobile phone will be delivered today the 27th this morning.
I made special arrangements with my superior for me to be at the office today. I arrived at the office already at 7am. At 8h30 am the ccd agaent calls me and tells me that they cannot deliver today and that I must do another date.
I used compay petrol and company time to be at the office. My boss is not going to give permission for me for another day. I have 18 stores to service and must be in the field.
CCD couriers are the worst in customer service. Thier understanding of customer time limits are Zero.
Desired outcome: I need my delivery today. I only have today. I only have permission for today. If CCD cannot deliver today, then I cannot get my new mobile for work. Then CCD must buy me a phone.
Terrible Service

I am truly disappointed, irate due to being disrespected & humiliated in front of my colleagues at work by a CCD driver today.
I called in at CCD customer service today to enquire about my delivery as I received an sms stating that my bank card will be delivered today.
I was then advised that I'll receive my delivery before 16:00.
To my surprise it was 16:00 but no delivery and I was knocking off, I then called again & was asked to please wait till 16:30. The CCD driver called to inform me that his outside but couldn't see him, I then asked him to come through the reception.
He answered me by saying it seems like I don't want my bank card as I don't want to come to his car outside hen I will see what I will use to buy as he is returning my card back to their warehouse & I will get it next week Wednesday.
Luckily my husband was outside & stopped the driver while he was driving out. I rushed to him also & he spoke rudely to me that he is not coming out of his car as he has many deliveries.
My husband took his photo & registration which he was sitting in his private red Toyota car Registration JS 72 KS GP & advised him that he lack customer service to behave that way. He responded by saying that he does not care even if he gets fired!
Desired outcome: Driver to be dealt with accordingly.
Rain delivery
Courier wants Bank statement as prove of residents Was told by the lady that document of Hollard policy was right And on the 13th of May isn't right I had to get another proof of resident document Its not the first time i'm dealing with courier company and that proof of Hollard was wasn't a problem before I had to phone wasting my airtime for people of call centre not directing a person the right way I don't Even know if i will receive my parcel today Had to ask somebody to print documents and bring it to work Phoned again waiting for call to hear if the courier is gone come back
Card delivery
I made an appointment for my card to be delivered to my home address and I took an off day to receive my card, I kept on calling ccd to find out where my card was after the appointment set time lapsed. The driver said that he'll call me when he is coming an hour later I call back to find out that the fool lied and said that he couldn't get a hold of me.. If banks could use other courier companies I would advise them to, ccd courier drivers are always doing nothing at malls in pretoria.. What I hate the most is someone who lies.. Useless idiot.. I'll ask my bank to use another company for my card deliveries.
Alleged criminality and non-delivery of sim cards
I was supposed to receive my sim cards for my wi-fi for my business.
They arrived very late. No precautions in light of the Coronavirus.
Then told that they need an affidavit that I am me. even though they are given a copy of my i.d. and proof of residence.
I am told that the courier is fined R150 if the documents are "not in order."
May I gently suggest this represents a criminal act.
Either that or the courier has lied.
So lets be clear. If I paid R15O to the courier I would have my sim cards.
Right?
Amazing how in South Africa law abiding citizens get harassed and pressed for shake downs yet criminals are celebrated and rewarded on a daily basis.
In the meantime my business is under threat and the jobs of my staff are at risk.
I have left explicit messages for a Director with legal authority to call me back yet countless people call at call centre level and refuse access to a Director to resolve the criminal action.
If I do not receive a response by close of business today and satisfactory resolution of my delivery and the halting of the criminal behaviour I will be reporting the matter to the police and related authorities.
BTW - Examine hello Peter and other feedback sites.

I was supposed to receive my FNB card today.
I received an sms from CC D Couriers at 09:34 stating that the couriers is a few minutes away and I should be ready to meet.
At 10:40 I had still not received a call to collect - I called the number in the sms 0210200137 and was told that the courier tried to call me but had since left my area.
This is unacceptable as nobody called me and I need my bank card as a matter of urgency.
Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm what transpired.

conduct towards staff
What type of company is this? They have no regard for their staff! (1) an employee courier driver (who will remain unnamed) was accosted and robbed of various items, including the company device that clients have to sign on for receipt of bank cards, etc. The employee has to pay the company back for the stolen device (even though he was robbed) and the company just deducts money from the employee's salary for this without consent. Surely the company is insured for such incidences and, surely, the company has to have an employee's signed permission to make such deductions from their salary. (2) an employee's (courier driver) car breaks down (irreparable) near a rural area (not a safe place to break down). The company sends another employee to collect the company documents and device and the employee (whose car it is that broke down) gets left there, in the dark, to fend for himself for hours until help arrives. Seriously? The courier drivers have to use their own vehicles and, yes, I do understand that it's the employee's responsibility to keep their car in good driving order, but to leave someone on the roadside like that (especially at night) is ludicrous. Ccd couriers have absolutely no regard for their staff and this is unacceptable!
credit card delivery
You have sent me an email on several renewal of credit cards in the past and again very recently saying you have been trying to reach me and have been unsuccessful - "Please contact our office on telephone [protected] Ref ####". The message comes from a "No Reply" email address. As I have told you repeatedly, I travel internationally frequently and cannot call your number. Is it that hard just to offer an email address for responding as well as a telelphone number?
I know this is a year later but I received the same message after no attempt was made to call me.

no delivery of my parcel

Since the 22nd of march 2019 your pathetic courier has failed to deliver my parcel for over a week now. Each and everyday I received an excuse about why my parcel has not been shipped.
Friday you gave me your word that I will receive my parcel this past saturday and as I expected, it was not delivered!
Honestly, i'm amazed at the level of incompetence by cdd couriers. All I want is my parcel. You are hindering my ability to make a living.
This is not the last you will hear from me. Axxess do something about this courier it's clear they cannot do the job as expected

Seems to be a major problem with my Credit Card delivery by CCS ref [protected].
Have phoned and was cut off. Have sent messages by E Mail but it does not go through. Need an SMS as tom the date and approx. time of delivery please so that I can be at home. It is no good sending a message by E Mail since I will not receive it in time.
No good phoning since I get no results.

i recently just left the company due to unfairness, 1. when on sick leave no pay even with a medical certificate 2.no leave is granted if your vehicle brakes dawn so your lose money and 3. if your vehicle brakes while doing deliveries you pay bake petrol money even after you fix it and still must drive almost 300km back they still take petrol money .
no delivery of card for 2 months
My bank card is supposed to be delivered by CCD couriers. I initially had contact with them in April. Since then I have had 3 "appointments" for delivery. For 1 of these appointments I even changed the delivery address to my home address and made arrangements to be at home on the day. The courier didn't pitch up for any of the 3 dates given. My card expired at the end of April. I have been without a working bank card since. The telephone operator I spoke to was unapologetic and couldn't provide answers to me about why I hadn't received my card to date. I have been forced to arrange for non-card withdrawals and have had to pay fees as a result.

This company is such a joke i have contacted them trying to arrange a way for me to collect my card they cant help me at all and when i phone them most of the people that answer just say can you hear me now and when i respond they just put down out of 5 times calling them different days only 1 person helped me the rest just put down in my ear. i missed my delivery date because of work i wasn't able to go home quick i drive a lot, the lady that works for me she signed for my last credit card but now they just say no then i ask them can they drop it off at the nearest fnb they say no and when i am even willing to pick it up directly from them they just say no so how must i get my card if no one everyone puts the phone down on me and when i do get through they just say they cant help me.

I have been given so many reference numbers that I don't know which is the correct one anymore, but the latest one is [protected]. Basically, when my card was ready for delivery, CCD asked I contact them to make arrangements for delivery. They told me that I had to work through my FNB Banker to have the card delivered in New Zealand. I returned all the forms to the Banker on the 29th September. I was then told that the card would be delivered in a few days. I then contacted them at the end of the 1st week of October and was told it was on its way and would be delivered by Wednesday 11th. It still hadn't arrived by Thursday; I contacted them again and was told that they would be delivering it on Friday, 13th. I took off work to wait for the card, which again did not arrive. I then phoned again and then was told that the card was lying in Johannesburg still.
The Bankers at FNB have gone out of their way to help me and I can't understand why FNB still uses this company that clearly is disjointed in their operations.
All I wanted was my card to be delivered when they say they would and then to delivery it when they say would!

I spoke to the lady by the name of Mohlago Phala On the 2nd of August at around 9h45 as she offered me a bribe for quick delivery but I refused because I was out of the country and I am still waiting for my card, to be safe just don't go to CCD if you need a card renewal rather go straight to the bank. I have been waiting for my credit card since June so I wont use you guys anymore you are disgusting. :(
