I'm not sure, but, i believe they call that- Jungle Fever Syndrome. He (Joe) has openly attested that he takes Great Relaxing Comfort in listening to Barbara's Cackling Quivering Oral Vibrae-O's protruding from her "MALFF", while he is at home, _ Stargazing before resting his head for a night's sleep.

Catholic Charities Diocese of St. Petersburg Customer service

Today 02/16/2022 I was working with Miriama Ne’emia Case Manager Aide on having my power restored since this is the charity that Teco Electric said to use. While she was informing me about the program, she must have become frustrated with my understanding of the information and hung up on me. I called back and was told that I would have to continue the process with Miriama Ne’emia Case Manager Aide again which I did and yes, the transaction was completed but at no point did anyone address the rude behavior

Desired outcome: No desired outcome just acknowledgement that human beings shouldn't treat one another in that manner

The negative statement about Catholic Charities, DOSP are not accurate in my opinion. Neither are the demeaning statements about HR Director, CM or previous HUD Director, SJ. They did their jobs, and held employees accountable to ensure that the clients who we were given to responsible and privilege to serve and the employees who adhere to policies and procedures and are accountable, were being treated fairly. They truly worked diligently to serve all people in fairness and according to the ministry that they were called to do. SJ was a long time employee, serving the the community under the Diocese for well over 15 years. And there are many others to have had and continue to have long careers working for CCDOSP. I applaud the agency for their efforts in helping the people, many of whom have lost hope or would have if not for the services of this agency.

Catholic Charities Diocese of St. Petersburg erica jardine unscrupulous apartment manager

Erica Jardine is an apartment manager for St. Vincent de Paul in San Diego, CA. She manages Village Place at 32 17th Street. Many of the residents are black, use and sell crack and have prison records. Willie Ray Meadows in unit 321 has power to have people evicted from the place. Willie has power over Erica Jardine, she does anything to please him. I can't figure out how Willie has so much power over Erica until last week, a woman who lives with Sylvia confided in me that she sleeps with Willie. She said Willie is a crack head and gives crack to Erica. She said she saw a crack pipe on Erica's desk. She also said a black woman named Change is a crack dealer who goes to the Neila Good center, she's in and out of Willie's apartment and brings him crack. She also said Willie is having sex with Lorraine Prenters who lives next door in unit 320. Willie also is trying to have sex with Sylvia Sistrunk in unit 305, who is a disabled, senior who does not bathe. So basically Willie Meadows is boinking every woman in the crack infested neighborhood lol. Erica Jardine needs to be fired and exposed to the Catholic Church. The Tenant of Hotel California.

Catholic Charities Diocese of St. Petersburg Worst place to work

I worked with them many years and they don't put in practice one of their value statement treat people with respect. They dont respect their employees rights. They are very abusive, specially the HR Clara Martinez who did whatever she wants and her supervisor protect her. She violate employees rights using intrigues, lies and manipulation. Also, HUD Director, Stacie Jacobs who is destoying HUD program with a deficient management, having the high turn over ever.

Worst company ever! Clara Martinez is rude, unethical, abusive, liar, unprofessional and violating laws that protect employees. Pam Nolan nor the rest of the zoo that works for catholic charities are much better. Stay away, working for them is like working for the devil.

"This is a great company they are all caring and respectful. If you do what you are hired to do and you are caring and respectful to clients and others if you don't do what you were hired to do or you do inappropriate things of course you will be terminated or have write ups, so if you are saying this about a great company it must be because you were not good employee and that will happen in any company, so it is not the company but you that don't do right to clients or residents or others. If you know about stealing thing probably you were the one doing it.

I agree with this. Clara Martinez and Catholic Charities don't put in practice one of their value statement treat people with respect. They don't respect their employees rights. They are very abusive. Martinez do whatever she wants and her supervisor, Mark Dufva, Executive Director, protect her. She violates employees rights using intrigues, lies and manipulation. There is no employee that could stay long working for Clara Martinez, everyone, except some of their friends (that were moved to another position) is being fired or their contracts are being terminated. This Organization, with Their management must be investigated soon.

This organizations lacks professionalism, has unethical practices, allows maintenance to steal from residents, the Director
from HUD properties that claims to be a nun is disrespectful, does not have knowledge of her current job and using profanity as part of her communication. Clara Martinez is rude, is part of conducting bad business and everyone in the organization is aware of this, including Dan Murphy. They are all pathetic, abusive to their employees and residents. Once you no longer work for the organization, they use defamation of character. I do not recommend working here, this organization needs to be investigated!
