Catalog Favorites Order not received.

I placed an order with this catalog on UGUST 29TH, 2022. I have sent them numerous emails , all I get is the standard reply. " they ship in 1 day & I should receive my order in 5 to 7 days. Today is September 14th and I have not received my order. It was $ 113. And change. I ordered a purse, and 2 tops. I sure hope you can help. I tried to call them this morning, my call would not go through. Any assistance will be appreciated. Sherryl Robinson

Catalog Favorites Double charges ... Put in second fraudulent order of same item

Placed one order but charged for two orders (item, tax, & s/h) when called to check on order! Nov 14 -i ordered item but got letter to call to check on item. Called 11/23 to check item but they put in 2nd order without permission for same item instead of resolving issue from letter. I ordered one ONLY but charged TWICE! FRAUDULENT double charges!

Desired outcome: Full refund of 2nd identical item, tax, and s/h that i did not order.

Catalog Favorites Non delivery of paid goods

In mid-November Iordered a total of ten items from the catalogue for Christmas present for family and friends. It was stated at the time, that because of COVID theremightbe a delay in delivery, but that usually it took 7-10 days. I checked the statue of delivery this morning Dec3rd, 2021 and found that everything was "pending" with no date at all for delivery. I call up the listed "problem" number. I spoke of the status of delivery and also mentioned that on one of the papers there was no street number on the address. I live in NYC and it is impossible to do anything without the compete address. They had just copied the apt. number, but nothing else. However, on a back sheet of the confirmation, there was a place where the street address was mentioned. The representative on the phone was totally unhelpful and said that since things were pending, they were in the warehouse and she wouldn't be able to ask anyone questions. I suggested speaking to the manager of the warehouse to have him look for the parcel and make sure that the complete address was on it before loading trucks and the delivery company appeared. She would not call anyone, but told me to phone the"delivery problem" line again next week to see if the box was somehow still there or whether it was taken to be delivered to wherever . I argued that how could a company accept full payment for the merchandise through the credit card company and ship things out without first checking that the address was complete. She seemed to ignore that and said that if they did send it out Fedex Smart Post, then I would have to go to my local post office every day and check to see if any parcels with my name and no address had been delivered?! She acted like it was definitely my problem and I suggested a full refund and then later I would reorder. She said no, not until the box was found. I then called the regular ordering number hoping to get somewhat more helpful, but got the same responses and absolutely no way to speak to anyone in Massachusetts where the company is located.

Desired outcome: Either quick as promised delivery and finding of merchandise or full refund now.

Catalog Favorites Did not send out order correctly. Gift was sent to my address instead of party I had specifically reuested it be sent to. Ecifically

I had placed an order with Catalog favorites for three items. One of those items WD 191 in teal medium was to be sent to my sister for Christmas. I gave the address twice to the person taking the order over the phone and included a gift message. That address was to Kristin Wilczynski 14525 Spiritwood Loop, Elbert, Colorado 80106. A half an hour later I get a message on my computer regarding the order status and all three items were going to be sent to me. I called customer service and explained the error and they said it was too late that nothing could be done. I think because they made the error and inconvenienced me, that they should send another WD191 in teal medium to my sister FREE OF CHARGE since they made the mistake in the first place. Now I am stuck taking her gift sent to me in error to the post office and paying for the postal fees.

Desired outcome: I want the item I had ordered be sent to the address I requested it be sent to. FREE OF CHARGE

Catalog Favorites did not send out my gift order as requested to another address s a Christmas gift. Instead the item was billed to AND SHIPPED TO ME.

Catalog Favorites Plush blankets - "One million dollar logo"

I ordered seven of these - and I cancelled the order less than 24 hours after ordering. I asked for a confirmation of cancellation - twice. Did not receive it.

They arrived today - I'm afraid if I return them, I will be screwed again.

If this is resolved immediately, I will not post complaints on "Next-Door" and other sites. Either this company is mismanaged or unscrupulous ! or BOTH!

Desired outcome: An immediate response - I will send them back immediately AFTER I see the charge (minus shipping) on my charge account

Unfortunately, many online retailers don't allow for cancelations just because orders are processed so efficiently.

Do you have a way of showing that orders may be canceled once they are placed?

Catalog Favorites Return for exchange or refund

2 items returned to Favorites on 08-09-21. After no response, I called 09-27-21 and was told the items were received 09-15-21 and the items requested for exchange were in stk and would go out next day. 10-28-21 and 11-06-21 I called and was told system was down and to be patient, someone would call. 11-12-21 I sent a message to Cust.Serv. and still waiting for results.

Desired outcome: Refund by now (appox $90.00)

Catalog Favorites Catalogue orders

First I received the items one week after the estimated arrival date. The order was a partial order without paper work. I needed this paperwork to send to the company to get a rebate of 10% and reimbursement for my shipping. I tried to call but their automated system is messed up! It would not take voice prompts or typed in responses... So after waiting on the phone for a while, I was told 3 of the items I did not receive were discontinued and 4 items would not be shipped until january. I placed the order in early/mid november.

Catalog Favorites unethical behaviour

Buyer Beware! This is my fault, but I want people to understand the type of company they are dealing with before they order anything from them. I had received this Catalog for a couple of years before deciding to order from them. I assumed the Terms and Conditions were standard boiler plate and agreed to them. They placed my name on a list that they sold to every on line catalog company on the internet and all the Charities in the United States. I'm not opposed to Charities and donating funds to support them, however, I have four Charities that I support yearly. I live on a fixed income and cannot donate to all of them. My mailbox is now full of Catalogs and Charity requests everyday. Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions you agree to on any website. I've been taken by Instacart and their membership plan also hidden in the Terms and Conditions.

Catalog Favorites anti trump paraphernalia

I was going to order several items from your catalog until I crossed several pages with anti Trump items (i.e. countdown calendar, etc.). I must have missed all your anti Obama and Hillary items. I couldn't even peruse a novelty catalog without having politics pushed at me. You should leave your politics at homes or at the very least represent all political figures. A Nancy Pelosi bobblehead would sell nicely. No more orders from me and please do not send me anymore catalogs. You are now my least Favorite.

God bless Catalog Favorites for selling Anti- Trump merchandise. He is a crook, a pathological liar, an immoral adulterer, mentally ill, sides with murderous criminals, because he is a criminal himself, is a misogynist, a narcissist, and so much more. He is the ONE so many deplore. The absolute WORST PRESIDENT EVER! Thankyou, Catalog Favorites. PS. I wish you would lower your exhorbitant $$$ prices!

Catalog Favorites don't order anything from them

I wish I knew where I was ordering from! I paid too much for the slowest delivery in the world. Additionally, they have lost my tracking number and I simply was forced to call them to clarify the situation, because what I have ordered as important to me. They were very rude to me. When I called them once again they blamed me for who knows why and hung up the phone.
This is such a terrible place. Avoid it at all costs!

Catalog Favorites Nothing but trouble

Don't order anything from these scammers! They don't deliver orders and they are not to be trusted!
My order never arrived and I must say that it was almost impossible to reach them. They replied very slowly and it seemed that every time I spoke with a different person and I had to repeat myself over and over again which drove me crazy. I got super angry every time I contacted them.
I'm glad that in the end I got my money back but all the hassle I had to go through was beyond ridiculous. Don't deal with Catalog Favorites!

Catalog Favorites Horrible customer service

I placed an order with Catalog Favorites on October 18, 2016. After waiting 2 weeks and checking the status of my order each day, I called to inquire about estimated shipping date. They were very apologetic about a move to a new warehouse and promised to get it out immediately. The following week, when it still had not shipped, I called to cancel the order. Four of the five items I had ordered shipped that very night, but under a different order number. The fifth item I ordered was on back order. I checked the status and when it said it was in the warehouse, I called to inquire about a ship date - especially since they had charged my credit card for the item 2 days prior. They assured me that the item would ship that day, November 10. I waited until November 14, and when it still had not shipped, I called to cancel that order. By this time, they had removed the charge from my credit card. Again, when I called to cancel the order, it shipped that very night and they charged my card again. Today, November 30, when I checked my credit card, image my surprise to find yet another charge for $102.84 from them on my card. I checked the order status of my old order, and they have shipped 4 of 5 items AGAIN. When I called customer service, they told me that they had never charged my card for the first shipment. I proved them wrong and asked for an immediate reversal of the charge on my card. Since no one in authority was available to speak to me, I was told I would receive a call back when a manager arrived. I am still waiting and will dispute the charge on my card with my credit card provider. Do not order from this catalog.

Catalog Favorites Service and removal from mailing list

Catalog favorites -I don't know this company and don't know how I got got on there mailing list. for over a year and a half I've tried getting my name removed from their mailing list .i keep getting catalogs from their other catalogs companies from the same using different PO box address.
I have called and get hung up on and no real human being to talk too...
iam still receiving catalogs as of today . what wrong with these companies.

Catalog Favorites Customer service

Placed an order of three items in plenty of time for delivery prior to Christmas. Received one of three items, and their own tracking information shows other two items returned to them as insufficient address, all three items had same address! Have spend over two months emailing and calling. I have been disconnected and have received no response from them in any form! I have asked for my items, I have asked for a refund, I have asked for a response. I have received none of these from them! Horrible customer services and as I can't even get a response, seems more like a money making scam artist company!

Catalog Favorites Happy Cat Pjs

I wish I had gone and reviewed this company before I ordered from them. If I had, I would have seen all of the terrible reviews about this company. I ordered a pair a pj's on 12/25/15 and as of 1/12/16, I have yet to receive them. I sent an email to their "help" address and never received a response from them. Then I called them today, 1/12/16, and the lack of customer services is just almost unbelievable. I cannot believe that a business like this still operates. Any other business would be offering to refund the shipping or give some sort of discount towards the order. But no, Catalog Favorites doesn't do anything. I worked in retail for over 17 years and the fact the two people I spoke to, could not care what so ever that I was upset b/c I had yet to receive my package almost 3 weeks after I ordered it. They also had the audacity to make excuses on why I hadn’t received the order, just blows my mind. Needless to say, this will be returned as soon as I get this package.

Catalog Favorites Returns

Purchased a pair of shoes Oct 16. They didn't fit. Company did not provide a return mailing label as many do. Returned the shoes Fed Ex. Fed Ex tracking showed shoes reached destination 10/28 at 7:51 a.m. After no refund showed up in my account I called 11/3 and reached an automated menu, one choice of which dealt with returns. An automated service then looked up the order and said no return was showing but that I should check back in a few days. I called again 11/5 and the same number gave me an automated menu offering only two choices-- place an order or inquire about an existing order. I chose the second. After waiting a service representative told me that they did not handle returns and she would give me the direct number which just happened to be the same as the customer service number I had been calling. I called again, pressing 0 for operator which sometimes will get you help, but all I got was the same two-choice automated menu, so I pressed option 1. After waiting (again) I was told by the representative that he received lots of calls about not getting refunds. He told me that he had to fill out a credit form which he would pass on to the supervisor. He told me that I should see the refund in a hour. It's been 5 hours. Nothing yet. Refunds should be automatic and processed in a timely fashion. I would not order anything which might need to be returned to this company.

Catalog Favorites Inappropriate Items in catalog

I received Catalog Favorite's 2015 Fall Preview Catalog in the mail on 08/18/2015. While I have often chuckled over the many cute and humorous items sold by this company, I found several of the items in this catalog to be in very poor taste. These are The President's Last Day Tee Shirt p 32, The Presidential Countdown Clock p33, the No Cash No Hope Tee Shirt p33, and the Hilary Clinton Action Figure p35. It is quite obvious that this company has a right-leaning political bias, as I don't see any marketing of items making fun of Republicans. No matter what your political leaning, to use a retail catalog to disparage the President of The United States is in extremely poor taste, and very disrespectful. Let politics be played out in Washington. I will ask to be removed from this company's mailing list. I am no longer interested in purchasing from Catalog Favorites. Thank you.

Catalog Favorites False advertizing

I ordered a iris t-shirt that was listed as being a polyester cotton blend and a matching t-shirt. I chose the garment because it would be easy care. I received a 100% cotton shirt with the usual creases. I returned it and was refunded the cost of the garment. But I am out the cost of shipping and handling on Favorites end, plus my shipping and packaging. I paid $ 25 for false advertising.

Catalog Favorites Offensive product

I received the Catalog Favorites catalog and chose several items to purchase. As I paged through the rest of the catalog I came to an item called the "Obama Countdown Clock" which featured a photo of President Obama with a flag as the backgroud with a digital clock and a banner that states: "Obama's Last Day 1/20/2013". I am appalled that a public company would show their blantant prejudice by offereing such a product. I will never order anything from this company and I will make sure that my friends and associates know about this offensive product.

I guess "Catalog Favorites" likes to insult presidential supporters of either persuasion. I was offended by the anti-Donald Trump t-shirts, count down clocks, [censored] dolls, etc. It's bad enough we have to be bludgeoned daily and in almost every venue with negative, hateful politics! But why do I have to experience it in a catalog of all things? Why they would want to risk turning off a large swath of their potential customers I do not understand? Pretty dumb from a marketing/public relations point of view. Needless to say I cancelled my order and my subscription!

I totally agree that this is completely inappropriate and offensive...I just sent customer service a notice myself. I had a large order ready to send but canceled it when I saw this item. Company probably owed by Soros or some liberal left entity. This company will make no profit from this "deplorable" nor any of my deplorable friends. This makes me more excited than ever to cast my vote Tuesday... RED all the way!

Just as bad [maybe worse] is the NEW anti-president item they are selling! A doll that looks like president Trump with instructions for people to slam it on desks and beat it up! This is EXACTLY what's wrong with politics [and many people] today. This aggressive divisiveness and negativity is only stirring the flames of hate and not helping anything! I don't care WHO the president it, Obama or Trump, they shouldn't have dolls made to look like them encouraging people to abuse them! Totally unacceptable.

I received the Catalog Favorites catalog also and was in the process of chos ok ng several items to purchase. As I paged through the rest of the catalog I came to a page which featured Nothing but negative hate mongering items which does nothing but promote and support hate and continued disrespect torward our President. I am also very appalled that a public company would show their blantant prejudice by offereing such products. I will never ever order anything from this company and I will make sure that my friends and associates know about this offensive product as well and continue to stand up for the respect that our President deserves and will press on that people such as the publisher and owner of this catalog are in the least out of business and or prisoned for promoting hate. Discussing and you should be ashamed of yourself!

All that being said I don't think any of the above compares to the current release of their catalog that now features a "[censored] Doll" in the likeness of President Trump. I don't care who anyone votes for, but depicting a president on a "[censored] Doll" with instructions to beat it saying [censored] [censored] [censored] is NOT acceptable. What is the deal? I thought we were trying to eliminate bullying from our country. I'm somewhat surprised with selling that you didn't also add a life size replica of Kathy Griffin's severed Trump Head. SICKENING!

Happy to be removed from receiving your catalog as well... I am NO LONGER a customer.

I will never order from this company or any company they are affiliated with. Today i received a catalogue and again they have the very offensive items about OUR President. I have complained about this before to no avail. It is not a matter of freedom of speech but just plain disrepect for this president. I've never seen this type of disrepect for any other president. Get over it a Black man is the President of the united states. Remove my name from your mailing list.

I have a sense of humor, I would just like to know where the owner of these catalogs is coming from. It is no different
than choosing to not eat at Chick-fillet because they give money to anti-gay marriage groups, along with anti-abortion
groups. I've never, nor will I ever set foot inside a Hobby Lobby store. I choose to do this for my son and daughter. I have all the facts and act accordingly. I know I can't possibly know what every store or company supports, but to me, supporting the ones which I know about is like crossing the picket line. I will not do it.
Next time Mr. Potpourri Group, just put a big sticker on the front..Property of RNC. Better yet, just do
what Newsmax does and advertise yourself as a politically right leaning organization. I have never received a catalog
from this company, now that I am informed, I know what goes right into the garbage can. My choice. I still have that right, right?

I just wanted to add that I called Customer Service for Catalog Favorites [protected]), and the nice person who assisted me was able to get me off ALL the Potpourri Group catalog lists immediately. He also said that in the past 3 weeks he's received 9 or 10 calls from folks asking to be removed for the exact same reason -- the offensive anti-Obama products.
So the problem is easily solved! I'm so happy -- just wouldn't be able to look at their stuff anymore without having bad memories of their politically motivated behavior.

Catalog Favorites Save your time, walk away

Has anyone ever tried ordering clothes from Catalog Favorites? I was looking at their site online and saw some cute shirts I wanted to order for my friends for their birthday. I realize we are not talking high priced items but my friends are twins so I was odering a couple things (times two). Yes I realize it is obnoxious to buy twins the same thing. It is quite a funny and inside joke among them. Anyway, I wanted to be sure it would arrive in time before their birthday so i could put everything together and wrap them seperately. I was assured time and time and over and over again that this was no problem whatsoever.

Needless to say, I never received those clothers on time. I looked like a fool showing up for their party with nothing in my hands. I tried to explain to them that their present would be here in due time. Well the clothes never arrived for another week. On top of that they sent two of everything in different sizes. I could not believe this was really happening. Not only could they not get the clothes here on time. But they could not get the order right.

I called customer service and explained that nothing arrived on time and none of the sizes were right. I could hear her sucking her teeth through the phone and letting out exhausted breaths. I am sorry for asking you to do your job but I believe that is what you are paid for. I am so sorry to actually call you at the job that you are suppose to be doing and asking you to take that extra step to fix a situation that you messed up to begin with. Rude, Rude Rude.

To top it all off I was told I should have had it overnighted and that they don’t pay for returns. Priceless. Do your self and the rest of the world a favor and don’t order anything from them.
