I ordered a black jacket but when it arrived it was blue, as I have told them it is not letting me open a dispute, I have told them that I am willing to take a replacement in black Ofcourse, otherwise a refund but I'm getting nowhere, they also know that I have contacted the seller several times but all their messages are saying unread.
I just want this matter resolved as to be honest I am fed up with it all now, I was talking to them most of yesterday and again today, can you help me please.?
