Parts department
I called today to check availability on a engine block heater cord. Was told they had 1 in stock and was told they would pull it and put my name on it. I told them I would pick it up in a couple hours. When I arrived to pick it up I was informed that they went ahead a sold it to another customer and they would get one in tomorrow. I drove 40 miles each direction to pick it up. Both parts people acted like it wasn't their fault and it really didn't matter to them except that I interrupted them watching the wrecks from the daytona 500 with some of the shop mechanics.
Desired outcome: Better customer service. Maybe a parts window for customers with out walking thru the back door thru the parts department and r5acks of parts

Notice how the illegal robo-dialers and “cardholder services” siphon the money they’ve stolen off to their foreign business transfer entities to Argentina and Hungary.
I’ve also seen Poland, and the Netherlands, just to name a few.

“Roy M Cox Jr.” has already been sued by the FTC.

One source indicates that “Roy Michael Cox” may be using “Randy Cox” as a possible alias name.
