Castle Dental - Re-treatment

Good afternoon,

My name is [protected] and I used to be a patient in Castle
Dental Willowbrook location, located on fm 1960. I have done 3 crowns
with 3 root canal, as well as several fillings. Spent over $6000 on
treatments. Since then I have gone to different Dentistry close to
my house to do cleaning and annual exams. Two days ago I did my annual
exam and xray. My dentist told me that I have abscess on tooth #30
because the root canal and crown wasn't done properly. Also my dentist
showed on x ray that another tooth #29 the crown is not placed
properly. So, both of my teeth need to be retreated asap. Also my
dentist advised me to take care of them now, otherwise I will lose both
teeth. So I went ahead and called Castle Dental and they told me that
Willowbrook location was closed and I should visit the nearest
location which is on 5020 cypress Creek Parkway, suite B1, Houston
Texas 77069. I had an appointment for today July 15th at 2.30 pm for
someone to resolve this matter and give me some options about last
treatment. At the check in I was told that my x-rays were lost. Doctor
who did my treatments last time, is no longer working there. So
another dentist did check up today and confirmed that I have to
re-treat the tooth #30 because of the abscess. I was expecting that
they were going to work out with me and would redo it for free or for
a little fee.But at the end they said that they are not responsible
and gave me an estimate of $3692 for the work that wasn't done
properly by their doctors. They didn't even pay attention to tooth #29
which needs retreatment as well. So I went out paying $39 just to hear
that they are not going to cover any work done in Willowbrook
location. It is not my fault that the dental work was not done
properly and I cannot afford to pay another $3692 out of pocket,
because I don't have insurance. I want the Castle Dental to fix it and
I am not paying for the dental work this time because it wasn't done
properly in the first place. I found my old xray before I did my
crowns and it doesn't show any signs of abscess or inflammation. Since
the castle dental lost all of my information and x-rays I can provide
them if needed. Please help me to resolve this issue because the
manager of castle dental is not willing to do anything about it.

Castle Dental - appointments, services

I have received less than acceptable services from Castle Dental in Houston, TX. It is always hard to make an appointment and the receptionist is always rude. Her name is Veronica. I came in on 9/21/19 to get an exam and I thought I would be able to get my cleaning in the same appointment, but there was no dental hygienist there that day. I rescheduled for a different day, and they called me to reschedule due to a dental hygienist not being available again. I expressed my frustration to Veronica and she rudely suggested I get my files transferred to another location if I wanted something sooner. I declined and I rescheduled for another day. I called yesterday to reschedule for a different day than I agreed to so that I wouldn't have to take off of work, and Veronica answered the phone and asked me to provide my name and number and that she would call back. She didn't provide a reason or anything as to why I couldn't make the appointment over the phone. I am not happy and will ask to get my files shredded and take my services to another dental center.
