Casino Reward review: Not paying out my winnings 1

Hi I was playing casino reward as they emailed me to play this game for $1 so I did and I won 1300 so them I went to withdraw it and they said I could as I open to many accounts which I did not know all I did was play the game they email me so they lock me out of the game and said they were taking my winnings I was so upset I email them 7 time to understand what they were meaning but they did not care at all and never email me back please what can I do about this I feel like I have been scammed from my winnings
