CashNetUSA / CNU Online Holdings Don't Get it if you can't pay it back right away!

I used Cashnet for a super urgent emergency. I got my cash fast. I was able to pay it off fast and avoid any extra interest. Do not get this loan if you are living pay check to check. Its will eat you up and spit you out. It did what i needed it to do.

CashNetUSA / CNU Online Holdings I have used them before 2015 or 2016!

I have used them before 2015 or 2016! They were great! That credit line was for 350 I believe! As of Sept 2019 I had increase amount line to 950 which was great cuz I needed to pay rent! When I went toake payments after about 2 months and already paying almost 300 dollors! It basically paid off 200 dollors of interest and that's it! The min payment they want is 300 dollors a month right now from me! I can't pay that especially when biweekly they are tacking on 100 bucks! There apt us299% which I was aware off but they haven't worked with me this time around!

Would give a negative if I could. Scam scam scam! They dont even tell you you missed a payment with AUTOWITHDRAWL on! The wait 3 years with so much interest then send it to court and threaten you! Not even a letter, email or phone call when they have all that information.

Someone opened an account using my ssn and my name but their phone number and their address. Or fake ones.. Cashbet *** is trying to collect debt from me and every time I call to talk to someone to report fraud I get strange sounds like it's someone's house and then I get hung up on. Cashnet USA needs a MUCH stricter policy. You can't just give money to people without an I.D, that's absolute lunacy. I'm so angry and can't wait to see whoever is behind this in prison. I will get to the bottom of it.

I'm not sure if this is the right place. But Cash Advance USA is the place who screwed me over $3,900.00 in gift cards. when I said no to the last one he tried to con me out of. *** had the *** on saying my kids will go hungry and I'll lose my job.

I think that they are a scam and I gave these fools my account and routing number and they took their money and when they tried to get more I told my bank to watch out for them and not let them have a *** more...And today a year and a half later they start harassing my dad who has stage four lung cancer! I never put him down on my application! So I called them and the guy said they were taking me to court lmao right I'm sure... So he asked me if I wanted to say anything in my defense I said yes tell them to kiss my a$$ and if anyone is going to be taking someone to court it just may be me suing them! And when I told the man to have them contact me he hung up on me lol I guess nobody has ever stood up to them and I I don't scare that easy anyway... I hate scammers and the only way to deal with a scammer is to scam them right back!

I never took the loan they offered. I needed $1750 and they approved me at *** % APR. That has to be the biggest rip off scam I have ever heard of in my life

I've been using them for years!They're friendly, polite & will work with you & offer alternate plans if you cannot repay your loan in full + they have mailed me 30% off coupons!I have borrowed $200.00 & paid back $225.00Also, once I wasn't able to pay off the loan in full, so they agreed to divide the payments by 3 & took out about $75.00 from my checking account once a month until my balance was zero! I recommend them to my neice & she was grateful & had no problems with them at all!OH, one time I didn't get a discount in the mail so I called them & asked for one & they gave me a 10% off coupon right then, after telling me that they didn't offer them anymore!THEN a couple months later, I got one in the mail again! ?"

cashnetusa is a scam. they talk to customers like their they're property. They will boss you around, talk over you, interrupt you, accuse you of every nasty thing there is, and they will threaten you. I was approved, they sent me money as part of the verification process. I returned all of the money. While returning the money I noticed everything I mentioned above. They were ordering me, threatening me, and belittling me. This is when I realized this loan option from them wasn't for me.The verification process wasn't completed and I was disgusted with their professionalism so I changed my mind about accepting their loan. I expressed my change of heart to the company. The next day the same person (***) called me telling they deposited $1500. I would need to return the money. I checked my account and no deposit was ever made. *** then told me it's for $1200. I then told him no such deposit either. He then told me it's for $700. I told him no such deposit. *** refused to believe me. He asked for me to send him screenshots of my bank transactions. I sent him the screenshots. *** then called me a liar, thieve and told me I will suffer the rest of my life. I asked him to point out to me where the deposits were? He replied i'm still and all other stuff. I told them during the verification process I wasn't interested in their money. I returned all of their verification money and they continue to insist I haven't returned everything. I sent screenshots of my bank transactions. They were never able to point out in the screenshots of my bank transactions i sent, where the so called deposit they made was. Despite me sending screenshots of my bank transactions they called me a liar, thief, and every other nasty and unprofessional word you can think of. In the end I never accepted any money, I returned all verification money, sent them screenshots showing no deposits were made and they still called me a

This company is emailing me telling me they will be taking me to court in 7 days and they will only email me asking for money and keep dropping the price to what they say I owe from many years ago. It is not legal for a company to tell you they are taking you to court in 7 days when they haven't called me and will not tell me there phone number or anything they just keep emailing me, my lawyer and local police are telling me this is a scam. Are these people just debt collectors? I am super upset of the harrassment through emails and threats and they are trying to scare me and this doesn't seem legit

I had a loan from Cashnetusa. Long story short, I payed it off in Oct. 9 2019. On Dec. 28 of 2019 they sold it to collections as an unpaid loan. Three yrs later in June of '22 it hits my credit report. This is the only way i found out that this was still a *** in my name. I was finally building my credit up and now this three yr old PAID *** is dinging my credit report and I'm still dealing with it. They did say they'll take care of it. That was a month ago. Its still in collections. The collection company *** Services has been NO help at all! Quit frankly their rude about it!

This is an updated version of a complaint I filed earlier today, January 20, 2023. Reference number ***. I received a loan for *** on December 6, 2022, and paid it off through my bank on January 5, 2023. They gave me the address to send the check to a PO Box in ***, ***. The check was deposited and cleared by CashNetUSA on January 10, 2023. They did not apply the money to my account and claim that some other bank has cashed the check. It had THEIR name on the check. My bank located the check and saw where CashNetUSA had deposited it in their account. It had my name and my account number clearly PRINTED on the check. The manager I spoke to said the checks go into a lockbox and they have no way of knowing who deposits them!? They have taken a payment out of my account after the payoff check was deposited as well. I have contacted my bank and they are now looking into this as a fraud case. The manager also informed me that the balance that is still on my account will continue to accrue interest until the matter is solved! HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!?!?!?! They have stolen money from me and this has been a nightmare since January 17, 2023. They keep telling me that the issues will be resolved within *** hours. I have already been waiting *** They do not have a corporate number either which makes no sense to me. They are stealing people's money. When I had my bank send a payoff check, I was quoted a number from CashNetUSA for 15 days past the day I was sending the check. The manager informed me they would send a refund for overages once the matter was taken care of. How will I have overages when they are still charging me interest on a debt THAT HAS BEEN PAID OFF?!?! They owe me well over *** and they are beating around the *** about the issue, This is not how you resolve a complaint from your consumers. I will continue to leave honest reviews about this company because I have never had to deal with such a mess in my life.

Applyied and approved for $2000.00 line of credit on 04/01/2021 with ACH debit on 1st and 15th of month. Things went smoothly until one day I tried to log into account and they replied my email/password was invalid. These people allowed someone other than me to change the email I have had for over thirty years. I contacted them and they had the nerve to tell me I should file a police report locally. I did not make changes to account info. but they did and they don't hold any accountability as to this? I emailed them the original loan documents with my email and banking info. I have saved on archived emails. They respond with "we have recieved you message and will contact you by email or phone. Liars. They never respond and are dodging this problem. These people are shady loan providers! They have changed my customer ID # from the original loan to another # w/o my permission or consent. All I wanted to do was check my acct. balance and maybe pay off loan balance. You need to take a look at these internet scammers doing fraudulent loan transactions w/o customer knowledge. I have forwarded *** emails with acct. numbers, payments made, email info. and all the info. on this account. They will not respond because they are not conducting business legaly! I have all saved emails with dates, customer ID #, payments made and emails showing where they changed customer ID #, email address w/o my knowledge or consent.

I had COVID-19 was sick for 2 months. Then got strept infection I'm raising 2 grandsonswhich have also been sick. I got COVID again. Then I got RSV. Have heart problems. Tried to work a deal with them but they wouldn't take what I was offering. I have heavily mounted hospital bills and have to have surgery. They are harassing my son. They have harassed me.

I took out a loan for 500 dollars in December 2020. I made my final agreement payment of *** dollars. The representative told me that was the amount the company would settle for. I made the payment in 2020 and now cashnetusa sent my account to collections. I told the collection agency that I did not pay the balance. *** the representative at the collection agency said well there is nothing that the company can do but but it in dispute but you still have a collection balance of *** or we can settle for 275 today. I have an email with a confirmation of payment to cashnetusa. For the final agreement payment. I moved so I did not receive the final bill of sale. I do not owe them anything. If you look on my account the balance does not reflect my payment and the payment was made when I called cashnetusa. The collection agency worker name is *** phone number ***. I told her to get cashnetusa records she said there is nothing they can do you still will have a collection balance even if you paid the account off. So pay the 275 today. She did not give me a reference number she stated that she is the only person that works there with that name.

I applied for a loan after seeing a television commercial for CashNetUSA. I didn’t see the email I received from them the day it was in my email inbox, but I received a phone call from Stanley *** and someone else that said they were loan managers from CashNetUSA telling me I was approved for a loan for $1500-$1600. I told him I just needed a $500 loan and he said the lowest amount I could get was $1500, but it had a low interest rate. He said my credit score was mud 600 but I needed a credit score if 690 to get this loan and he then told me they would work with me to get verified and get my credit score up to 690. They would send me money through my bank and I would then need to get a gift card from *** or any places that have gift cards and put the amount on the gift card from the money they deposited to my bank account. They deposited the money but my bank only released $200 and put the rest on hold for a few days. Stanley *** then had me take a picture of the back of the gift card and send it to him at [protected]. I had to do this 5 different times. I have the gift cards and the receipts. One time he called me from a different phone number and I asked if I sent the picture of the gift card to this new number he called me from and he said no because it was his workplace number and to send it to the number I sent the other gift card receipts. He would always tell me they follow the guidelines of the FTC. ? I believed it was a legitimate business because of the television advertising and especially because my bank released part of the money and put the remainder on hold. I didn’t know it was a scam until I received a phone call from my bank telling me the were taken from my account and I had insufficient funds in my account. My bank sent me a copy of checks that were returned due to them being Altered. The name on the checks is William E. ***, 1907 Hailey (or Haley) Ave., Nashville, TN 37218. My name is written, forged on the back,for Mobile deposit.

On March 1st a new credit showed up as nsumer adj *** for $ *** stating that it was opened on December 2022. For a cashnet USA. I have never went to a cashnet or ever used a cashnet. tried to call nsumer adj mpany to dispute no answer or call back... This hurt my credit report by 75 points and really *** me off. I've been working really hard on my credit and finally was headed in right direction and this popped up... please help me get this off my credit report

This company is pure evil(sorry about the dramatic opening). On or around March 6,2023 I was told that I was approved for a $10,000(originally $5,000) loan. I was sent a promissory note to sign. Which I did and returned to them.The names they used were ***, *** and *** and ***. They each had accents of origin I would not presume.Along the way they said that I had to pay off a series of short term loans from them in order to increase my FICO score. I feel so stupid for being so desperate to get the money for emergency reasons. So, they deposited checks, cleared by my banks. I returned the money to them only to later find out that those checks bounced, in the end, to a tune of over $7,000. My banks have closed my accounts and are conducting "internal" fraud investigations. When I was finally supposed to get an ACH for $10,000 on 3/14/23, their phone number conveniently stopped working***].I am an easy TARGET because I'm a disabled senior. I own my responsibility in this scam. I should have known better. So, now, instead of needing $10,000, I owe the banks an additional $7,000.

This company is a ripoff, I borrowed $800 the first payment was $108.48 they had added $28.48 interest the very next month they added $189.42 interest which made my balance go up to $909.42! How does the balance go up instead of down why in the world was that much interest added? So my second payment would be be $261.42. How does this make sense? They weren't able to get that amount from my account now my balance is $1097.08. How in the world does my balance keep going UP AFTER the first payment? I want to pay what I owe not all of the charges they continue to add unnecessarily in my opinion this business needs to be shut down completely

This collection is not mine. I do not have any loans or credit cards with this company that is sayin I owe money to under the name of Enova line of credit. I have not received any kind info by email or mail or phone on this collection. I do not know where it came from. Plus it is saying I opened it I. January 23,2023. I havent opened anything. On March 2, 2023, I received two separate emails from CashNetUSA about an account being opened by someone named ***, Customer # *** who apparently used my email address *** I have no idea who this person is and never gave them permission to use my email address. They are fraudulently using my email address. I am not affiliated with this person in any way. I immediately went to CashNetUSA to contact them. I sent emails to their account support email as well as their collections email within a few minutes of the original emails. I received automated confirmation of receipt of these messages. However, I never received any responses from the company and am still getting these emails. I've contacted them over chat and never got through to someone. I have emailed them on *** and *** with no response.

I initiated a loan for $1500. It was approved. I never received the funds. CashNetUSA changed by bank account information on file without notifying me. That change was fraudulent so I never received the funds. CashNetUSA admitted the problem and did not make me pay the funds back. Now I have received a loan forgiveness form and have to pay taxes on the funds I never received. After emailing the company, they did not respond, other than telling me they have to send me the form. Well, I believe they are wrong. After doing business with these people on several occasions, I expected more since it is their fault the funds went to a fraudulent person.

CashNetUSA / CNU Online Holdings Loan I didnt authorize that im being sued for

I had taken a small loan with CashNet Usa about 5-6 years ago, and paid it off. They contacted me offering me another loan for a larger amount, which I did not take, but am now being sued for the amount of the larger loan, and fees. They keep your information on file and just sign you up to be indebted to them forever. And ruin your life with charges of breach of contract, and bank fraud.

Desired outcome: Just close it. I paid the loan i authorized.

CashNetUSA / CNU Online Holdings Fraud/loan

I received a email I have been approved for a loan I did not apply for. I logged into the account of the information is outdated and the funds are being deposited into a old bank account. Not only that when I applied for loan several years ago I was denied. The documents I received my credit score is 409 and they gave me a credit line of $1,300. They claim they are open 7 days a week. Made several attempts today and they are closed right after I received the first email. I take it they are randomly selecting people for loans, scamming for business.

We are talking about the creditor ACS, (Advance Cash Services), is a parent company which owns and operates more than 80 parental payday loan websites like CASH NET USA, CASH AMERICA & 500 CASH ADVANCE, US FAST CASH, PAYDAY MAX, 2-MINUTE PAYDAY LOANS, SPEEDY CASH, ACE CASH EXPRESS, MONEY TREE, ALPINE LOANS etc. you applied from one of our website and you never bothered to pay this debt, so the creditor wants to know your intentions about this matter of yours that what would you like to do. They do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your e-mail address sandi. [protected]@mediacombb.net, also would like to mention your computer's IP address was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company. The money was successfully deposited into your bank account.

We have a settlement amount for you, if you will make the payment of $410.00 by today, 10/22/21 then we can close your file at this amount only. Once the full and final payment is received a receipt will be sent to you stating that your outstanding debt is paid in full.

Kindly let us know are you willing to resolve this matter out of the court house or we should proceed further with the legal charges against you. Once this case will be downloaded against you then we won't be able to help you out.

CashNetUSA / CNU Online Holdings Scammed by cashnetusa for $1700. No loan no refund.

They all fooled me at first and seemed honest. Not use to dealing with scammers.
I went online for a $5000 loan and Mark Brown with CashnetUSA responded to my app with approval and solicited $700 to process, $1000 for
Insurance and I sent the $1700. No loan yet they then solicited $1400 to complete loan process when I realized it had to be a scam.
I asked for refund of my $1700 and they said I would lose everything if didn't pay the $1400 for processing the loan. Got into confrontation for
a refund with Eric Daniel and Robert Ted. Last call today 7/30 Robert asked for $250 be sent to him and he would get loan sent
to my Wells Fargo account within the hour. Nothing refunded or received on loan. I was scammed.

During this time when we are all suffering because of this pandemic, cashnetusa has not compassion or understanding. People like me who are suffering financially yet you keep piling on the interest every day putting me deeper and deeper in a hole. You don't care about suffering. I will not ever borrow money from this awful company! Yet is ridiculous the way you pile on the interest making it impossible for someone like me to catch up and pay down the debt. I took a cash advance for $1000 in december. Since then I have made three payments of over $250 and my balance is still $108. No money has gone to paying down the $1000. This is ridiculous. I will never do business with cashnetusa again as soon as I pay this money off. I am literally in tears about this. During this time people's finances are strained, you don't care. It is all about greed. I wish I had never done business with you at all. I have been with cashnet since 2009, yet you make no allowances. I will discourage anyone, as many people as I can, from using cashnetusa. Shame on you! As I said, I am literally in tears about this. It is upsetting and depressing. Making your payments on time does not make a difference. Instead of your payment going down, it goes up. My payment went from $250 to $300. It is insane. Do not deal with this company!

A mr. Williams from cashnet.com call me and said he was depositing 500.00 dollars on my credit card and need to send it back in game stop give cards, witch I did and the loan for 3000 would be western union to me. Now he send 320.00 dollars to me on my card and needs it back on monday. And the 3000 will be be send to the bank. He goes by mr. Willams at cashnetus58@g mail.com, 773-888-7153.

I was looking for a loan and was contacted by Mike Wilson. He stated they would deposit money in my account to pay the insurance cost. My account showed a deposit but it was for more then he said so I began to investigate. He or this supposed company tried to deposit a fraudulent check from my place of employment. I contacted the bank that this was not me and confronted mike about it. He denied this but now will not respond.

I had submmitted an application for a loan online due to some financial setbacks. I received an email from Sophia Brown stating that i had been approved fo $10k which is way more than I needed. I called and spoke with "Sophia" who clearly is not fom this county. She went ove the basics whhich seemed legit and verifed my bank account infomation. She then stated that I needed to speak to a senior loan official Vincent Calderoni, who also sounded middle eastern. He stated that I could get just $5k and the payments would be very low. The whole time I was second guessing everything but it seemed legit. He stated that They would Deposit $ 1k into my account to make sure the transaction will go through, which it did. He then stated that I needed to go to Walgreens with my debit card and send the money back, then they would deposit more. I became very scared and suspicious. I did not go to Walgreens because i feel like i am being scammed. I have changed my bank information and am now receiving calls back to back from different phone numbers. They even used my own number to call me. What should my next step be.

My name Nadine Steele. This I get a voice call from cash net USA. The recording said you been approve for the loan give back. I did a Martin Walter answer ask if he can help. I told him sure I was calling back . Then he ask my name, he repeated my phone number to me. Calling I.D then he ask I can borrow from 1000 to 10, 000. I said 3, 000. Then he repeated all my information Last 4 social security, my bank account#, routing #, address to me to verify. Then he says he needs my bank user name and password. I'm still thinking he legit, Then he asks for my security question comes back and everything good we deposit today it be in your account in morning. Told me all my last few transaction. But they were only going to do half to make sure everything good. But I half to return it back to show good faith. That they call in the afternoon to check. But they let me know how to return it. This happen to me Friday and I was dumb. We hung up I change all my passwords, and user name but my account on alert. Then I research the phone number, and name and cashnet USA. They don't give loans to Georgia. So I called to make a complaint the 1st person he was nice he send me to Skihka Lindsey wrong first name spelling anyway she tried and she was nice. I was rude I'm sorry but . Why a manager come talk because Lindsey had no answer . If your site is secure then how the hell this person know my information. People don't give them anything they are not a site that is secure. I will be reporting to the BBB. also Fraud department. People quit now apply from the internet. I have used Green trust bank loans, also at last loan. Never a problem. I want a bigger loan to help pay some medical. So far I've been scam by a Jardon with First National bank he got me. Then this guy tries he #872-213-9094 Martin Walter. I'm done with internet loans. Beware and today I got 3 more calls from First National Bank same thing. Beware .and Train your employees to be able to answer why are sending to somebody that can answer the question. Your network not secure.

I called cashnetusa to get info for a loan, the person I spoke with have me her version because she never told me that after the three payments that there would be more money deducted from my account. I explained I was on a fixed income and she said that's no problem. I was approved for$1000 but I only borrowed $900. After my three payments I thought I had completed my payments. Something told me to go look in my account online and glad I did because it showed that I did satisfy my payments but it also doesn't that I still owed$1100, how is this possible from a $900 loan. I need help!

I informed this lender that I was not able to do a next-paycheck payback, so the customer service rep I spoke with over the phone said she would make the notes on my account that I would be allowed to pay the loan back over 3 monthly payments, with the first payment due on 01/01/2019. Well, today is 01/03/2019 & I just looked at my bank account & noticed that this company took just over $700 from my bank account causing me to overdraft. This caused me to have to pay overdraft fees to my bank. The company refuses to refund the fees. This was their mistake & not mine. I'm a disabled war veteran & live off of limited funds I get each month from the VA disability checks.

Michael from some bogus debt litigation company that says they are calling on behalf of cashnet. I have not had a payday loan in years. I told this man let me call my lawyer and he said you do have a lawyer! I said hold on while I get the number. Then I thought about it, why am I arguing with this fool. I hung up. It is a scam! He called my job! Under no circumstances give this company your money! I do not owe [protected]) they are brutal in their phone calls. Someone needs to something about these scams they are getting out of control!
