Cash Generator appalling customer service.

My partner went to retrieve an item from the Clydebank store on 13/09/19 just after 4pm.
He was told by the staff the tills were off and they couldn't process his transaction.The website says the store closes at 5pm.
He has £180 in cash and had travelled specially to get the item.
My partner said the lights were off and the shutter partially down on the store front.
And the staff were outside smoking and not working.
I tried phoning the store from before 4pm, several times but nobody could be bothered to answer the phone.
I tried calling Custome Services but was given an email address.
We are both really angry and so upset to be treated so appallingly.
Atrocious customer service from the alleged staff of that store.
I don't know of any store that takes the tills off an hour before they close.
Disgraceful.

Cash Generator rude manager! andrew.

I bought a laptop from the online website that came from the Bradford Godwin street Branch. The laptop was faulty. I phoned the store who agreed to arrange for DHL to collect it from me.
The collection was arranged and I received a Text from DHL. DHL didnt turn up, three days in a row, everytime I asked the manager Andrew to please check with DHL why this was the case. DHL eventually text to say the HAD collected my parcel, which they had not as its still here sat next to me. So in essence as they have collected my parcel, my refund should be on the way, however as I am honest I rang to tell them it was an error.
Andrew the manager promised to call me back after looking into it, he never did, everytime I ring the store he refuses to speak to me too! I still have a broken laptop to return and he wont even speak on the phone, getting his staff to act as a go between. He should be sacked!

Cash Generator ps4 pro

Hi my mum bought a ps4 pro for my birthday out your shop in great yarmouth paid £250 was told if she was to return it she would lose £50 and get £200 back now they trying to say she only get £120 so they ripped her off there and now I've tried the computer what they said had 6 months warranty the controller dont work and they saying he wont swap it because control only has 7 day warranty

Now they Never said that before and obviously never checked the computer properly it was completely filthy hadn't been clean and the warranty stickers on the computer have already been partially removed and when I said about this to your shop there saying it was me that removed the stickers partly an the warranty will be void when I never touched em and I'm only asking for a controller anyway not the console

And your staff was really rude laughing at me and all sorts your stores will not get another penny from me or my family again if this isn't sorted

Cash Generator 28 day buy back on mobile phone

Put my phone in on 26th August on 28 day back. Was a brand new phone had for 6 days. Went to collect phone had loads of scratch Mark's, scraps and damage on phone. Looks like an old phone . Lying and saying it was like that and I have proof from 02 that was a brand new phone. I have put a picture of the phone how I recieved it. And it doesn't look brand new

Cash Generator product

I bought a phone and the staff told me it's a Xs . as I bought from them before I told her to check everything and I just signed the in store paper saying everything is ok and clearly on that it says Xs they give me receipt and I came home after a week or so I checked the phone and realised it's a IPhone X so went back to store and was told to see Luke the so called manager and he refused point blank blaming me it's my fault for not checking I said look at your paper work it clearly says Xs And that's what I sighed I did not check receipt he refused to do anything and was very arrogant If you have to return be very careful they don't like sorting the problem out and clearly this was a mistake from they side first then mine for trusting them and not checking the receipt

Cash Generator loans

I would like all my interest and charges I have paid out with these loans I took out I had to borrow so many loans because your loans were unaffordable and resulted in irresponsible lending please could you sort this out before I seek advice from the Financial Ombudsman I contacted yourself two years ago and you was looking into this but have received nothing from you.

Cash Generator bought a ps4 but was faulty

I bought a ps4 from the Airdrie store that turned out to have a broken disk drive so tried to return it but without recite as had list it. The employee remembered me buying it but said can't do anything without a recite so iv been left with a expensive brick till tradein standard can sort this out.wont be using store again though as my iPhone watch and iPad all came from that shop so have spent alot in it but won't be again.attitude off some off them(not all) is a joke for a shop.

Cash Generator pricing

Hi I went into your Rochdale branch today with a nearly new specialized road bike that I payed £2100 for 7 months ago I asked I member of your staff how much he would offer me on it and by my amazement he had the cheek to offer me £15 for a nearly new top of the range bike.well for that we are doing a protest in the next couple of days to get the shop closed down because they think they can take advantage of people.now come on £15 for a 7 month old top of the range bike without no scratches and works absolutely perfect .I felt physically sick for the cheek of him to offer that lol of a price it just comes to show how much your company takes advantage of poorer people..we will be protesting everyday unroll your shop is closed for good..no doubt this will be totally ignored and nothing will be done about that ridiculous offer to myself of £15

Cash Generator refusal of a full refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a laptop from your store in birmingham. The laptop was with a problem and i return the laptop within the 3 months warranty i was told and yet still i didn't get my money back? After the store check the laptop they found out the laptop shouldn't have been sold to me as the mouse is faulty. Once the laptop is use for 10 or 20 minutes the mouse will freeze out. I don't want a broken laptop and i want my money back. I see no reason why i can't have my money back. As this is been a faulty item sold to me either knowingly or unknowingly. I'm been nice and genuine about this but the store manager is unhelpful. I'm asking for your kind intervention to resolve this matter for me please. I will not want to take this matter further. Dear Sir/Madam,

Cash Generator stolen goods

Hi, I am sorry to send these here but can this be circulated to all Birmingham branches please?

We unfortunately had a break in yesterday - when I came home from work to find that my back door had been jarred open to the point where all the locking mechanisms snapped! 

Few items were stolen and I'd really appreciate if you could inform the police if these items are brought into you

PS4 1TB (product number in the photos) - police will be retrieving serial numbers

And all the cannon equipment listed in the next photo (2 cameras and several lenses)

There was a ps3 also, however I dont have a serial number for that so this will be impossible to trace. (Older shape, black)

Ive contacted all local cash converters etc and will be tracking the ps4 via sony etc with police.

Relating to 39 Melton Road, kings Heath Birmingham.

I understand that in 9/10 cases, following burgalrys, the items are then sold together so if all colleagues can keep their eyes open for this bulk of items I really would appreciate it.

Cash Generator senior manager banned me for no reason at all

I want into cash generators in Rochdale I am a frequent customer and have spent thousand on products and using the buy back service lately all tho I am a liyal customer returning for my items I've been receiving less and less for the same items in buying back off one certain employee the deputy manager now today I want in as a item was due to be baught back now luckily I was recording the call has I'm sick of his attitude now I asked how much I can pawn my new gopro 5 for with all the accesories he replied has only buying in sealed bixes gopro as his head boss has told him to do this and then he said unless it's in good condition I then said this is in good condition and he again changed it to it has to be boxed and sealed so I reminded him i am taking the conversation and he said if the items in good condition they can buy it to wish I said no you did not you told me it has to be sealed he said no I said I will take a luck and then he was raising his voice I calmly asked him not to cause his voice as I'm not raising none to him his reply was your barred from the store why I said and he said because I said so anyway the manager was at his side and I asked him if he was listning to this and he said yes I asked him what has going to do and he said rhiers nothing he can do he adnited on the tape I was not shouting nor was I violent and sometimes people have bad days to wich I said he should not be taking this out on me just for pointing out his errors now I I ow he does not like me and I have the recording here wich is clear audio of the deputy manager banning me jusy for saying to him you saidthe go pro has to be boced or in good condition and I asked to show you and you said it's pointless it must be boxed and when I told him if recorded his words he lies and said I said I will take a look at it now not only had he banned mefor no reason at all apart from me pointing out his mistake and lies I have now failed to get one of my products out as he refused tolet me open my gopro 5 even tho the other guy took in my gopro 3+ on several occasions I am very angry and the manager did say when I asked him if he thinks it's acceptable for the reason I had just banned me from selling goods he said something about a previous incident inwich I had bin constantly given £60 on a item and adifferent person said well I'm only giving you 40 I'm so lucky to have this on take it's a roughly 20 minute audio with footage off the deputy manager they told me I could upload it on here but I can't see how so I am using another site that says they will help me complain and let me send in the audio I shall be videoing this message as I send it to ensure the store in question does not delete it and I shall also be outing this outcome in my website as the attitude was disgraceful banning me because i told him he was lying and I had proof in tape even the properanager said I can still come in and but stuff but not sell out so I'm good enough to spend cash but not good enough to be a loyal 2 year weekly customer and be shown respect all's I can say is I am fuming and I have also contacted the ombudsmen and complained to heading standards it was simple to understand from his voice that he just did not wish to help me from the first moment I lied several times and then shouted at me I refuse to let this slip by and thier is another second hand shop next door from now on I will be going thier but I wish to here the outcome grown this and also wish to be contacted so I can send this video recording as everyone who's heard this has gone mad saying his attitude and he can not do that from lying to me too banning me for no reason at all very unprofesional especially from a deputy manager also the main manager agrees he heard me not causing my voice and also that I heard him ban me jusy for pointing out his mistakes now he told me a copy goes to him first and then to the head office so I am now videoing as I press send so if it disappears and head office fails to receive it no-one can say it did not get sent also who do I send and how do I send the video too or can you use the shops sound and footage I was thier rodayvat around 3pm thank you I await your reply I've also put this on Facebook as I am boycotting this store andbthe staffs attitude just to make yourself aware as this is no way a long terms customer is treated it's disgraceful and very childish this is not his store he has no rite to play god of has in a bad mood and something must be done when I say upload video it keeps saying file can not be uploaded so please can I have a email address from head office to attatch it as a document and forward it directly as this must be heard to appreciate I am not exaggerating in the slightest

Cash Generator nikon camera

Bought a nikon camera for £63 from the airdrie store online on the 2nd of May, I waited a week but still hadn't received any delivery information or anything so I called the store and the kept fobbing me off by saying we are busy with customers at the moment call back later, or saying I will find your order form and call you back but they obviously never did, so I rang again and told them there customer service is terrible and I would like my camera which I paid for or a refund, I got past on 2 probably everyone that worked there, eventually got put onto a trainee who said we can't refund you because although we have received your payment of £63 we have unfortunately lost your order form so we can't process the order or refund you, I was pretty angry at this point and demanded I got a refund because I have proof of payment on my bank statement and on PayPal, she then agreed to put a refund through but even that was a lie, I would glady see this store closed down because that is practically fraud and its absolutely disgusting, I won't be a using any cash generator stores now because e of that experience

Cash Generator I phone 8

This has really been playing on my mind to be honest I am really upset that I have put my phone into the cash Generator store in Manchester which had my fathers pictures on who has passed away when collected my phone notice that all my personal pictures had been erased and to had to top it a member of staff had cracked the screen I phoned up the store straight away and was told to call back in the morning as they were closing soon which I did then was told to come back to the shop where I got my money back which I had paid to get the phone out and now left without my phone and my fathers picture I really don't understand how such a big company can run a business this way exspecially to their loyal customers I have a watch in their at the moment I just hope nothing happens to that as well I would really appreciate if someone could get back to me regarding this please

Cash Generator airdrie store

Placed an order for a camera a begining of the month called them up and there advice was unbelievable, put me on hold four times every time asked a question they said there signal was bad and they have to go as a lot of customer are waiting, disgusting services should not treat customers like that at all, then when I tried to get a refund said would not be possible because apparently they lost the paperwork will not be buying anything from these people again .

Cash Generator one of your store managers

Hello im writing with a major issue regarding one of your store managers or former managers not sure if they still are in that position, from the Heywood in lancashire branch which is now closer but now works at the middleton branch in manchester her name is Sarah Bradshaw, i know about this as i was working with her at the time and had to leave as i new what was happening and coukdnt take it, ive recently found out its still happening and feel i have to make a stand, she is taking items when sold say if someone brings in a gold bracelet and necklace she asks them what they are looking for it them she weights the necklace and if its around the price they want they are happy and they go away thinking they have a great deal but what they dont know the second item is then kept by her and she goes to numerous pawn shops and collects that money for herself, she openly brags about this and i feel its awful on these poor people who are selling personal belongings to make ends meat her name is Sarah bradshaw please look into this her saying is nobody can prove it please find a way

Hi my name is Sarah bradshaw I worked at the heywood store for 5 years some of which I was the store manager and now I have moved on to the heywood store 8 years next month in total, love my job and the people I work with and have a lot of repeat customers some now friends from Over the years, it seems I have a ComPlaint on this site which I am very unhappy about and I know it has come from the bitter ex husband who will go to any length to destroy me sad but true, anyway I just want everybody out there who has been silly enough to believe live this compliant is real to be assured I am very professional in my work and always have been anybody who used to work with me or still does and the valued customers will tell you the same, this is being review and looked in to and legal action will be taken rest assured

Cash Generator they sold me item that had missing parts

Brought xbox one steering wheel online when received found that a part of it was missing. Phoned the kirkby store in Liverpool where it came from and told them about it to which the response was that they had explained in listing which they didn't. Phoned back the following day and manager said we can return for full refund but we have to pay return postage. He said it showed everything that came with the item on the picture so we should have realised that the part was missing from this picture. I have never had this item before so I wasn't to know what it was supposed to come with. The managers attitude was shocking and now I am expected to pay the return postage for something that was mis-sold to me. The return postage is going to be at least £10. I want this resolved and the item returned without any extra cost from myself. I want it arranged so that the store pays the return postage as well as they know it was their fault and they are trying to brush it off. You cannot expect a customer to study a picture and know pieces are missing. It should be clearly stated on the advertisement so then the customer can make a proper decision whether to purchase it or not. I expect a response and a quick resolution please otherwise I will take it further

Cash Generator buyback

I had a buyback for a MacBook Air intially started in mid February. (Agreement 94128). As per the message received, I extended it over the phone on the 16th of March (generating agreement 95025). I called the store on the 8th of April in order to extend it, but a staff person informed me I still have 8 days left until the buyback expires. So I called again on the 16th of April in order to extend it once again as I am outside the country and unable to collect it. The store manager Claudia rudely informed me that the laptop has been wiped and that I have to pay an extra £8 as a late charge fee ?
My laptop has been wiped, due to Cash Generator misinformation.
I will not accept any late charge fees as I extended the item over the phone and don't have any physical paperwork to state the fact that the buyback indeed expired on the 13th.
i will not take any impoliteness and rudeness from any Store Manager who is supposed to represent the image of a franchise. Is saying "I don't care about your buyback" is really the motto of your business?

I want my laptop to be put back as a buy-back. I will then call the store to extend it for another month or until I return from my travels at the end of the month.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Cash Generator tv 40in

I bought plasma 40ins TV it was working perfect on the day when I took it home gave it a good clean, unfortunately the TV has a smuge finger prints mark won't come off I phone the cash generater next day the manager said they not liable for it as it she check it it was fine but I said the TV was filthy that why could not see it properly if they clean the screen first before it left the shop they would have seen it.
I fone the Head office in Edinburgh they said the owner will Contact me directly within 7 days so I did not hear anything at all which I'm not very pleased at all but now I have lawyers involved now I will be taking this matter further to court

Cash Generator iphone 6s

Hello I put my iPhone in to cash generator for 1andna half weeks by their saying it was a month ago yeah it is about a month ago now Collin the manager in in your Clydebank West Dunbartonshire shop is rude to customers and he discriminated agent me as asked me how I can I be disabled if I can walk tbh that's none of his business and telling me to bye things a don't want to bye I can't fish or peddle a bike so what gives my family and friends are now gunning for him he as picked on wrong one he is ignoring my complaint he told me to get out told me he would forrs me out I walk will a slant as had a spine injury when the quad I purchased last year from the Clydebank store shaped in half

Cash Generator playstation 4

I had a problem with cash generator Northfield branch in Birmingham they sold me a faulty PlayStation 4 so I took the product back, after having it for lest than a month. The day after I took the product back they called me back saying they was fixing my PlayStation but not my pad which wasn't broken in the first place, so I tried to disputed it as the item was still under warranty the manager / owner was rude and unprofessional. I ten contacted trading standards to see what my rights where and I did as I was advised and got my money back in the end I would advise Anyone to contact trading standard to see what ur rights are as the bank can pay u back ur money if paid off card just take the item back leave it there and recall your money I would never use another one of these again
