Cash Generator My gold

I put my gold in on loan when I went to purchase it back was told the shop had been robbed I was told my gold would be re made and I would be compensated by manager kiera my ring was made with brothers ashes and could not be replaced I wasn't compensated and feel like I was treated un fairly the area manager broke verbal agreement her name is kiera I am now seeking legal measures not one sorry or compensation for my losses just alot of negative words from her the shop is in kingstanding birmingham

Claimed loss: £3000

Desired outcome: An apology compensation and some security measures on the shop

Cash Generator Stolen stuff being brought

my eldest daughter came to stay with me as she was homeless i didn't realise she had a drug habit ( I was told she was of the drugs) because she was known at the shop they didn't check her id or they would have known she didn't live in the same flat and hasn't for the last 2 years also for her to be able to afford an apple mac and a lot of Pandora should have raised concerns for them as there were at least 20 rings bracelets and necklaces I feel that id should be a photo id and a recent bill to prove where they live my younger daughter now has to suffer as this was her property which i had brought her for birthdays' and xmas presents

Desired outcome: i would like a formal apology and at least an amount of money so that my daughter can replace some of her things i have said to the police i want to press charges and am awaiting to hear from them

Cash Generator Broken samsung smart TV

Got my samsung smart tv back day not working my tv is only five months old you tested it in front of me when I pawed got it back rapt in black tape. I payed £213 for it back the manager dave think they have rapt it to tight I need this problem fix got nothing to watch over christmas and new year thanks to something that happened in your shop

Cash Generator Verbal abuse after making a complaint was refused service because I complained

Hello,

I make a complaint against Castleford store manager and one other employee. Now after you receive complaint you know I was talking about your store manager yet you send complaint a email right into her hands. I was just there try to bayback a phone and becouse I complaint and report what they did she refused to serve me and said becouse I complaint she will not buy or sell anything from/to me.

She also said that you make that decision so please explain how come am not allowed to the store when I did nothing to anyone, but she still there no consequences no remorse nothing at all just same attitude all over again.

Don't you understand you should resolve this problem between yourself. And believe me outcome should be completely different.

You not gonna buy/sell anything from/to me anymore. I can't believe!

Anyway try my best will try somewhere else if you can't deal with this issue.

Cash Generator Faulty product/rude manager who is refusing to give my money back

Their products is absolutely junk. I purchase a mp3, the moment I got it home, it failed to work (stuck on hold and keeps shutting down)- despite it showing as charging in the store. The woman said all products have a 3 month guarantee. I know why not because of the products they sell are not fit for its purpose. I will be returning my item on the 8th august (tomorrow). Having to fork out £6.40 travel to get there which I am pi%ed about. Absolute junk store. I was going to purchase one for far more from another store, that day but did not like the colour. Which I had purchased it now.

Today on the 7/8/ I called the store and came across the most snottiest and arrogant manager by the name of ryan. I advised him of the situation and that I will be returning the item tomorrow and he basically implied that he will refuse to return my money, stating that the store can take upto 48 hours and check the item out.- which means that I will not only have to make one trip at a cost of £6.40 but another. He then went on to say why I had come to the store for in the first place. He was an absolute nasty piece of work. He said he did not the time to talk to me and ended the call. Never purchase items from this store. They are extremely unprofessional and scammers.

They do not check their products and sell them even though they well know they are faulty. I will be approaching trading standards about this, if it is not resolved. It is discussing that businessess such as this is still in operation. I have purchased from other cash generators stores in the past and had no problems with them. It has been my first time at bury's branch and the fact the manager had blatantly implied I would not get my money back is shocking.

Desired outcome: I want the manager to be sacked or disclipined and i get reimbursed my travel of £6,40 and my money back

Cash Generator Service

I went into slough cash generator in slough with a technics 1210 mk 7 record deck and technics amp and pre amp so the boy in there put the speaker wires on the amp with it all turned on and then he went off to get the speakers to attach to the wires he had already connected and whilst he was gone I noticed the two speaker cables touching so I asked the young girl if he had left the amp turned on and pointed out the wires touching to which she replied he'd left it turned on so by the time he came back I showed him and he tried to get the amp to work and it didn't then this girl Claudia turned up and started saying it wasn't working before I brought it in so I told her what happened and that I wanted to borrowed against it and they get it repaired by the time I came back to which she replied we've had technics stuff in before and that they've shorted the speaker wires before and it still worked so I asked her if that was her s o p to which she wouldn't answer so then I told her I was going to head office about it to then which the other gir offered me 150 on my 1210 well they've only been out a year and second hand they're still £800 so I left rather fed up so can u contact me plz with a resolution as I now have an amp that second hand to buy is still 500 without the pre amp

Cash Generator My old console

Hi I recently lost my Xbox one digital can you tell me why they never deleted it left my information on it and someone called lisa Lockett at 41 Woodstock road m40 odu is trying to buy Xbox live using my details don't you give your customers any protection on sensitive data I'm not bothered about losing the Xbox it's whats on it that the person has got access to who is going to get the games that are onit if they are deleted from my profile I've used you before but this is the only time my information was not deleted

Cash Generator Customer service / online web team

Hate to think how much money I've spent with them over the years and can see why many shops are ditching the name to go solo but just placed an order last week and no notification but called the shop to say the web team cancelled it?! No reason no refund as usual so opened a PayPal case to get refund! Shocking service

Cash Generator Buy back and staff

0n 19/3/2021 I went to my local cash generator to buy back goods and rollover others 1 staff member was cheeky and arrogant toward my 6 year old boy who has adhd.i then went bk to the same shop on the 27/3/21 to explain a family member passed away and could please wait another few days to pay I was told no so I then offered to put my phone in to offset the debt and was told no the same person was cheeky arrogant and said I was being threatening which I was not 4 times I have asked to speak to the area manager but no reply .a member of staff said I have till 10/4/21 I, ve tried to explain I get paid on the 19th.i got barred for apparently being aggressive and threatening which I wasn't, t.she was aggressive to my six year old son.
I so hope to resolve this matter quickly.

Cash Generator Faulty item, no return with 12 month warranty.

Hi. I bought an Xbox One with controller for my 14 year old son for xmas. It cost me £180. I spent over £500 in total. The xbox came with 12 months waranty. On Sat 2nd Jan my son complained the controller wasnt working properly. One of the analogue sticks had become very loose, so I took it back because it was under waranty. The reaction I got was not what I expected. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The manager told me "my son had broken it". and "it was working when left shop". He said the waranty didnt cover the controller. So what was the waranty for?. I will not be shopping there again

Cash Generator Buyback agreement

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Shopping

The issue that I have experienced was: I entered into a backbuy agreement on my mobile phone on the 15/10/2020. I had until the 12/11/2020 to buy it back for a fee. during this period we went in to a national lockdown on the 5/11/2020 I was going to purchase my goods back on the 6/11/2020 but I couldn't because of the national lockdown the day before. When I put my goods in the shop on a buy back agreement one of the shop staff told me that during another national lockdown I wouldn't be able to come in store to purchase my goods back. I would only be able to buy them back after lockdown ends. (I had no idea about the online service they was offering during lockdown and no one told me that day that there would be an online service during another national lockdown. my agreement expired on the 12/11/2020 during the second national lockdown. I thought the store was closed due to lockdown. So I ring the store up today 2/12/2020 to see if I can come and buy my goods back now lockdown has been lifted and they tell me my agreement expired and I would only be able to purchase the goods back at the retail price what they've priced it at. And not just for the fee originally agreed. I have the proof of the agreement on paper for the goods. But I am sure if I was unable to make an appointment to purchase my goods back because I didn't know the store would be open for online services during a national lockdown my goods should be secure until after lockdown ends so I can buy them back.

It occurred on: 2/12/2020

This meant that I am affected badly as a single mum at christmas just after a national lockdown. I now dont have a phone for important phone calls that might occur.

I would just like to purchase my goods back at the price originally agreed

Cash Generator Pay day loans

I feel that l was charged at a high rate and was unable to pay for my utility bills. I was cashing my cheques every week
I think that this was irresponsible lending.
I lived from hand to mouth and felt that l was being taken advantage of this but I had no choice as a mother with three children to support.

Cash Generator ps4

I have been pawning my ps4 at cash gs for 2 years now on and off, i think they have had it most of the last year at £28 a month, as ive recently become self employed my income is unpredictable. I phoned the store 3 weeks in a row to ask them to hold it till end of the week, and when i finally had the £ to buy it back, a certain person in the shop who i have never been served by or dealt with said no i need to put a deposit down to buy it back? All because she couldnt be bothered to go upstairs to see if it was still there, like they normally do before accepting a late payment, So i asked her will i phone u in 1 weeks time so shes got plenty time to check for it and she replied no need ill call u in a couple of days, its been another month and nothing, ive spent 100s in that shop on other items, but i will not be back, hope your kid has a nice xmas with my ps4 ya boot

Cash Generator mobile phone

I put my mobile in to buy back it had all my photos of my baby's being born and my gran who passed away and went to desk they took my money to get it out only to say sorry your phone's not here after spending over an hour in shop they couldn't find it and gave a replacement but I had paid to get my own phone back ..absolutely devastated these are things I can never relpace my partner is a regular customer in the branch at parkhead

Cash Generator faulty nikon d7200 no refund received

I purchased this camera on Wednesday. Took it home took up 10 pictures and the screen started to flicker.switched the camera off and back on and the screen became black with few lines on the side of the screen. Took it back the same day and was told it has to go somewhere else to get it checked. They think I dropped it which I never. They said it will take few hours we will call you. No call that day. Called the next day. They said it will go to a technician that day. No call again. Friday no call and the phone at the shop disconnected.
I am calling the back to open dispute and will send a complaint to trading standards.

Cash Generator putting something in on buy back

Upon putting a laptop in to buy back, which has been put in a couple of times, I would usually get £70, but when my girlfriend went to put it in she got 50 pounds. Tey said this was due to the chargers Ware and tear, but we had put the laptop in several times before with the charger in the same state and got 70 pounds for it.
My girlfriend is worried this is due to sexism, and would like to put a complaint in regarding this.
