Cash Crusaders laptop bag

I bought a laptop bag from Cash Cruisaders in Blue Valley, after 5 months of use I took it back to them as the one side of of the bag was pulling lose where it was holding the sling together. The manager just told me that he could not exchange the bag as he does not know weather i was caring heavy book inside the bag or not. I was very upset and letf. There was no instruction as the weight the bag could handle. Couple of months down the line and the bag is now broken and my laptop got damage, I had to glue the one corner and the other corner is lose. The image where there is a crack a had to glue the bottom part of that corner.

Cash Crusaders disrespect from male to female salesperson

I have been a customer at Cash Crusaders at Sasolburg for years, On thursday morning i went at the store about 10:30 to 10:35 came across a female sales person by the name of Sandra we were standing in the TV sections, I ask her about the 58 inch Sonitec and what i liked about her was the smile and approach only found out i can not buy the tv without the tv license according to the company policy. As we were busy talking an old white customer approach Sandra about the ps4, Sandra took the old man to the white lady cashier then went back to Sandra to set an appointment for friday 06/09/2019. Yesterday at about 15:35 to 15: 40 i was already at the store looking for Sandra only to find that there was a lady customer looking for Sandra, A male sales person said to the lady that Sandra is gone, while busy making window shopping Sandra got the store went straight to the lady customer next to the washing machine with the male sales person and explained to him that the lady customer came in the morning to do a quotation with Sandra, the female sales person started making noise in the store. We the customers were shocked the way the male had spoken to Sandra it showed disrespect, Sandra was quiet and professional talking to the customer and provided what the customer needed according to the quotation, the male sales person kept on shouting at Sandra and she was quiet taking out the customer's things. the lady customer asked the male sales person to keep quiet because the quotation was done by Sandra in the morning. The female sales person said words one cannot repeat and went through a passage . the last words she said was " i am going to take your sales and swap them for myself in the office" Sandra asked how and The male said "i know how as usual". As a customer i was very dissapointed seeing a male sales person fighting by words in that store with a female in that disrespectful manner. Please teach your staff to respect one another, and i am going to follow this case in order to know which steps are taken to straighten this matter out. I will be there on Tuesday.

Cash Crusaders Dixon pyuasw10

My son bought a a few things at cash crusaders in flamwood klerkdorp branch. I told the sales staff we have a small car so we don't need all the sound anyway my son bought it as he wanted it. He bought it on Monday. 19th.we returned today the 23rd. We never used it it was still in its box but we couldn't get our money back R1099. We had to sell it back to them and got R800. They opened it and tested it not happy the CPA says we have a 7 day cooling period. I'm not happy if I don't get a answer to bad service I'm going to take it further my no [protected].

My son saved up money for a Dixon phone that was R850 my son is is 12 years of age I want him to learn responsibility so he bought the phone in cash crusaders pinetown december 2021 so the phone start giving problems took it back in January 2022 after he just had it for 3 weeks so they send the phone to Dixon they said they will se what wrong they said at first they can't find parts then they said sory can't fix they are bussy with a credit note then they said after 1month with phone in there possession sorry but guarantee no valid after 3 months of fighting about it they so oh sorry can't fix got preasure damage and send phone back to cash crusaders now everyone just keeping quite and can't help me to get a new phone or money back how do I explain that to my son and teach him to be responsible after all this please assist me who do I go to

Cash Crusaders cellphone

Bought a phone in March and it just went off. Took it back to the store in Cash Crusaders Florida and they'd said that they had to send it in for repairs as it was still under warranty. They quoted me for R1450 because their cellphone repairs contractor said that it was DROPPED, I've never even DROPPED the phone as the screen just went blank. I'm now stuck with the phone which I paid R1699 and still under warranty with the retail store and they refuse to fix my phone.

Cash Crusaders apple imac

On the 3rd of August 2019 I purchased an iMac from the Southway Mall branch in Durban, they assured me there was o password, I called the store and spoke to the manager, he assured me that on the store buying the goods there was no password, I told him I am not talking about the iCloud password, I took the unit in on Sunday and he himself failed, he insisted that the unit go in, he assured me he will call me back on Tuesday, and what do you know, he didn't, I called the store today and I was told that he is the day off, the guy in charge was very rude, he had no solution or answers, does cash crusaders not function when one staff member is not around, I am without a tools to do my work, this the second time I had to wait.

Cash Crusaders buying a new speaker system and when I go back im treated like a dog!!!

to start with i baught a playstation 2 the man who assisted me never tested the playstation.i arrived home and switch it on it didn't eve read any cd or game.So the following day i took it back but had to wait around the shop for 30 minutes then i saw a bluetooth speaker system for R470.00 and baught it and also 2 dodgee x90 cellfones of R1000.00each so they did refund me for the playstation and i paid the outstanding amoun for the fhones and speaker on 31/07/2019.Only to arrive home and find no remote with the speakerboxx and the volume button is not working properly the next day i took the speaker back and they tell me is just like that .[ DURING THE WEEK IM AT WORK AND DONT USE IT REALY THE PAST WEEKEND I WAS HAVING A BRAAI WANA LISTEN MUSIC BUT THE VOLUME BUTTON ISNT WORKING PROPERLEY THE SOUND GO DOWN AND UP THEN IF YOU HOLD THE VOLUME BUTTON ITS WORKING AGAIN . SIR/MAM THEN YESTRDAY I TOOK OFF FROM WORK TO GO AND REFUND THE SPEAKER OR GET THE SAME ONE THEY JUST PULL UP THEYRE SHOULDERS AND TELL ME SORRY YOU CAN JUST LEAVE IT FOR REPAIRS BCAUSE ITS OVER 7 DAYS BUT I WAS THERE THE FOLOWING DAY AND NOT ONE OF THE STAFF EVEN CHECKED THE SPEAKER .IM GIVING CASH CRUSADERS HEAD OFFICE OR ANY AUTHORITY 24 HOURS TO GIVE ME A CALL SO THAT WE RESOLVE THIS.IF THEY FAIL I WILL DEFENTLY PUT THE CCTV FOOTAGE TOGETHER WITH THE WHOLE STORY AS WELL AS THE 5 EMPLOYEES NAMES ON SOSIAL MEDIA AND NEWS PAPERS FOR BAD SERVICE. Cash Crusaders working as a cashier there

On the 10th of august a customers waok in and wanted to pay interrest on a phone and xbox that she loaned money on . They lied to the customer, they being Jasonn van Rensburg and Andrew, and they told her that the phoned was on the retail the morning and it was already sold . But it only was 30 past 9 the morning and the customer wanted proof, without the manager that didn't tell me that they lied to the customer I went to the buy shop and checked for her. And it turned out they have been lying to her. And this morning I got told that it was my fault that I didn't lied to the customer with them and it's now my problem that headoffice was giving them problems. I stood my ground and told them that it's not my fault they lied to the customer and did not tell her that her phone was still available to her to buy back. I would like to have the problem solved and be looked into. Because this place is not a healthy inviroment to work in and the poeple that manage there does not look at how they speak and treat people. Please do come back to me with more information in how Cash Crusaders should treat customers and colleuges.

Cash Crusaders unfriendly service

Good day i use to do business with your company at the boulders in Midrand and it was always nice going there. There is this guy named Andrew and he is very unfriendly and not keen to help anyone. I just called to get some more clarity on something and he just shot me down. For the first time i felt like why the hell in the first place did i try to do business with your company?

if he has a down day, please teach him not to show his frustration on potential clients.

Cash Crusaders dixon 14kg washing machine (new)

I bought a brand new Dixon 14kg washing machine on30 June 2019. Two weeks later the drain pump stopped working. I called the HARTBEESPOORT Branch and the came and exchanged the machine.
Two weeks later the spin dryer stopped working..i phoned the branch and Melvin informed me that o cannot get a refund...it must go for repair. Now how must i do washing in the meantime? Either give me my money back or give me a new machine.

I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this service. Its a small town..word will spread quickly and social media will prove fatal for the stores business.

Cash Crusaders damage of property

Good Day

Im realy dissapointed in Cash Crusaders. I pawned my phone and it was tested to see that it was in well working condition. When io go back at month end to collect it my phone did not switch on at all. I was advice by Thinus that it might be the battery and that i need to test it first. I did took it to a shop to test the battery and to find out it was not the battery nor the screen. I went back and have an hell of a fight with Diane at the shop then she said she will send my phone in and get it fixed by her self for as Morne the manager at the shop said no not gonna fixed it at all. After a weak Thinus phoned me as said they wanne see me. When i get there they inform me that fixing my phone is to expensive and they not gonna do that but are willing to sell me a phone for better price.

Now listen too my i left my phone there in working condition and i want a new phone im not gonna settle for this buying myself a phone when i did nothing wrong. this will teach you all to not messing around with our stuff when it is ther in the shop. If you dont help me my next step will be going to see my lawyer for im not gouing to leave this matter as it is. And im going to place it all in the news paper aswell with my number for customers to contact me that Cash Crusaders also did wrong to.

Also be aware that i did log a complaint at the onbudsman aswell.

Cash Crusaders ps4 gaming

Cash crusaders your secondhand gaming has gone so far down the the drain...big disappointment as a big gamer I've sold hundreds of games to cash crusaders over the years ...always getting a good deal ..now I know the overstock of games is a headache but when it comes to new releases I'm talking about games that are not Les then a couple of months old u guys need to up your game today I had 2 of the latest release games days gone and and f1 2019 and went to sell them I got offerd a ridiculous 40 rand to 100 for games that are still going for 1000 all i asked was a fair R200.00 wich u easily could sell for 399.90...that being sayd il now move to cash converters wich is a joke compared to cash converters well used to be...coz they pay 150 and 250 for latest releases and still sell like hot cake thanx for your disappointment after years of doing business...please note went to 4 different branches no one offers more than 100 bucks...

Cash Crusaders brian purchase manager

Taken advantage on absentia

I have a acrimonious situation that started today once started dealing with my black counterpart. I cannot understand all the past two I have been dealing people of another race my views were taken into consideration and respected. On Sunday 23rd June MY contract was expiring with cash crusaders of a buy back/pawning my washing machine. I made a call to them on the 24th at 08h47 realizing I was not going to make 10h00 trying to get someone to GO renew the contract as it is the norm when you KNOW you not gonna make it and taking your item out. It is even stipulated in the contract. I asked them to at least give me that day completely. But my Guy I got him last minute and them we agreed he's gonna wake up in the morning and guard them to be there before they even open. He indeed goes there before they opened on the 25th around 08h30. They indeed haven't opened and they do around 9. He goes there and speak to them and got sent to the manager who tells him that I have forfeited my washing machine regardless the fact that I called the shop on the 24th at 08h47 explaining the situation that I'm NOT around I'm in the Eastern Cape so I'm kinda struggling to get someone to send there. Apparently this manager guy called Brian defuses even the fact that I called the shop and explained to them. It's like he's fighting with us the fact that we didn't speak with him. How were I supposed to even know him if his bosses didn't even mentioned him but they agreed to the valid explanation I was giving as is the stipulated norm when you cannot make it there. He tells MY Guy that he's going to sell my washing machine and that I must pay R2500 as deposit to buy it back instead of the R397.98 WE WERE GOING TO pay as renewal fee. And that he's gonna run short if we pay the amount stipulated on my contract. I kinda got gobsmacked because I did picked up MY Fone and explained the situation to whoever of an indian descent and he understood ME. But NOW we dealing with our own descent counterpart and he's victimizing us. I kept on calling there wishing to speak with someone who'll understand ME and the call I made previous day. But I kept on being taken back to this Brian. I was hitting a breakwall and asked him if he's got R2500 on his pocket then he dropped ME with a phone on MY ears. My Guy called ME and told ME they even chased him away. Now I would like to review these types of tricks if are really acceptable in these types of consumer places and is it even lawful of them to themselves the way they're continuously DOING. If NOT THEY MUST kindly stick to the contents and stipulations of the contract NOT TAKE advantage the fact that I was THERE TO DO THIS MYSelf. My washing machine is 13kg Kelvinator automatic machine

Cash Crusaders they sold my laptop unauthorized and did not processed the refund back into my account

I went to pay the interest on my HP laptop, to ensure that it wouldn't be sold. The cashier allocated the payment onto another item of mine, a cannon camara, but I wasn't aware of it.

Yesterday I wanted to settle the outstanding amount and collect my laptop. The cashier told me there is only two items reflecting on my ID no, the camara and the tv. I said to her, no I just want to pay and collect my laptop. She then processed and said it is R1424. I paid with my debiet card.
Went to the loan office and handed the person the slip and said I want to collate my laptop. He said there isn't a laptop on my ID no and the payment I just done was for the canon camara. We called the store manager.

The store manager said the laptop was sold already. I explained the sequence of events to him, as well did the person whom assisted previously.
He went to make a phone call at the back office, came back and said because they made a mistake they will give me a similar laptop and will not charge the interest. He took the laptop to the cashier and explained it to her. I waited about 30min in the que for the cashier to assist. When she finally assisted, she asked what the situation was, I responded that I saw the manager already informed her and that I must just pay the balance of R63 to the full amout R1500 borrowed.

She then phoned the manager again and said I must go and see him at the loan office. He totally changed his attitude and said they did nothing wrong and the person whom assisted me previously explanation doesn't matter, because he wasn't physically with me at the cashier when I made the payment. I said to him I can go and make a statement under oath at the policestation that I requested to pay the interest on my laptop only, not the other items. Then he became very sarcastic. Then I said I'm willing to undergo a forensic lie dedecting test as well. He said "are you going to pay for it" and still he was unwilling to believe me.

Then I requested a refund of the payment I made before. The cashier reverced it on the bank machine she said, didn't give me a copy and the money is still not refunded back into my account.

Cash Crusaders samsung np-r519 laptop

Good day

i purchased a samsung laptop from the cash crusaders in rustenburg midtown mall.
it had a problem with the fan it was getting hot and kept freezing, so i took it back, they sent me a notification telling me the laptop was ready so when i arrived to collect it they told me i had to pay R350 for repairs done on the software.
i feel i was sold a laptop with a problem nw i have to pay to fix the problem, does not make sense to me

Cash Crusaders xbox one

I had a Xbox one I sent to cash crusaders with my husband and a friend to pawn as my husband ddnt have his ID we asked the friend to use his. Well the amount due on the loan was on Sunday so I sent my husband to the store with the due amount and the receipt of the original pop to show that he game belong to us. They ddnt want to give the game due to the one who gave his ID to pawn the game not being with (we can't find him anywhere). They did however accept the loan amount payable from my husband and gave him a receipt as pop. Today we went back to the store to say we the guy who gave his ID is AWOL. And if they are not able to give the game back them they should then return the money as the same princtipe should apply that if they cannot give the game without the ID of the person who pawned it they should not accept the money from us. Now we have a problem where they say they cannot return our money or game. Can someone please assist as I am furious. We cannot find this guy who we used anyway and don't mind if we have to lose the game but it is not right to then keep our money as well. As they should never have accepted the money in the first place is they are strict about the person who ID they have there must come to get the game. Then why did they accept the money from us without the persons Id

Cash Crusaders dixon tv

I have boaght a tv in february at cash crusaders table bay mall, the tv now is switching on however the screen is black and no sound. I went to take it back the guy was so defficult however he eventualy assisted me, what i dont understand why must cant i be offerd another tv while im waiting for the ather one to be fixed and why should i wait 21 days without a tv of which its not my fault the tv broke . can i get a tv to watch so long

Cash Crusaders service

To whom it may concern

I visited cash crusaders fichardt park shop 34 southern centre benade drive now for the 4th time, each time to be shown away as they don't take the goods I was either selling or wanted to loan on. This after standing in a queue for almost 2 hours.

1st item was a helmet which I was told doesn't sell
2nd was my child's pram and car seat which I was told they also don't take it anymore
3rd was my canon camera
4th which was a ring that I wanted to loan an amount of 1500 and was told they don't loan on white gold (the ring value is 5500 rand which I have certificate for)

If you don't take in goods or want to loan on specific goods can the store then put up a sign stating what goods they take and do not take, as I have wasted my time in any effort to sell my unwanted goods. This is false advertising and poor service!

Cash Crusaders extension to pay interest

I put 4 rings on buy back on 27th March 2019. I was unable to come in to the store to pay the interest as I was stuck in Tableview without transport or a phone. My daughter Phoned Longbeach to ask for an Extention to Mon or Tues. I only got there o Wednesday the 1st. The cashiers and sales staff where we're extremely rude and said that my rings now belonged to them and offered me no solution. I even offered to pay an extra month of interest. They ignored me and left me waiting for 30 minutes while they were looking for the rings and then told me I could only get them back by paying double what I sold them for. The arrogant and uninterest from the staff has put me off ever doing business with the company ever again.

I pawned my studio monitor's andmy laptop at cash crusaders field street on the 9th april 2019. And on the 8th may i went to to settle with them to give me maybe a 7 days extension my mom is been hospitalised since the first of may and she has been moved baragwanath hospital so i need some time i will double the interest. They refused to help me. I offered to pawn one of my cannon cameras the lady doesnt know how to operate the cameras considered it faulty they cant hep me. I came back the following day with the camera i went to the shop where i bought and they found no faults but still the lady refused.. i left and came back on the third day to settle the payment for my lap since its needed my school assignments are there and everything i need is in that laptop they refused saying it expired and they put it on shelves for sale.. and they were so rude to me when i beg them to help they shut me off.
A lady that was watching waiting to be helped left without continuing with wha she was there for and advised me to take legal actions. but i still need my pc and monitor's i feel i was treated unfairly. And deprived a right to my belongings.
