Cash Crusaders Dixon tv 58inch

Good Day
I would like to log a Complain its regarding my Tv I bought on the 3082021
the Tv is A Dixion 58Inch which cost R6500.00, on the [protected] the tv was bought back to the shop as it started showing a yellow line on it I was told it will be in repairs for 7-21 working days after the 21 working days I came to cash Cruisaders in Brixton which I bought the tv there I was told its not yet fixed I then called the repairs I spoke to a man named Godswill I was told the tv is not there I then called Headoffice they told me I need to wait for another week I waited I came back to the store they said the tv is not here I should came back the following week and so it has been going on for the past two months today which is the [protected] I came to the store today yet my tv is not here at the store at the store they told me headoffice does not want to credit my tv, I phoned Headoffice I spoke to a lady named Terresa I wanted to explain her my story she then dropped the call in my hear I called back again she dropped it again then the manager at Cash crusaders at Brixton said that we need to take this further because they have been strugglying to get the dixon tvs from repairs they have been crediting people but they find this very strange why they dont want to credit us for the TV the manager also asked Headoffice to Credit us for the tv but they told him we need to wait again for the TV

Desired outcome: Please we asked for Help to assist us as we cant do it on our own we have been strugglying we dont know what to do anymore

I would like to lay a complaint

I bought a dixon 55 inch tv and it costed R5000 and we had at for a week and it went into sleep mode did not want to come on again so my mom and i took it bqck to cash cracaders in welcom then the gave us anothee tv it worked for 9 months and then it went dead again we took it in again and they sent it in for repairs we got it back and it worked for one day how do u sell something that does not laat long and thw garantee has fallen away how do u expect poeple to by a tv and it does not work what do we now cause we dont have another tv please inform me about what steps to take next .

Cash Crusaders Steeldale

Good day I've been purchasing quite a lot of items from cash crusaders but to only realise for myself that on my receipts it states that I have loyalty points but when I go to my nearest cash crusaders store they continously are unwilling to assist and basically push me off as a customer asif to say I'm wasting their time I've seem posts from other clients complaining about this issue and besides for the horrible service from them I still have not been given the opportunity to redeem my loyaly points but also when Im Instore and enquire about the points accumulating according to my receipts I keep being told that the staff don't know anything about the loyalty points and that I should keep coming back the following day to speak to management which seems to never be available this is outrageous and if it could possibly be sorted out as soon as possible.. I refuse to receive such service as a loyal paying customer and have no issue taking my loyaly towards a different retailer which offers the same.

Cash Crusaders Acer Laptop.

I needed assistance with Cash about 2 months ago, So I gave the shop my laptop to the shop in aggrement for R1500 and a total of R1815 at the end of this month November due to documented reasons I missed the payment date for 26thNov. When I arrived at the shop this morning, I was told contract expired. My personal laptop is now on Sale for R3200 and I can no long be assisted above that accept for buying the laptop back. Is there any assistance after this or I can take this matter with Onbusdman for Short term insurance or Legal representation!?

Cash Crusaders Faulty mobile new mobile phone

My name is Xolani jali I bought a brandnew phone from our local store Kokstad Kzn and I was happy with it for only 2 weeks, it started to shut itself down, slowly, I went back 2 weeks later I was told it needed a software boost it's not damaged and that it can be boosted instore. When I went back for them to deal with the software another manager told me that the person I dealt with lied they will have to send it to Durban and it could take anything to a month my problem is how can a brandnew mobile phone suffer from software, I work for the real estate it is crucial for me to have a phone on hand how can I work without it for weeks nb! Bought a brand new dixon kettle 5 months ago.. Kettle not working anymore at all just tripping the electricity... Took it back to the store to have it replaced but was told to wait 21 days for repairs... What must I use in the meantime to get boiling water... Its a cash crusaders brand...

My name Samantha sheik I need to make a query I pond a fridge, tv, PlayStation and cellphone I would say couple weeks before the looting, so also before the looting happened my fridge, tv, PlayStation was on one slip, so I did not have all the money to take all my goods so my fridge n cellphone was looted, as when I took out the tv and PlayStation I paid the interest money on my fridge as well with the items I took out. so now I contacted the manager for cash crusader Bradley he tells me that I must pay the interest money for my cellphone and my fridge and I must also pay the money I borrowed I did advise him that I didn't ask all this to happen they did get paid by insurance, so why does he still want me to pay the borrowed money and the interest for my goods, I did buy my phone and fridge from cash crusader my haweui p5 2019 I paid 1800rands for it and my fridge 2500r so if I pay the interest and the borrowed money off my cell phone would be R850 so he will give me R950 for my cellphone, and my fridge was R1500 to pay back with intereste so he only going to give me a R1000 back this is totally nonsense cos my goods was worth a lot more, if this can't be resolved Asap I will have to take this to the highest authorities that's the obudsman

I bought two Rippa Game controller at cash crusaders Wonderpark on the 25/10/21 and i had issues with one of the controllers and decided to go back to the store for an exchange only issue is my helper misplaced the receipt tried searching for it but could not find it so i decided to use the bank statement which is proof that i bought the consoles there, when i got to the store i was assisted by a lady who called a manager named Michael Jacobs,

I explained to him that i lost my slip but i have a bank statement which i thought would be helpful so i can get an exchange, and what a Manager he Michael is cause he was like he can not assist me cause i lost the slip, i then asked if he can't re print since i have the bank card and bank statement as proof of my purchase then Michael's exact respond was "i wont be able to assist you cause you lost the slip and yes i can reprint the slip but i won't".

Just like that, i understand that i lost the slip but was it necessary for him to say he can print it but wont? personally i don't think he should be dealing with people cause he has no customer service at all he is not a peoples person at all. shows no remorse except the i don't care attitude.

i bought my air fryer, my sons laptop, my son's PS3, my blender, the PlayStation games, fan, pc screen and when i need an exchange m told they can print the slip but wont. how disappointing, just know you have lost me as a customer just hope other people don't go through what i went through

Thanks a million times Michael for showing me my money is not needed.

Cash Crusaders Figi pro note 1

I bought a phone end of July and 7 September the phone just switched off not charging not coming on nothing at all... Went back with the phone they told me I should leave it there for 14 to 21 days for repairs... And now it's over 21 days they are telling me it's not back yet... I want to travel honestly everything I was using that phone and I don't have money to buy a new one... I'm broken I don't know where to report this.

He was given a wrong model than what was advertised. The till slip shows the right item. But the physical item is wrong as appear on the attached picture. Cash Crusaders Rapper sunglasses

I bought rapper sunglasses in one of your branches 15 days ago and I didn't try them on since I was in hurry and I trust the product you sell, when I try to wear them on my arrival home I only find that they are too big, then I decided to return to store to exchange for another one that will fit me well, when I get to your store one of the sales consultant told me that she need to get authorisation from the manager, when the manager comes I can even see the answer from her face because of her facial expression, then she told me that she doesn't change sunglasses, I asked her what could be a reason, then she even left me without giving relevant answers. I'm very much disappointed about her behavior since I have never experience that from one of your store. I hoping my complaint will be resolved.

Desired outcome: I'm expecting the store manager to apologies and exchange the sunglasses since I won't be able to use them.

Cash Crusaders Aiwa car radio

I purchased a car radio on Friday 17 September 2021 at Cash Crusader Brits,
i was served by sales person by the name of Mosia Puseletso, o connected t the radio to my system and it shows it was defective the lower output is not working at all and only high output is working, so today i returned the radio back to the store and i am given a runaround and i drove all the way from Rustenburg to Brits which is in excess of 100km.

so please i request your intervention urgently please.

Cash Crusaders Selling defaulted items and refusing to refund

Hi,

Am highly disappointed with cash crusaders soshangueve, I spent R4500.00 one of the items I regret buying was a Bluetooth speaker Dixion for R1000.00, I've had the speaker less than 2 months and the speaker refused to connect, just went on and that was it, I went back to cash crusaders and asked why the speaker is on but does nothing after that, they then advised of return policy which I asked why was I not informed when I was buying the items then I would have never bought the speaker from cash crusaders. I asked for the consultant who was assisting me by the name Lebogang Legane in the time of the purchase, he lied to me and I advised him I remember clearly you did not, when he realized I remember he admitted to lying, till today im still been lied to when I query about the speaker, was advised on WhatsApp I will receive it on the 13th of September which was another lie.

As per my slip the product was never tested

When I follow up on WhatsApp they lie yet again, then I cant read out what the consultant is trying to say (bad grammar) when I call there is always loud music and they wonder why they cant hear me.

Cash Crusaders NEC projector

Hi, on the 11th of August, I bought a NEC projector from cash crusaders. I bought it to watch DSTV on it. We only got a chance t set it up a day or 2 later. When we turned it on the projectors colors a picture were bad, then 5 minutes later it turned off a refused to go back on keto powering off. I wanted to return it the next day but couldn't cause I was so busy at work and couldn't get time to do it, plus I wanted to prepare self to be disrespected and given the run around and that's exactly what is happening at the moment.10 days later I took it in and I'm still waiting for the projector I've been told everything from I'm a liar to I broke the bulb then they said not bulb I over worked the projector so the panicked up a seized. I've suggested swapping it for another projector or store credit, and I'm told blatantly they don't do that. I e tried everything to be patient an understanding, but I'm not a dog a don't deserve to be treated Ike one. I even bought another projector a week ago at branch and it's worse than I've ever seen. The week up to me buying NEC I bought a PS3 console a Sony projector and that one also wasn't great quality. But anyway 4 weeks is up a still I'm getting spoken to like a fool a still 6 weeks with nothing to watch, this is so unfair. Please help me, I can't carry on this way. They even brush me off when I say I'm going to the consumer complaints. I've tried a thousand times to find ways to resolve this and they keep making problems and are extremely rude a calling me names is so wrong. Thank you I'd appreciate your help Lee Hoder

My gf let me know now that they've not once contacted us on a update we've what's apped them many times a day to be treated badly an no update .some days we've rushed into store for them to brush away with a comment like we told you 4 weeks so wait 4 weeks .it wasn't 4 weeks it was 2 to 4 weeks .ontop of this all check the computer I'm a good an loyal customer I spend over 7k a month

I've bought a doodge phone at cash crusader, but it is got no guarantee now which is fine, I know I'm gonna pay for it to be repaired.The phone just needs to get the new screen so that it can work .Because of it is locked, so I can't be swiped to get it opened. It's been 3months since I've been waiting for their call to bring the phone to the store so that it could be repaired. So today going to them and find out what's happening it's been months I've been waiting for their.Their response was"We've been also waited for a year for these screens, we still don't have them"what kind of response is that, because they know exactly no other shops could repair these doodge phones.I'm not gonna buy their phones again, never in my life.

Cash Crusaders Poor service

I am writing to complain about the service that one of your branches has rendered to me. I pawned my laptop earlier this year (2021) and I have been paying my interest until present. The problem is I transferred the money to the given account. Number [protected] to pay for my laptop for this month on the 31st of August 2021 and used my id number [protected] as my reference now they are saying that they did not see the money on time and the laptop has been sent to another store for selling. Now the issue is I want to pay the balance and take it out as soon as possible before I leave for Johannesburg.

Another thing that i wish to ask is that on the receipt that i received on the day i pawned my laptop there is my phone number and email address, but it was never used to inform me anything regarding my item, so what is the purpose of taking my contact address if you not going to use it. I have been legally advised to write you this letter first as I have taken this case to my lawyer and I am hoping to receive a response within 3 working days.

The branch that i used is Cash Crusaders South Beach in Durban, and the help that i am receiving from your staff is inaccurate, their service is poor and they do not have time for customers.

One of your colleagues gave me her personal number to send her the proof of payment on whatsapp but now she is ignoring me. I will attach her photo along with the proof that I have for my payment. This is the number of one your staff that failed to help me [protected]

Cash Crusaders The service at Cash Crusaders in Boulders Midrand

March 2021 I bought a 10inch Samsung tablet at Cash Crusaders in Boulders Midrand. When I got home I discovered that it wasn't working well. The following day I returned it. They exchangesd it and gave me their product (10 inch Dixion tablet) and ihd to add extra amount since it was more expensive than the product ihd bought before. Few days later the screen broke. I brought it back on the 4 of April asking for help to fix it, since it doesn't have spare parts anywhere else on the market. They changed me R230 for quotation only., and I payed it. They said they were going to call me when it's ready. I never got a call till ihd to go in person. When I got there they were not even sure what's going on with it. They asked me to come the the following day. The next day I went and they me told to come Monday. Monday I went again and told to come next week.
For the past 6months ihv been going up and down once or twice a week getting the same response.
Sometime in July one coloured lady on the front desk told me that the shop was sold to someone else so they can't fix it anymore. I must go back home and wait for their call to collect my tablet. Later on in August a lady by the name Jane called me to come and add R550 on that R230 I payed at first for fixing. When I got there Jane was off duty. The whole staff who were on duty couldn't help me. They said they dont know anything about the payment so I must come back when Jane is in.
The following day she called me to come and pay, and I told her I was busy at work I will come when im free. Since ihv been coming there for a long time for nothing. I then went there after 3 days wanting to pay. Jane didn't want to talk to me. She just sent my tablet with someone to give me without any message. I asked the guy if it was fixed he said no. I then asked to see Jane, so she can explain whats happening since ihd payed for the service. She came to me with an attitude telling me to leave with it like that. I asked her why she was giving me back my tablet that is not fixed after 5 months. She shouted at me telling me to leave their shop and telling me about being a foreigner. Something that they had not told me when I was buying from them. I then said it's OK if you don't want to fix it you can just give me back my money that I payed. She said they don't refund. If I want it to be fixed now I must pay again another R230 for quotation, because I didn't pay for fixing on time. I asked her whose fault is it that it wasn't fixed on time. Because I brought it in April, and ihv coming here for 6 good months without getting any help.
I asked her how many times was I supposed to pay for quotation for the same tablet before they fix it, and how much I was supposed to loose. Because already ihd lost a lot. I bought it R1550, R230 quotation only, transport fee fo 6 months coming up and down when they ask me to come with no help. Yet they still want another R650 for fixing.
At first they said R550 for fixing. My tablet is still there, it's 6 good months now its not fixed. They are not even sorry for their poor service and delay.
The last time I was there they told me they were going to call me. I didn't get a call. So today 10 August 2021 I just popped again to ask what's going on.
She old me that they have increased the fixing amount. I must pay that amount or take my tablet and leave.

Cash Crusaders Pawn

Good day
I went into steeldale branch to block my son from selling or pawning stuff there I was assisted by Hein and his wife.
My son was in a serious car accident and has major brain damage that makes him think like a 12 to 15 year old
My son is 28 years old.
With brain injuries people tend to get addicted to addiction more easily. My son has gambling.
I went and spoke to Hein and his wife and asked them not to help my son futher.
They agreed and put a note on the system and blocked him.
He took his brand new Playstation 4 and sold it to hein knowing what I asked. I went and saw Hein and was treated terrible. Telling me to watch my son better and he was rude.
I want the Playstation back and will only pay what they gave as I did see them about this issue.
