Cash Crusaders Brand new laptop bag

I bought a new laptop bag, let me say that again brand new, whichbis supposed to carry a laptop obviously. The stitching on the straps of the bag is loose and wasn't done correctly. On the slip received it supposed to have signature of the staff member who did the sale stating that it was correctly checked for defects and such, obviously that never happened. I went into the store today to go and show the manager and get greeted with the most disrespectful hand shake, nevertheless explain my situation and get told by the manager it's been used and he won't replace it. Even though I have my original slip. Junior is the managers name. Do not shop at any cash crusaders as they are very unprofessional. Now I've wasted R300.00 on a broken item which was claimed to be brand new. To top it all off their head office number doesn't exist.

Cash Crusaders Selling of phone

I brought a samsung galaxy grand prime plus 2018 phone to sell it too cash crusaders welkom square in the free state in april 2019, the guy assisted me by testing the phone and all was in working order, they paid me R500 for the phone i left and all was fine in the meantime someone els bought the phone from them and used it for a while, the phone was sent to cell clinic in welkom and was told its blacklisted, when i took some other item too be sold in september then i was informed the phone i brought in april is not working and i must pay the R500 back, my ID was held back, the manager Fanie was so rude when i told him after all this months and someone els bought the phone used it now i am liable for everything which is not fair as the phone was in a working order when i took it in the day, i was never phoned which they had my number with the problem which i feel is still not my problem as the phone worked 100%, i paid the R500 back to them on the 31st of january 2020 cause i need my ID i had no choice i am laying this complain cause i feel i was unfairly treated and i want answers and feel R500 must be paid back to myself

Cash Crusaders Cell phone, - doogee x70 and doogee x90l

Dear Si r/ Madam

We act on behalf of Mr. Oliphant, who is a legalwise member, and as such entitled to our assistance.

Kindly find attached hereto, the following for your kind attention:

1. Cash Crusaders Tax Invoice;
2. Emails to Cash Crusaders.

Our instructions are, that during October 2019, our client purchased a Doogee X70. During December 2019, our client's Doogee X70 began giving problems, and our client then booked same in at your Uitenhage branch for repairs.

Our client was after time, contacted and informed that the Doogee X70 cannot be repaired, as the inside board is faulty, and the parts cannot be found. Thereafter, our client was told he cannot be refunded, and is to take a different phone in place of same, namely, a Doogee X90L. Kindly note, at no point did our client want another phone in place of the faulty one, and wanted a refund, of which your Uitenhage branch refused.

According, to the NCR, at no such time, can a client/customer be refused a refund, if and when the purchased item, is faulty, and unable to be repaired, and not due to the client/customers wrong doing.

In light of the above, we hereby request, that our client return the Doogee X90L, and be refunded in full, in order to amicably finalise this matter, without having to proceed with further legal steps.

Kindly provide your urgent response herein.

I'm having the same problem as above with my two daughters phones I bought in November 2019. I bought the phones as a Xmas present and I went back the same day with the phone not taking/ reading that there is a sim card in. I went back every day and then all of a sudden both the Dooggee phones dont want to charge and not it doesn't switch on at all. Its been in for repair for 3 weeks already and now telling me the small little crack in the corner is causing the phone not to come on and also that is why the battery dont charge. I have never heard something like this in my life. Now they also say the other one has software issues. I'm taking this further. I just spoke to the Branch manager and told me I need to pay R820 to fix the phone and replace the battery. My kids didn't even use the phone for a week and its my fault that the battery doesn't work.
Why do they sell something to you and say you have warranty on it and then all of a sudden you have to pay..

Cash Crusaders lg phone

Good day. My name is Takalani phone number [protected]. On 16 january 2020 I panw my LG phone in a Cash Crusader store, the one in Dobsonville mall in Gauteng. I paid the outstanding amount I owe them and take my phone back yesterday on the 28th. My phone's battery was full the day I brought it but yesterday when I fetch it it was empty. When I open it soo that I insert my sim card I realized that the battery is not the same one that I brought with the phone since I know that my original battery have an LG logo on it and the one which is on the phone doesnt have a logo. I also then realize that they also change my back cover with the one that have a paint that is wearing off. I tell the store manager whose name is Siya my story before I even leave the shop. I elaborate my story and tell him that the same phone I used to panw it to the Cash Cruisader in Rooderpoort and what happened it never happened before. The manager didn't even want to try to figure out what might have happened and he just told me that what I am saying is impossible since it is only him and the other guy that enters the goods storage room, I to myself suspected that he might be involved in changing my battery and back cover of my phone or mybe he is protecting the other guy who have access. With no other choice I have, I decided to go home and charge my phone. As to no suprise, I found out the battrey only last for 4 hours whereas it used to last for the whole day. Please, help me, this is a day light robbery

cash crusader denlyn mamelodi crossing has employees who do not understand what customer serivces is about, there rude, disrecpectful and dishonest in their services towards customers and the head offices is not even useful. it seem as if they dont care about what the consumer needs. from the front of house the lady by the name of danti nombuso.

every time a complaint is made to the head office it falls on deaf ears. franchies onwers needs to take accountability of the lack of customer service and deflaut goods provided to consumers.

Cash Crusaders Broken tv

21/05/2018, I purchased a LG Tv at the cost of R3000. The salesperson convinced me that the TV is brand new as it was on a shelf that was named brand new. The assistant who was helping to choose a TV then reffered me to an other assistant who helped with the purchasing of the Tv. 09/01/2019 the Tv started to continuously switch off after a period of time which according to the way I was convinced that it's brand new and fell within the warranty of a year, on day 15/01/19 I returned it to the shop and I was refused to be given the services of the convinced contract stating that the Tv wasn't new.

Cash Crusaders Racism

It's the first time in along time and I'm stumped and would like to hear from everyone what your opinion is ...
I witnessed a Black Male employee Cash Crusaders (Durban, KwaZulu-Natal) call a Non-Black Male Customer a [censored]ing K*F*R and literally for no reason there are recordings/footages of the entire occurrence and everything was light hearted and jovial with all other staff members and he who wasn't even part of the conversation passed this comment assuming the victim wouldn't know because he spoke in Zulu little did he know.

I, the eyewitness did understand Isizulu and completely understood what he said.

Isn't this equivalently a criminal offense as it would have been should the victim have been the one to say it?

Is it fine to:
1. As an employee of a national chain store swear someone for literally no reason( while I don't generally believe this type of a story this one is on record so it isn't a one sided story)
2. Call anyone the "K" word as long as they aren't black because only a black person has the right to be offended by the derogatory and historically disgusting word?

Cash Crusaders Fridge and washing machine

Good Morning
I sincere believe Cash Crusader in Pretoria North Wonder park shopping centre don't take Customer very serious, since I had loan my fridge and Washing Machine there has been any communication with regard to payment and as I had been trying to get hold of them and no response, I've whatsapp and call but no answer on how to pay for my stuff via online Banking since I'm not around Pretoria in Bloemfontein for the Holidays and I'm scared they now took my stuff and communication was send to me.

Cash Crusaders Service

Good day

Regarding very bad service at the welkom branch and im not happy with your employee rhodian at the buy and sell department.
I went there with a family member on the 30th of december to go and found out about selling a few gold valuables.
As he gave me another price last week. He said look at the board with the advertisement look at the board.. He kept on saying very very rude look at the board
The price changed this morning on the 30th for the gold prices, with a couple of ladies who was just behind us, were talking to one another about a new born baby.. He rudely said.. To loud to them about 2 times

We always feel welcome as cash crusaders but what we experienced today
We are not happy with rhodian
This was the 2nd time that we didn't receive the best services, I wouldn't be surprised if there is more complaints against rhodian

I'll be more pleased if my complaint can be resolved, as of know I don't see a reason to go and try to engage with the store manager as she refused to assist nor hear my story yesterday.and they should have rectify their times on my receipt to make me aware of it.so I was totally robbed and unfairly treated.

Cash Crusaders skateboard

Good day. On Saturday I bought a skateboard at the kabega park branch. My daughter used it for 5 minutes and the wheel part broke. On Monday I returned to the store and was told sorry no guarantee on this item. It was brand new ? I felt it was very unfair so the manager said he will ask the supplier and deposit my refund the next day. No one called yet. So I guess they will brush this under the carpet. I would like my refund please. The lady Channel also wasted my time. She promised to keep a TV aside for me. When I got to the store she said sorry the special was over... but when I spoke to her on the phone she said she has it all ready and the paperwork was done. Cash Crusaders lg 32 cm smart tv

I visited the store in bethlehem branch and when we wanted to buy tv(mentioned above)the lady by the name Fathima requested tv licence or identity document and she checked on the system and it appeared that there is outstanding amount of R196 for licence, I explained to her that I do pay licence on monthly basis and provided proof to her as per sms for that deduction then she went to her manager by the name Adam after some time she came back to say I must bring proof (bank statement )den we can have tv but before they proceed with anything I had to drive 22 Km return to fetch my bank card so dat I can get statement, on my return the very same Fathima talk me that his manager is now refusing /denying me to purchase drive because of that outstanding balance .they made me drive 22 km to my place then back for nothing, instead of checking with SABC for clarity or they should have said to me is not possible for me to buy that tv .why did I have to lose money or petrol for nothing or is this how cashcrusaders operate and as customer who's is going to refund my petrol money in this matter or I should take this matter with Ombudsman hope I will get respond in this matter

Cash Crusaders dismal service

Addressed to the manager: Rashika

As a manager and brand ambassador, you should pride yourself in providing the best customer service possible and ensuring that your customers are treated fairly.
What I experienced at your store today (12/11/2019) was dismal.
If your label says "3 months laybye", you should comply with my offer to purchase and not decline me with the reason that your store policy states that it must be on the floor for 7 days before someone can lay bye an item. No where in the store was that displayed .
And by then printing a label stating "no laybyes" and sticking it on that product, do not for once think that, that was an ethical solution.
What about all the other products in the store which are labelled incorrectly?
If you, as a manager do not value customer service then how do you expect your staff to follow suit?

give them the go ahead about 1 1/2 months ago just to find out

I have a complaint in regards to the manager at Sunnyside cash crusaders, the manager literally lied to the head office about me refusing to give him my password.

firstly i had an issue with my iPhone 7 that i recently purchased at cash crusaders on the 16th of October after a week the phone had technical problems, i returned the phone on the 19th i explained my issues to him in regards to the phone he sent me home and told me to update the phone, i went and updated the phone, i returned the phone the phone still had issues, when i got to the shop on the 19th he didn't even come to check on the phone or rather show his presence as a "Manager" instead he refereed me to a sales consultant.
after a week, i called to check up on my phone, I spoke to a sales consultant and i was told my phone is still not back so today i decided to call after 14days
and i was told they needed my password, as a Customer i'm allowed to ask questions in terms communication barer, why wasn't i called if i didn't communicate with the team at cash crusaders they wouldn't have communicated with me. the fact that the manager had the audacity to lie and say i refused to give him my password is distorting, what i like about company phone calls is that they are recorded.

i want my issue to be addressed because as a customer i didn't like the way i was handled, poor customer service, lack of managerial skills, and communication skills.

Cash Crusaders complaining about the assistant manager carlie

Hi I want to lay a conplaint against uitenhage eastern cape's cash crusaders the owner is louis and the manager is yolanda, I started Tuesday as a temporary worker but I worked my [censored] off and only took 15mins sometimes 10mins lunch break just to make sales and yesterday I sold an amp but the client assisted on that amp because of the budget and told him big speakers will blow the amp and andrew also told him that and we said that there will be no refunds if it blows and today the client brought it back carlie the assistant manager refunded him and she yelled at me behind the counter at the till before all the clients and the workers because I didn't ask her but andrew said I should just go and let the client pay because the client assisted on that amp after I told him everything but even if the assistant manager just told me nicely in her office about it I just would have payed for the amp but ahe embarrassed me infront om my client and colleagues that I shaked when I helped my client and I cried because I felled embarrassed infront of all those people and freddie a sales rep told me if she is not happy with how you merchandise the way she wants it she throws everything of the shelves and you have to pay for it but just because she embarrassed me infront of clients and my colleagues I am quitting tomorrow I really liked the job because CC is my favourite place actually was I am a valuable client I bought games there when I was in gr.3 and am now 20 and still did but will no more buy anyway thing in a CC ever and will tell everyone about this because I am not a dog for the assistant manager to yell at me infront of clients and my colleagues that I cried and doneal asked my if I am crying but said no because of how embarrassed I was and some of the sales reps are trying to get rid of us me corne du preez, brandon lee and damian grunlingh because yolanda said that if they dont make their target they will be fired and we get their jobs I really worked my as off and today the newbie me's target was the most so I want this complaint to get to the owner of uitenhages CC louis to get this complaint and also the head office and if I dont hear anything within one week of the owner I will give CC a bad review because carlie is throwing away a great place your name. Only one week I am giving to hear from the owner not the manager only owner just so that he can know whats going on in his business because he is never there. [protected]@gmail.com

Cash Crusaders no response to queries

According to your advertisements all over jacaranda fm and online it is effortless to sell your goods... Everything but! More than a month ago I uploaded photos of goods up for sale on your website and have not received any feedback yet. About four weeks ago my husband spoke to a person at your silverton branch and that person could not end the call fast enough, not even listening to my husband's queries etc. Two weeks ago I also sent emails to the addresses as on your website, also no feedback. Pathetic!

I am extremely disappointed in cash crusaders services bought a brand new Dixon washing machine suddenly drain pump stop working. I called in few times spoke to salesperson Ronnel nothing much was done.

Cash Crusaders dixion speakers

I purchased speakers in Goodwood mall for my work on the 30 August we only use them when we having events on and on we used them twice since we bought them. They stooped working and I returned them yersterday, the sales man promised to book them in for repairs. Today they called saying they cannot fix the speakers because they have been opened, off which they were never touched since they stopped working.
