Casey's employee

On June 10th, My wife and I went into this Casey's, as we used to do quite frequently, and purchased around sixty dollars worth of fuel, which we do about every two weeks or so. We went into the store to pay for our purchase and there was a woman, her name is Lydia Woods working in this store. I have never seen this woman before and my wife pointed her out to me, as she has been making allegations about her at her other job, so what I thought, I walked over and ask her to smile for the camera, and she did, a very big flirty smile. No big deal, I walked over payed for my fuel then left. No other words were said. Four hours later the Medicine Lodge Police Department showed up at my home, it is after 10:P.M. and I am in bed, but I get up and answer the door. Turns out she has now decided to say I was harassing her and calling her names, not so, but whatever. I let it go and nothing else was said, the officer took the report and left. Today, I see she is making up more to her story in a form of harassment trying to intimidate me, for what ever reason I do not know, however, this is unprofessional actions of a store employee if you ask me. Several days after this had taken place, my step daughter ordered a pizza and went to pick it up, well it was not made, guess who took the order! I do not really care about this woman in any way, but I do think it is wrong for her to harass people just because of who they are, I guess if she is to remain in your store our family will have to take our business elsewhere since she has no intent on serving us, but seems rather bent on harassing our family. I need to make a correction, it was June 17th, not the 10th as I was reminded by the officer this weekend! My apology for any inconvenience. The 10th was a separate incident at another location with different people.

I agree as well! Taking a photo of an employee while at work is very disrespectful! You should have known you were in the wrong by doing that. You are the problem here, not her!

YOU took her picture, even though you admit you didn't know her. Why did you take her picture? Now, you've gone and posted her photo online at a public website and made allegations against her. It sure seems like harassment to me.

Casey's large half cheese and half pepperoni

This is supposed to be a large half cheese half pepperoni.. not sure what happened? Was told 15 min wait.. once I got there to pick up.. lady hadn't even had it in the oven yet.. another 25 Min wait .. waiting patiently. After getting home which literally is like 3 mins if even pizza was very greasy, soggy and my husband asked if I had a car accident on the way home by the looks if it.. no management on duty at time, one older lady(pizza maker) rude and [censored]y to customers as others were waiting on their pizzas that weren't done on time either.. sometimes it doesn't pay to go the more convenient route.. sad to say this Casey's in viola Illinois had gone down hill in their kitchen. 2 nights prior ordered daughter a cheeseburger on easy home from her softball game.. as I got there they were packing it.. bun was very soggy, had to put it on another bun from home for her to eat and enjoy 😞

Casey's I am complaining about a specific employee.

In Glenwood, Minnesota Caseys General store...

Your Employee Felicia Stewart was very disrespectful to me as a human being. talks blackmail behind my Girlfriend and I's back saying that my "Girlfriend is [censored]ing her man" to other customers. and in this small town, this unsightly and Direct Falsification has damaged my Girlfriend's and my own public appearance. We have been misappropriated in the eyes of the public due to your employee's misdeeds and outright Harassment.
I have gone as far as totally avoiding your store due to your employees' behaviour and have urged others to do the same.
This Station used to be the only Convenience store I used at all in this town but I have since started to go a mile or two out of my way to purchase anything I would have normally gone to you to purchase.

Casey's I feel the manager violated the hyppa law

The manager told a vendor the reason for me leaving the job was because I supposedly didn't want to lose state benefits, which is not true. She also told Health and Human Services that when they called to verify I was no longer with the company. I never stated that, in fact the reason I left was, I felt I was being targeted and kinda bullied by said manager.

Casey's not full time

Hello I wish I work for the Casey's On west 23rd in Fremont Nebraska I've been there about a year I have asked to be full time my store manager refuses to make me full time and she allows the ones who call in all the time to be full time and I've stayed later come in on my day off I don't want her to know I'm filing this complaint but my name is Ursula I've talked to her boss and it hasn't gotten anywhere. Casey's osage city store manager

hi i couldn't find how to contact HR
im an employee at the caseys in osage city ks
i was working the opening shift a few mornings ago and the kitchen manager asked me if i was able to stay and cover the last 2 hours of his shift i told him i had stuff to do that day and he said stacey the store manager was supposed to ask me and she never did he said he didnt hear anything after that so he thought it was covered and now cant find anyone else .. it being 3am at that time so when she came in we asked her who she found she told me "you. do you have a problem with that?" i said well its kind of aggravating i have stuff to do my life is just as important as anyone else she then was extremely hateful told me to leave and then dropped my hours from 31 to 19 a week.
i have bills to pay and children to feed and that particular morning my mother in law and sister in law needed me to drive them to the hospital in overland park because everyone else that was able to drive passed away last year . i do not think someone who is so volitile and has such temper tantrums in a place of business should be managing it .

Casey's holding charge

Casey's General Store gas station put a hold on my account for less than $20 gas purchase of $125. I understand a hold being put on account as I have had it done many times but never as excessive as $125. Customer service insisted it was my bank setting the dollar amount and my bank insisted it was Casey's. So now I'm in a run around trying to find out who is holding my money and I have had no help from either end. As of now I am boycotting Casey's and I have a lot of friends who have the same banking institution as me who I guarantee will never go to Caseys either.

Casey's bad management

First off I love the Casey's company and have loved working for Casey's. I recently transferred to a different Casey's and quit because of my store manager. I've been having car trouble and have tons of witnesses to prove that I have been. Made it to work after the dealer ship fixed part of my car. Mainly fuel sensor work and water in the tank just enough to get me by before I actually take it. I drove through several tornado warnings and arrive at work to find out my boss has been telling everyone she thinks my car troubles we're made up and I was lying about having trouble. Wouldn't let me call off I tried all because she assumed I was lying. I have worked for a great manager before the transfer. I follow the book and work hard. I left the store I transferred to because I didn't want to be discriminated against and bullied because my manager assumed that I was lying. I feel demoralized and violated now as a person and employee. I never thought this could happen working for a great company. Personal matters/assumptions/feelings should not be present in the work place because it is unfair to employees who are going through hard times.

Casey's managers

I am a former employee at caseys . Roscoe location on bridge street. The management there is awful. They pick favorites. My manager laurie miller called me too weak for management . I busted my butt above and beyond and never got recognition. Just more yelling and complaining how something wasn't done when she was making me do 5 other things already. She was always after me, even ask the employees. They would send me home when I would be done early then considered it unexcused and wrote me up. I walked out . I was done being their dog. Also, everytime the main boss came in they would make us clean everything right before to make it look like caseys is a happy and clean place to work . WRONG. Sometimes they feed people weeks old food and never care. Sub station is always dirty. Ants crawl everywhere. It's disgusting . I believe she should be fired. I loved my job so much until she came after me for no reason. Never going to caseys again and I'm spreading the word about how disgusting the place is until something is done. They deserve respect from managers and team work. Not locking yourself in the office and bossing people to do stuff for you when your in the middle of rush hour. I was an amazing worker and kept the place tip top but then she gets on me for everything. Ask for help and they say they will then will come back one hour before you leave and ask if you still need help . Utterly disrespectful. One more thing, she also calls in people when she "doesn't feel like going in " . Then this person she asks already worked 6 days in a row. Casey's product/ service

This will be the second complaint I have written. I sent a complaint on Saturday, April 13, 2019 on the Cadiz Ky Store. I call in a delivery at 500 pm and at 838 pm 31/2 hours later numerous phone calls my large supreme pizza and bread sticks along with an extra order that I did not want finally got to my house. It's important to note that I literally live less than 1/4 of a mile from the Casey's in Cadiz! I ask not once but twice for the GM to call me during this 31/2 hour ordeal! Never happen, I sent in a complaint, again no call just a form letter apologize and asking for my mailing address. Not one time was I asked what I order . Today I received a coupon for 1 large single topping pizza! What a joke, I spent almost 25.00 including tip to a driver who was rude after I waited 31/2 hours and your response is to send me a one topping pizza! My question is who trains your stores and who trains your complaint department! Every one of them need to be fired! What a poor excuse of satisfaction service! I would be ashamed of myself if I treated customers like this! I need a response because I will continue to complain until I get one! Casey's customer service

An employee at the store in grand rapids mn named Rose was very rude when inwas on there today (April 19th, 2019) she made a statement saying that people like me should be tied up and burned to death. I think this is not right. I spoke with another employee about it because the manager was not there and that employee told the manager Jeremey and he said i will talk to her when i have time. This isnt the first time there have been issues with this employee and everytime noting is done about it... I am looking to speak with someome higher up that will actually do something about it. Casey's whole store

When you only get a half hour for lunch you would expect food to be ready at the prime time of the day! 12-1 pm Every stinkin time i go in there, there is NO hot food ready. Just today i asked if there was any food coming up. The employee finally got off her lazy but (sitting down drinking a soda) and said, "oh well, maybe, umm uhhh ok i guess i can throw something in the oven. ARE YOU SERIOUS! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! I had it the other day, i came in to pay for gas and a soda, the girl never made eye contact, never smiled, wouldn't even ask if i needed a recpt NOTHING! I have heard many people in our community complaining about the same thing. I will make sure that I NEVER go back to this place again!

To whom it may concern, I don't know if you have training for your management, but the manager at the Belle Plaine KS, (Lisa), is very rude and unprofessional for having a position that deals with customer service, overheard her down talking employees, should be reevaluated and retrained, I'm sure I will send more complaints to you for every time I go to your store in Belle Plaine, Thank you.

Casey's manager and female assistant manager

I am a very regular at the Plymouth, Indiana Casey's. I am surprised the manager Nancy is still with the company as is the assistant manager Karyn. All they do is [censored] about the employees and never good. They will tell anyone who will listen. The male assistant manager does a wonderful job and all the manager does is complain. She needs to be gone as does the female assistant. The manager has family working there which I understand is wrong. Employees don't want to stay because of the way they are treated. Yet the manager does not help out her store by doing the dirty work. Like cleaning or cooler work. Cooler is always naked. The male assistant always apologizes yet he seems to be the only one who cares. Kudos to him! Something really needs to be done as this could be a pleasant place to work. Years ago it was when the male manager was there. Those two need to quit gossiping and do their job!

Casey's pepsi 2ltr bottles

I went into the nearest casey's store to buy a 2 ltr bottle of diet pepsi and there was a sign that said 2/$3.00 so I thought that was a great deal. Took the bottles up to the counter and they rang of the bottles and it came to $4.?. I said to the young man that there was a sign that said 2 for $3.00 he turned and asked a lady and she went over to the bottles and proceeded to take the sign down and said that the sale ended yesterday 2-28-19. Of course the sign had not been taken down in time I I went into that store today 3-1-19 at 12:30pm. Where I work when a sign is left up and not taken down we honor that price and make sure the sign is taken down. The lady would not honor that so I ended up only buying 1 bottle and I will not go back to that store.

Casey's service

I'm not sure what happened on Sunday, the 17th of February. Normally Casey's is a great place - new, but still great. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. When we arrived to pick it up I had to wait about 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was even there. I picked up the pizza and went to pay for it - I stood in line behind 5 people for over 5 minutes. The person running the register did give me a discount on the pizza for having to wait so long to pay for it. Then we get home and it's a pepperoni pizza without the mushrooms. Casey's is a nice place and normally great pizza. I hope it doesn't turn into a run of the mill 7-11 store.

Casey's employee rude behavior

There is a cashier, amanda I believe is her name who is very rude to people who play the lottery. She gets an attitude with them as soon as she sees them with lotterty slips. And forget it if you have coupons she will not use them she pretends she doesn't know however she has worked at 3 stores and done lottery around the area. I thineed she is very rude and I will no longer shop at any place she works

Casey's fountain pop.

I am a customer of the New London Casey's. And in the past few months I have noticed that the fountain diet products mostly the diet Pepsi has become very watered-down very little flavor I have said something before but the problem continues. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I tried it again this evening and it's not palatable. I love stopping in for pizza and sub sandwiches and other items but I cannot tolerate the fountain pop this problem has one on far too long and needs to be remedied. I have no problem buying it somewhere else and having it at least taste reasonable it's just has no flavor. I have stopped at a lot of other Casey's in been able to purchase fountain pop that tastes very good and normal but not at the one in New London it needs to be addressed.

Casey's substitutions on pizza

I believe it is absolutely ridiculous to mandate no substitutions on pizza. Why should I have to pay extra to leave off the sausage members of my family are unable to eat and substitute mushrooms. You can not seriously expect me to believe that you are incuring any additional cost with this request. This is nothing more than a blantent attempt to gouge the unexpecting public. I assure you that I will no longer be patronizing your establishment.

Casey's coffee

It's funny how every other day only one of the cappuccino selections is out of order. Or nobody wants to take the time to change it. When you only have so much time in the morning and stopping here turns out to be a waste of time. It's so inconvenient. So from now on my morning fill up, my kids snacks, and my time will be spent elsewhere. At least I can make on stop and get what I need for my day someplace else vs. coming here and just having to go somewhere else anyway.
