Well to start I live in portageville missouri and after 10pm have no choice but to go to caseys and I remember back in 2013 there was a manager there that really had that place nice to go to he had a very good and helpful crew well he is still with caseys he has moved up the latter and im so proud of him he deserves it his name is richard moore. Now since he left this place is terrible employes not in proper dress and not trained well at all and most of the time after midnight there is suppose to be 2 employes and there is only 1 because the other one leaves while on the clock and goes off with friends I have seen this then they come back and do a little more work but as of today there is only 1person up there that seems to be very good at his job in the kitchen area his name is nick the rest need help bad. I actually had to tell a kitchen person how to make a taco pizza and a sub sandwhich over the phone its crazy. I really wish someone from corprate would sceduale a trip to this store or do a undercover boss thing and try to get this store back in shape the managers are not helpful so if anything is said to them it just goes in one ear and out the other.

Casey's management

I was an employee and I was treated very rudely amd it says my status is terminated when I gave notice to quit. I was there a few weeks and the reason I was quitting is imthe management is very mean to the employees. It does not matter how good you work. If you forget one thing the are mean.
The training was horrible. Your basically learn as you go.
The took shifts from me after I gave 2 week notice. On my last night I had 1 foot in the door and the assistant manager amanda screamed at me in front of store employees and customers that nothing was done the prior night. That was not entirely true.. We had an employee walk out and I covered for them and did front work as well. I was an extra they replaced me with a new cashier who was there working in my place. I would like someone to call me besides the manager and assistant manager about this and please change my status to quit from terminated. I walked out after I was humiliated and screamed at. She said if I didnt like it I could leave so I left.
I was told if I had an complaints of harrassment when I was hired I could go to kim the manager even if its about her she is the one I go to. That doesnt seem right there is nobody above these woman there? Such big power trips those woman have.

Casey's card readers

My husband's and my Visa debit cards each have repeatedly been declined multiple different days. We have plenty of funds every time. We have contacted our bank and even replaced my card with brand new one. Still no luck being able to spend our money at either location. Cashiers are non cooperative with assisting. We have been loyal customers for many years. It's too bad we are unable to remain loyal due to your inadequate services.

Casey's service of a worker

I'd like to complain about a very rude worker at the caseys in britt IA. Her name is Kasey Brown shes been working there for a few weeks and everytime I've been in there shes been very snobby and disrespectful. She went as far to flick me off and then laugh about it to another worker at the store. I'd like something to be done about this, it's very rude and childish behavior and if it continues I will just choose a gas station to go to.

Casey's Bashing me

To whom it may concern:

I go in to get a few things for the cashier to yell out for every one in the store can hear ur hubby have a bad check they will be a lawsuit filled against the Casey's in Amboy Il my number is [protected] call or further action will be taken cause we did not know we had a check with them. This matter needs to be resolved ASAP. If not the matter will be taken further and this isn't a joke, it's embarrassing

Casey's employee

Took my kids to buy goodies at the gas station. Cashier/Manager was rude since we walked up to the counter. I tried pushing our stuff more towards her to make it easier on her and she stopped me. She said I was only going to confuse her. I was only trying to help. She could have been nice about it. And there was a toy on the counter that my daughter picked up to see. And immediately she told her to put it down. I told her she was just looking at it. That she wasn't going to steal it and she told me that if kept on touching it, then it wouldn't sell. It's not like she was taking it apart or anything. She bagged my stuff and I asked her to double bag on of the bags because it was heavy and she made this dirty face. She should be putting an example of how to treat customers, but apparently she needs to work somewhere else where she doesn't treat people like that. She was racist. I am a US Citizen and do not deserve to be treated like that. Her name was Pamela.

Casey's manager has felony and is still there!

I was the assistant manager at Store 1324 in Aurora, MO, but was fired by the brand new boss for "working off the clock."
She had already threatened I would be written up if I went into overtime any more. (My Store Manager quit end of March & I had a lot of responsibilities on me because Lezlie Barker {Area Supervisor} did not hire anyone until the end of May), so, yes, I took on a lot of extra things because I had no other choice as there was no store manager. Per Lezlie, Alexis Gamroth (the Store Manager I am writing to report) fired me June 25, 2019. The day in question was the prior Tuesday 06/18/2019 - truck day .. truck had been delivered & I was the only employee working until after 8:30 PM, when shift help came until 11:00 close. Look at the customer count for that day .. I was slammed with customers, but things still had to be done for the donut shift to run smoothly & also, it's part of my job to do X, Y, Z! Since I had already been told I would be written up if I went into overtime, I was in a dilemma .. so I made a judgement call & clocked out & finished my work.
Look up Alexis Gamroth on Missouri Courts website, CaseNet. She has FELONY charges & was also charged with POSSESSION OF DRUGS!
This is absolute insanity — I got fired for working off the clock & Alexis has a felony & she's still there - handling Casey's money, accessing all things SECURE that only management can access ..
Wow, Casey's. I think y'all should reinstate me as manager (or assistant manager for crying out loud!), and get rid of a felon!
That's really representing your brand well! Casey's doesn't employ felons!

Wow wow wow, seeing how you want to blame and shame everyone else you should atleast be honest Jessica B about your faults. First off you were not only let go for working off the clock but also taking merchandise out of store without paying for it... She could have had the police involved for stealing which then possibly could have resulted in a felony for Miss Goody herself! And then the drug comment, might clean your own back yard before you go digging out someone else's cause everyone knows yours was / is dirtier than Alexis Gamroths ever has been. Don't shame others over your jealousy, you weren't qualified for the job get over it

Casey's ex employee complaint

I was hired by Nichol at the store located in Columbia Missouri on Clark Lane. While at this store, the FIRST day I advised Nichol not to schedule me on 8/15/2019 due to me and my gf being put out of our apartment and having to move. She stated schedule had been made already when clearly that day I came in was my onboarding day and she was also making the schedule at the time I was doing my onboarding. She promised me full time hours and I was working only part time. During my employement there, Nichol was approached more than once by myself and other employees about another employee sexually harassing them. Nichol did not take care of the issue and also stated that no one ever came to her about the situation. She also stated that I never came to her about needing 8/15 off to move. There's employees that has stolen out of the register, doing drugs and buying drugs on the property that is still working there currently all known by Nichol. When I asked for my job back later that day on 8/15, Nichol texted me and told me I could keep my job but to come and see her the next morning. I came in around 10:30am on 8/16 just for her to tell me that I can no longer work there. I feel like I've been completely lied to from the beginning about my hours I will be able to work. Myself and others have reported sexual harassment to Nichol about another employee and Nichol claims she talked to the female individual twice. I get let go or not accepted back at work because I had to move out of my place but an employee can sexually harrass me and another employee and still continue to have their job. I worked my butt of for Nichol and this company and I feel that I am being discriminated against. This isn't fair to me nor to other employees working at this store location. Me and another employee asked to relocate to another store and we were rejected in that transfer by Nichol. All I want is my job back because I feel that I did nothing wrong but made a mistake by quitting when I didn't want to quit and then was told I can have my job back just to show up the next day to be told I can no longer come back. The sexual harassment hasn't been handled and is still currently going on with another employee. Please investigate and look into these matters. Casey's could be sued for not handling a Sexual harassment complaint.

Casey's pumps printouts

When I buy gas I always get a receipt. I like to pay at the pump so I don't have to go inside, this is the whole purpose of paying at the pump. This particular gas station never has paper in the machine. This is very irritating and I have stopped buying my gas there. The Casey's in next town always has paper in their machines, I think it comes down to lazy employees.

Casey's becky the supervisor

On 08/13/2019 around 8:30 am the supervisor disrespects me by telling me I need to find somewhere to go and go now.. I was a paying customer also... Now my wife Felicia Matthew s is a Employee of this same store... When I left the store. Becky the supervisor (threatened) Felicia and told her if I ever came back in her store she was fired... Now I've contacted my Attuerney and he told me I need to put it in black in white and we will get the LAW SUIT.. ROLLING NOW I DONT BY ANYMEANS WANT TO GO THREW THIS BUT IF SOMETHING IS NOT DONE THEN MY ATTUERNEY SAID IN 7 BUSINESS IF ACTION IS NOT TAKEN THEN WE WILL SEE U IN COURT.. have a grate and blessed day

Casey's cook

I called in for a pizza, they told me it would be about 15 mins! Plenty of time for me to drive the ten mins or so in there. I get there and the cook has a white T-shirt on and it was pulled up half way up her back with her red thong showing, black pants around her mid thigh. I caught her name tag and it said Barbra. She's is just starting to build a sand which for another customer! I go to pay and I'm standing there when one of the ladies ask what I needed! I told her I need to pay for a pizza that I ordered and I told her my name and she ask and it hasn't even been started cooking here it's been twenty mins now! I asked the young girl who was going to ring me up, if it had even been started cooking and she said no. Barbra was visiting with the sand which guy! I told her I wasn't going to wait another 15 20
mins for the pizza and walked out! Poor service and very unacceptable attire wear for people to be coming in and seeing ladies garments! What if there would have been children! Very disappointed in the store here!

Casey's the whole store and several employees

This store is a discrace from the curb appeal, to the trash blowing around outside, to a discusting mess inside. How long are they going to let the broken down trailer sit in the lot? The windshield fluid to clean your windows is always filthy dirty. The bathrooms are never clean and I wouldn't be surprised if someone catches a disease by just walking in. The refrigerated open cooler that holds the sandwiches, fruit, and yogurts is always leaking and they never have the water mopped up that is leaking out from under it so they put out cones or people walk through it. The old lady that makes/helps make the pizzas needs to get another job as she is always messing up the pizza orders and is a walking/shuffling hazard for this store. The ceiling vents above the two main doors on the inside are leaking/dripping onto anyone and everything that walk in and out of this store. We do generally go to most casey's as we do generally appreciate the value you get here but this casey's is by far the worst casey's or gas station we have been to. We are locals and try to keep our business local but this gas station is a discusting mess. Maybe the first to go should be the lazy manager "wayne" as he doesn't do [censored] for this store. You would be better off bulldozing it down and building brand new. Try to mimic the casey's in lincoln on 48th and pioneers area (just north about a block) - now that's a decent casey's. Clean this caseys up, we locals deserve it! It is way too small for the need and location. Syracuse nebraska's love's gas station blows this casey's out of the water - another gas station to learn by and try to mimic.

Casey's pizza not as ordered x2 breadstick burned chicken

orderd pizza online at this store. Recieved product took into house and saw for starters that the cheese sticks are burned. Pepporoni pizza should of been half cheese half pep. The BBQ Pizza was only a little sauce. Ordered a bacon cheesburger and they sent a cheesburger instead. Called about my order I was transfered to I believe the cook for the night. I told him my order was wrong. Trying to explain that the pep pizza I recieved should of been hald cheese and half pep. He told me I was wrong that it did not say that. And that the cheese sticks come out burned and those are right. I start6ed trying to explain about the BBQ. He kept on arguing with me. So I stated you are going to keep on arguing with me so i hung up.

Casey's poor customer service

I went into the Sioux Rapids Iowa Casey's and stood there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to make me a sub. No one acknowledged me or told me that there would be a wait. I had my two young children with me who were very hungry and very impatient. I was going to get 2 foot long meatball subs and 2 foot long grilled chicken subs. I would have spent $30 alone on subs and more with drinks and chips to go with. Instead I walked out of the store with nothing because I finally got tired of waiting.

I don't know why you would wait 45 minutes. If I was not acknowledged within five minutes I would ask if anyone was willing to help, and then left if they still did not help.

I do not really care what you think. My children are no longer with me. I was so angry at them for not acknowledging me. My children were disappointed that they did not get their food. I just lost it. I told them they were ungrateful, I slapped and punched them. I then told them they had to walk home in the dark. Someone witnessed this and reported me to CPS. My children were placed in foster care. I was told that if if want my children back that I would need to take parenting and anger management classes. I was told that I had abandoned my children. That if I hit and punch them I have anger issues.

Casey's kitchen

If Caseys is famous for pizza then how does the kitchen run out of a majority of stuff to make pizza? On several different occasions I have called to order pizza and everytime I get told we are out of this or out of that. Its very frustrating to call and order a pizza and get told..we are out of beef or we are out of chicken or we are out of veggies. I even got told that they were almost out of dough and not putting pizza in the warmers. This needs to be addressed because its getting very old.

Casey's general store

I am from out of state I stop to get fuel and your employees were very rude to me when I asked if I had to prepay her attitude was rude and wouldn't help me until her conversation was don on her cell she thought her cell was more important then her job I think her name tag said Lindsey I will never stop at a Casey anywhere and I will tell all my friends and family trust too thank you for taking the time to read my venting

Casey's cashier

A couple of months ago I let the manager know that his cashier Jennifer has a tatoo on her right forearm that is offensive. She has the F word that when she heads customers change or anything you can see it. She was told she must keep it covered and she doesn't all the time. She also told police that I hit her car and another car. The police viewed the tapes and know I did not hit anyone. That was 3 weeks ago and she hasn't said she was sorry yet. On 7-20-2019 I went into the same store and a new employee let me know that this same employee Jennifer told him I am not allowed in the store ever again. I find that strange since the day before the manager was there and he never told me that. Something needs to be done about her actions.

United States his name was Dave. I didn't hear him and he asked me if I needed a sack I didn't quite hear him and he responded with does it look like I was speaking a foreign language to you. I also herd him be disrespectful to a few other customers while in line to pay. I expect better from Casey's customer service

Casey's cashier

I've gone into Casey in Sloan Iowa several year's and one cashier Vicki on 7/13/19 10:46am my family and got several breakfast item's and Donuts we had 13 and told her this yet she felt the need to open the box with no hair net, hair almost touching my donuts I told her do not touch my donuts because no way could see count them accurately without moving them. If you can't trust the customers I'll go to another store that's disgusting I don't want anyone opening my donuts without a hair net. She is the only one that's ever done this nobody else in the store does because the boxes are not that big so putting 13 in one box made it packed full as is..

Casey's fss leader complaint

Carl Moreland at the Casey's in Kentland, Indiana, during my time of employment did nothing but harass me by making inappropriate comments to a female go-worker( as in myself), coming in and watching camera footage from my shifts the nights before, ( have witnesses, this is how I found out), had me written up for procedures he taught me and procedures he did him self, (again with witnesses). I tell management, Amanda Bard, and she does nothing. I tell her about the harassment, she does nothing. So they conspire to say I stole money, ( an insulting amount to get me fired not arrested of $22.95, which was missing as refund that I didn't do properly because I was thrown here and there on cash register and never trained). Me doing what I do best... Doing Other employees jobs. Now, on social media I'm hearing how Carl, is telling EVERYONE in Kentland, Indiana false information which is slander. I don't want to sue Casey's store because of one employee, but if actions don't be taken against him and his manager, I will contact a lawyer. There are good people working there still putting up with his harassment and Amanda still does nothing. You're store Will never achieve maximum greatness as long as he continues to work there and Amanda continues to manage as purely as she does.
