Casey's high gas prices,

Gas prices are running $3.47, 15 minutes down road it is $3.15, in terre haute $3.05, covington $3.15. When you ask why so high the answer is they must run same price as marathon station, that when they were built they had to sign a contract with marathon that they would run same price. This is stupid. Marathon catches people from state road 63, casey's only get business from people in town. Marathon has a monopoly on gas prices, a win win situation for them. Over course people in town have to pay and suffer for the bid wigs. I will buy my gas either at pilot, danville il, or covington. Alot of people in town feel the same. Again the people in cayuga looses. Sad day!

Casey's manager

Manager is speed freak, she talks so fast and comes off rude. She barks off orders to staff and sits in office all day. Her kitchen staff hates when she is there cause she is wishy washy, and hangs out in the office w/door open to watch them. She gets bent out of shape at the least little thing. I'm not gonna eat there anymore cause I feel sorry for the people that work there and don't like it when I run into her, cause she is so fake and you can't understand her anyway.

Cashier was hitting the machine because he couldn't get it to work, after the purchase he rudely talked bad to the other customer that he works four jobs and pays taxes for other peoples food all because the nice woman used a link card. I am very upset at his behavior, I hope this matter will be dealt with. Thank you.

I am still trying to figure out the complaint from the ONE LONG SENTENCE... Are you saying that he was talking to another customer. At this point you decided to listen in and make it your business.

For one i am not on welfare i work a full time job 50+ hours and for two no he does not know this woman i know this because she is my mother in law so yes it is my business thank you very much.

Casey's unhappy employee

I have been working for casey's for almost six months now. Coming into the job I knew that the manager was new and only started two months before me, but when I was not trained and told to read the handbook and then a week later told that the handbook was wrong, after that it was like my manager went after me she has called me #ed, incompetent (sorry but that's her wording.) everyday I work is like a day in hell she is always yelling at me and putting me down I watch her steal food and treat customers poorly and no matter who I tell I can't get any help I don't know what else to do or where to go. I called the area supervisor and he just called and tattled on me to my manager. People come and go the longest staying employee is me I have seen many people come and go every week there is someone hired and someone fired or someone quit. I would think that from all the calls and complaints and people that are constantly hurt by this horrible manager that someone would notice these problems. But no matter what happens its like nothing ever helps it just gets worse. If anyone has any idea me and my co-workers would be very appreciated. No one should have to work in a job where they are use to crying every night after they leave work or feel as distressed as I have felt for the past six months.

Casey's employee intimidation

Until [protected] I had been employed full time at Casey's General Store in Marion, Indiana. I started as a part-time employee, was moved to full-time within 2 weeks due to work performance and offered 2nd Assistant Manager within 1 month. The Manager there, a Mr. John Grice, who had only been with the company a month longer than I had, started my first day out by telling me how bad all the other employees were and how they don't do their jobs. Calling the 3rd shift donut maker interplanet Janet because he said she was dingy and basically talking negative about everyone who worked there. I automatically thought to myself this was very unprofessional and uncalled for. To make a long story short my career ended with Mr. John Grice yelling at me in the parking lot, in front of several customer and employees. I have never worked for a more unprofessional manager. Since July 10, 2012 I have seen more than 20 people come and go due to his behavior. He tells other employees that an employee is stealing money from the company when in fact it was he was the one who messed the deposit up and found the money later. I would caution anyone, do not work for this company while they have Mr. John Grice managing there.

Casey's - no breaks

Well my hours are somtimes from 2:30am to 1pm or noon to close or they just end up being 11 to 13 hours shifts and it gets me I didnt ask for that shift but they gave it to me. Then there are no breaks at all during that shift. they say its in the policy and they dont have to. i really dont think they know how to make there shifts out, when giving it or the...

Casey's gender discrimination

I worked in marion in. I was hired when the store opened. I started as a pizza maker and then to cashier. I applied numerous times for a management position and finally I was told I would get an assistant position. The area manager told my boss to show me every thing but the books until he could get to the store to talk to me and make it official. My boss was offered a transfer to anothere store in the mean time. So I also applied for the store manager position.
Well needless to say I did not get even an interview for eithere position. The area manager hired a man for the store manager spot and anothere man that had only been with the company 3 months to transfer to the marion store. I found out he was only part time in the kitchen.in the mean time I had been busting my tail for months to prove my self. I later found out that 99% of his mgr team are men! I found out the area manager is openly gay and male get the picture? I consulted a lawyer and it would cost a fortune to sue. I wrote the eeoc and am waiting on them. Nothing will probably come of it because conveniently after I filed my complaint he hired a woman for second assistant. There are othere complaints against him but all have circumstantial evidence. I was told when I hired that employees get hired from with in. What do they define from within? All I know the entire district that the marion store is in has the worst upper management I have ever seen, that is from the area manager on up. The district manager has blinders on and obviously does not care about the hourly employees. As long there are bodies in each store she does not give a #!

Casey's cashier was rude and unprofessional

Walked in door both cashiers made a rude commit about me, started laughing at me. I was offended rolled my eyes at pat and she came back with a smart remark, that if I keep rolling my eyes there gonna go back into my head. I don't appreciate being treated in this manner, she needs to realize that the customers are guest in the store and don't need to be treated like this.

Casey's special offer

I had 12-14 pizza box tabs for a free pizza. It only calls for 10. Anyway when I went to get my pizza, the special came with an order of bread sticks. The lady didn't know I had the tabs for a free pizza and said sorry you can have the bread sticks but you have to pay for them. I couldn't hardly believe that, come on, an order of bread sticks? So I told her no thanks.

Casey's rude employees

My wife and I went to get gas at caseys in knoxville, iowa at 2:30 pm on may 22nd.. Store # 2 I sent her in to pay.. And put the nozzle in our truck.. I then pushed pay inside.. And the attendant came on the speaker and said I had to prepay inside.. So I waited for her to pay.. There were other customers in the store waiting in line.. So I waited.. The attendant came back on the speaker telling me I had to prepay.. So I waited some more.. The attendant then came back on the speaker and rudely told me to shut off the pump and prepay inside.. I replyed my wife is inside waiting top pay.. Still again I was rudely told to prepay inside.. At which point I put the nozzle back in the pump and was getting upset.. There was a witness at the other side of the pump asking in disbelief if he was talking to us.. I stated yes he was.. I have never been treated so rudely at any gas station in all my 46 years.. They were very very rude.. Which is why I am filing this complaint..

there wasnt a prepay option on the pump.. it only said pay inside.. which I pushed.. and no I did not buy gas there.. and wont ever go there again.. maybe only to speak to the manager.. I left very angry.. and Caseys is where I have bought my gas for many years..

You cant mess with the pump until it has been prepaid inside. That is why they were trying to get you to shut it off.

I have worked for casey's... And I was not on the schedule I was termanted. Because I was a no call no show... Now I was not on the schedule too work. I go in and ready for work and the employess said that the manager was going too get rid of me... This store has a bad employee releations with there employees... The schedules... Should be set.. And nothing...

Casey's parking lot

I went to caseys on june 26th to pick up some food for a road trip. Everything was fine inside, but when I left I backed out of thge parking spot to pick up a large machine scrw in my tire. Tried to call them for over an hour to ler them no to check the parking lot and the only thing I got was a buzy signal. If this is how they are going to take care of there parking lot I will just start going else where

Casey's management

Employees stealing, drinking in cooler, drug test should be done on assistant manager, bugs in food 6 months ago exterminator never came the manager just used raid, the assistant manager parties with some employees and treats the others badly if they don't go go the bar with her, write ups for gas drive offs but not aloud to call law enforcement if you have a drive off, assistant manager comes in drunk when off duty makes the employees uneasy

I agree compaints should be heard, in store 1932 in Chillicothe, Mo there is an employee who has been late 3 times in the last two weeks and yet still has ajob, he has been wanted by the cops and it is recommended that a piss test be preformed. I feel that this is an unsafe work environment yet nothing is being donel

Casey's unsanitary kitchen workers

To whom it may concern; my husband and I have always liked casey's pizza, it's the best in town. We have been steady customers for at least 15 years. Two weeks ago, we ordered a pizza, I went in to pick it up. The young man doing the cooking was dirty looking. He had long curly hair, that he ran his fingers through and went back to makeing pizza's without washing his hands. I brought the pizza home, but I sure was not happy eating it. We have the coupon's for a free one, but l;ast night we were going to get another. I told my husband if it was the same guy, and he still looked dirty get the pizza somewhere else. We ended up at pizza hut instead. I told the manager how unhappy we were with the first pizza, she said she would fix that problem. She did not! This is a small town and word like this travels around fast, so we would like for this to be taken care of. We would like for the employers to be clean, and be wearing hair nets if their hair is long and greasy, and please wash your hands! Bev

Contact your city or State Public Health Service...they are usually the ones responsible for restaurant inspections etc. If, in your locale, they are not the inspectors, inquire as to what agency is responsible for restaurant inspections and call them. Many tv stations have a "For the public good" reporter or announcer who will field complaints such as this and contact the appropriate authorities.

Casey's cashiers fraudulent police report

May 7, 2008. My son — was accused of pumping $45.27 worth of fuel into a black Chevrolet Cavalier in which was alleged to have driven off without paying. My son was also, accused of being a passenger in this car. My son did not pump this gas, was not a passenger in this car and the driver’s identity is unbeknownst to my son. He does not drive, does not have a car or a driver license. This incident has created undue stress, mental torment, harassment and embarrassment to my son and our family. I stress again to you “my son did not pump that gas, was not a passenger in that car and the driver’s identity is unbeknownst to my son.” He's is innocent of the cashier’s accusations, there’s no proof, no camera’s on the gas pumps, etc., just a cashier that has perjured herself trying to camouflage her own rear end. On June 6, 2008, my daughter ‘under duress’ paid with check # 2190 the amount of $45.27 to Casey General Stores located at 1211 Western Avenue in Clinton, Indiana 47842. This was not paid by acceptance of guilt. It was paid out of great agitation and anxiety caused by the realization of danger that threatened her brother. This was handled very inappropriatly. My daughter would like her $45.27 returned. My theory is this: Casey's has a corrupt lady running the cash register that pocketed the missing money and then fabricated false accusations against my son who cannot defend himself. This unscrupulous lady should be scrutinized! This cashier should be the number one suspect in this alleged theft?

The ice cream tastes grainy. I took the top off the it and it smells like sour milk! The store is dirty and the manager ran off her good kitchen help!

This is about the Casey's manager in Potomac IL. I was a regular customer there, but I have had enough of Martina. Every time when I went there and she was there, she would be disrespectful to customer and to other employees.

As i waited for my pizza..An off shift employee started saying the service sucks at the store..even though I was here before she got here and the two employees at the store was busy...a customer heard her say the service socked...then bbq proceeded to explain she worked here and that it was ok...no employee shld be treated that way...

I stopped at your store in GREATBEND kansas. I am aware of your no tolerance policy on drugs. I have been clean and sober for ten years, unfortunately my complaint is I was waited on by an manager named Mary L. whom I am certain was high on crack cocain. I am demanding she get tested and punished.

The coffee tastes like burnt water. And the creamer in the machine was bad. Tasted like it got really hot then re-cooled and turned bad. I tried the strongest coffee they had with and without creamer. Bad all around. The donuts were just as bad. Tasted if they had been around for a long time. They were heavy and chewy.

We know the manager An my boyfriend works at allison Casey’s an we don’t think it’s fair if not everyone has to work nights to close. Sum of those people are Morgan Hobson, Kayla meester etc. Carly can ask for every weekend off in a month. Hope this can be resolved by someone. Thanks

Worked at Casey's for about two month's and lost my pay card and my assistant manager would not even give the number to call back and now I got lost money I'm so highly pissed I need to get some type of compensation azap...

I order a pizza delivered almost every Sunday. The last three times it took over an hour and was just room temperature when it arrived. I've never had any problems before now.

Just flat out dumb rules. I'm a former employee of Casey's and worked at the Morrison Illinois store. And the way they want us to make the pizzas just takes way to long especially when your cranking out 70 to 100 pizzas on a Friday night. You have to take short cuts. But corporate doesn't seem to understand that.
