Casey's Racism

I am reporting an incident with the kitchen manager at the store on 3520 N Woodlawn Boulevard. Wichita, KS. 67220. Aubrey (food service lead/ manager) was complaining about her duties at work while making pizzas around 7:30-7:35 p.m. Her words exactly "They have me slaving like a nigg3r". When I, the employee asked "what did you just say" Aubrey (the manager) responded, "you heard me". I was so shaken and I have experienced and witnessed racism within this company many times over the years. The store's general manager Julia when I contacted her about the incident said "Is _ even black". To answer that question yes I am black but, that shouldn't matter if I was black, white, Asian, Native, Hispanic, or Latino. That is not okay under any circumstance. Also to add to this comment corporate does not do anything about complaints. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and how they handle/ treat their employees. We are treated as disposable pieces of trash and when decency is asked for it is not present nor is it given.

Desired outcome: the kitchen manager be fired, and racism within this company be acknowledged.

I've been singled out for no other reason then this lady has a personal problem with me. I worked and have yet to receive my check from the 10th of this month that happened to get lost in the mail but they were able to send me a Casey's packet for insurance. Now she's watching me on the cameras everyday harassing me about a dollar coupon when the promotion says you get three dollars off but it didn't come off when my Co worker sold 4 cartons of Newports for 13.00 $ with a scam phone coupon and nothing was done. She had a manager steal 20,000 dollars on her watch. And I can't help but feel if she did her job instead of watching cameras on the black people doing there's she would have caught that a long time ago. A girl that started working the same day I did was stealing thousands out the register and if my manager didn't catch it they wouldn't have bothered her. I use a coupon and the next day I come to work she's contacted my manager this is clearly discrimination and racism playing out in 2023

Casey's Service/fraud

I visited Casey's in Topeka KS on 21st (6741 sw) on 5/29/21 at 7:15pm to 7:25pm for gas and to buy lottery. I purchased a powerball and megamillion and the guy gave me an old scratch ticket from 4/30/21 2 of them, I kind of noticed him not printing my tickets then I walked outside to double check and for sure he gave me old tickets. He apologized for it then he pressed the machine and it printed my tickets, then he blamed the machine for the mistake. I wonder how many people he has frauded by doing this. I will surely be spreading awareness and someone needs to do something. Check cameras also to see all this. I am very angry at this situation.

Casey's Management

I m writing about the Dixon Missouri store, This store has a problem with keeping workers, you can not run a store with a few individuals, they can not keep up with the demand of this store they need to hire more individuals you cannot run a store with 2 individuals lets wake up start training the management on how to hire. Please visit this store. This store needs help bad.

Casey's Supervisors attitude

In recent months when having conversations with my supervisor words like hard [censored] have come up. I was recently relieved of my position with Casey's over their mask mandate. I do understand that but the attitude and comments this supervisor has made to me has not only left me with a very poor respect for company and their supervisors but a feeling of a chauvinist and I did not think in this time and age I would still have to put up with this.
I do expect this to interfere with unemployment as it seems to be a pattern. I truly hope it does not I do wish that this supervisor gets the proper training on how not only to speak to women but older employees to.
I did attempt to inform him that I had missed a punch in and out on the 20th of May and his attitude was extremely rude and condescending.

Show me videos or reports of me causing any problems in your store to prove your employees had the right to treat me the way they did !kalie and Lorie should be fired
I'm checking on permits to set up in the empty lot next to this store to protest how I was treated gonna invite channel 5 and40 to come out sure this will make good filler on a slow news day!

Casey's Food.

I ordered a large pizza and some cheesy breadsticks from the Casey's store in Winona Missouri, and the food just tasted stale and old, like the pepperonis tasted like spoiled food and the breadsticks were just nasty. It all just left a bad taste in my mouth and made me sick to my stomach. This is the first time I've ever had this problem and I'm very upset about it because usually the food is really good. I just hope they fix whatever it is they are doing, and hopefully our food will be better next time...

Casey's Answering phone. Pizza order

I called several Times to order a couple pizzas. No one ever answers the phone. Drove to the store. The one running the reg said the guy was outside and he wasn't able to reach him. Also they are always out of crust. How can they sell pizzas for the company if they don't have the items to make it.

Casey's Non answering of phones

Both Casey's in Manchester iowa did not answer their phone calls es on Friday night for pizza ordering phones just rang on and on for both locations this has been happening almost every Friday at the north store. The truck stop normally answers but has been a turnover in kitchen management and new management doesn't seem to care that staff is struggling .

Casey's my order

on 4-9-21 at approximately 7 pm I placed a order for a large half meat galore and the other half just green peppers and onions only along with 20pc bone in wings. because I work in Monona Iowa and wanted to just get some food and go home and eat. I live in Elkader Iowa. When I went to pick up my food they told me first of all I ordered it for 9:30pm. I said no I specified 9pm 3 times and the gal that took my order said ok we will see you at 9pm. I said thank you and hung up with her after I got my food not till 9:25 pm I get home at 10 pm to find out they messed up my order and made the whole pizza a meat galore with green peppers and onion on half the entire meat galore pizza so I called there and said you messed my order up and this isn't the first time they did this its like the third time all she said is well I didn't take your order and they always say sorry but I get tired of sorry after every dang order being messed up she didn't ask to fix it so I just said I think I will quit ordering from there cause I don't feel they care that they even keep messing up orders there or that they are upset that I keep complaining about them messing up my orders and they are deliberately doing it to me every time now to make me mad. The sad part is I love your pizza but seriously almost every Casey's I have gone to has messed my order up . I'm just disappointed that they don't really care and once out of all my orders they said bring it back we will fix it well I worked all day and live 30 minuets away do you think I really want to drive another 30 minuets back to the store and then another 30minuets back home again. please help them get proper training on how to use those new ordering systems that's put in cause a lot of them tell me they really don't understand those systems. sincerely one upset customer thank you.

Casey's Customer service

Stopped at Caseys in hills almost every morning for 10 years now. This morning took me 12 minutes to get through the line. There were 15 people in line and one cashier during a rush period in the morning. There was another lady. Jennifer who was just shifty product around on shelf and would ignore request for her to hop on the other register for a few minutes to help out with the rush. Was rude and disrespectful

Asst mgr has a condescending attitude always making comments complaining about me to other employees told one employee not to help us as we would expect it and not do our work. I can give a list of former employees who have quit because of her. I heard an employee ask why she is such a [censored].. she is an awesome first asst to the boss I was told just yesterday. She always has one employee she really treats like [censored]. And your it. I will file hostile work environment if I have too. Dawn Runde is her name. We do not have a district mgr at the time so there is no one I can talk to

Casey's Threatening clerk

Clerk wouldn't accept Free Pizza coupon and demanded money for pizza. Put down $20 bill and she aggressively said wouldn't accept it unless I handed it to her. Thought she was going to jump out and take my cane and beat me. Picked up the $20 and fled out the door. She yelled she has my address and knows where I live. Concerned for my life over a cheese pizza from Casey's.

Casey's I am making this complaint in regards to an employee.

On February 15th at approximately 1:00 a.m. I went to Casey's with a friend and she inquired about something on the app, they couldn't make what she was wanting so she asked about something else, they couldn't make that either. A couple nights prior I had got online and ordered a sandwich, the same young man was in the kitchen. He didn't bother contacting me, instead he let me drive all the way up there to tell me he couldn't make the sandwich. On the 15th I asked him, why is there an app I can get on and order food if they cant make it? He became very agitated and proceeded to call me some defamatory names (crackhead) being one of them. Everytime I go to this store people are very rude to me and won't help me. This young man in particular is very rude. I'm not going back to any Casey's until this is resolved. I feel like my food has been spit in and I'm mortified and just completely embarrassed. It's a terrible feeling.

Desired outcome: I feel that the young man should be terminated and the rest of the employees need reprimanded and I think there should be mandatory customer relations classes upon hire.

On April 5, 2020, an assistant manager posted egregious comments defaming my hard work and years of experience in this particular food industry. Not fully understanding the reasons behind these aggressive allegations, he still chose to humiliate me in the midst of all the other employees by posting a note positioned above the paper towel dispenser. The memo was not even signed leaving me having to guess which one of the 3 managers posted such fallacious garbage.
Undoubtedly frustrated, my reactions were mistakenly sent to the wrong individual I had assumed was responsible for this atrocity. In the end I lost my job of two years with the company as a result. All of which would have never happened had it not been for an immature and egotistic young kid who was placed in such a role.
In the state of Arkansas, that discouraging note is considered peripheral evidence so therefore, it cannot be used as a determining factor into my termination. Wake up Arkansas!
So if a manager punches me for example. I punch back. I get fired for assaulting the manager and the managers first punch that hits me, is peripheral evidence. Now that is some high class and well educated Arkansas idiots right there who have designed their own rules on unemployment issues. What a joke!

Desired outcome: There will be none. I have already attempted two different times and the same idiots who designed the unemployment appeals process must be in some way related to one another.

Casey's Store manager Mandy Persinger

In the store The hardworking dedicated workers who give up for their job and their customers are always the ones to suffer and never had their good actions brought forward or even accommodated for their hard work and sacrifices. A 10 the workers who barely work at all when on the shift or even come to work at all. Are given in to given chance after chance after chance of the chats when they should have been terminated wave to many chances ago. She is croll unjust tears her own managers down in front of employees and peers. Then will turn around and say O what you're doing a good job. I was wrongfully terminated after calling in at 2:53 whenever I was scheduled to be there at 8 with a fever being foodservice later I cannot come back into work 24 hours after breaking said fever she said I did not call in for my 11 am Shift the next day however due to the 24 hour roll with a fever I did Collin for for both the shift on December 30th 2020, and my shift the following day December 31st 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. because both fell within the 24 hour guidelines. Casey's Management lies

My fiancé works at Casey in Wahoo NE and they told him he would have weekends off and not be the on call person and he's only supposed to be working their part-time and he's been working full time hours.
We have an 8-month-old that he should be home spending time with our son and I am not working all the time because Casey workers are making up excuses to not show up

Store manager Jeanine Eid is turning local store into a law suit waiting to happen. She has open door policy in her home for all employees including underage one to visit her home whenever to drink and smoke. Next time I know my underage relative is in the home I'm call police. Also Had employee named Erin living in her home. She is giving local store a very bad reputation. Needs investigation! Also frequents taverns with employees.

Casey's Racial harassment

Back in june 2020 my family got attacked by a group of black people for no reason. After that I have hear a lot of racial remarks every time I work similar shifts as the black employee aimed to me at the same store I do. After a few months of hearing this from her is when I heard her say that I shouldn't be offended by being attacked by black people because black lives matter more. I shouldn't have to work in an environment like that ever now my daughter works there and the same employee is treating my daughter like she doesn't belong there either which isn't fair or right in any way. I did inform my new manager about the whole situation and all she said to me was either try to work it out or let me know so I can cover your shifts nothing more. I have been was this store 17 months and since she was hired later as the food service manager she can get away with things like this. This is very unethical for any business to stay in business.

Casey's Locations

Creston had 6 caseys locations 2 years ago, now we just have 3. Caseys is trying to push more customers through less locations and it makes it a absolute disaster to try and make a purchase at the highway 34 location in creston. I would recommend anyone that works for caseys to go into the Highway 34 location at noon, just a FYI it will take over 20 minutes just to purchase a sandwich and drink, nothing quick about it. Its hard for me to believe that a company like caseys can let this happen. It might be a good idea to re-open your vacant store sitting by walmart in creston to help take some pressure off the current highway 34 location.

The employees at the new haven mo store always park there cars in front of the store makes it difficult for costumers to park I complained before and it stopped for awhile but now there doing it again I told the [censored] manager and she just got snappy at me she was one of the employees that was parking in front of the door hope you can fix this Thank you
