I booked a car from Car Trawler which hired a car from B-Rent at Rome and deducted money from Credit Card. On the date of delivery, B-Rent refused to give me car. I lodged complaint to Car Trawler Customer Services numerous times though Email and Teleconference. But didn't get response. Customer Services is set to a computerised Robot which is so irritating. Even in this page the number of Italy is wrong as it is not registered.
Please return my money.
