Carrefour petrol

I came to your petrol station in Annecy next to supermarket. I used the first petrol pump and having placed my debit card in the machine, it went through all the process, until I came to press this pump for petrol and nothing came out. I tried this 4 times and it did exactly the same. I gave up and finally moved onto the next pump which worked. Unaware, carrifour held mor than £500 out of my account and is still holding this money . ? Who do you think you are as some massive company leaving me unavailable funds in a foreign country in my account. You left me in such a difficult situation and my account is still with holding this money? I shall copy this to everyone I know including every top manager I can write to . What a disgrace you are. This happened on Saturday 3rd of August! The funds are still being with held when all you needed to do was put " En Panne " on the pump. This must have happened to lots of people when it need not have happened at all . Bruce Redpath. When I go back to England, I will be reporting this to as many people as possible. This is not your money to hold!

Carrefour refrigerator

Two week ago I made a complain that on 30th of june 2019 we bought a KENWOOD refrigerator from carrefour packages mall branch. Machine is not working properly. We are strictly not satisfied with the performance of machine. Fortunately an action was taken on my previous compalin and after 2 weeks and company's represntatives came yesterday and just gave us a hurried visit. Which disappoint us a lot and they even didn't tell us any thing about that. They just said "We Will See". It is an honour for me to thanks your management for this kind of compliment. Our food started contaminated because of extra frosting. But now this is last time I am gonna inform you to take an immediate and strict action on it and want a quickest response from your side wihtin couple of days. After two days I will be compelled to contact with your higher management and even consumer court as well simply. I assuredly disappointed from your services and would prefer to stop shopping from carrefour.

Carrefour necklace

Dear concern

I am the loyal buyer of Carrefour I am writing this with heavy heart I buy a chain necklace on 27/7/2019 while purchase sales representative ensure the quality of chain necklace but the chain colour changed very next day to purchasing date after putting query to your customer service cernter they simply denied to say it's company policy we can't do anything thing
I just want to know that is it Carrefour policy to sold the poor quality products if yes then please ignore my complaint and if not then please address my complain & take necessary action and in order to avoid next dissatisfied customer complaint

Note: Your customer service manager not bother customer grievance they are just here to say it's company policy via phone

Carrefour service

One of the worst service by cashier Ms. Pavithra mal shrini also the guy on 14th counter very rude, when I ask for the bag at 2000hrs, he said that on 8th no bag provided and refused to give bag and said if you have any concern then go and complain to customer care. Is this the way to behave with your customers?

Customers are not here to read all your notice or boards, your employees should guid the customers.

However when I went to central currency office I got the bag and why your cashier cannot prpvide one.

Carrefour fridge

On 30 june 2019 I bought a KENWOOD fridge which is not performing perfectly. We complained lots of time but the staff is not cooperating us. Even they do not receive calls. Once their mechanic came he opened the whole machine and did some effort on it. But he told the company a false statement that fridge is alright. Fridge is still not working well and have the same issue of frosting in refrigerator part. We already bought lots of elctronics from carrefour just because of free delivery, free installation and a good refund policy. But this time I really disappointed with your services. It is i am complaining last time now it is up to u to take a quickest action on this. Otherwise I might would have to take a legal action and have to concern with consumer court which may cause a disrepute of your display centre.

Carrefour parasol

I purchased a side parasol in May this year from your store in Antequera. It has developed two defects. The winding mechanism is faulty and the parasol will not stay up. Also two of the ribs holding the canvas out have broken. I returned it to the store on the 26 July with the original receipt but was told there was no guarantee after 15 days. And therefore could not help me. I have an item I can't us as it is not fit for purpose and feel very angry.
I expect a full refund for the parasol.

Hi dear I have been in Dubai 40 years I visit every Carrefour of UAE excellent customer service but very upset from lucky one Mall brance I was visit my family first of all no one staff u give u smile our hi or hello if u ask something from them they are so rude answer u and behavior like this we feel we are beger they thinks why so proud full if staff are working in Carrefour I will suggest please hr explained all staff what is means of customers service meet and greet with customer please bring ur face smile 😊😀

Carrefour yaourt fraise avec morceaux

I have purchased Yogurt with fruits on 13th of July from Carrefour at Stains ( 80 Boulevard Maxime Gorki, 93240 Stains).

When we returned, we found one packet to be open and leaking from the pack of 12. The open packet has contaminated other packets also. i am attaching all the product related pictures.

For a big chain like carrefour, such carelessness about food products is unacceptable. This can cause serious health issues to the consumers and may even result in Food poisoning in serious cases, which may results in hospitalization.

I demand the authorities to look into this matter of hygiene breach and compensation of Euro 5000.

Carrefour money change

If it is 70fils 50fils or even 25fils from the counter they will not give. I asked where is my change then they will let you wait for 10min to get change. What a pathetic service, no customer service at all, staffs are not friendly so rude! I would like to address this immediately otherwise i will let everyone know in social media for this wrong doings!

Carrefour refund

Awaiting a refund for an online delivery since 1 month. The order was cancelled on time and was never delivered. There has been no progress till date although I make calls on Daly basis to get an update. The customer care agent ensures that they will follow up on emergency basis and till date I haven't got a call back. My complaint reference number is 1215885. It's frustrating and disappointing to see the case being treated. To get an update from a department does it take a month.? Please take up the matter to a higher authority. Carrefour clubcard points

I raised a complaint immediately after purchasing the Lenovo tab dtd 3.5.19 that 500 points not added to my card. They said it happens some time and we have lot of complaints like this and registered mine as well. I have been following up for resolution since then and today I got reply that same has been rejected as card was not swiped ?😳
They should have taken it up at same time if it's card related issue . This is totally unfair with a customer. Pls resolve the issue on priority since it is delayed by more than 2 months.

Bonjour, s'il vous plaît être conscient des informations incorrectes dans votre magasin. Le whisky est produit en Ecosse et non en Angleterre

Beaucoup de gens sont maintenant très mécontents de voir cela.

C'est comme dire que votre meilleur vin de Bordeaux est allemand et le vendre comme ça

My Name is Abbas yesterday I purchased Sea gate hard disk 2TB auto back up plus from Carrefour, In Deira city center. When I came back to home, And I searched on |Amazon website, I found a very cheap price then you with a warranty too,

I bought from you in 360 aed only. But when I searched, I got the price only 279 aed on an online website.

I am your regular customer and since from the last 10 years I am buying goods from Carrefour only

But this time really I felt disappointed, that I got an expensive price from you. Why you are charging more price than Online websites.

Order # [protected], was cancelled on 29 june and still afterwards I was charged the delivery 15, cancellation number 1213350, shame on you, its been 14 days am asking and now I discovered I cannot call, you blocked my number? who are you people, shame - shame - shame on you and you bad customer service. be advised, I am publicly complaining everywhere about your unathoarised charging my card and not returning the money you took, this is not your money, you are a disgrace.

Carrefour garments price

Dear,

I purchased two frocks from dalma mall Carrefour branch late night yesterday. On the display mentioned 10aed for each frock. After the billing, it showed 15aed for each item.

Same time, i approach customer care department and they advice to me to come back tomorrow as the time was for closing.

Please check the attached photos of display and bill for your reference. Kindly return my remaining amount as soon as possible.

Carrefour service

Good day,
I was so happy when a new Carrefour store opened near to where I live. Prior to this I had to drive 45 minutes to the nearest store. However, since its opening, it has proved to be very disappointing. The level of service is awful and in no way reflects the service that is offered at other Carrefour stores. Today I am waiting 25 minutes to get served at the meat counter. When my turn came (it has a queue number system), the man did not see me trying to attract his attention and simply went on to the next customer. When I told him I was here and he missed me, he told me to wait until he had finished. What is the point in having a queue system if the employees simply ignore it? I decided to buy my kilo of fillet steak at another supermarket who actually cared a little more about their customers.
Other problems have been the very poor ability to "clean and fillet" a fish correctly without ruining the fish and losing much of the flesh that I have paid for, simply because your employee has not been trained properly in how to clean and fillet a fish.
I suggest you improve your customer service significantly if you want this store to succeed.
When trying to complain to the service number provided, I can see (via WhatsApp) that nobody has even looked at this complaints number for 10 days! (see photo attached). This actually says everything - that Carrefour care very little about their customers or their problems.

Carrefour online order and cancellation

I am really disappointed with carrefour online team and after sales customer service agents. Very slow service, didn't have the sense of urgency to do something with my complaint. Last June 15, 2019 around 8pm i have placed and order online around 2, 100 aed. I was trying to use and register a new card to my carrefour account however when the order was placed it was charged on the old card that was already enrolled on my account. So i immediately called carrefour hotline (in less than 10mins after the transaction was made) i informed the customes service agent that i would like to cancel my order because it charged the wrong card. The agent game me reference number for 2 cancellation request FOOD(198309) and NON FOOD (1198315) items. she assured me that my order will be cancelled and someone from their team will call me to confirm the cancellation. Then the next day JUNE 16 i have received an email with the invoice of the NON FOOD items and an sms reminding me that i have a delivery form carrefour. So, i have called again and made a follow up on my cancellation. The guy i spoke to said that the cancellation request has been placed but did not get any feed back from the the online team. He informed me that one of the designated team will call me regarding my cancellation. I told him to make sure my order is cancelled because i also received and electronic invoice and i don't want the transaction to continue and charge my card. Then the next day JUNE 17, i received another email, an electronic invoice for the food items and a schedule for delivery of the those food items. Again i have called carrefour to follow up and tell them to cancel my orders because they didn't seem to have cancelled it. The invoice date was made June 17, 2days after i have made the cancellation. The agent i spoke to informed me that he placed another request for this matter and one of the designated team will call me to confirm the cancellation. At around 5pm someone from carrefour called me and confirmed with me if i am really going to cancel my order and i told him yes. Therefore i am no longer expecting any delivery because i have confirmed and called many times to inform them that i have cancelled my order. When i reached home at 9pm, to my surprise all the items was still delivered to my place. I was not expecting a delivery so i didn't inform people in my house to reject any delivery coming form carrefour. So now all the food items are in my house. I was informed that those items were delivered at 8pm, 2 hrs after i received a call to confirm my cancellation. I immediately called carrefour and ask why the deliveries still came. The agent even blamed me and told me i shouldn't have received the delivery. I clearly told her that i was no longer expecting a delivery and nor did the people in my house knew about it that is why they just accepted the items on my behalf. I asked the agent to schedule for pickup to return all the food items. It was 2 carts worth of grocery items and i clearly informed the agent to collect it ASAP. She informed me that the driver's/delivery team will contact me to schedule a pick up. The next day JUNE 18 i was expecting a call from the said team but i didn't get any calls. I still called carrefour hotline multiple times to schedule a pickup for me they keep telling me the same thing that one of their team will call me to for the pick up schedule. I have informed them that i want the items collected from me asap because my concern was some of the items will expire in 2days time. They told me not to worry and they will have it collected. June 19 i called again and again I still got the same response "to wait for a call". So i messaged their facebook page and posted on their facebook wall to file my complaint. One of the social media team called me and confirmed that he will file this complaint and escalate this issue to the respective teams. I also requested him to schedule a pickup to collect the items from me. June 20, early in the morning i got a call from the non food department and confirmed the cancellation of my non food order which i didn't receive. So he informed me that he already placed a cancellation order for that. I also ask him regarding the food items delivered to me. He informed me that FOOD DEPARTMENT will call me. But upto now i didn't get any calls from them. I keep calling carrefour hotline. They have assured me that i will get call within the day but that call never came. Until now June 22 all the items are still with me. No one called to schedule a pick up. The after sales agents keep telling me to wait for a call and that they have placed my case with priority. This would have been prevented if they have cancelled my order immediately the moment i have called them. It was literally 10mins after the order was placed. No invoices was made yet, the items weren't even packed yet and as per the bank the payment was still on hold and can only be cancelledby he merchant's side. this wouldn't have happened if carrefour had a good cancellation system. I was preventing all of this that's why i immediately called them to cancel my orders. Until now it's JUNE 22 nothing have happened and still carrefour never called back. How long does it take to make a cancellation? And how long do i have to wait just to schedule a pick up? I am really stressed and disappointed. This issue had consumed alot of my time the past week by just calling carrefour and every time i had to explain the agent regarding my case. Very bad service and very slow. Carrefour team doesn't take matter seriously and with urgency.

I have been very shamed to submit the complain against Cooked Food Section in al SAQR Branch Airport road AD, Mr AMINE ZOURABANE.

I had visited carrefour to get some cooked food. And I had ordered one of the food . Price was 19.75:kg food which ordered. But that gentleman displayed as 29/kg. And I was confused as different prices between actual price as displayed by the kiosk and price was different on my food. Than I asked with him what is the price of this meal ? He replied 26/kg. There were 3 individual price as he mentioned. I was very confused and I had requested to him to correct original price and give food.but he refused to give me food back.How come a costumer is begging him to give food back but that gentleman was saying to leave without food. Or do I need to accept whatever price he displayed ? And I requested to get supervisor to talk about again he denied to me to give food back and threw that box in to the dustbin . I am wondering what kind of chain of command in your organization who doesn't listen with supervisor? Even supervisor was wondering the way he was acting without accepting his request to give food back he was very rude, high of ego, impolite, awful body language acted and worst attitude made me compelled to drop some sentences against him.

I would like to humbly request to the concern department to take high level of investigation against him and I am looking forward to hear back with high punishment a per your organization policy.which will Be the lesson for all the staffs to become loyal with costumer and help to them instead of cheating them,

And I don't think this gentleman will play better roll to Grow the organization . You will increase the no of unsatisfied costumers and complains which will be difficult to maintain reputation and good will of such a nice brand if you didn't punish him.

Carrefour washing machine

I have been a loyal customer of carrefour since first store in Abu Dhabi. It has been extremely disappointing customer support I have been receiving for past 2.5+ months. I regret being the promoter and supporter of Carrefour for over 15 years.

I went to buy a washing machine, I had experienced LG before so it was my preferred choice, but the merchandiser convinces me to go for siemens instead which was slightly expensive but according to him way much better in every aspect than LG. As per him LG is more famous but technically siemens is far better in every aspect.

The day it was delivered by their siemens partner Better Life, I noticed a heavy noise when it runs, I reported immediately to the store and the same merchandiser that it is not what you explained, he said no way, siemens machines cant have noise it is the best of class. He booked the complain on my behalf and said a technician will visit from supplier (better life) to inspect the unit and it must be faulty, model is perfect. My opinion was it is not the unit but the design/technology is.

After several follow-ups with BetterLife technician visited and said unit is ok but its design has this noise and LG uses Direct Drive technology which has no sound, so the merchandiser/sales has mislead you with wrong information. He advised that he will explain his senior and once report is sent you can return this and go for Direct Drive technology.

However, after days of follow-up with Carrefour Customer Support, I was told that the unit is not faulty as per report so it cant be returned or exchanged, then I spoke to the Better Life again, they agreed and promised to revise the report but they didn't.

Carrefour Customer Support said and understood that the issue is not with Better Life but against themselves or merchandiser so they escalated the complaint and said they will investigate the merchandiser, I told them that personally I do not want to go against any individual just resolve my issue. I called them dozens of time, they always say it is escalated we are waiting for store response, once received it will be done (means return or exchange). I spoke to the merchandiser and he asked me to wait for few days he will try to solve the issue, then he told me that carrefour has put on me (merchandiser) to pay 50% and rest 50% will be refunded by BetterLife, he asked me few more days to sort this out. But surprisingly when I approached Custome Support after a few days they said complaint is closed and probelm with merchandiser is solved internally. I was shocked, as my problem remains same, no solution is provided then what has been solved internally! The said we cant do anything.

Customer Support advised me to visit store, I went there to meet the sales manager, with difficulties finally I met him, he said (which I didn't know that the status of my complaint is that if I want to return I will get only 50% and remaining 50% is on me not on merchandiser) I am not sure but it seems it was internal arrangement between Better Life and merchandiser to take that 50% out of him and put on me. Manager himself was surprised and told me that dont worry I will solve the issue you wont have to bare any loss, and I will try my best. He then again contact Better Life and they scheduled another technician visit and this technician said he was LG technician before and he knows that siemens technology has heavy noise issue but since Siemens do not have Direct Drive technology he cant write that machine is noisy in his report because for siemens it is a normal, comparing LG it is a major problem.

There are other technical issues I faced with. Siemens washer, sometimes some clothes come out dripping wet and once after successful wash, when door was opened themachine has water inside which flooded the whole area, but I cant reproduce them in front of technician.

Then again I went to meet Manager and struggeled to find his duty schedules as I visit store bit he is not on duty, then I was keep trying to meet him, it was very difficult as there was no contact provided by stores or the Manager. After 4/5 visits for over 3 weeks, he gave me his contact, another few days gone by then I found after several messages that he is gone on leave, I asked when he will be back several times but no answer was given, he advised to contact Better Life manager directly, he said the same thing that unit is not faulty and cannot be returned. The conclusion from Better Life is this problem is with carrefour as they mislead me so they should give you the solution.

My Expereince:
The Customer Support didn't call back despite promised over phones all the times.

Closed the case without any solution or update and protected their own mistake.

There was no sense of care for the customer at all.

Some staff at store were extremely non-supportive.

Despite agreeing by the staff that it is carrefour fault for over 2.5 months nothing is solved, rather I am suffering as I have visited over 10 times the stores and over 2 dozens of calls and message, yet the attitude is "We Don't Care".

I am the customer of Carrefour not Better Life, but Carrefour is keep pushing me to deal with them, when it is not their fault even.

It is not about money but customer relation, trust and commitment which I have lost all with Carrefour by now.

I have been patient by far, havent shared my experience on social media yet, but now I will take the route of Consumer Rights (Department of Economic Development) as it is not just one customer or one store it brings a bad name to the region also which should be addressed.
