Carl's Jr. beyond burger

I'm confused why a plant based burger is as expensive or more expensive than a beef based burger.
When I heard about these beef replacements I assumed (I know) they would be less expensive than beef burgers. Then I went to a Carl's jr and checked the prices and was surprised and mad at what I saw. I left without purchasing anything and will probably not go back.
Please make prices more reasonable (lower) and you will then get my business.

Bait and switch. Large signage in front window of building says 4.99 charbroiled combos NEW guacamole. The picture on the signage look like guacamole burger. At the radio to order the clerk asks "would you like to try the new guacamole burger combo?" Yes. Medium or large? Regular sized. Ok. The price was almost $9. Its a different burger than offered on the store front. Total hustle and bait and illegal bait and switch.

The lady manager that works there griselda is very rude and disrespectful. I had an issue with her recently because she gave me my chance wrong and started arguing and yelling at me and everyone else was also complaining about her. I put a complaint on their corporate office and said they will investigate the incident but I have not heard back from them...

Carl's Jr. 1/3 pound guacamole bacon burger and zucchini chips

I made a late night stop for dinner and went through the drive through. When I got home and began eating my hamburger I noticed that the bacon was not fully cooked so I removed it from my burger then as I was eating my zucchini chips I found one which someone had taken a bite and put in my order. There is no question if it had a bite taken out of it as the bite was a perfect bite shape with a crisp deep fried crust on the outside and fresh zucchini showing where the bite was taken. I don't usually complain but if someone working in the restaurant did this as a joke then they need to be talked to and as far as the undercooked bacon, someone needs to slow down and prepare the food better before someone gets sick from undercooked pork. Thank you for checking into this issue.

Carl's Jr. incorrect order

On September 7, 2019, my son took several family members to the carl's jr restaurant in cheney, washingon and paid for everyone's meals, almost $76.00! Yes, it was that much. We had all just finished moving my granddaughter to her apartment for college, we were all tired and very hungry.
Slow filling of order. When food/drink arrived, several errors were discovered. 3 times my son was back to the counter to correct the order and was polite. Large special fries ordered, small regular fries received. One order of regular fries, not received. Shake was ordered, it was not received. 2 double meat cheese burgers were ordered. Both burgers received were single burgers. An order of donuts ordered, but was not received! There were more errors but my son was mad and stopped going up to the counter. I told a waitperson about the errors. He said they were 'short staffed' suggested we go to the counter. Told him my son did...3 times. Waitperson walked off. I wanted to go to the counter, my son stopped me.
I told my son to fill out a survey, that was the only way to express non satisfaction.
I offered to do it and needed the receipt. He kept the receipt, said he would fill out a survey, but I do not think he will, so I am writing you.
Such a shame and these workers are wanting $15.00 per hour wage?

Carl's Jr. horrible service!!!

I had not been to a carls jr for six years. because on that occasion i ordered a hawaiian burger, got home and wow no burger inside the bun! went back, the manager said you should expect these things while we are training people! are you kidding me! today after my six year absence, i decided to get lunch thru the drive up. i ordered a guacamole bacon cheese burger. got to my office and wow its chicken tenders! i go back...again! the lady doesn't apologize or nothing! i will never ever return to a carls jr anywhere!

I was craving a late night snack from my favorite burger restaurant and I ordered a western burger from the drive through window. When i arrived home i found a pair of used sanitizing gloves disposed in the bag!!! I am so disgusted and appalled by this!!! I am embarrassed and ashamed to even go back at all to address the situation. I hope you take action for this incident if not i will!

Carl's Jr. beyond burger is made of concentrated pea protein

Saturday August 3, 2019 I went through the Carl's Jr. drive through in Hayward California, sometime after 11:30 am. I had a coupon for a free small fries and coke with a purchase of a beyound burger. After eating about 1/3 of the beyound burger my upper lip started to swell. Then my throat and gums began to get scratchy. I am allergic to peanuts, cashews, mildly to peas and other legumes. I took 50 mg of benadryl and waited. I have insurance but the er is out of my budget. The benadryl seemed to work. About 4 hours later my face and neck began to feel like it was on fire. My face turned dark red as if I had a horrible sun burn. My arms began to welt up and burn. My entire face, ears and both lips began to swell. My tongue started to tingle. I was scare and took another 100 mg of benadryl and I was taken to the emergancy room. I stayed for a few hours. I was given an iv with benadryl and other meds to make sure it would stop the symptoms for the next 24 hours. The er doctor said the pea protein was concentrated and reactions could occur several times with in a 24 hour period. I have never had an reaction to peanuts occur more than once from digesting peanuts by accident or by peanut oil in the air. Carl's Jr needs to tell all their customers about the ingredients to their beyound burger. It is alittle hard to find 3 articles on what the beyound burger is made of. Basically peas are not on the list of allergies that must be told to the public. There are going to be a lot deaths from this burger if the public is not informed. It would be great if Carl's Jr pays from my er stay. My HMO is mailing my bill in the next few weeks.

Carl's Jr. labor laws

My daughter started working at Carl's junior a couple of months ago she did not receive a good faith estimate of hours which is required by Oregon state law She has been told when she gets to work that they don't need her and she needs to go home which is against the law She's gone text messages saying we don't need you today don't come in which is against the law she has to be paid for 4 hours even if she doesn't work if she was scheduled she's been sent home after hour of working even when she said she wants to keep her hours which is against the law without paying her for 4 hours The store is not keeping VSL form voluntary stand by list which is a violation of Oregon state law schedule has been changed several times without advance notice I called 3 weeks ago and asked to speak to HR person from Carl's junior and I have not received a call back today I called the labor To find out what I could Do about her situation this that I can make a A formal complaint And A civil lawsuit I will give you to the end of the day to finally call me back if not I will go for with the Labor board. Carl's Jr. service

I will never buy anything from Carly's Jr. Due to my religious beliefs I cannot eat pork. I purchased a cheeseburger and bacon was inside. The second time I got a kids meal for my kid and again a piece of bacon was inside the cheeseburger. You are very irresponsible and I and my family will not purchase anything from you. This didn't happen it just one location but in more locations.

Carl's Jr. the new beyond meat burger

I went ahead and order a beyond burger at a location in South Gate, Ca next to ELAC. As it supposed to be a vegetarian burger and it had bacon in it. Very disappointed with the food because it's wasnt fully cooked there was a chunk still cold. Never coming back here again but if anyone ever orders this burger the purpose of being a vegetarian burger is to be completely no meat involved like bacon and at least cooked properly. This simply made me feel sick. Thanks Carl's I was seriously excited to try this burger as is difficult to find a vegetarian subs in certain locations but this was just beyond upsetting.

Carl's Jr. famous star

I ordered the two for five dollar famous star deal today. I wanted it without onions, and it had an incredible amount of onions on it. It didn't just have a normal amount as you would expect, but so many that when i took them off you could still taste them very strongly. I thought they may have thought i said extra onions, but the reciept dis not say extra or no onions. It disnt say anything.
