Carl's Jr. Experience and mistreatment

I supposed to complain about this location which is in Paramount it's a company called Carl's Jr I just pretty much want to say that I was mistreated when I was trying to get a job here I was used as a joke I was like to believe that I was going to get hired on and apparently I wasn't and I want this place to be investigated by the health department I pretty much want the manager to be investigated the manager was really rude to me he's rude to other customers he was rude to me before I was even trying to get hired on in there I wasted gas I wasted some of my time trying to get a copy of my social security and my photo ID I had asked him if it was okay that I can pretty much work with the Wisconsin ID which is an out-of-state ID and he said for now he pretty much insulted me at the end of our discussion trying to get me to work for him he wasn't professional at all he was rude he pretty much made comments about my ID he made comments about my past experiences that I had in other jobs he asked me way too many questions he was very flirtatious he was not even professional at all when I asked him for my information back he threw a hissy fit and then proceeded to say that I'm never going to get hired anywhere else with the type of attitude that I have I pretty much felt that that was unnecessary for him to say that to me especially coming from a manager he told me during our conversations to not get my food handlers certificate through the official site which is ServSafe he told me to look somewhere else for a discount he pretty much questioned the fact if I did the application online which I did it like three times he doesn't even do his job he doesn't work gloves in the kitchen the entire restaurant is disgusting I think it should be pretty much investigated the location of that I'm complaining about is Carl's Jr 14555 lakewood blvd

Carl's Jr. 5 piece hand breaded chicken tender

I purchased the 5 piece hand breaded chicken tenders last night.
They were so small they didn't fill up the container as you can see from the picture below. They were barely 2 inches long and barely wider than my thumb. They were more like popcorn chicken than tenders. The first time I ordered they were small but I just that was a one time thing. However, when I purchased them last night I believe this is the product they regularly put out. It may be one of the closest fat food places but I won't be going there again!

Carl's Jr. Breakfast sandwich

I have been eating Carl's jr sandwiches for years, but lately I stopped because of dry over cooked foul tasting breakfast sandwiches, like the egg and cheese biscuit. I think this has definitely had a negative affect on your business.
After two months I thought things would be better, but I was wrong, my sandwich was had as a rock overcooked and sickening. My wife through up and said she was done with Cj
I think the woman cooking should be fired, and you guys need to check this location for quality.

Carl's Jr. Cold food

On 12-6-20 at about 1230 hours I went to Carl's Jr located on Ranch California Rd in Temecula. I ordered chicken stars kids meal. They didn't ask how many stars i wanted for my child, I assumed they would give us the six piece. I also ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich Combo for my wife with a Diet Coke. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich combo with a DR Pepper.

My daughter had a golf tournament across the street. I brought the food to her and the food was cold. The fries were cold and the sandwiches were luke warm. The food was in a paper bags and inside a plastic bag.

The lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and tasted horrible. I had to take off the lettuce because it tasted so bad. I spent almost 30 dollars on this meal and it was not worth it at all.

I would like a coupon for a sandwich and fries if possible, if not a refund would be good too.

Carl's Jr. Service

Arrived at drive up window and gentlemen did not have mask on had it under chin. I asked the other staff member to please remind him to put on is mask. He pull at the mask and said I do have it on. I then told him to put on mask he did the same thing and never put his mask on he was so rude.. I tried to explain that we had family member who contacted COVID and how serious it is to wear mask. He still didn't up his mask on. I asked for a refund. This was at 950 Abbott street in salinas ca.

Carl's Jr. Missing and incorrect food items and bullying of me the customer!!

Carl's Junior (East Pasadena)

Just because of error and missing food item... I simply wanted this store to correct my problems. But instead the entire (early) evening night crew choose to hassle and taunt me and no one was going to come to my defense. The five people who were on staff last night that instigated this bullying incident instead had the gall to say that I scared her and cited that I instigated and was the aggressor of this problem. This girl (Tatiana) escalated these issue as she refused to listen to my complaints of the incorrect order. Instead Tatiana ordered the onion rings prepared and she flagrantly with her dirty bare hands tosses the onion ring on a serving tray smearing mayonnaise and pouring dirty water as she tells me to eat it and then she says as she'll help me. But then she grabs my phone away from me and forces me out the doors and locks the door. I pleaded to see the manager. In all the while her workers stood around and did nothing to stop this harassing and bullying of me. Then a male worker who showed no concern nor remorse. Tells me to take your food or compensation and said (quote) stick it up your as he had the audacity to give my the middle finger the BIRD hand gesture if you will. Then this male worker started saying that MARK S. the (on duty) manager doesn't want to help me or that he wants to kick my! As the dining hall was darkened the (male) worker goes over to the front door and throws my smartphone on the ground. As the manager approached he was also unhelpful nor flexible towards helping me. All he said is there was nothing they could do about this issue.
I was absolutely offended with this very unprofessional customer service; the lack of thereof. I never felt so angry in my life.
I'm a retired senior citizen (age 62). These incompetent workers on duty needs to be held accountable and needs to be discipline and perhaps ought to fired for this misconduct. These youngsters do not represent themselves as customer care or restaurant service worker the fact that these brats and bullies were going to use profanity during their duties at this eatery. If this is the case, than I have no respect for CARL'S Jr anymore period. I will never eat at this Carl's junior period. These people needs better customer service training and education with respect to human relations. This is clearly misconduct and bullying that cannot be tolerated in a workplace. I want these people discipled and held accountable for this bad customer service/customer relations. There was no empathy and no concern for me. I'm demanding an apology for this wrong doing. I'm sure that this is the way that the world is today, however these workers need to be more respectful and tactful to the public at all times period. This behavior is not for the workplace and inexcusable. I will not tolerate it. They need to all grow up and need to be professional adults. I felt very unwelcomed and was not understood at all. Carl's Jr. Angus burger

Angus Burger
Yesterday I saw the ad for the Angus beef Burger  and went to buy the product and paid $9.57 cash. The burger happens to be two small pasties of beef (claimed to be Angus beef) with a slice of cheese and fatty slice of bacon.
Product was so inferior and costly against the display of the AD.
I would like general population to know about Carl's Junior fraudulent advertising and the price

Carl's Jr. Customer service.

On 9/19/20 I visited store # 1100508 ordered 2 1/3 bgr "no onion" with a md sprite. When I got home a realize that they put onions. I called - no answer kept calling until fallowing day with the same result. I drove there today 09/21/20 around 5:45pm receipt in hand requested my order to be re-done. The employee name alma. Wasted 30 minutes of my time told. 1- maybe you just eat your burgers and thats why youre here two days later smh!. 2. Told me come back and speak to a manager. 3. Nothing that I can do for you. 4. Giving me the worst attitude making fun of me said that maybe I eat the food. 5. She denied she was the shift lead.
Her attitude was unacceptable this lady literally close her drive thru window in my face! And refuse to continue to give me service! When she realize I was calling another carls jr location to get the district manager # she came back gave my replacement order. Wasted 30 minutes of my time! She denied been the person in charge! Initially refused to exchange order to a client who had receipt in hand! Was disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant and vile this is unacceptable!
Did I mention she also said at the "the client not always right"... Yup thats a fast food worker for yall. Smh. Nobody has contacted me yet. You guys literately do not care about customers. Alfred [protected]

Carl's Jr. Quality of food

Went to Carl's Jr in Corona, CA. It's 5-6 mins away from my house. Spent $35.90 & only to realize when I got home the quality of this branches food was highly disappointing. Nothing more I hate than to be hungry just to be disappointed at the end. Not only a waste of time but my money! I ordered a Santa fe chicken sandwich & the ingredients in the sandwich were wrong. No Chile, but a tomato instead & mushy lettuce dripping of sauce that made the bread soggy. Way over salted fries on all my orders & the soft drinks (coke & sprite) tasted like carbonated water. $35 I won't get back & a sense of disappointment since I was crashing this particular meal.

Carl's Jr. Burgers inedible

I ordered a chicken club and a $6 burger.. The chicken was inedible and the $ 6 burger would of been ok except it was cold... The chicken was like rubber, thats sad.. Perhaps was not thawed properly? We live.2 miles away.. Burger was already cold?

Carl's Jr. Food / false advertising

After seeing your new Carls Jr commercial on TV for the A1 double cheeseburger and the California classic my family & I decided to eat there for dinner. We went through the drive through & were shocked when we pulled out what looked like burgers from a kids meal, not at all what you advertise on TV or your website. I have posted pics below. Your meal was a joke and frankly your establishment should be embarrassed. Personally, I don't have time to waste emailing to complain about a cheeseburger meal, however I've never been dooped quite like this before. At first, my husband and I thought we got the wrong order until we opened the burger to see that it had the ingredients but in a miniature fashion. I have to say I would have been less upset had I just gotten the wrong order, rather than your burger bites.

Carl's Jr. Monster burger

As seen on TV is not the case here. We saw the Monster Burger advertisement while watching the Dodger game. Those were beautiful juicy burgers. I bought two and after a few bite we tossed them in the garbage. Those were not mouth watering burgers. They were disgusting and the price was outrageous. All I could taste was grease and the burger was an ugly shade of gray brown. It definitely left a greasy bad after taste that didn't go away even after brushing my teeth. We are never going back and will continue going to to Five Guys for our burgers.

Carl's Jr. rude employee / horrible service!

I've been here to this location (CARLS JR Location: 1809 E Edinger Ave, Santa Ana, CA ) ever since 2005 when I moved here and I've never had bad experience until April 2, 2020. The young, short girl that works there Drive-Thru is very rude and disrespectful. I saw her badge name is Carmen. I asked her a question regarding the menu and she answered really rude and she cut me off on my order which I didn't finish ordering. She forgot that her MIC was on and I over heard her talking to her coworker about her personal problems. As I pulled up to the window started giving me attitude and also slammed the window. Employees like her SHOULDN'T work drive thru. Only because she has her personal problems at home doesn't mean she take her ANGER or ATTITUDE on the CUSTOMERS! Work is work, leave your problems at home!

Carl's Jr. Moldy bread

I went through the drive-thru at 10:52 am on 3/9/2020. I needed to get my two girls food for lunch that I was dropping off to them for their lunch. I also got a spicy chicken sandwich and fried zucchini. I opened my sandwich taking two quick bites on my way to my kids school. I put my sandwich down and rushed my kids food inside the school to notice my top bun has mold on it. It almost made me throw up how disgusting that made me. How can you serve that to someone and nobody notice? I don't want a free meal next time nor a new burger cause who else knows what's molded.

Carl's Jr. incredibly slow service

I went to this restaurant to get a simple burger fries and drink as did as many as 8 people in front of me. There were at least 5 employees working in the store. The line would barely move, it easily took me 25 minutes to get to the front of the line with 8 people or less in front. I had to debate about leaving including after I ordered my food because I may miss my my boarding call. When I got to the front and still waited and waited to be served I asked if i could get jalapeno poppers as my side instead of fries. He was dumbfounded by my huge request, he had to ask his supervisor, the supervisor said "No". I was so happy to be able to put the order in I was not going to debate, I did want to slow the good people down behind me. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my order. This is the slowest and worst service I ever received in a restaurant. I work in the service industry too so I am more than willing to be flexible and patient. but 35-40 minutes to put 9 people through at carl's Jr. is ridiculous. My food however was hot fresh and delicious . I wolfed it down as fast as I could so I would not have to bring it on the plane.

Carl's Jr. my meal

Before I went to work I went and got food for my husband and I. Instead of my western bacon sandwich I received a famous star I was already at work when I opened it and noticed but I was starving and ate it anyway. But please maybe remind the employees to check to make sure the right stuff is in the bags and I will double check before I leave. Other then that all is great. Thank you

Carl's Jr. advertised price

We went into store 8055 and ordered the guacamole beacon wrap that clearly has an ad behind the counter for 6.19. Well we order and are charged 7.89 the burger price that says low carb we ask why the price is wrong and are told they don't have a button on the register for the wrap and that is the price. The manager Jennifer was a snotty younger child. We paid the extra and waited 15mins then we went to the counter and asked for our money back and the kid at the register gets an attitude and says we are busy they had 6-8 orders in the 15min so I demanded the manager come give me my money back. Finally got my money refunded to my card and left to go have a meal at a more enjoyable atmosphere. They had the food sitting behind the counter and people that ordered after us were being served the same items we ordered. This store has ruined me going to Carl's Jr. if I ever go again.

Carl's Jr. a the service and treatment I received along with my sister and her friend the other night

I believe it was around 3 or 4 in the morning after being at the hospital all night do to my sister being raped on Nov. 21 2019. We had decided to pick up Carl's jr we had a car in front of us and one behind us. So we pulled up to order and this guy yelled WE ARE CLOSED for know reason at all. Was he being completely rude. Which I thought was strange because it said 24 hours. But, with his attituded we then processed to leave the drive thru. As that wasn't rude enough the car that had been in front of us had gotten food. So I was managing to overlook that as will. But after getting his food the front car processed to stay at the window blocking us in why they had a conversation holding us up and normally it wouldn't bother me but they didn't plan on moving there car out of the way so we can leave. So my friend got out of the car and approached the window. Upon arriving at the window the car in front of us pulled out almost running my friends foot over. At this point the man working the window had locked up the drive thru window a hid in the back of Carl's jr. I am shocked of this type of behavior and cant believe the type of people working drive thrus. This is the Carl's jr on Occidental rd santa rosa ca. I all so have some of this on video. I will add video asap

Carl's Jr. restrooms

Both the male and female bathrooms had no soap and the men's restroom was one of the dirtiest restroom I have ever seen. It was disgusting and I had ordered food before going to the restroom and could not eat after seeing the restroom because there was no way for employees to wash their hands with soap because there was NO soap. My wife and I love Carl's Junior but this really soured our feelings towards the franchise. It's unhealthy and unappealing to say the very least!
