My complaint is 2 hours ago someone at Carl's Jr used my credit card the Carl's jr. On Panama is the only one I go to have not been out of my house today and my card is in my possession there will be an investigation on this matter so who ever use my card be aware you are going to be investigated thank you Angela

We tried the new "Sourdough Star" hamburger. When we got it, it looked nothing like the commercial. It had no 1000 island, very little mayo, wilted lettuce and soggy bread, it was dry and flavorless. We were totally disappointed, as it was completely different than what we saw on TV

What a waste of money and calories.

Hello. I went to a Carl's Jr. location on July 22nd around 3:30pm and I am realizing that I got charged twice. I do not have the receipt but I can show my bank statement. The total was $40.01. This is about the second time that this happens to me. The first charge was about $11 so I was not too worried about it. But this time I got charged 2 times for $40.01 both charges.

164 the Vancouver WA is the worst Carl's junior ever. Inside is still closed and your not hiring. Wthell. They messed up my order for the last time. Customer service sucks. They can't even put Carl sauce in bag. They forgot. I will go elsewhere. They burgers look like crap. No love. Is it really hard to make a burger. Hell no it's not. I don't wanna hear your china virus complaints either. I had and have challenges at my job. You do them or your fired

On 6-25-21, i visited a Carl's Jr #1100812, at 11:38 am . Purchased a Famous chbgr, once i got home to eat my burger, i noticed a real funky smell from the burger . Stunk so bad, i couldn't eat it . I called the store to speak to a Manager, and was told that no Manager was there . I stated my concerns about the burger and was not offered a remedy . I wasted $5.46 on a funky burger . It's not fair . I filed a complaint the same day, to this day, i've never got an email, expressing an apology or replacement of my money, or a better replacement burger . It appears to me that, you don't care about customer complaints .

My whole meal tasted like fish. Judging by the grizzle on the food I imagine they used very old oil. Apperantly capitalizing on inflationary standards, even though I spent $25 worth on food, I threw it away as it didn't even really resemble food. I feel ashamed that I ever went there. Really, Carl's Jr. is just a blight on the entire industry.

On 2/11/2021 at approximately 1:25 pm I went into the restaurant & the manager Daniel took my order, rang me up, took my money & did not give me a receipt for my purchase. When I got home I found the chocolate cake and the zucchini I order & paid for were not given to me! I don't know why I even bother with your company/restaurant as there was only one other gentleman ordering so it was not busy! I called the restaurant and asked for Daniel & was told her was not in the restaurant and the person who answered the phone a female wouldn't give me her name so I left a message with her asking for Daniel to call me regarding this issue! I never received a call back from Daniel! I called again on 2/13/2021 at 5:40, 5:41, 5:41, 5:43, 5:44 & this time a female picked up the phone and talked to who ever & while I was saying hello she continued to hang up on me! The last time I called I screamed HELLO and she finally recognized a person was on the phone! This was Sandra and when I asked for Daniel she told me he was not in the restaurant and before I could ask to leave a message for him Sandra started to talk to another who ever instead of talking to me! I am sick at the level of incompetence you seem to hire! This was at 28022 Scott Road, Murritta, CA. [protected] at this point in time I am going to put this out in all & every social media site and name names and the address of this restaurant and boycott this location! Also, I'm asking for Carl's Jr as a company to be boycotted because I am over being ripped off by you! Your customer service is a joke stealing from a senior citizen! This number is a joke [protected] this just takes you in circles your prompts don't work guess it's because you don't want to speak to pissed off customer NED lyerly! Also, I'm going to file a complaint with the ca BBB!

asked manager for a band aid for my wife he told me they have none now you tell me they have no first aid kit in the store i believe it is the law you must have one.

Also we ordered the Calif burger it is always good except this time the cheese was not even melted i believe that Door Dash is more important than walk in customers which is a real shame

I supposed to complain about this location which is in Paramount it's a company called Carl's Jr I just pretty much want to say that I was mistreated when I was trying to get a job here I was used as a joke I was like to believe that I was going to get hired on and apparently I wasn't and I want this place to be investigated by the health department I pretty much want the manager to be investigated the manager was really rude to me he's rude to other customers he was rude to me before I was even trying to get hired on in there I wasted gas I wasted some of my time trying to get a copy of my social security and my photo ID I had asked him if it was okay that I can pretty much work with the Wisconsin ID which is an out-of-state ID and he said for now he pretty much insulted me at the end of our discussion trying to get me to work for him he wasn't professional at all he was rude he pretty much made comments about my ID he made comments about my past experiences that I had in other jobs he asked me way too many questions he was very flirtatious he was not even professional at all when I asked him for my information back he threw a hissy fit and then proceeded to say that I'm never going to get hired anywhere else with the type of attitude that I have I pretty much felt that that was unnecessary for him to say that to me especially coming from a manager he told me during our conversations to not get my food handlers certificate through the official site which is ServSafe he told me to look somewhere else for a discount he pretty much questioned the fact if I did the application online which I did it like three times he doesn't even do his job he doesn't work gloves in the kitchen the entire restaurant is disgusting I think it should be pretty much investigated the location of that I'm complaining about is Carl's Jr 14555 lakewood blvd
