Carflexipayment for no service

Carflexi clearly stated that I could cancel my booking.
Arriving at the car company, Goldcar, I realized that I lost my driver's license. My husband was with me and had his license but they would not allow us to swop seeing that I made the booking with my credit card.
We cancelled the booking but still money went off my account.

    Dear Isobel Calitz,

    Thank you for taking time to send us your comments.

    As you can understand, the main driver (reservation is created under his/her name) should present a valid driver's licence upon the pick up of the vehilce.

    Regretfully, locally, the name of the main driver cannot be altered.

    Based on the terms and conditions of your rental, the amount paid during the booking procedure is not refundable.

    However, the rest to be paid at the rental desk will not be charged to your account.
