Horrible experience. The company is offering and selling products that are not available or not in stock and will never be delivered. The seller does not communicate in a timely fashion and the promised refund never arrived. Finally we had to ask our bank for a back-charge on our credit card. We have finally received our money back after 6 months not because of Carethy but thanks to our bank.

I placed an order with carethy on 14th February 2024 - please see order number above. I did not receive this order. It's coming up as "processing" when I tried to track it. I emailed carethy multiple times to ask them where my order is, but I received no response.

If carethy doesn't have the Dr Hauschka items I ordered in stock, they should reply and let me know - please see photos of the order email. If they don't have the products in stock, I want a refund of €77. I would appreciate a response from Carethy. I am very disappointed with their service.

I placed and order on CARETHY website on January 31st 2024. The delivery time stated at the completion of the order was between 9th and 12th February 2024.

I have patiently waited till date for my order or a mail, i have not yet received the order, i have not yet be refunded nor have received a message from CARETHY about the whereabouts of my order. I sent them countless of messages which came back to me for failure of delivery.

Hello! I ordered something from you 2 months ago and I canceled and I haven't received the money back for two months. how long do I have to wait? I ordered a workout suppliment from carethy.com. After payment, I was advised of a 2 week shipping time. After 3 weeks, I reviewed the invoice on the email, using their status tool to check where the item was. It had not even been shipped! I have now sent 3 inqueries, 2 through their customer service tool, and 1 to their direct info email address. Nothing. I am not expecting anything either after reading other reviews of this webpage. Buyer beware, you will be scammed by Carethy.com.

In 3 of november 2023 I made my order through the website for perfume and they detected 170 dollar from my bank account.

Purchased a hairdryer recommended to me. Product I am unable to use due to incorrect voltage and plug needed in my country. Carethy first deleted the webpage of the product I bought and then emailed me saying the fault is my own as they "did research and show no discrepancy" and that they're not responsible for errors and did not offer any method of resolution at all. E-commerce companies with no methods of resolution are a scam. Stay away from Carethy, buy the same exact products on Amazon or elsewhere.

I've been waiting for my parcel from last month and delivery date was 14th may and today is 21st may and still I haven't received my parcel. They're still not sure when would be my parcel delivered.

Also their policy is to give full refund if they delivered late, but when I asked for refund, they're asking me to return our parcel first 🙄, and now they stopped responding to my emails.

Poor customer service

Never order from Carethy, specially international deliveries.

In February I ordered these products as I could not buy them from my hairdresser. With reference no [protected] you took 5.2.2001 239, 00 dk, but you could not deliver the shampoo only the volume raise up and you promised to pay back for the shampoo, which you did not. With a new order I received the volume raise up only to discover that you took the 14.4.2021 69, 00 dk from my account ref.no [protected], so to speak, I have paid 308 dkr for the volume raise up and never have received the shampoo. This is not ok

I bought a psoriasis cream called sesderma about 3 months ago from the site called Carethy. When the product did not reach me after 3 months, I contacted via e-mail and they told me that the cream was out of stock. I wanted the refund of the fee I paid. They said the refund will be made within 14 days, but days have passed and still no refund has been made. I'm sending messages via mail, they are not interested.I ask them to return the fee I paid. I hope you guys are helpful.

People, do not buy on this scam website!
I ordered products advertised on the webiste but later realised they were not even in stock : that's false advertising.
I cancelled my order and asked for a refund
It's now been 3 months and i'm still waiting for my refund.
I keep emailing them about it.
Now when I enter the order number on their website it says order number does not exist. But I took screen shots of everything.
